    • Sheila

Did you have to pay a separate shipping cost for each item?

      • Jenny

I paid a base shipping price and then each thing I added, added about $1-$1.50 in shipping.

        • jessica

How much was your total shipping Jenny? I don’t want to spend an hour or two creating all these if the shipping is unreasonable. I would probably order most of those things though if it were a reasonable shipping price. Thanks in advance!

    • RJ

What did I do wrong? After taking an hour to put a “free” order together into 1 cart, my shipping was just shy of $30. No thanks, I said. Is there something I missed that would make the shipping cost less?

    • It does say shipping and “processing” on the homepage. If you got a lot of larger items (like a car magnet, maybe the totebag) they can really push up the shipping price.

    • Thanks for posting this! I needed more cards for my Coupon Classes!!

    • Jamie

Thats why I try and stay away from Vista print…….. you can order stuff else where on sale and get free shipping and it will still come out cheaper than Vista Print….. But I guess Vista Print has to make their money somehow…

    • jessica

Ebates has 5% cash back for Vista Print (Sorry Jenny, I know they give $5 per referral but I figured the 5% would help some people out…every dollar counts!)

You can also get some other free sample items on Vista Print like a pen, rubber stamp, etc. The big problem is indeed the shipping, I went to order a free rubber address stamp and it was about $6 in shipping and handling for a little stamp. I’ve never tried a combined order though, so maybe it’s a lot better of a deal if you’re getting a lot of “free” stuff.

      Thanks for posting this!

      • Jenny

I had that at bottom never apologize. It’s always good to get cashback!!

        • jessica

DUH- I missed it! LOL, you are right you did. I just overlooked it!

    • What are the Mommy Cards? I can’t get the link to work.

We ordered postcards from Vista Print with our daughter’s picture on them for our Christmas cards this year & they turned out great. Shipping was right around $3.00 – not bad for 100 cute postcards – plus we saved on postage this way! :)

    • Julia

thanks for the heads-up on this!! I paid $6.24 for shipping and got loads of great stuff…even with our family picture on a new mouse pad…FREE!!

      • Angel in Charleston

What things did you get? Just wondering how much you can get before the shipping costs outweigh the “free” stuff.

        • Linda

I paid $16.85 in shipping costs. I got these “free” items:
business cards, postcards, t-shirt, tote bag, photo book, notepad, post-it notepad, and coffee mug. I didn’t get the mouse pad because it added $3 to shipping, and I didn’t think that was worth it.

I made the business cards into mommy cards: info about my kids’ mommy so that the parents can contact me. I made the postcards into July 4th party invites. The t-shirt says “Proptery of The Griggs Family, XXL, Est. 2001” – really cute. I made the tote bag with our last name initial and it also says “The Griggs Family.” The photo book is self-explanatory – pics from Christmas, etc. The notepad and post-its have a kid background and at the bottom says “The Griggs Family.” I made the coffee mug for my mom that says “World’s Best Nana” with a pretty picture of flowers on it.

I think that getting the shirt or tote-bag at the embroidery store would pay for the shipping costs alone. The others are basically freebies. Love everything! Can’t wait to see it in person. :)

      • Snppmommy

How are you getting all of that free stuff? I am only finding certain items. Do I need to sign up with a new email address to get all the good deals?

        • Linda

I kept clicking on Jenny’s link every time I finished with an item. I couldn’t find a link through their site, so it just took a little bit more effort to keep closing out the window and opening it up again. Worth it, though!

        • Lorie

I also kept clicking on the link through Jenny’s site b/c I couldn’t find it any other way.

    • Jeanne

Neither of these links worked for me.

100 Mommy Cards for $1.99 (through this link)

By the way, whatare “mommy cards”?

      • Linda

It looked like they were cards to give to parents as your kids find new friends. I made some out of the business cards, which were free.

    • Heather

Great Site!!! Thanks so much for the link. I also have upromise and they gave 50% off any order and 5% on your upromise account!!!

I got 11 free items and then purchased envelopes for the postcards. I spent $56.71!!! I got so many gifts.

I made my business card’s into a mommy card though, that way I didn’t have to purchase. I loved this shopping trip!!!!!

      Thanks Jenny

      • Linda

I made mommy cards from the business cards, too! Great minds think alike!! :)

    • Leann

What perfect timing as I just started a new business; however, I was unable to find any of these items for free aside from the business cards. I did receive the Mommy cards, a free rubber stamp, free pen, and free car magnet, but nothing else listed below. Any thoughts as to what may have happened?

      250 Free Business Cards
      1 Free Photo Flip Book
      1 Free Sticky Note Pad
      1 Free Regular Note Pad
      100 Standard Postcards
      10 Free Invitations
      1 Free Coffee Mug
      1 Free Mouse Pad
      1 Free Tote Bag
      1 Free T-Shirt

Go through Jenny’s link for each item you order. I had to keep adding an item to my cart and then closing the page and going through her link again. It worked for me and I got everything for free that i wanted to get. Hope this helps!

I ordered checks from them for an amazing price, but a couple of months later there was a random 14.98 debit from them from my ckg acct. They said I clicked on a banner or something to become a member and I had not done that. they took the charge off, but evidently it is common for them! so yes, be careful!

    • Alison

Thank you so much Jenny! Now I’m getting free save the dates for my wedding :)!!

    • Renee Coleman

I had a bad experience through Vista Print as well. I took advantage of one of their free business card deals offered back in September. I received the free business cards no problem (I used my debit card to pay for shipping); however, my husband noticed a weird purchase on our bank statement last month. Come to find out, Vista Print was taking $15 out of our bank account each month for the past 5 months. We called and they could not explain why this was happening or what service I was receiving. I know I did not click on any banner or special offer. They ended up refunding us the whole amount. The fact that they couldn’t explain the charges (expect for a measly excuse that I must of clicked on something) is highly suspicious and questionable. To make matters worse, other people seem to experience this same problem. I will not be using Vista Print in the future no matter what great deal they offer. I am strongly thinking about filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding Vista Print. I just checked the BBB website. Apparantly, there have been 314 complaints about Vista Print regarding Credit, Billing Issues. Looks like I’m going to be complaint #315.

Very excited about this! I used this site back in July to get a lot of things for my husbands 40th b-day party. Everything I ordered tonight will be Personalized Christmas Gifts and I used the 100 Free Postcards for Christmas Cards! Love the great deals on gifts!
