Isn’t Sunmaid and Sunsweet two completely different products/companies?

      • mrn1

nevermind,  didn’t read well…i was so excited about the raisins i didn’t even see the apricots.

    • Trheath

Just got back from my local Walgreens and they have Planters peanut butter marked down to $1.64. Don’t know if it’s everywhere, but it’s worth having your coupon with you if you’re going! Coupon in SS 2/26

      • Shoppergirl000

There is currently a $1/1 coupon on the Walmart website too!

    • Leigh

I haven’t done coupons with Walgreens much – can someone tell me, if there is a buy one get one half price, can I use 2 coupons or just one?

      • Yazpistachio

         You can use 2!

    • b j

manager at wags said that when a specific purchase amount was required to earn a RR-like spend 20 get 10 RR-if coupons put total below required amount-no RR would print.  does this rule apply to above RR  listings, if so they will not work.

      • Jnn_horan

The amount spent is before coupons to get the RR.

      • Mcleodsc

        manager is making it up

      • Carol_R

Only if the coupons are store coupons. If they’re manufacturer coupon, then the RR should print out.

      • Melissa

this happened to me when I used my military discount there, if the discount took the total below the amount required then the RR would not  print.   so anyways, yesterday I tried to get the cokes and had 2 MQ’s for free 12-packs from my coke rewards and guess what, the RR didn’t print.  However, after I argued a bit, the manager gave me a form to mail in to get my RR mailed to me.  OK, hope that works out.

    • So, I see that the Blue Diamond almonds are finally going BOGO after I make my special order at Publix for the honey roasted flavor. Walgreens is pretty much the only place where I’ve seen them. Oh, well, the base price is $3.19 at Publix, so their BOGO will be a better deal. If you haven’t tried that flavor, you don’t know what you’re missing. AMAZING!!!

    • Kalika_313

There is a $1/2 Mars easter candy in the 3/18 redplum with no size restrictions. Should make free candy for the snickers single eggs! :)

      • Bkittie

I tried to buy the Snickers eggs today, but they are still ringing up at 59 cents.  Still not a bad deal with the coupon, but unfortunately not free.

        • Ladybugpam

you probably have to purchase 2 together to get the $1/2 price.  many stores have a higher price for a single purchase.

    • Amajor86

can someone answer this for me. im so confused because everytime i shop at walgreens i use a RR from a previous purchase and still get rewards back, but i was there tonight and tried to use a RR from the other day and she said i didnt get my RR bc i used one in that order. Is this true or is she just an idiot? she also said i couldnt get the $10 RR for buying 6 12 packs of coke products because only coke was shown in the ad, not diet coke. but it said underneath the diet coke that it was included. im so confused…

      • Wendyl911

Idk, those cashiers are so out of control & do whatever they want.

      • Raynesmw

First, yes you should have got the $10 rr on 12 diet cokes. That is what I did twice at 2 stores on Sun and got one with each. Secondly, the other RR depends on what you were buying and what RR you were using. For example, let’s say you buy Colgate and get a $3 RR back. If you turn around and buy Colgate and try to use the $3 RR, don’t expect to get another $3. In addition, sometimes products are linked together, say like Procter and Gamble. Most of the time, the “sponsor” is at the bottom of RR. If you bought something and the RR was completely unrelated, then you should have gotten another. Like if I went back and did a deal on say shampoo where it is buy $15, get $5 back and I use my $10 RR from my cokes, I am supposed to get my $5 on the shampoo, even though I used a RR on the order. I am suspicious that the paper was out of her machine that prints, or it wasn’t working. I would take my items back, return them and have them re-ring. Do you have another Walgreens? You can call the 1-800-Walgreens also and see if they might could take care of this. Good luck on this, hopefully they can fix this for you.

        • Amajor86

thank you! I will try a different walgreens tomorrow :)

There is something weird going on with the coke deal.  I have posted about this several times.  For some reason, the computers are linking RR to items you purchase (sometimes) and it makes the total go  below the required amount for the RR to print.  I used a $2 RR from Burts Bees and a $4 RR from Natrol on my Coke deal a couple weeks ago (the same month long deal, just the cokes cost more then) and my receipt showed Coke MFG CPN $2, Coke MFG CPN $4.  My RR that printed was only a $5 one instead of the $10.  The manager fixed it for me and gave me the $10 instead.  I have read many other people this same thing has happened.  I did the deal again and used RR that were for a higher amount than the Coke cost ($5 RR) and it didn’t link it like that on the coupon.  I like to roll RR and spend as little OOP as possible, but on a deal like this, unless you have an awesome manager that is willing to fix it for you, your best bet is just to pay outright so your RR will print without problems.  BTW, this also happened to a friend of mine, but the manager at her store was very ugly and refused to fix it.

          • mrn1

oops sorry Raynesmw, i was trying to reply above and it won’t let me remove my post in the edit.

I bought the 6 coke products and did it 6 times. I got a variety of coke products and recieved the RR every time. I would go back with my reciept and talk to the manager.

        • Bamabobbie

I’ve had several RR’s print as a mfg coupon on an item I purchased.  I showed it to mgr at one of the Wags store.  Some kind of glich in their registers I would think.  It’s bad when your trying to get a mail in rebate and an item is $10 with a rebate and you pay with a RR that show a mfg coupon on that item

        • Kendra

The original post i read on the coke deal said your total had to be $20 AFTER coupons, maybe that’s why it’s not working.  RR are considered q’s.

          • mrn1

I read that too, but I keep seeing people say they used multiple RRs on their Coke deal and still got the $10 RR.  I don’t get it.  One more reason why I love CVS.  (But still shop at Wags too!)

      • Amie

You can always call or email the Catalina company directly. I had the same problem the first time I did the deal and the shift supervisor was not helpful so I emailed my info to the Catalina company and got another $5 RR a week later. 1-888-8coupon is the number.

        • Madisonanita

we have a store manager here that was so rude to me, and HUFFY, everytime I checked out with my coupons, I decided to not go in that one anymore, and even moved my prescriptions to cvs. I do go in there occasionally for good

buys, but when I do, I go to the makup counter to check out. Thanks for the 1-888-coupons number. I think I’ll be making a phone call!!!

      • Amaandasl25

        No

EXP: purchase #1 and #2 will give you a RR but the third purchase it will not give you a RR back.

      • Madisonanita

I bought 4 coke 12 pks and 2 diet coke 12 paks and it worked.

    • Kkernea

i`ve just checked the walgreens ad. and the ad says a limit of 3 [on the 12 pks. of coca-colas]. i hope this helps.

The Sunmaid raisins will be $1.99 at Rite Aid this week, $.51 cent savings.

    • Ltip

how many mail in rebates can you get for the Neosporin Essentials Trial Pack?

      • Most rebates only let you do it once.

    • Cville

Whoever told you about the welch’s deal is wrong.  They 64oz bottles are NOT $3.  They’re $4.99. Also, the store coupon is not $1 off each… it’s $1 off of 2.  Y’all should work a little harder on ensuring you put CORRECT info on here.

      • Fallaya

It’s nice of you to point out errors, but it’s not necessary to be rude about it.  People make mistakes.

      • Ampoe1

Seems like Jenny does aweful lot of work for all of us, but so easily for you to critique, find a different website if you have a problem.

      • Vs32357

this sale doesn’t start til sunday

      • Couponer

If you had to subscribe to this website, then MAYBE I would understand your irritation, but for all that this website provides for FREE, there is absolutely NO reason to be that rude in a post. Like the other people said, read a different website if you have such a problem.

      • NYCouponer

“Y’all” should work a little harder on ensuring your grammar is correct before posting a comment on here. “They 64oz bottles are NOT $3.”
        See “Y’all” later!

        • Daddysdionne

Not a cute statement. Lets all be adults.

          • NYCouponer

That’s OK, I wasn’t going for cute. I’m trying to stop these idiots from putting down Jenny and all her hard work!

            • Shelly

There really is no difference between the original poster of this thread being rude and you being rude.  Rude is rude.  And, if you’re so concerned about not putting Jenny down, don’t insult her southern roots by mocking how we speak.  Or, perhaps it would make you feel more at home if we said “Yo” and “You’s Guys” instead of “Y’all”.  Let’s not get hung up on vernaculars here.  And, don’t try to solve rudeness by being rude…it’s called being a hypocrite.

            • ME

The word “y’all” was not being criticized by NYCouponer.  That
individual was talking about Cville’s comment.  The grammar mistake
NYCouponer was trying to point out was the use of “They 64oz bottles” in
Cville’s sentence.  The use of “They” should have been “The”.  Now
let’s all not jump to conclusions and be nice to one another.

            • Shelly

Not true…look at her statement above where she mockingly quotes “y’all” a couple of times, mocking how cville speaks.  How many of us send things off of our smart phones or tablets and spell check gets us.  I doubt she meant to say “they” instead of “the”.  I send things all the time that sound dumb because I don’t read it first and my spell check made some silly correction.  The conclusion we shouldn’t all be jumping to is that we haven’t all done this very same thing ourselves and probably more than once…Now, I’m not condoning cville’s rude statements, but I also don’t condone NYCouponer’s response to her.  Two wrongs don’t make a right…

        • YoMama

          Play nice NYCouponer.

          • NYCouponer

Pretty ironic coming from someone named YoMama.

            • mr1

              Completely unnecessary!!

        • lilmama0206

Nothing wrong with Y’all…. it’s a SOUTHERN thing! **hence SOUTHERN savers!

          • ME

The word “y’all” was not being criticized by NYCouponer.  That individual was talking about Cville’s comment.  The grammar mistake NYCouponer was trying to point out was the use of “They 64oz bottles” in Cville’s sentence.  The use of “They” should have been “The”.  Now let’s all not jump to conclusions and be nice to one another.

      • equestrienne8

Try to be more CIVIL cville.  No one is perfect, and we are all in this together just trying to save a little green. See? All caps are emphatic and make people irritated when they read them.

      • mrn1

You are correct that the In store coupon is for $1 off of 2, but incorrect as to the price.  The 64 ounce bottles of Welch’s will be 2/$6 ($3 each) starting 3/18 which is the date of the header of this post.  Maybe instead of being so rude, you should read and make sure you are correct before pointing fingers.  Sounds like you probably ran out and tried the deal because you didn’t read the date and got burned.  Not Jenny’s fault.  And yes I am assuming.

      • Amber

This list is for the ad that starts TOMORROW, March 18th. The reason it isn’t correct is because the sale has not started yet.

      • Readytosave

Wow, if this information is not accurate enough for you then do your own research.  If you really want to help don’t critize others.  Thank you.

    • aak1231

i’m seeing if any1 can help me out.  i’m still trying to figure out these RR but right now they r seeming more hassle.  i went the other nite to walgreens i bought the irish spring products to get $3 in RR, some B1G1 arm&hammer detergent, $1 gatorades,n get other things.  i also bought specifically $15 worth of the walgreens allergy medicine to receive $4 in RR.  when i checked out i only got my $3 RR fo the irish spring products.  from my reading about RR it says 1 per transaction, but i assumed that meant for just the 1 set of products.  was i suppose to do a totally separate transaction for the allergy products to get the $4 RR?!?  if so, that’s ridiculous!  i’m not going to hold up the line each separate RR

      • Bamabobbie

I do not think so.  I’ve gotten more than one RR in one transaction lots of times.

        • Bamabobbie

          On different items.

        • Aak1231

I had planned on 2 diff RR for 2 diff sets of totally diff items. But it didn’t quite work out that way. What should I do, if I can? This is quite confusing!

    • Mcleodsc

I have three $10 RR to spend or roll this week. I really do not want to buy the fat burner or cleanse items. I don’t use them , don’t know anyone that does use them and cannot donate them. I still have diet aids from 6 months ago that no one wants. Can someone come up with a scenario for using these RR and ending up with at least $10 in RR for next week?

    • JustTheFlax

I think the Neosporin info on here is wrong. The rebate form will not be in the newspaper, just an ad for it. You have to print it http://www.neosporinessentials.com/freebate/NEO_TrialPack_rebate.pdf

    • Teddy

FYI  if you still have the 3off coupon today  sat 17 at wallgreens i bought the right guard body wash 4.49 buy one get free i used the 3.00 off coupon when you buy 2 total 1.49 with tax i paid 1.80 for both.i though that was great deal but for my surprise the machine gave me 1RR BACK so ended paying 0.40 cents for each. what sweet surprise!!! woo hoo!!!!

    • Blidstrom21

can you use a manufacturers Q that says redeemable at CVS at Walgreens or does that count as a competitor coupon??

      • Blidstrom21

For instance : for the huggies deal it mentions using the reinventing beauty coupon which states redeemable at Cvs. Please let me know so I can see about using my coupon or not

        • Jordynsmommy

Okay, you can use the reinventing beauty coupon because it is a manufacturers coupon, however most of the ones in that mag are CVS coupons.  If they say “redeemable at CVS {rite Aid, Walgreens, etc}” then they can be used anywhere.  If they say “redeemable ONLY at CVS {rite aid, walgreens} then they are store specific.  The word ONLY is the clue.  It is my understanding that on a coupon that says “redeemable at” without the word ONLY, then that store has paid that manufacturer to advertise on the coupon, much like a commercial on TV.  I hope this helps you… :)

          • Blidstrom21

            Thank-you!!!! I was so confused!

    • Swappinspoons

      • Swappinspoons

not sure why it is all jumbled up—not how I intended–oh well, maybe you can make it out! :)

    • Shweird

Just went to Walgreens tonight and they had a crazy mad clearance at the front of the store.  Pampers Prints diapers for boys or girls were marked down to $5.62 and after $1.50 off coupons they were only $4.12.  Bought the last boys pattern for my son and bought three girls to give to friends with babies my son’s age.  Check at your Walgreens for 75% off Clearance deals.  There was a lot of hair color in the clearance bin too.

    • Shweird

The Pampers Prints mentioned in the previous post were boxes of diapers (72 count for sizes 1-2)!!!!

    • Kmclaughlin

Can anyone help? I can’t find coupon for reach in the RP 2/12. Anyone know where it is?

      • Theresalane25

it was in 3/4 RP it said it excluded the crystal clear and that is the one on sale at my Wags. It should work on the floss though. I hope this helps

    • Becky

Where is the neosporin rebate in the paper?

      • Theresalane25

It gives you a website to print from. It was with the Neosporin  coupon.

        • Paravel43

I posted yesterday that this ad is incorrect in saying the rebate form is in the paper. I listed a link to the website to print it from but then it said my comment was in moderation and it never posted.

      • Shannonsg30

It’s with the coupons, gives you the website to go to to print. I think it’s neosporinessentials.com/freebates

    • Toezuki

My Walgreen’s didn’t have the free cleanse system. The one they had have 28 acia berry pills and 56 of the other. The ad is for 56ct of each pills. I didn’t see any ad stickers so I tried the one they did have. It didn’t ring up for $10.00 and didn’t print out rr, so I got a refund. The lady said they would get in a truck on Thur, maybe it will be on that truck, but they don’t carry that item as of now :( This has happened 3 times in the last 2 months, and I really love our Walgreens :(

      • Bkittie

My Walgreens had these twin packs, too.  I questioned it because it was different from the picture in the ad, but the sign in the store advertised this as the correct product.  When it didn’t print a RR, the manager gave me a rebate form to send in to get $10 back.  I sure hope it works.  I had to laugh when I opened the package at home.  The bottles were pretty good sized, but they were only about 1/5 full of tablets.

      • cswilliams

Walgreens had a sign posted today for acai berry cleanse 56 count product for 10.00 single bottle they don’t carry the one with both 56 count. I got the one and I got my rr for 10.00. I hope this helps!

    • Shannonsg30

Inside the box of acai berry cleanser is a coupon booklet and has 1.00 off this product :)

    • Paravel43

Really stinks that the Carefree coupon was not in my paper so no free liners. :(

      • Frogprincess77

mine either, I was excited about that one too!

    • liz749

I think this coupon is gone:

Found the Neosporin essentials at CVS for $12 if anyone has coupons or cards they want to use. I had ecbs and a 3 off 15 coupon.

    • Jessica

My Walgreens had Tampax Pearls (20 count) tampons on clearance for $1.49; Stayfree pads for $1.09, and Always pads for $1.19…. I had $1.00 off coupons for all of the items….. What a steal!!!!

      • Thanks – I hope I find any of those on clearance. Gotta love Aunt Flo.

        • StephanieRuggerio

Where do you look for clearance items?

          • Bamasaver

In our local stores, some clearance items are in their regular places on shelves (with a clearance tag covering the regular price tag) & others are on a couple of endcaps.

          • The clearance endcaps are often (cleverly) located way in the back of the store, about as far away from the front doors as possible. They are definitely big treasure jumbles. But I also agree with Bamasaver– in my experience, it’s always worth scanning the regular aisles for clearance tags. Good luck, hope you find some cool stuff!

    • Cheryl

I got two free Reach Floss’s today. YAY

    • Mzeggert

Can someone please post the link to the rebate for the Neosporin? I bought it today and I can’t find the website. My 3 grandchildren have ezcema so Mimmi has to keep some items at her house. :) Thank you!

    • Mayebarrie

Walgreens trip today:  5 boxes of cereal, 2 boxes of poptarts, 2 welch’s grape juice, 2 tooth brushes, 3 carefree panty liners and neosporin trial pack of 3.  Oop $14.28.  Got a $2 catalina for neosporin and there is a rebate for the neosporin of $12.99.  Depending on how the rebate works out—this either cost me a couple of dollars or I got paid 3 cents to take it out of the store

    • Gotagooddeal

Hi, How do I use coupons (i.e.,Nature Made) if I order Walgreens online?  Thanks so much in advance for your help.

    • I’m so happy! Got a 6 roll pack of Sparkle paper towels, two packages of Poise liners on clearance for 1.99, two Reach toothbrushes, a bottle of Welchs grape juice, and a bottle of Suave keratin infusion. Total before coupons was $33, after coupons $7!

      • Klpruiksma

Did you get your Reach toothbrushes for free? I had the 99cent Walgreens coupon for the “preventive toothbrush” and the $1.00 manufacturers coupon for a Reach toothbrush (excl Crystal Clean toothbrush) but didn’t see any preventive toothbrushes in the store. Even asked at 2 different Walgreens and they only guessed that it was the Crystal Clean toothbrushes that were good for the 99cent Walgreens coupon. But the $1.00 manufacturer’s coupon isn’t good for that toothbrush. help?! :)

        • guest

I saw the tag of the Crystal Clean toothbrush
marked as “Reach preventive crytal clean toothbrush” in Walgreens.

          • Cstewart29

I TRIED TO PURCHASE THE CRYSTAL CLEAN TOOTHBRUSHES AND THE REGISTER BEEPED AND THE CASHIER READ THE COUPON AND WOULD NOT ACCEPT:(

        • guest

I went to walmart and price matched the toothbrushes and used the coupons and got them for free.  I don’t remember which one it was, but it wasn’t crystal clean.  It was a single pack toothbrush.  I had no problems.

          • Klpruiksma

            Thank you!! I’ll try this!!

          • Vicki

Do you have to have another store ad to price match? I’ve never done this – or do you just tell them? What do they require? Thanks!

            • mommypie

Yes, you need to bring a copy of the ad to show the cashier at Walmart.

        • Cstewart29

SAME PROBLEM HERE IN FLORIDA.  i CAN’T FIND THE TOOTHBRUSHES THAT ARE ADVERTISED.  I CAN ONLY FIND THE ONES THAT SAY CRYSTAL CLEAN!!!

          • Madisonanita

They didn’t have them here in MS either. And our CVS didn’t have the Reach toothbrushes in their ad last week.

    • Rachelle857

Idk if I’m just slow on gettin in on deals, but I didn’t know tht the schick hydro silk razor and refils deal was goin on, cuz my normal walgreens isn’t advertising it.. but I went to a diff store last night and they had a huge promotion stand with both men and womens schick razors and refils with the 4 rr on them! I was so excited because I hadn’t got a change to buy any yet. So any ways even better is tht I didn’t know the rr were rolling
I had bought the acai cleanser
      Then the refils
And then the razor but on the razor I used the rr from the refils and I got another 4 rr!
I didn’t know if ne one else already knew bout it, or if its because of the new register systems, or if I’m just slow on getting the news! But I was one happy girl!

    • Vicki

      Hey friends,
I am looking for some extra Got2B coupons from the 2/12 RP. Happy to trade for whatever I have that you need. Please email me at vickisfloyd at hotmail dot com. Thanks!

          Brand of hair products

    • I went to Walgreens and the Mars candy was on sale 2/$1. I got 4 because I had 2 $1/2 Mars candy coupons. When I got to the cashier, she says “Sorry, you can’t use both, we don’t double.” Obviously, doubling would have meant that each coupon would have doubled to $2 instead of $1/2 so the cashier really didn’t know what she was talking about. I live in FL so I never have doubled coupons in the past anyway. Anyhow, I explained this to her but she wouldn’t budge and she showed me a paper her manager had written about not taking those coupons. I am so frustrated! Was I wrong to think I should have been able to buy 4 and use 2 $1/2 coupons??

      • Vicki

No, Megan, you were not wrong. I have started taking the Walgreen’s coupon policy with me every time I go (printed directly from their website; specifically the part about multiple coupons). If the cashier doesn’t understand, ask for a manager. I began taking the policy with when a manager insisted that I could not use more than one of each coupon; telling me that it had never been their policy to allow multiple coupons on like items (even when I was only using one coupon per item). Of course, their own policy specifically states that you can do this. Now I never shop at Walgreen’s or CVS without a copy of their policy. Saves a lot of aggravation since the store employees are not as educated about their policy as the customers sometimes are.

        • Megan

Thanks Vicki. I think I will go to another Walgreens and take the coupon policy with me. You would think these companies would be familiar with their own policies! Thanks for the advice!

      • Madisonanita

Walgreens and Walmart are awful when it comes to coupons. I had an associate at Walgreens to tell me….”they say they gone fire us if we take coupons that don’t just go through. I ain’t takin them,(meaning the ones that wouldn’t scan) cause I ain’t gettin fired”. Really? Then when getting the manager, she agreed… with attitude!!!!

        • Megan

That’s awful!! The manager at the one I was at had actually posted the coupon with instructions on it “not to double”. I am going to check out a new Walgreens I think!

      • Jlaleonard

If they do not want to the business. Take the Walgreen’s ad to Walmart and price match the Mars candy 2/$1 sale and get them free!

    • guest

I have several register rewards that are expired and my walgreens said they can’t take them.  Does anyone know if any walgreens accepts expired register rewards, or is that their policy everywhere?

      • jessiew

i only tried once to use an expired rr but it wouldn’t scan, and was told they wouldn’t take it. I didn’t realise at that time that they expired so quickly.. As far as i know, no walgreens will take them. sorry.

      • Selinalynn338

my local publix store accepts walgreens register rewards because it is a manufactor coupon.  and if a coupon expires monday-sunday (like, 3/19/2012 -3/25/2012) my local store will allow me to use it up until that sunday. i hope this helps you

    • Suzy Payne

Just got in from Walgreens and the manager complained to me about taking my Qs for the Carefree Panty Liners.  She said the Q was for the larger amount.  But they were for the ones on sale.  I show her my printed SS list and told her that Jenny was never wrong.  So she keyed in the coupons for me.  I wish Jenny lived close by so she could show with me.  Then I would polity say, “Look here is Jenny and Jenny agrees with her print out that these coupons are correct”.  I was however polite the whole time.  =-)

      • Vicki

Well, it’s never a good idea to tell them that the person who does your coupon site is never wrong. Because we’ve all seen instances where there are mistakes…we all make them. Frankly, they don’t care what this website says. If you want to really make them pay attention, you need to take in a copy of their own policy printed from their website. That they cannot argue with. But unfortunatly, Jenny’s not the boss of them…

        • Vicki

          Oops…meant ‘unfortunately’.

    • Niki

Went in with my toothbrush, floss, olay  coupons.  After 20 minutes of run around I left.  They would not let me get the floss as the coupon was worth a $1. and the price was .99. same with the floss and the Olay.  I gave up and am not shopping there anymore.

      • Vicki

I know it’s annoying, but you guys should get into the habit of doing what I do, and taking a copy of their coupon policy with you everytime you go. Here is what their policy says about this issue: When purchasing a single item, Walgreens accepts one manufacturer coupon and applicable Walgreens coupon(s) for the purchase of a single item, unless prohibited by either coupon offer.
The coupon amount must be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied. (For example, a $5.00 coupon for a $4.99 item will result in a $4.99 coupon value). If we want to get the good deals, we’re just going to have to bite the bullet and educated them (even and especially the managers!) about what their coupon policy says…

        • Madisonanita

I have had that problem more than once. I was in DG the other day and their Glade product was less than the coupon value. Glade $1, coupon $1.50. They refused to take it because the computer didn’t take it. They wouldn’t key it in as just $1. And yes, that was the manager!

      • Jlaleonard

Price match it at Walmart and make a penny profit! Not worth it Walgreen’s.

        • Vicki

When price matching, will Walmart just adjust the coupon down like Walgreen’s is supposed to do (but evidently can’t figure out how to follow their own policy!)? Walgreen’s gives me a hassle and says that they can’t adjust a coupon down (even though their own coupon policy says in two places that they’re supposed to). Before taking a trip to Walmart, just wondering what to expect if the coupon is a higher value than the item. Thanks for advice!

          • Jlaleonard

Walmart will give you the overage for your total purchase if the coupon exceeds the purchase even it it mean giving you the overage cash back. It is in their new policy. HTH

        • Niki

That is a good Ideal.  I will print it and put it in my bag.  I perfer CVS for attitute but sometimes Walgreens has what I want.  Thanks for the idea

    • Sharon

Not sure if this was already posted but the Welch’s juice store coupon has a limit of 1 Q and 2 juices per day.

    • tlgagirl

Did anyone have a problem with the Garnier products?  I tried buying 3 products that were part of the 3/$15 deal and was using 3 $1 coupons and the $5 RR didn’t print.  The store associate told me that the coupons reduced my amount to $12 and that I had to spend $15 after coupons.  Just wondering if any one else experienced this problem or if the Barnesville, GA store is just difficult…

    • Jlaleoanrd

FREE CANDY! Take the Walgreen’s ad to Walmart and price match the Mars candy 2/$1 sale and get them free with the $1/2 any Mars candy coupons! They will price match the Mitchum deal too!

    • Slord777

I tried to use my $1.00 Carefree coupon on the $.99 Carefree pantiliners and was told it wouldn’t work because the coupon value was more than the sale price.  I argued with the cashier (nicely!), but she continued to say it would not work.  Has anyone else had this problem?

      • Vicki

YES! Just a few minutes ago I had this issue and I actually had a copy of THEIR coupon policy which states in two different places that they will adjust the amount of the coupon down and take it. The manager still insisted that they cannot do that…and their own policy was right in front of her! Unbelievable. You really need to call Walgreen’s (they’re open today to take customer calls) and tell them the problem. The cashiers and managers are clearly not required to learn their own policy, and it’s maddening. It won’t change unless we call corporate and let them know what’s going on. The phone number is 800-Walgreens. Good luck!

    • Madisonanita

2 questions…1. I need some feedback on getting a refill of ink in my printer cartridge. Does it last as long, and is it worth the $10?  2. I just went to Walgreens and TRIED to purchase an item that had a $2RR print out. I used a RR from a purchase made last week and my RR didn’t print out. The checker said, if you use a RR, another one won’t print. I didn’t have time to argue, but, that’s not right…is it???

    • deya

can someone plz tell me where to get manufaturers coupons from?
