Thankgiving Leftover Recipes

Happy Thanksgiving!  I hope you are enjoying a relaxing food & family filled day.

If you are like us, the big question you will face this week, is not what to cook but what to do with all the leftovers?!  The best way to be frugal is to not let anything go to waste. To keep it interesting, there are lots of things you can do to transform the turkey and mashed potatoes into other meals with the addition of a few ingredients.
