Is this just online or in store also? They are out of what I want online.

In store also. I just bought two birthday presents and two Christmas presents for $43!!!

Great, we have been wanting a swing. However, they have only had the pink ones in stock for months. What gives, TRU? I have boys.

Does anyone know how long this deal will be going on?

    • Kristin

The deals are today and tomorrow only. They also have ALL the dvds and books b1g1 free. Really great deal on dvds. You can check out all the Easter deals on the website.

    • I second what Kristin just said. And if you go in for Dvds, pay attention to some of the ones that have an instant register credit if you buy a combination of two different dvds. For instance, Minnie's Bowtique and Little Einsteins Animal Expedition- when you buy them together, you get $6 off. But you also get one free. AND Animal Expedition rang up 25% off on my receipt for some reason too. I got both $14.99 Dvds for $5.49! I know there are a few others like that too!

Will the item ring at half price? Or do you need to buy 2 of the same item?

      • Ashley

I'm pretty sure you have to buy two items!

Be careful on the Little Tikes. We went in on MONDAY and they were already sold out of the items in the circular. So we called. Not a single store in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, or New York (we have family there) had them. Neither did online. They told us that if they had it online, it would be free shipping — but only if you spend $100! Of course it didn't matter; the items were out of stock online and in the distribution center, too.

Another thing we learned: BOTH items need to be $29.99 or less. Usually for BOGO deals, the retailer isn't so picky that the “buy one” item is below a certain price, but for some strange reason, TRU is.

Anyway, because of what I think is pretty much false advertising about items in this sale (not really in the sale if they are unavailable nationwide and you won't issue rainchecks), I have been sour with TRU all week. Sorry to be a downer!
