truvia

Anyone use Truvia before June? Truvia has a Class Action Settlement and is offering $45 in reimbursement or $90 in Truvia products.  Curious to see if you qualify?

If you bought any  Truvia product between the dates July 1, 2008 and July 24, 2014  you qualify for the settlement. You don’t need a receipt, just fill out a small claims form between now and 12/5 with your name, address and how many products you purchased in that time period.  The refund is based on tiers of how many you purchased:

1-4 Products = $7.50 check or 3 product vouchers
5-9 products = $15 check or 5 product vouchers
10-19 products = $30 check or 10 product vouchers
20+ products = $45 check or 15 product vouchers

I was never a big purchaser of Truvia, but I do know that I grabbed 6 this past year with an awesome deal at Publix.  So I fell in that tier.  Please know that while they don’t require proof of purchase, the long court document does say that it could be required for actual payout.  So stick with only what you know you’ve purchased!

That’s all you have to do, just subit the form and wait for the court’s response.
