I believe the sale flyer also has b2/g1 on the reams of paper… so with the rebate… you should get 2 free when you buy 1

How do I figure out if this is the same rebate offer I did a month ago or if it is a new one?

      • You should be able to go online and track your rebates through the Staples website. I doubt it is the same one.

    • I will be using my staples groupon for this paper. :)

    • My staples cashier is going to have a panic attack when I bring these in. Seriously – it’s the same lady every time and she gives me a hard time about these coupons. Even when there is a line she reads every single one and always gets hung up on whether or not I can use more than 1 staples coupon even though each coupon is for a different item. This time I’m going in with a staples e-gift card. I wonder how this is going to go down. I dread going in there because of her but I want my free paper.

      • Sure enough- same cashier. She told me that the Hammermill Rebate coupon wouldn’t take and I couldn’t use it. I told her that it was a staples coupon and hasn’t expired yet. I said I just wanted the rebate to print out. She said I’m sorry but there isn’t anything I can do to make it work.

Then a young guy comes over and says – you have to put it in as Staples Paper Offer… a few clicks and I got my rebate. Seriously. Why is this lady still working the cash register after 3 years (and still doesn’t know what she’s doing)?

Some of the crabbiest people work in customer service. I think it’s because they take a lot of flak. They treat it as if you were taking their money. Management is typically professional and depersonalizes it though. Just this week my friend had a similar experience when trying to return the expired k-cups that were sold to her (within like 2 weeks of purchase). Cashier gave her all sorts of hell until management showed up and returned it with no issue.

Can you use the $10 off $50 coupon with these easy rebates?

Is there a separate coupon for the $3 off that I’m not seeing, or do you just need the one?

I just sat down to do my easy rebates after having my husband purchase these items with the coupons I gave him while I went to the Hobby Lobby next door. Apparently, the Hammermill coupon wasn’t accepted, and he even got a manager to come help, and the coupon code wouldn’t make the rebate form print. So now I have a $6.99 ream of paper that I bought but no rebate form for it. I have the receipt and the coupon. If I go back to the store, is there any way they will help me? I know the coupon code is now expired, but my husband had it in his hot little hand before it expired at the store. Can they just give me the rebate offer number since I clearly bought the paper? I am so frustrated. Please help.
