toys r us holiday deals

Toys R Us stores are staying open for 24 hours though Christmas Eve and have some great deals going on.

The best are these buy one, get one 50% off deals:

LEGO Construction Sets
Nerf Guns and Football Sets
Crayola Art Supplies
Imaginarium Arts and Crafts
Thomas Wooden Railway Engines
Mega Bloks Construction Sets

Another great deal is 50% off all Imaginarium Train Sets or FurReal Pets.  Head out to Toys R Us at any time to shop these sales or order online for in-store pickup until Christmas Eve.

Plus you can get 4% cash back when you shop through Ebates.

    • Yeah this is a great deal.

The Lego deal is a scam they’ve been running since Thanksgiving. They jack the price up to full retail and then it’s still more per item than if you’d bought it  at Amazon with no BOGO 50%. I’ve come to realize that Toys-R-Us is more about false marketing that sounds great and less about actual savings.

absolutely!  I got sucked in last year and ended up spending way more than I should have for Christmas.  This year I have avoided all of their “deals” and have done much better just shopping Amazon and Target/Walmart.

Transformers are B1G1 so if you sent off for the rebate, which I did, can get two for like $2.99 before tax

      • Srgordon

Let me rephrase that some are B1G1 others are B1G1 50%

Only problem with Toys R Us is that 50% off brings the price down to what Walmart and Target have the same item for all year long – no savings whatsoever.
