You have another chance this week for a FREE ream of printer paper at Staples.   This appears to be a new offer, so if you got the ream offered last week you can get another one!

To get your ream:

1.  Print this Staples coupon (it will trigger the rebate to print when you check out).

2.  Print a $1 off HP Paper printable coupon.

You will owe around $4.99 and then get it all back by Staples Easy Rebates.

(thanks Anna & Bee!)

Here is the fine print on the deal, so I don’t think they will accept the coupon for $1 off as well. Sorry. Note: Limit one per customer, nontransferable. Minimum purchase requirement must be met with purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies. May not be combined with any other coupon. Coupon must be surrendered. No copies/facsimiles. No cash/credit back. Not valid on services, gift cards, postage stamps, prior purchases, or any purchases from Awards.com™ or on other provider Web sites. Tax and shipping not included in calculating minimum purchase.

My Staples allowed me to use the $1 coupon and receive the rebate today! YAY!!! Free paper!

    • Roxanne

does this rebate happen instantly? or do you have to wait and/or apply for it? I have a “Staples Rewards” card which I applied for and got when our local store opened, but really don't shop there all that much. I need printer paper (have been printing lots of coupons!) so would LOVE to be able to score some free…just would like the details on how this works. Thanks!

      • this is one that you come home and enter a few numbers off the rebate form it prints into the rebate website and then they mail you your rebate in 4-6 weeks.

    • Kennedyfamily05

Great! I can finally stop using the kids old homework as recycled paper :-)

      • Kimmswick

lol, i do that as well :)

    • Beth

Jenny I checked stapleseasyrebates dot com and entered the sku for the paper (814186) and it only brought up two rebates, one valid last week and one in march. Have they just not updated the system yet? I am new to staples rebate system so I was wondering. Thanks!!!

    • I can't find the coupon.

    • I can't find the coupon

      • try choosing the category “Office Supplies” on the left and it will bring it to the top page.

    • CamilleS

I was walking out the door to go buy a ream of paper full price! Glad I checked the website before I left!!

    • Mackenzie

I don't think you need the $1 off coupon. The rebate is for $5.99 which is the price of the paper. The previous rebate was only $4.99.

      • Donna

Yep, I'm with you on this one. If you do use the coupon, they'll reduce the rebate you get back to $4.99. Technically you pay less oop up front, but either way the paper's free, so I'm not worrying about the coupon this time either.

This is a great deal – love free paper! :)

      • JLW

Same here. Just went and purchased for $5.99 and will enter for rebate……..Amazing

      • CamilleS

You pay $4.99 at Staples but when you get the actual refund they send you a check for $5.99. Not bad! Free paper plus $1!

        • Donna

I swear I read that they will reduce the amount of the rebate and only give you back what you paid for the product in this situation. Trying to see if I can find it online…

          • CamilleS

Maybe they do. My rebate is telling me $5.99 but maybe by the time it gets to me it will just be a $4.99 check. We will see! Either way I'm happy!

            • Donna

I hope that works then – money maker is even better than free! :)

    • Tyler

Is this in store only? Unfortunately, we don't have a staples around my area (crazy). Just wondering if it would work online as well if anyone knows.

      • Donna

I just printed the Staples coupon and it does say “valid in store only”. Sorry!!

    • Tncouponmama

I got lucky with this deal – went on Sunday and the rebate expired but my local store didn't take the sign down. The manager gave me my two packages with the 4.99 as an instant discount, so I owed $2 plus tax – minus my two $1 coupons – I walked away out $.20! Woo hoo!

    • ym

I used the rebate coupon today when I bought my paper, but no rebate form printed out. I asked the clerk about this and she said the rebate was automatically submitted for me? Did anyone else have this happen, or is everyone submitting the rebate online?

      • CamilleS

It printed off all the rebate information for me at the store but I had to submit the info online when I got home. That's weird that yours didn't do it. Do you show on your receipt that it rang up the rebate coupon?

      • Sajantzen

I submitted mine online….have you ever done an easy rebate with Staples before? I'm wondering if they had your information saved from the last time you might've done one..this is my first rebate though.

      • PigBetsypen

are you signed up for the Staples card

    • Slhuffman37

great deal on paper, if I had a staples close enough. Does anyone know where to get the best deals on ink? I rarely see any deals at all. Also who does rewards for turning in empty ink cartridges or refills them?
