Theres also a 1$ coupon on tombstone pizza in SS 8/14 I believe to go w/ the game/pizza deal. Not sure if they are going to allow it but we’ll see!

      • Guest

Why would they allow a tombstone pizza coupon on a market pantry pizza? Thinking you might be pressing the coupon policy a bit. Just my opinion!

        • Daisy7017

When the list originally came out, it said that the free pizza was going to be a tombstone pizza, so she may just be going based on the old info.

    • Tara

Where is the Target 1/2 for the Keebler cookies? I looked online and didnt see it there. TIA

    • Anonymous

Is the math right on the general mills cereal.

      • F_spalding

        no I got 1.60 with her scenario…not a bad deal :)

    • Anonymous

how do you get the target home mailers? i’ve never seen them before.

    • Aj6cruz

Where can I get the home mailer from. Do I need to sign up for it or what??

      • 22paisley

I used to wonder the same thing.  As of about two months ago I started recieving them.  The only thing I can think that could have triggered it was I bought something on line from Target.  I have heard people suggest having the Target credit/debit card could do it too but I have neither.

      • ashley b

i have a target card and a have had two separate baby registries, and i still have never gotten one. i have no idea how to get these!   a friend got the baby one recently(after having twins a couple months ago) that she gave to me.

    • My target has the Simply juices 13 oz. on sale for $.91 each. With the $1 coupon they are free.

      • Anonymous

        What $1.00 coupon?

    • There is also a target printable for $.75 off when you buy 1 Campbell’s soup and Uncle Ben’s rice.  Combine that with a printable for $1/2 Uncle Ben’s rice (not sure where I printed this from but I think it was from the company’s website) and the Chunky Soup’s coupons.  If they are the right sizes indicated on the coupons then it should make for a pretty good deal!

    • Etan999

      wouldnt the pepsi 12 pack   b3g1  @3.33  equal 9.99 -3(1 target q)   make  4 for 6.99?

      • Etan999

actually i could use 4(1) target qs  since im getting 4…making it 5.99?

        • Yes, the promotion makes them 4 for $10 instead of 3 for $10 (Buy 3 get 1 Free). Four $1 coupons means they are $1.50 for each 12 pack.  Great deal.

        • Anonymous

Only IF your store will allow you to use four of their Qs at one time…they usually state only one Target Q per transaction.

    • Anonymous

Great deal on the bounce dryer bars if you got the vocalpoint coupons.
      $5.99 x 2 = $11.98 – $2.50 q – $1.50 q – $5 gift card = $2.98 for 2

    • Mkgreene12

Also wondering how you get the target home mailer to cut out the “target” coupons?

      • You print the target coupons from their website. The home mailer just shows what is on sale, I think the only coupon ever in there is usually something to do with switching to their pharmacy.

        • Daisy7017

Not true. They DO mail coupons out to people, but there is no sure-fire way to get on their mailing list. It just happens sometimes to some lucky people!.

      • Firstbrownie

I believe the home mailers from Target are flyers/brochures, etc. they send to certain people on a mailing list. I have never received one, and I’m unsure of what you have to do/buy on their website to get one. HTH!

      • JoR

Actually, the target home mailer refers to different coupon booklets that they send out. Sometimes they are back to school, or baby or college – just depends. I get them occasionally but do not remember how I signed up- sorry. Anyone?

      • Astridholliman

I don’t think there is anything you can do to get them to send you a certain home mailer. They probably use some sort of marketing software that looks through their database and sends out offers based on whatever criteria they decide on. My husband works with a product that does that sort of thing… I think it helps if you’ve had a baby registry there. I’ve gotten a lot more of their stuff since I had one there.

      • Merrijg24

I do think it is just mailed out to local areas based on marketing. I get the coupon books and my sister who lives one town over gets a different type of coupon booklet. It is hit or miss.

      • Dacouponqueen

I used to have a Target Visa and used to receive them on a regular basis, but since we paid them off, I don’t receive them any more :(

    • Mkgreene12

What does “PG” and “RP” after the product listed mean?

      • Rebecca

refers to which insert the coupon was in (P&G or Redplum)  SS means SmartSource

    • Wagnercoupons

how do i get a Target home mailer?

    • Ram_z99

Colgate is on sale for $2.50 – I used a -1Q store stacked with a -1q Manufacturer and got tubes for 50cents each.

Plus, check out that Tidy cats litter deal – some of those containers have peelies for a buy one 20pound litter, get one bag purina cat party mix dry treats.

I was able to stack a $3Q from manufacturer with Target’s -$2Q on the 20 count little movers easy-ups paying $4.49 per package.

note:  each of those store Qs state one per transaction, so I had to break multiple purchases of the same item up into separate transactions, but it went smoothly from there

      • Jessica

I bought two of the Tidy Cats Litters today for $3.99/ea. I also found that certain kinds of the Purina Cat Party Mix had a peelie coupon for a free can of Purina Treasures wet cat food. My husband was with me and thought it was awesome that I got $4 worth of cat food for free.

    • Sarah Glanovsky

Just home from Target …. I was a bit upset about my shopping trip. First,i found lots of Crest and Colgate for 1.68 each and Flinstones Vitamens at 5.10 .~I used 2 Q for  TP and 2 Q for the Vitamens.(I bought 2 of each) When it was time to check out the cashier would only accept 1 Q for all my items ! She said I was breaking the coupon policy stating one item per purchase? If I have 2 tubes of TP and 2 Qs cant I use them ? She had no problem ringing up my other Qs that were printed off the internet but gave me a HUGE hard time using those 4 Qs.I tried to explain to her that I have no expired Qs and all items match what the coupon reads. She simply stated “i dont have to take any of your Qs” I was alittle mad at this point and requested a manager. The manager stated “You can buy all 4 of these items but we will only take 1Q for the TP and 1 Q for the vitamens.Your breaking a policy!” How was I breaking a policy? I had 4 items total with 4  man Qs .My husband said lets go ,just leave the items the hell with Target we will go back to Walmart. I stayed ,and in the end , the manager rang up all my items individually for me stating that they would not get reimbursed for the Qs if they were rang up in 1 transaction, I have never had such an ordeal! but I will say this ,once the cashier saw my coupon binder she immediatley called her manager as though she was  thinking i was a shelf clearer when i only had 2 of each in my cart. I think I will call Corporate. I refuse to go back to HIGH POINT,NC target. Guess Walmart has another customer back.and if this makes any sense at all ,if they wouldnt get reimbursed at all then none of the grocery stores would take any Qs either ,right? I did let him know that they get reimbursed and they also get 8 cents per Q they take.he didnt seem to like my attitude.

I hate you had that experience, but my target in Hickory NC is seriously just as bad. They wouldn’t take any of the $1 q’s for the travel tide and trial cascade saying that because they are 0.97 c they can’t adjust the coupon down to 0.97. I was buying a lot of other things that day, but I just said keep the items and I’ll shop elsewhere. By the way I did call corporate and nothing was resolved… the guy just keeping reading me the coupon policy and I said yes, I know and understand the policy and that Target doesn’t give overage but I have had them adjust the price of the coupon down before.

        • Chris

Well it appears Target has updated their coupon policy yet again.  So stores may be confused by the wording but if read correctly, and compared with the previous policy, it’s pretty clear that as long as the wording is followed then the Q can be accepted.  However the big change I noticed is that they no longer accept printable Qs for free items and they no longer allow stacking of BOGO Qs.

See the whole policy here: http://www.target.com/HelpContent?help=/sites/html/TargetOnline/help/promotions_sweepstakes_and_discounts/target_coupon_policy/target_coupon_policy.html

          • Chris

Target has become INCREDIBLY coupon and deal seeker UNfriendly.  I stopped shopping there a few months ago, and even stopped using their pharmacy, when they gave me a huge hassle about paper towels and price adjusting something I had just bought and then they put on sale.  They let me return the items but not price adjust – which is just stupid.  Walmart, on the other hand, has become much more coupon friendly.  I would say make the switch.

        • Ann

I’m sorry you went through this and I would be upset as well.  What caught my eye was when you said the cashier saw your coupon binder and called her manager….I’ve noticed this at publix…and I LOVE publix.  But….I’m afraid I’m now going to great lengths to conceal the binder…. and although I’m saving money…I’ve never stock-piled anything – we have 5 growing people in the family and it seems they are just eating more!!! So….I’ve never cleared the shelves…It’s awful that I’m embarrassed about something that is helping my family – something I spend a lot of time on…..I know I should put my big girl pants on but I’m so tired of getting “the look” ….

          • Eliasmorrison

I get the stinkeye look too when I bring in my binder. I hate it. I always try to coupon honestly and I do two trips a week, one coupon and one regular so I’m not ripping anyone off. They get my money. It’s so frustrating and I hate that I have to fight for what’s right.

        • Rach3lbu11man

I had the same problem!  I was so embarassed!!  I will never shop there again!

        • Mickeeemt

Tell them to hit the K key…think that’s the one…it will automatically adjust the q to the price….

          • Chris

It’s K1 – I’ve had to tell them how to use the register too.  Sad when we know more than the employee.

I have that and other issues with target through the past couple of years with coupons. I try to only get what i call easy deals from there they say they price match but its only on what they want to. I was told i could use the 1.00 coupon on the 97 cent cascade trial size but not on the tide for 97 cents. Crazy right there basicly the same kinda deal. I I also hate that when you use a coupon for something and maybe have to take back that they will say oh your coupon gave u this free you cant return it for a refund even though they got reimbursed for it

I just got a $829.99 iPad2 for only $103.37 and my mom got a $1499.99 HDTV for only $251.92, they are both coming with USPS tomorrow. I would be an idiot to ever pay full retail prices at places like Walmart or Bestbuy. I sold a 37″ HDTV to my boss for $600 that I only paid $78.24 for. I use BIDSNEW.çom

re: the minute maid juiceboxes for 1.99 after coupons and the simply lemonade/limeades for $1.54 after coupons — are these the best deals? new to couponing and wondering if anyone has gotten these for cheaper. would it be better for me to wait?

      • Daisy7017

Not sure about eh juiceboxes, but NOT for Simply Lemonade. You can get the smaller ones for free at walmart and farm fresh (on wed only at farm fresh).

      •  Check your target!  Ours had a price cut thru 9/10 down to 0.73!

    • confettiLauren

found in the freezer section…market pantry 100% OJ for .81 each, and at the register, a target coupon printed for a free 8×8 photo book from shutterfly, exp 9/26 :)  I also was able to get $5 gift card for buying 3 Advil products, using 3 coupons. It’s just the right time to stock up for my household, since the kids are going back to school Tues.

    • Aelittle

Is anyone finding any (unadvertised) great baby deals with the baby sale that is going on?

    • cm

There is a Vocalpoint coupon for $1 off Glad OdorShield trash bags that you can stack with the Target coupon.

      • Chris

The UP (Target) brand are a better deal.  You get twice as many for the same price.  And you can use the $1/$3 Target Q plus you may also be able to use the $0.50/1 Up cleaning item Q (since technically it’s a cleaning item and found in that department but it may not be accepted – haven’t tried).  Even if you can only use the $1 Q that makes the Up brand $6.49 for twice as many trash bags as the Glad at $5.49 (if you use both Qs).  When I still shopped at Target I used a lot of Up brand stuff and it’s great quality – just as good as name brand.

Went to the NEW Target in WILLIAMSBURG VA today- right by H2o Country- NEVER NEVER NEVER again! I bought 4 of the 6.99 tampons and 2 diapers as well as fillers- got$20 in gift cards. 2nd transaction was just at 20.52. At this point the cashier demands that I hand EVERY BAG back over so she can void the transaction and start over…WHY??? Because she was SURE that the toothbrushes wouldn’t adjust to the q I had…there were 2toothbrushes that met the q requirement! While the 2 deoderants must’ve escaped her. Also, the Herbal Essence shampoo q- both the target & manuf didn’t list ounces- I bought the largest size! So she needed to scrutinize every q! These weren’t trial sizes, and they weren’t marked- it said ANY! The manager then told me that he couldn’t  honor my P&G buy a bodywash get a deoderant free q b/c I had 2 washes & 2 potential free deoderants in 1 transaction…P&G q’s are marked- limit 4 per purchase. This was not a BOGO attempt! The cashier went so far as to say to me, “You’re wrong!” I was treated like a criminal for using q’s!  I was publicly humiliated for trying to get my daughter back to college after having written that tuition check! I’m DONE Target! NEVER AGAIN! Silly me for all the holiday shopping and baby registries…I’m back to local shops who WANT my business.

      • AngAnd

I feel your pain.  I have been treated like a crimminal for using q’s at Walmart.  I too declared NEVER< NEVER<NEVER, again.  I thought the products were for sale, and that Walmart apprciated your business.  Silly me!

      • Llopez1984

I had a similar problem in Tampa, FL. Had a Q for 18 count+ Tums, and I grabbed a 24 count Packet. They didnt want to grant my Q because the picture on the coupon did not match what I had. When all it said was ANY Tums antiacid 18 count or higher. They practically wanted me to get the bottle. I don’t shop at Target anymore, now I take my Target Q’s to Publix.

    • Cam329

Hi. I can’t find a Gerber coupon.  Do you know if there are anymore prints available?

      TOILET PAPER EMERGENCY!!

I’m down to my last two rolls of toilet paper, and I must confess, I’m not at all thrilled with having to purchase toilet paper for more than 25 cents per roll.  But I need it now, so I have to spend whatever it costs.  Does Target sell their own brand of t.p., and if so, is it soft?  I just went through two month’s worth of Scott t.p., and I don’t want to deal with that one-ply rough paper again!  :-)

      • Chris

The Target brand TP isn’t bad at all.  Very similar to Angel Soft.

    • Ricksdodge

Does anyone know how to get these home mailers sent to you?  I have looked online to see if I could find anything and couldn’t seem to find anything.  I would love to be able to receive some of these home mailers from Target.  Any help you can offer would be appreciated!  Happy Labor Day!!

      • Alison G

I get most of the mailers that are mentioned on this site. I have had 2
baby registries with Target in the last 3 years, but I also have a
“Target Red Card” This is not a credit card. It’s linked straight to my checking account. I save 5% on everything in the store, every time I use the card. Its a great deal for us and I would think it would help Target track your spending habits and send you coupons!!!

      • Creativekimberly

I called Target abouth that one time and they said that you can’t request one because it’s all a random mailing. I do know that sometimes if I use the coupons from the baby mailer than I get them again. I’m guessing they somehow track what your buying. I think they send them to the credit card holders more but thats just a guess.

        • Ricksdodge

Thanks for the information, I don’t have little ones, but I do have a child that started college this year.  Every little bit helps at this moment.

    • Chris

There are also a bunch of new Qs on Target’s site – including a 1.75/1 Skinny Cow candy Q.  If you can use 3 and stack it with the $1.10/3 manuf Q from Coupon Network’s site and you can get the boxes really cheap – KMart has them on sale for $2.50/ea right now so price match that at Target (or anywhere that will price match and take Target Qs) and you could get them for $0.38/ea!!

Target also has new Qs for:
BOGO Friskies Party Mix cat treats (exp 10/11)
      $1/1 Whisker Lickin’s cat treats (exp 10/11)
$1/1 Magnum 3pk ice cream bars (exp 10/8)
$0.50/1 Target Up trash bags 100ct+ (exp 10/8)
$1/3 Green Giant fresh veggie items (exp 10/8)
$2.50/5 Glade Fall Collection items (exp 10/8)
$0.75/1 Pepperidge Farm bread item (exp 10/8)
      $0.50/1 Target Up bleach 96oz+ (exp 10/8)

and more.  These are just the ones I printed.  Be sure to check it out!

      • Chris

FYI – there was a $1/1 manuf Q for Skinny Cow in the 7/31 RP that doesn’t expire until later this month or sometime next.  So that could make an even better deal and make the Skinny Cow a MM if you price match KMart then use both the manuf Q and the Target Q.  $2.50/ea price match – $1 manuf Q – $1.75 Target Q = $0.25/ea profit (or at least covers the tax and you get it completely free).

Any ideas how I can get my hands on the new coupon policy for Target?  I can’t seem to find it on their website.

      • Chris

See my post below – it has the link to the new policy.

        • Anonymous

          Thank you!

Where on target’s website do you sign up to get the target home mailer and target baby home mailer coupons?

      • Alison G

        • Churl27

How do you get the “Red Card”?

          • Chris

There are three Red Cards – one is a Visa that can be used anywhere, one is a store credit card, and the last is a store debit card.  If you want the debit card you need to take your checkbook in to the store and you can apply with any cashier or at the Cust Svc desk.  If you want a store credit card you should also be able to apply the same way.  I think they have temporarily stopped taking apps for the regular Visa card.  You could also print an application from their website and mail it in.  There is no way to apply directly on their website.  HTH

Does anyone know if you can mix the gift card deals (i.e. Pampers and Huggies both have “buy 2, get $10 gift card” deals – if I bought one Pampers box and one Huggies…. would I get the gift card?

      • Churl27

Yes – you should be able to mix and match.

Hi,I am working on a program for couponing and tracking savings on a store basis/ weekly basis/ monthly basis and year to date. You will be able to enter each item and corresponding q, it will figure your qs depending on qty bought and qty of Q’s with separate store Q’s and man Q’s, it will figure reward, value after rewards, savings, and goal OOP per transaction. Being able to log multiple transactions per trip or week. It will keep a item/q qty count, let u deduct rewards and oth discounts, it will figure ur overall q savings, reward savings, total value, total OOP, and your savings percentage and allow for entering your actual amounts from your receipt after the purchase so you can tell how much you are spending over your plan. It will have areas separate ares for: pharmacies, grocery stores, superstores, general stores, dept stores, hardware stores, dining, entertainment, services, and “other” store not listed. It will figure data and savings from all the above so you can see your savings on a long term view. What I need from you….. Is there any other features you would like to see on this program?I plan to have it finished within the next month or so. You can look for it under “sherriduncan76’s couponing and savings tracker”. I will be sure to post the info for it on all the main coupling sites. Thanks for any other ideas you have, and keep an eye out for it!
