        The site said “You are regularly entitled to add one free item to your order on this site. If you have received a special additional offer, you may try to add it to your cart, but if the site does not recognize the offer, it may be rejected.” I think it was probably a glitch allowing the two, and they are working on fixing it. Mine went through, but I haven't gotten a confirmation.

        You will only get the free gifts on the 1st order you placed. (The loophole is if you used different credit cards with different billing addresses.) They will still send you the other orders, just not the free gifts. And they won't contact you before shipping before letting you know that the additional free gifts aren't coming.

Type in FSI in the SEARCH box and choose four of the following: Chocolate Macadamia Nuts, Mini Butter Toffee, 8 Mini Petit Fours, 8 Chocolate Truffles, 4 Chocolate Brownies, and the 8-Piece Chocolate Assortment. I think you might be able to add another regular free item as well, but haven't tried it myself.

        I really don't think so. Further down I read a comment that the free items are for your first order only and any that you do after they will only send what you pay for and won't contact you to tell you they aren't shipping the free items after the first order.

            yeah, I can see how it would only work for ONE for each household. They match the billing address with your credit card I think…so if you use the same billing address even with another credit card it does not look like it will work.

Everything was going great until I went to add my second free item….when I clicked to add it to my cart it said in red message along the top of the item that I was only allowed ONE FREE item for my FIRST TIME ORDER….so I didn't finsh the order because it looked like they caught on to what was happening to previous ordersof two free items….did anyone else get this red message?

        I read in an earlier comment that someone contacted Customer Service and they stated that the confirmation emails take up to 24-48 hours to receive, so just keep checking!         Just FYI ….. the free items will most likely only send on your first order. (they are first order only items). A lady in several comments below said that they will sent the items you paid for but not the free ones after the first order. I don't think they will contact you to let you know that either.

I have never ordered anything from Swiss Colony and there site specifically states that usually only one special promo code is accepted but that if it allows you to enter more than one then it's ok. I am going to go ahead and let them send my order and call them on it after the fact…… I want to try there products again (last time I tried them was about 5-10 years ago when I was still living at home and my mom had order some of their products)…. They could potentially have a good customer in me but if they don't allow me to get the potentially awesome introductory offer then I am done with them.

      I just got email confirmation of my order and it said the free combination was not valid and they changed my order. It showed that they only shipped the truffles and the Christmasmouse. I didn't even get a chance to cancel the order after THEY made the changes to my order because they had already shipped it!!!!

      TO EVERYONE WHO ORDERED:

      Make sure you not only look at your confirmation email sent from Swiss Colony, but also follow the link to your order on their site. The email will show that you ordered the three items; however, when you follow the link to view your order you will see that one or more of the items may have been cancelled.

      This is still a great deal & I appreciate everything Jenny does to help us save some money!

      Yes, it's still a good deal, but I'm very disappointed in Swiss Colony nonetheless. If you are shopping at a grocery store and the shelf price is lower than the register price, they have to honor the lower price even if it was posted in error. I believe the same logic should absolutely apply here. I have emailed Swiss Colony saying as much, but who knows if they will do anything.

      The bottom line is that we all saw the order before we committed to purchase and completed the purchase based on that assumption. I would think most of us have also printed or taken a screenshot of our order (ie. PROOF), so how is not misleading at best, fraudulent at worst?

      Ordered all three for $12.71, thought everything was fine. Got confirmation this morning and all I'm getting is truffles and mouse. Very, very disappointed and upset at Swiss Colony. I don't think they should be able to change the order after you entered, paid, and received confirmation number.

      I just got off the phone with swiss colony. I had place 3 seperate orders and the woman on the phone said you only get the free gifts with one order. I cancelled my other 2 orders but it is still a good deal for the one order I made. I called the 1800 number on their site. Hope this helps some of you.

      I just called Swiss Colony and they said that my order has already shipped (which I also think is funny because I asked that it be delayed when I put in the order). I explained that I was not notified that part of my order was canceled until after it had shipped. They offered to go ahead and ship the mac nut chocolates for free anyway. They explained that it is not their normal policy to allow two free items. So, it took a little explaining but it looks like I will get what I originally ordered. Though I'm going to keep an eye on my credit card statement to make sure they don't charge me shipping for the free mac nut chocolates.

      I am in the same situation as most of you. Order went through, got confirmation email this morning (1 1/2 days after placing order) with the CHANGE in order, checked and status of order said shipped on 12/12. I just called the 800 number and was told that the order had already shipped and was leaving a center in Memphis on 12/12 so I couldn't cancel my order.

      He told me I had 2 options:
      1. Give the choc mouse to a charity, have them write a letter of documentation and send back the truffles and then I would get my amount refunded.
      2. Refuse the shipment when it arrives and then I will be credited my charged amount minus shipping.

      After some discussion he told me that actually since I wasn't charged for shipping (separately) I could refuse the shipment, have it returned, and I would be credited for the full amount. It will just take 2-3 weeks from the time they receive the return. :( So that is what I'll be doing…..hope it works!

      I realize it's still a good deal without the macadamia chocolates….but since I did the order for the deal and don't really need it all (was just going to keep it on hand for last minutes gifts) I am going to return it. Thanks, Jenny – for all your hard work!

      I had one of my free items canceled as others did. To be fair, there WAS a statement on their site that said more than one free item may be canceled. I'm learning a lesson about using multiple codes/deals that really weren't intended for me in the first place.

      I still tried to cancel since it said it's not shipping until the 12th, or a week after I placed my order. The woman on the phone said I couldn't, as it's already left THEM for another warehouse closer to me. If I don't get it by when I need it, I can pay to return.

      I understand about the just-one-freebie, but I am unhappy that it's taking a week to ship and I didn't get a confirmation email until it was too late to do anything. Wouldn't do business with them again.

      I place a order last week and was able to get 2 free items but was not able to use a discount code with it, I got all the items in the mail a couple days ago. When I place the order for the chocolate 2 days ago it allowed me to enter 2 free items and the 15% discount code. I got confirmation today that one of my free items can not ship. Im guessing it was because I used the discount code on top of the free items.

      Sounds like we are all in the same boat. I placed 3 orders and the macadamian nuts got canceled on all three but the truffles still show they are shipping along with the mouse for all three!?! If you click on the link that is attached to your confirmation e-mail you will see your order summary, however there are no prices listed, I am wondering if we are all being charged more than we think.

Was ordering to keep on hand for gifts, and will probably still do that, but disappointed in this company's business practice.       We are all in the same boat! Just got my confirmation e-mail this morning advising “The Free Gift Combination You Requested Is Not A Valid Offer. We Have Adjusted Your Order Accordingly”. They should not have allowed the order to go through if one of the items was not free! Ridiculous. I am embarrassed as I ordered these and had them shipped as gifts. WILL NOT do business with Swiss Colony after this debacle!

      I also got the email and a really nonchalant lady on the phone when I called to cancel my order (I can't cancel). I explained that I can't simply return it after it arrives because it was shipping to someone else as a gift. She told me to tell that person so they could return it. Umm… no! I, too, am embarrassed as others mentioned. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I felt like something as major as “you are only allowed ONE free gift per year” should have been stated more clearly on the website by actually having it not allow you to put it in your cart showing as free. The whole comment about “sometimes” it may not recognize a 2nd free gift but you can let them know if you are entitled to it – they should just remove that and get the website to handle it by not accepting two free gifts. The supervisor I spoke to was very nice and sincere. He explained why the order had technically already been shipped (despite it stating 12/13 and today is 12/9) and was puzzled because he's worked there 6 years and it had always been 2 free gifts per customer. He offered to discount the price I paid on the mouse, which I accepted. However, I reiterated how disappointed I was that they would send an email stating to contact them if something was wrong with the order, but then tell me the order was already shipped and I could not cancel it or change it. He had a sense of urgency as he wanted to tell some others that there was a problem starting. He seemed a little concerned that Swiss Colony would change policy to one one free gift without notifying anyone in customer service about it, too.
      Lesson learned here… have it shipped to myself if there's ever a doubt about it!

      Called twice. First lady a little rude and very adamant and I knew wouldnt budge. Hung up and called again, spoke to another lady, she said she spoke to supervisor and “depending on inventory would see if they can go ahead and send me both.”
      I am thankful she is at least trying (or at least saying she is) and at least it's a kind of good deal.

      Very disappointed as well with Swiss Colony. Macadamia nuts did not ship. They could've at least contacted us to ask which free product we wanted or the chance to cancel. Understand it's free but don't think many of us would've bought this deal if we weren't getting all three!

      They cancelled the Macadamia nuts.
      I called them and told them to cancel the order
      At first, she tried to say they shipped it and I said the shipping date says Dec 12th on my bill and the email says to call them with any corrections
      I also told her I would contact my credit card company to not pay them
      THEN miraculously she claimed she could contact their “hub” and stop the shipment
      I think it is a law in most states that you have 3 business days to cancel an online order- if it ships before then, the company must provide a free return shipping label to you
      Try calling them again and insist that they cancel
      My understanding is that they put through an order showing 2 free items and they should honor that-that is what we agreed to pay for
      It also said you get one free item with your first order and one free item with a purchase
      If i have any issues with them I will sue them in small claims court

      The phones are busy but I am going to see if they will just trade out the post paid christmas mouse for the post paid 20 count of petit fours and I will pay $2.00 more. I have to admit when I did the deal I thought how can this company not be losing money on this. So I do understand them having to cancel one of my items if that's the case. Lets remember that at the end of the day the owner of this company is still trying to make a profit to keep his/her people employed and family fed. Try to take it easy on the people who anser the phone it is Christmas!

      I also called them and they are doing nothing about it. They said it is a rule and that this was a hoax. I explained to them that it shouldn't have let me do it in the system if their rule is 1 free item. Now it is too late. My husband thinks we should all report them to the Better Business Bureau! I am going to email Swiss Colony and explain to them that I will be reporting them and I'm also going to contact Mastercard to dispute the charges.

        I just called and the first girl I spoke with said there was nothing SHE could do about it, but she put me through to a superviser, who was so nice and she apoligized and said that they would send both my free items, the second free item would just be shipped seperately. But, she did not say it was a hoax, just that basically sometimes the internet messes things up.

          I also spoke to a supervisor and she said there are sites out there (I never mentioned SS or that I saw this on a site) that are putting out the hoax. As far as I am concerned, it was not a hoax… the site allowed the transactions to go through. I was super nice and explained that I now understand their rule is1 free, but the website should not have allowed it to work. But to me the worst part is that I have no say now. I should not be forced to take the order and I am.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!! With my screaming children in the background I got a VERY rude customer service representative who said that “Common sense should tell me that I can't pay for one cheap item and receive 2 free items valued over $60.” I told her, “Sweetheart (Showing my southern hospitality!), I do have common sense and the website shouldn't allow the order to process with the 2 free items if they weren't for free and I should definitely not find out 2 days later that my order had been adjusted without my authorization or option to cancel and have my credit card charged anyway!” I explained I thought this was something to report to the Better Business Bureau and she rudely said as a one time courtesy she'd credit my card for the third order I place that had already processed and couldn't be canceled. I was able to cancel the other 2 thank goodness! I am in my 33rd wk of my third pregnancy and thought I was going to be put into labor I was so steamin'! Thank you Southern Savers for the deals, however, this one a dud!

      I did not get the macadamia nuts BUT when I called to cancel due to the change in both orders I made, a supervisor gave me 25% off both orders. I ended up paying $20 for 4 products. If you need to call, be sure to ask for a supervisor, be nice and ask for a compromise. If you send the chocolate back, they are going to just throw it away anyways so explain that you want to make it fair for both of you.

      Same complaint as many have posted. I also got the confirmation e-mail today, 2 days after my order that one of my items would not ship due to an invalid offer, and it was the macadamia chocolates. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do, I could not cancel my order because it has already shipped. I raised a stink and they are refunding my whole order of $15 + and said I could keep the products when they arrived. Now, wouldn't it have been easier for them just to send the 2nd free product instead of giving me a FULL REFUND and telling me to keep my order? I've been ordering from Swiss Colony for several years now I am not sure if I'll order from them again.

      I also encountered the cancellation of free items — but I called them up & explained the situation. Initially they said, the other item they canceled was no longer available. So I said, then you should've told me that and maybe you have another item to replace that. So the lady went on talking saying they sent an email/letter (which I never got.) But since she was REALLY nice and very cordial about it (even if I felt they were making excuses I also explained the situation to her nicely:

      I said that this offer was announced in the internet & if this weren't true then at that point they should have announced on their site. They should also have set their system to automatically 'reject' 2 FREE items in the shopping cart if it was not supposed to be that way. And there was a time, during the time I was ordering, that I placed 3 free items thinking I only had 2. The system prompted me to remove one, meaning that the order system COULD detect if there were more than enough free items. So initially 2 free items were allowed. So I asked them to try & fix this. Next, when they canceled the other FREE item, they should've notified me & asked me for an option whether to go on with the order or not. So in the end, she did offer to replace the free item w/c is supposedly out of stock. And I feel that this is very nice of them. I told them that offering the free stuff is a good way of letting people try out their stuff for the first time and if I find their products to be good then I would not hesitate to reorder and even tell other people about it. :)

      I emailed them regarding my disappointment since my macadamia nut chocolates were canceled. I hope they remedy this. It's still a great deal for the truffles, so I won't return it. They definitely will not get another order from me again unless this gets fixed.

    • The 1st call the lady was an ass and had a voice that was fading, so talked to her sup. she tried to help me by replacing the item, but by the 2nd order her sup. threatened to hang up on me and then told me in order to return the item I had to donate it to someone then give that slip to them to get my money back, I proceeded to tell them that's not whats stated on the web page. I hung up. I was never given a chance to cancel the order since it was shipped already 2 days from now (12/12/10). Then I called AGAIN using my cell and get someone who just didn't care what I said and agreed to cancel my order but it would take 3 weeks to credit my account back… wtf. So I called again using a new phone and got someone who was sooo nice and made sure my order was canceled and my refund would come in 3-4 business days. Turns out the 1st order was canceled but the second from my husband was not like I was told. So the lady talked to her sup and they are sending me all 3 items from the shipment (both free items plus item I bought) and getting my credit back from the 1st canceled order. It seems the CS from Iowa are a bunch of a-holes cause the last one I talk to wasn't from there (they have 3 call centers). So if you call Iowa hung up and try again. You want to talk to Sonya H. in the Dikieville, Wisconsin call center. She and her supervisor are angles.

      I called and mentioned they were cancelled and she said that was the wrong item number and that she would replace it and get them shipped right out. I asked if I was going to be charged and she said no they would be free. Very short conversation and super easy? I almost didnt call after reading all the comments.

      I realize the owner of the company is trying to make money. However by having such poor customer relations, he is losing business.
      One person stated if we try their free products and like them , we may order again.
      However this is a scam. When I received my confirmation e-mail from them, it looked like all 3 items were still on there. However, when you click on their link it is ONLY THEN that you see they removed one free item and are still charging you the same amount.
      And all their lies about how they are out of stock, and it has been shipped, etc, leaves a very bad taste in your mouth- not a good idea for a food company. You can purchase delicious truffles at Trader Joe's for $2.99 a box. There were glitches on the J,C.Penney and Bath and Body Works website, but they honored those and shipped free or almost free merchandise to us.
      I think this company needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. It is probably illegal for them to change an order that they have charged you for without notification or your prior consent We need to watch our bank statements carefully, as I think they may just be pacifying us on the phone. I was told my order would be cancelled and a credit issued and now I have an email stating my order has shipped.

        I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and encourage you to do the same. There are 2 reasons of why I did it.

        1. The order was able to be processed on the website, therefore, an agreement was made between both parties.
        2. They changed my order and shipped it without my knowledge and gave me no opportunity to change or cancel my order.

          I am currently on hold with their customer svce. I would like to know how to report them exactly. I also feel that they have completely cheated all of us that ordered using this deal. My order went out to my grandparents with my understanding that their where getting two nice items but now they are only getting one puny item. So disappointing and they are not helpful over the phone at all even after the supervisor admitted they did make a mistake as a company. Oh well I will know to never order from them again.

      I decided to call, too, not really expecting a replacement but I did want to voice my problem with them changing my order yet not giving me a chance to cancel. I spoke with a nice woman named Amy who told me I could choose one of 4 other free items to replace the macadamia nuts (sugar-free choc. mac. nuts, chocolate sampler, truffles or petit fours). Easy! So I do recommend giving them a call to at least ask!

      Like everyone else, I had the same problem with my order, no macadamia nut choc. When I called, the girl I spoke with was very nice. I told her about the offer on the website, she couldn't understand where it came from, and she asked me to send her a copy of the internet page, ( via snailmail) with the offer. I also told her it was a very reputable website. She said she would go ahead and send me the macadamia nut choc. However, today I received another confirmation email stating the same thing as the first, they are not shipping the second free item, “the macadamia nut choc.” I will be sending the package back unopened when it arrives. And, of course, will not be sending any info about the offer. I told her I'm still a bit “computer illiterate”. It seems there are as many different stories about the how the CS reps handled this situation as there are CS reps.
      Also, I'm curious, we haven't heard anything from Jenny about this situation. I love Southern Savers, check it everyday, sometimes more than once.

      We all should be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Customer service was very nice and I am sure Swiss Colony is a reputable company. But the issues with their website should be addressed. The website ordering process should not allow you to put more than what they offer free into your shopping cart. And it certainly should not ask you to confirm your order with a credit card showing those free items on your order. Had I known I was not going to be allowed those free items I would have not confirmed with a credit card. I called twice to have my orders canceled. Still not sure if that is going to happen. If it does not happen, I am contacting BBB.

      I sent an e-mail. I received a response back and they are honoring BOTH free items for me!! I checked online on my account and they have added it back.

      My suggestion would be to contact customer service if you haven't already via e-mail or their website and say that you aren't satisfied. Never know what rep you will get and they might add it back.

It is frustrating that they offered it to some people and not others. If it was invalid, that's fine. Then they should not offer it to some and not all.

        Wow just got aa real b***H on the phone. I asked for her supervisor and she told me that she was the supervisor and there was no one above her. I told her yeah right. She even tried to tell me that they called me on the 8th. Ummmm no you didnt I have no missed called and no voice mails from you and even if you did call you didnt get a confirmation from me to change my order. She said I could send it back and they would credit me the money when they got it back. But I would have to pay shipping back. I said so I have to pay $10 to ship it back for you to credit me $12. I told her I would dispute with the credit card and she told me it would go against me on my credit report as an unpaid bill. I then had to explain to her no it would not. I have a confirmation with 3 items. They did not ship 3 items yet they did charge my card for original amount. She said yeah be we only charged you $12…yes thats right but I ordered 3 items and only got 2…I am so HOT right now. Not sure if I should call again and hope for someone else or just call my credit card. I also did this for my mom on her credit card (shipped to her) and now I feel bad.

      I even received an e-mail from them showing my items were cancelled.
      Yesterday I look at my credit card statement and they have posted the charge 3 days after cancellation!!! I call them and they see it is cancelled and the rep says she is transferring me to billing and it is a non- working extension. So I called my credit card company and they are removing the charge. This is a terrible company I am reporting them to the better business bureau as we all should. CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS for added charges, etc.

Then in response to issuing me a credit, the billing person says she must send a memo to their credit dept. So I ask to speak to their credit dept. and she says they don't take incoming calls.

        That's the same thing that happened to me. And, I spent $16, because I ordered petite fours instead of the mouse. There was no explaination except that they “corrected” my order. I didn't get the 24 Macadamia Nut Chocolates. But, it went thorugh with the order just fine. I think I'll stick with Godiva for now on. Very disappointed with this company. And, they chocolates weren't that good anyways.

      I just contacted the BBB. It's ridiculous this company will accept your order – wait 3 days to tell you they aren't shipping everything but charge you the same amount anyway without even asking you if you want to keep the order open after they remove 1 of 3 items. This company really is shady. I definitely plan to dispute the charge as well. Sorry, they have website problems that allow orders to go through that shouldn't. However, since they're fully aware of the “bug”, they should have sent all items or given their customers the option to cancel- NOT just send incomplete orders.

      When I ordered for Victoria's Secret, I used several codes to get free items (hipsters, T-shirt, and perfume). I received them all. I will definitely be shopping at VS. But not Swiss Colony.

      I received my item with one free gift. They took off the mac chocolates like they did with others. I called and asked if they were able to send the mac chocolates since it showed it was a valid offer on the webste when it processed my order. The lady I spoke with said she wasn't authorized to do that, but could connect me with internet dept. She offered to give me 25% off the price of the item I paid for. I accepted and thanked her. I also let her know she could pass along my feelings about how it seemed a bit unlawful what they did on their site and that it could use some changes so it doesn't hapen again to anyone else. We were both very respectful towards each other. I still don't think I would order from them in the future since this happened.

      When I called I very nicely told the lady I understood they only allowed 1 free gift but that i should have been allowed to pick the gift if they were canceling one and that it makes no sense they send a confirmation email asking me to check it carefully and call with any problems only to call and be told it has shipped. She was very nice, said she would forward all my concerns to the main office. Then she said I could either donate the items and send them proof for a return of my money or she could give me half off. I chose the half off. Then she said she took 25% off and was sorry for my issues. I said you said 50% and she quickly did that. So I got 50% off both my orders. But now I have chocolate that arrived too late to give my kids teachers for their Christmas. Oh well, guess I will just set it out at Christmas.

      I got a response from Swiss Colony through the Better Business Bureau. Essentially, they are sending the Macadamia nuts, but they really didn't address the two reasons I contacted the BBB for which are 1) why the site allowed me to process an incorrect order and 2) why it was shipped before I was notified they had changed my order therefore not allowing me to have a chance to change it or cancel it.

      So I also ordered the mouse, the macadamia nuts, and the chocolate truffles. Like the rest of you, they canceled my nuts. I received my order a few days ago and needless to say, all the truffles have been eaten (they were really good :D). I did check my bank account and saw that they had put a $1 dollar charge on my account in the beginning when i placed my order. I guess this was to see if the card would go through. But anyways, I have checked my account the past 3 days and it seems like they haven't charged me anything… this is so weird…

      I too had the mac nut chocolates removed from my order only AFTER confirmation and payment was made online. No notification before the buy was given to allow me, the consumer, to make an informed decision as whether to buy or not considering (2) items, NOT (3) for $12.71. I, like many others, contacted the company via e-mail voicing my dissatisfaction and received a reply with the same statement (the same one that I received in my confirmation e-mail AFTER transaction & payment) quoted…. “The free gift combination you requested is not a valid offer. We have adjusted your order accordingly.” I then reported Swiss Colony’s deceptive online business practice to the Better Business Bureau.     • I, too, experienced the problem of not receiving what I ordered. I contacted customer service and spoke with two unpleasant female representatives. This is what I just sent to the BBB:

      On 12/07/2010, I placed an order on http://www.swisscolony.com for these three items:
      Item # AG1350, 24 Macadamia Nut Chocolates, Qty 1
      Item # AG1316, 36 Chocolate Truffles, Qty 1
      Item # AW1128, Postpaid Chris Mouse, Qty 1

      I used a 15% off code (SCAFFL15P) for an order total of $12.71. I was able to successfully complete the order and on 12/09/2010 I was charged $12.71.

      12/12/2010, I received an email notification of the shipment. Only two items were listed, but I was not concerned because the email included the statement “The rest of your order has been or is being processed.” with another statement that said items may be shipped separately.

      12/13/2010, my order was shipped from Swiss Colony.

      12/16/2010, I received only two of the items (AG1316 and AW1128).

      12/21/2010 – Curious about the third item, I checked my order on the company website and saw a status of “Cannot ship” for the third item (AG1350). I called their customer service and was told that I could only receive 1 free item per year and that “the system” had automatically dropped one of my free items. I stated my complaint (see the two points below) but the customer service representative was not very helpful and did not offer any resolution to my complaints.

      My complaint involves two main points:
      1. I successfully placed and paid for an order for three items. The order system did not prohibit me from ordering all three items. The company did not notify me that I would not receive all three items.
      2. The company modified my order without my knowledge or consent and I did not have an opportunity to give my input before I was charged and my order was shipped.

      I am not satisfied with their service or business practices. Please advise me how to proceed.

    • Same situation here about ordering 3 items and only receiving 2, like others have experienced. I decided to send a message to the BBB, too. Here's what I said:

      I contacted the company and after being told they could not do anything, I asked ot speak to a supervisor. I never had to speak to a supervisor, because they credit my account for the full amount paid. I still get to keep the chocolates. though i still will not recieve these until after Christmas I am excited to get them free. I guess it was worth the hassel. I never asked for a free order. I just wanted to receive all of the ordered items and receive them in a reasonable time frame. I ordered on the 8th, but I am not scheduled ot get them until the 27th.
