I was wondering if there is a way to order online and pick up at the store for free shipping. when I did this no option for store pick up.

      • momtobecca

I called and they said you still have to pay the 9.95 for shipping whether you order online or come in the store and do it at the kiosk. She said if you do the work up online, you’ll still have to redo it in the store.

I am wondering same thing, because why would you need to show cashier the coupon if there were not??

How do you order in store with the coupon???? or order online and pick up in store? Anyone know???

Hey Guys!  Spent alot of time online for their previous free 4X8 photo cards.  I found that you either:

      1. Do them online and pay for shipping (no ship to store option)
      2. Go to the store, prepare them on their computer and request they be shipped to store (so no postage)  (they get you to come in twice)

      Hope that helps!

I went in on Sat to order the 100 free post cards. Their system was so slow that it couldn’t upload my photo even though I was able to upload it fine fro, my personal computer to their website. It was a waste of my time going into the staples store.

The same think happened to me.  But the associate offered to email my image to the company.  I hope it works.  Meanwhile, I ordered the Rite Aid 4×6 prints which can also be used as a postcard.

I went to the Staples in Hendersonville, NC and they were really nice and helpful. We had the photo uploaded fast and I picked out the cards quickley too. They were really great to work with.

Did you have to pay shipping or anything?

Went to Staples in North Charleston (Tanger Outlet) tonight and they were totally clueless.  They said they didn’t have them in stock (well duh, they’re custom) and I would have to go to another store that had a “better copy center.”  Made no sense at all.  Very disappointed.

My first experience with Staples (not the best customer service). I ended up ordering online and paying for the shipping. Savings of 34.99 reduced by 9.95 shipping cost to $25.04. Lots of work will let you know if the quality of the cards was worth it.
