What is up with the coupons lately? They are really skimping. Seems the sales are getting better but the coupons are slacking off.

      • Miss B

Sadly, it’s because of dishonest people who use coupons for items not specified along with several other methods of dishonest coupon use :( I use to be able to save at least a couple hundred a month and not have to rely on shopping every week (or sometimes months) for groceries (lest it’s produce or meat)..now I have to shop at least once every two weeks and I’m lucky to save $25 :( We have the dishonest people to thank for that :(

    • jeanna

Where have all of the food coupons gone??

      • Angel Adams

Food stamps, Obamaphone, and EBT. What more could you want?

        • bhappy

One day you will need help too. Oh wait you must need it now or why would your Fancypants be on a coupon site? Don’t be so fast to judge spitefully. You should be ashamed!

          • tommy

there are MANY who take advantage of the generositiy of others, they are lazy and a drag on society. that is a fact. WHy dont you put away your smart alec mouth and quit being so myopic!

            • lynn

Why did this site have to become so mean. People please! Why is Jennie not moderating and keeping this site the way it used to be?

    • Jeffy Walker

I think I am going to try to start getting from ebay, what i am buying for the week. Here in Martin, St lucie, Palm beach area in FL papers have gone up to 2!!! So getting from Ebay is cheaper!!!

      • Dan Schneider

$3 for Sunday San Francisco Chronicle on the Left Coast. I don’t even think that’s the highest price.

        • Jeffy Walker

Wow!! That sucks. I think Ebay is cheaper, if you get the ones you want for that week and most of the time foods have MF Printables online.

          • shinyhappyrobin

The coupons in the Sunday paper here in Greenville are skimpy also. I’ve looked into having the Charlotte Sunday paper delivered directly from the newspaper. But all they offer is online addition to people out of town. So buying on ebay is really the only way.

            • Sherri Davis

I get the News and Observer and it is $2. Delivery hasgot to jebe cheaper. Daily Reflector is horrible about coupons!

            • Jeffy Walker

Plus, if I order 10 or 20 and have the CVS add’s month in advance, I know I will use those coupons..

            • kelly

how do you get the CVS ad a month ahead?

    • Rhonda Sipsy

ebay is the way to get the best deals on the coupons you use, ive been buying them on ebay for about a year now , I just got 6/2 coupons 5 of all three that was in the paper for 6 dollar with free shipping , and love being able to get the coupons I use most for a few bucks and most of the time they sale them in bundles of 20.

    • Candy

I wish people didn’t steal the coupons out of the newspapers. Do unto others……….. It may not seem like much to some people but I save a lot of money with them to help the family. Someone took the coupon book out of my paper. They left a ripped front page of the Smart Source when they grabbed the other pages out. Okay I vented so now I feel better. Thanks for this site Jenny!!

      • Miss B.

I know how you feel. I saw a a lady trying to take the coupons out of the AJC one day and I informed her that stealing coupons could get her in trouble. She said, “I’m not stealing them. I’m just taking them.” Uh.. yeah, that’s stealing. I boldly asked her name and she asked why. I told her “So I can report you.” :D She put the coupons back and left the store with a befuddled look on her face. So, if you want to step it up a notch for those who coupon legally, if you see someone stealing coupons, let them know they’re ruining it for the honest people and that they can get in trouble. If you steal coupons, you can be fined and if you take enough coupons – you can go to jail. How ’bout them apples, ya?

      • Paula Wrona

I always check my paper before I buy mine to make sure the coupons are there…I make sure wherever I am at that an employee sees me checking my paper…that’s just me…haven’t had any issues…I also got tired of having missing coupons at times

I finally got fed up and cancelled my subscription to the Macon Telegraph. Coupons are pitiful and won’t have a fraction of the coupons other areas have. Plus, I saw on my bill that on certain days (mostly around days when the sales flyers would be heavier) they added a “surcharge”. I got the paper last Sunday 2/2.50 at WalMart. I’ll just get a paper there when the coupons are worth it.

    • Meka

no coupons in the Daily Journal, tupelo, ms paper this weekend!

    • Julie

Does anyone know if Fathers day papers will have coupons?

    • Jennifer W

How can we see if the Columbia Daily Herald (middle tn.) will have coupons? My sister bought 3 papers, and none of them had coupons:( That’s a waste of money:(
