On Sept 26th and 27th both the September Easy Saver book & Coupons and the October Book are valid.  Here are some deals that include both.  The preview is thanks to slickdeals.  I have only included deals that do not require you to break Walgreens Coupon policy.  There are other deals that involve using coupons from both Sept and Oct books (2 store coupons for the same product) if you care to see all of these deals go here.

To make getting your rebates easier and to not have any problems with them it is recommended to purchase only september rebate items (Garnier & Pert) or October items (Nestle & Glade) in each transaction.  Sometimes the Walgreens system does not let you enter one reciept for both months.

I have all the coupons ready for the bags of candy now what do I do for the October ESR? Do I have to wait until October to buy the candy or do I need to pick up something from the store? Sorry new to this!

    • Jenny

All you do is starting on the 26th buy it then come home and enter the receipt information onto Walgreens website at http://www.walgreens.com/easysaver and they will mail you the rebate. (Don’t click to submit your october rebate until you have done all the October shopping you want)

    • Do I need any coupon to get IVC for October? I just went to Walgreen today and I don’t get IVC for $3 off for Garnier.

      Thanks,
      Amy

The IVC coupons are the “instant value coupons” that are in the little Easy Saver Rebate books. They might not have the October out on display but just ask for one and they will give it to you. You do need the coupon to get the savings though. Sorry for any confusion.

    • Thank you, Jenny. That’s alright. You live you learn. I still manage to save a lot. Thanks to your blog.

BTW, I have included your blog as one of my top 5 favorite coupon sites.

      Don’t know why I didn’t find you sooner. :)

My Walgreens said they would not get the Oct. Easysaver books until tomorrow. I had my deals all worked out and they got all messed up because of that.
