I really hope I can use the kid's denim on baby. The Q didn't have size restrictions for the clothes.

      • Tabitha

I tried using it on toddler jeans and the computer didn't recognize it; the cashier had to force it through. So, it will depend on your cashier as to whether it is accepted or not. (she said the coupon said “kids”, and we bought “baby”- but she did it anyway)

        • Megan

Same thing happened to me but they forced it through…..

Got big boys jeans off clearance rack (size 5-8) for $1.24 after the coupon!

          • Afhottie2007

what is the zip code for the coupon??

    • Zander3

can anyone tell me how to get the b1g1 lean cuisine coupon off of facebook? i can't find it at all…

      • Becky

I got two the other day – they were on the “The Scoop” tab but looks like they're gone :(

      • millie

i don't see it anymore, it appears that they have taken it down or ran out. sorry.;(

    • Raynesmw

My Target in NC had a lot of clearance on bug repellent today. Unfortanately, I guess my coupons had mostly expired b/c they were no longer in my box. I cleaned it out Sept. 1st, so I am guessing they expired 8-31. Check your boxes/binders. I did have 1 of the Off ones that attaches to belt loops. Jenny has some printable coupons in the coupon database for these. These were around 4.00 before coupons. Fall softball is starting up, and in NC the mosquitoes don't officially die until it gets really cold. They had a lot of different brands. Also Purex sheets were 4.99 and I had 3 dollar coupons and 2 had peelies on them for $1, they took these off to. It beeped, but they pushed it through anyways.

      • DonnaTN

I know there are coupons that don't expire until 10/2. Not sure from where or date but I know they are OFF ones.

        • GAgirl

$1.50/2 and .55/1 Q for OFF in SS 6/20. They don't expire until 10/22 so great deal paired with Target clearance (saw prices starting at $2.29 for smaller ones)!

    • TK

I got a $10 Merona clearance dress for $3 with that dress coupon! Unfortunately, the store didn't have the fall line of Glade candles. Pros and cons this week at Target.

    • Mcoble06

Can anyone tell me how to get the target home mailers? I used to get these when we lived in Texas, but I never new how. Do you have to have a target credit card or something? Thanks!

      • Caughtinaction6

The only sure-fire way that I've heard of so far is if you've had a recent bridal/baby registry with them.

      • Sangurkie

I started getting the Target mailers after I placed an order from the Target website. I recently moved and they have not been forwarded. I may try to place a small online order to see if it will work again.

    • Amyrdh

There were some $1.50 off any tide liquid q's in the last P&G insert. Has anyone tried using them on the .97 tide samples? Thanks!

      • Mamaberry

I have used the $1 off coupon. But, Target's Corporate coupon policy that they will only give you the cost of the item off. So, they will dumb down your coupon. Sometimes you can get a clerk that will override it, but technically they don't have to. (Which seems like stealing to me when they don't give us the full face value. They are going to get full value when they redeem it PLUS $0.08 in handling…stinkers!)

        • angel

Print out a copy of the Target coupon policy and take it with you to the store. Make sure that you also have the customer service 800 number with you as well. They are supposed to do that, but none of the cashiers are typically trained to do it. Just be polite and kindly offer to phone customer service to help them with their difficult transaction. Tell them something like, “They'll show you just how to do it.” Keep smiling and get your free stuff.

          • Gswe1127

I went on the Target web-site and its stated “Coupon amount may be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied.” From that it seems that they are allowed to reduce the coupon amount if the coupon exceeds the cost of the product.

        • Amanduhh79

I had an issue a while back and the cashier and manager were very snotty. Since they were so “kind” I “kindly” advised them that if they don't write the amount they paid ME for the coupon on the coupon they would be committing coupon FRAUD for turning in a coupon that they did not give the full amount for. They weren't very happy with me.

    • Caughtinaction6

I found a clearance section of Special Edition Pampers Cruisers with designs by Cynthia Rowley today at Target. They were originally $12.99 marked down to $6.48. By pairing manufacturer's coupons and coupons in a recent Target mailer, I was able to get another $3 off. That made the diapers (which are incredibly adorable) $3.48!!!

    • Gena in Chattanooga

Do any of you know if the ads for SuperTarget are different than plain Target ads? What's listed above is really in my ad for the ordinary Target and, since there are lots of grocery items listed, I thought maybe the ad used for this list is for SuperTarget….

For example, Glade item and Ziploc bags are not in the ad. Last week, I don't think the Campbell's soup that our store had for .50 was mentioned. It's too late to do a full comparison — I just wondnered if anyone else had noticed anything similar.

      • Melissa

Some of the things listed are price cut and are not in the sale paper. Price cuts usually run longer then a week. The soup for example is price cut not a weekly sale.

        • Gena in Chattanooga

What about the Ziploc baggies then? That and the Glade are all I'm going to Target for. Since the baggies are also on sale somewhere else (I don't remember where), then I'd be disappointed if I went to Target and they weren't on sale.

I just thought that the Target vs SuperTarget might explain it, since ours doesn''t sell half the fridge/frozen groceries on the lists.

    • Tfrost99

which zip code for the Glade Fall coupon? Mine doesn't work.

      • crystalfawn

        try my zipcode 32779

    • Diane

Question: Target has B3G1. Could we use 2 of the nabisco get a free oreos when you buy 1 and a milk Q's, get 4 oreos, and just pay for 1 oreo and 2 milks?

      • Diane

I just did this deal. Milk was $1.99/gallon. So, I got 4 packages of oreos (2.79 each) and 2 gallons of milk. I paid 6.77 total! (plus tax) SUCH A GREAT DEAL! I just wish I'd signed up for the mobile texts earlier. It would have bee .50 less.

        • Linda

Hey Diane, does the cashier have to take off for the coupons? Or does the register automatic take it off? If I go tomorrow to target, and the cashier don't understand the coupon, how do I explain it to her? It seems kinda difficult to explain. Thanks!

          • Tabitha

I did this deal today, too. The cashier had to manually adjust for the coupons; the computer did not recognize the cookies bought since they were part of their b3g1 deal. I don't know if the cashier knew about the b3g1, though. When I told her I had 4 packages of cookies and 2 gallons of milk, and therefore met the coupon requirements, she forced the coupon through. So, it will really depend on your cashier as to whether they accept it or not.

            • Teda

definitly depends on the cashier.. I had a coupon horror day over all.. I had the nabisco b1g1 MQ and some $1/1 tear pad Qs from somewhere for the Oreos.. but the cashier missed one of my $1 Q's and one of my B1g1, so I had to go to customer service and 2 managers and another associate tried to figure it out and would not push the Q, I said okay just refund my money then for one of them since I can only use 3 Q's. Well it would not refund all of my money back.. after what seemed like forever as my 2 year old was pitching a fit wrapped around my knees they said it was because of the B3g1 deal was not recognizing that I had 4 and also said that the coupon said 'per purchase' and told me if I wanted to use more than one b1g1 I would have to do a separate transaction.. At this point I didn't care I just wanted to run out screaming because of the craziness with my child and the horde of people analyzing my Q's and questioning me with the 'you're a cheap-scape stink eye'.. still not a bad deal but I hope others have better luck than I did…

        • Nic

the mobile texts are awesome. they make me feel so techie ;)

    • Alison V.

At Chattanooga store (Gunbarrel Rd) some of the archer farms organic tortilla chips were on temporary price cut at $2.50. they will not do a raincheck for this type of sale, much to my dismay. also, i found some neat stuff on a clearance aisle near the storage section…”RE” shower caddy $3.48 (originally around $7, makes a great diaper changing caddy!), ClosetMaid fabric bins $3.48, and 2pk expandable hampers $4.98. school supplies were on clearance, too, including lunchboxes. got a lightning mcqueen tin lunchbox for $3.48!

      • Alison V.

oh! and there were “RE” 20 pack of hangers on clearance for $1.40, too!

    • sealey5

How do I use the Target q for the $1 off any Fresh Produce product? They don't have barcodes, so what do I do? Thanks!

      • 3monkeysmom

I'm thinking yours just didn't print right. Mine had a barcode on it.

    • Dalaforte

what zip code for right guard?

    • Kripley

Anyone know the zip code for the $2 off kids denim item? I can't, for the life of me, find it. TIA!

      • Guest

The $2 kids denim coupon is gone.

    • MaryT

When I printed these coupons, the manufacturer's ones marked “Catalina Marketing” have a funny-looking block “code” on the right-hand side and just a single barcode at the bottom. I've never seen any coupons that look like this. Will they scan and “pass inspection” at a store other than Target?

      • Guest

If it is a manufacturer's coupon that starts with the number '5' in the barcode, it will scan fine at other stores. Additional barcodes on coupons (other than the standard one) just carry additional information. It's nothing for the couponer themselves to be concerned with.

    • Atlanta shopper

Three of us in line at Target today had coupons that were not deducted from our purchases. The cashier apologized as we waited for the adjustments, but this is not the first time this problem has happened at Target. Any reason for the “glitches” that you know of?

      • Crissyq

Yes, they are theives. When you have an overage, they not apply the overage amount to deduct from your total, but they still turn the coupon in to the manufacturer for the full refund. So I would suggest that if you must shop there, you watch closely as the cashier scans your coupon and make sure it shows the same amount on the screen. Tell her to do it slowly. And if one of the coupons beep but does not come off your total, tell her to scan it again, and if it still doesnt come off tell her to give you your coupon back so that they dont return it to the manufacturer for a refund. You keep it and buy the product elsewhere. I have noticed that with Target when the coupon doesnt ring into the computer, they still keep it.

Best bet would be Publix. They dont cheat you out of your coupons, and they are nice enough to apply any overages to your total. Oh and the majority of Publixs will accept your Target coupons so dont even worry about shopping Target just because you have a Target coupon. God Bless Publix !!!

Oh and I am writing in from Florida, so this seems to be a nationwide scam with Target.

It's not the cashier's fault that the register's computer does strange things. And the people programming the computers may not have thought out every single possible couponing situation when they programmed in how the register will treat coupons. These things are not as simple as you may think they are and it takes time for them to change. If you don't like it, send a politely worded email of constructive criticism and ask your friends to do the same. Writing about 'scams' on some random couponing board is not going to make anything change, it just gets people riled up.

I agree with Guest. Although I do have to watch Target cashiers when ringing up purchases (frequently the sale price doesn't ring up) when you catch a mistake and give the correct price, they change it for you without question. But I look for mistakes at all stores…many products and people (who input the data) aren't perfect. I was in a rush at Publix last week and couldn't watch the screen…well I got home and noticed 3 mistakes…so even Publix isn't perfect.

I live in Augusta, GA and my Target is Great…..Love them, but don't get me started on Wal-Mart!!!!! Now that's the place I hate the most! Talk about crooks.

          • Methodistmom

Which Target? The one at Mullins Center has done the same things to me that these folks are mentioning, i.e. the coupons not being deducted from the total and no adjustment for coupons over the item price. Maybe it's better at the one off Wheeler Road?

      • Carrisaallen

I have had the same problem at Target numerous times. They are crooks!!!!

I'm in Chattanooga/Hixson and honestly the first time this happened few months ago, I thought it was just me not being able to do simple math. Last nite I went to use $3 off 6 Smart Ones which were on sale for $1.80 (that's all I bought). I got to my car and realized it only took off $1.80 not $3. I went back in and they kindly refunded the difference but gave me a “our computers have minds of their own” response. What's with that?!?!? I love my Target, but as this has happened twice I'll be sure to be extremely careful.

not a bad price on iams dog food. unfortunately i wont buy it because they test their products on animals. i saw a whole video on lab technicians testing their new varieties on beagles and they couldnt even get up to walk.

      • guest

I'm confused. They test their new dog food varieties on animals. It's dog food being tested on dogs…huh….I fail to see the bad.

        • AC

Basically, it's like if you tested “human” food on humans by locking them in wire-bottomed cages for their entire lives and cut open their bellies to watch how their food digests… while they're still alive. Not a pleasant or humane practice.

WIth the $3 off denim, bought a pair of shorts for myself for $2.75 (were already marked 75% off!)! What a deal! Also was able to nab two of the Q-tips for $.39 each, and free Bic pens (school items on clearance, plus manufacture and Target coupon). Got a few clearanced other things, and spent less than $5 and got a bag full!

Hi, I am new to couponing. I was wondering if anyone has tried to use $1.50 off Tide at target on a trial size?

    • Brandi

I was able to use the $3 off Dora DVD on the $4.75 Dora the Explorer movie. Only $1.75 for a DVD, I might just go back for another one for a Christmas Gift.

    • Faith

how to you get the Target home mailer?

    • Boo2010

This is part Target, part Walmart. Tonight I went to Walmart (Mt. Pleasant, SC) to buy some Milton-Bradley board games (Pictureka, Life, Clue) because I had printable coupons for $4 off each of these. I got up to the register and before she even rung up the games the cashier saw my coupons and said “we don't take black and white coupons anymore. When I questioned her she said they had a cashiers' meeting yesterday and Walmart corporate will no longer allow them to accept printable b&w. She said if I had printed them in color they would take them which is ridiculous in my opinion because people can make a color copy as easily as they can make a b&w copy. I told her no thanks, left Walmart and drove to Target where they happily accepted my coupons for the same games. It's true that with the coupons at Target I paid roughly the price I would have paid at Walmart without coupons but on principal I would rather spend my money at a coupon-friendly store. Walmart lost $50 of my business and gave me yet another reason not to shop there.

      • Boo2010

Sorry, I meant Hasbro games, not Milton-Bradley. Type in “games” in the coupon database for the link.
