    • Darla

Does anyone know how to get the “Thank You Mom” home mailer?

    • Ruth

I went to CVS today and couldn't believe that nothing I had prepared was on sale….then realized after I got home that the add starts on the 7th….oops…guess I'll try again!! Thanks Jenny for all you do!!

    • Erin

Does anyone know if you can do the Renpure try me free rebate if you've already done the $3 rebate last year? The address and everything is the same. It took forever to get the $3, and there's no way to contact the manufacturer, so I'm not sure it's work the risk.

Also, anyone have any problems using the Reach printables on the Reach toothbrushes? Mine beeped, so I swapped with an insert coupon of the same value, which went through just fine.

      • Jen

My Reach printable also beeped, but the cashier scanned it about 4 times and it finally took. It was after she rang the bogo coupon, but I have no idea if that changed anything.

      • sharon b

        I wouldn't risk it.

    • stella

Are the Wags coupon flyers in the store also? Or, do I need to print one and take it with me? I'm assuming that is different from the March Wags coupon booklet? Just trying to conserve ink. Thanks!

      • haydensmom

It is different from booklet. They were laying on the same holder as the sale papers and the walgreens booklet.

    • christina

Please help I cannot find the “click for coupon” on the Old El Paso link, maybe I'm just overlooking it…..if it's the changing advertisement at the top I don't see it….Thanks!!

    • Marc

The Dr Scholl’s coupon that is available on their web page is for the insoles, not the heel insert. The insoles generally run $9.99 to $15.99, so that won’t work as a money maker. Anyone else getting a $2 coupon that includes the gel heel inserts as well?

    • gtdad

Looks like the manufacture coupon and the ad coupon both apply only to the Dr Scholl's insoles, not the heel insert. Can anyone verify this deal one way or another?

      • Brooke82

        good question

      • beth963

The ad coupon was only for the insoles, but the manufacturer coupon was for either.

      • sharon b

not happy aboyt this. THE COUPONS ARE FOR *INSOLES* It is very disappointing when people do not read. I was weary of this, but did try it and sure enough THE WALGREENS COMPUTER WILL NOT ALLOW THE IN-AD COUPON ON THE heel *INSERTS*. The MF coupon is up the discretion of the cashier – mine let me, but really she didn't have to since they are not insoles. Very disappointing.

      • ziggy34434

I guess the insoles are around $10.99 if the website pricing is accurate. The RR is a month long deal for $10 when you buy $20. So, you can get 2 insoles, use 2 manufacturers coupons and the ad coupon and get them for $1.98 after coupons and RR. While it's no money maker, that is still a pretty good deal if you use them.

        • katie

does anybody know if they have the mens big sizes insoles? I don't need anything else at Walgreens right now, so I don't want to go to get this deal and be disappointed if they don't have the kind my husband needs (he wears a size 14) i usually buy him the $21 insoles at FootAction, so if I can use the wags and manufacterers coupons, this would be GREAT for me!

          • Anonymous

The walgreens.com website should tell you whether or not your local store carries them as well as if they are in stock.

    • nicole

on transaction #2 why is there 3 coupons used for olay when only 2 are being purchased? What am I missing?

      • gingerinCA

I think she meant to buy 3 of the Olay. If you do the math as listed, it doesn't add up right, but if you add in another Olay, then you get the same totals Jenny did.

    • Stephanie

Jenny, thanks for all your hard work! What a blessing! Can you please explain why you need a filler? I read your Walgreen's guide and could not find any info on this. Thsnks!

      • Bobbie

You only need a filler to have as many items purchased as the number of coupons you use. RR's count as coupons also. Or as I purchased the Finest Natural Resveratrol Vitamins today and they were bogo at 9.99 each and a $5.00 off coupon in the March Wags book. It would not take the $5.00 off twice because the amount was 9.99 so I got a candy bar and then it took off the $5.00 twice for a total off of $10.00. Hope this helps a little. Wags is so confusing for me.

    • Dale

The 3/7 RP is listed with a $1/2 Starburst Jelly Beans coupon. Should be able to stack with the Walgreen's coupon for $1/2, making it $2 for 2 bags.

    • Anonymous

I have the cascade coupons (no dishwasher) from the home made simple booklet (exp 10/31/10)… I’ll be willing to trade for these… any peanut butter, glad trash bags?… email me at sjward0007@hotmail.com if you would like these first email gets them…

    • woodspen

The Olay Rebates states 6 + bar soap.

    • Lynne

Where is it listed in the ad that there is a RR for the Dr. Scholl's. I can not see it anywhere in the ad.

      • amy

same here.. I couldnt find it either? Is it a month long deal?

      • Julie

it was in my ad..middle tn…just a coupon for $3 off and it has to be on the insoles which are $10+. I actually bought them and realized I had just spent $20 with $10 reg reward, so I essentially spent $10 for 3 insoles. I had them reverse the order when I figured out I chose the wrong product. When I tried to get the $6.99 product, it wasn't an insole, so the Walgreens coupon would not work. So, I didnt get anything…

        • sharon b

I KNOWWWWWWWWWW, I was pissed when I found out the posting was bad.

        • Same for me. They didn't consider the heel things an insert so it denied the coupon.

        • Lisa

Same thing for me. You have to buy the expensive insoles to use the wags coupon. I just had them remove the whole transaction from my purchase. :(

        • Diane

same for me!! I was like UGH!!!

        • Roseanne

I had the same problem. They would not accept the heel cushions as insoles. However, I till got some great deals at Walgreens this week!

      • Anonymous

Hi! It’s a month long deal from 2/28 to 3/27. Check out http://iheartwags.com/2010/01/march-2010-rr-dea… for a complete list of all the products. **I know this has to be approved so ‘hi jenny’ ;-)** Sorry I haven’t gotten a chance to get St. Pete Times/Tampa Tribune variations to you. I will, I promise!

        • No worries! Hi back!

      • Carol
      • gina

I could not find it in the ad either, but it IS in the store. Also, the $3 in-ad coupon did not work for the heel pads.

    • Jennifer

Does any one know where I can find the Renpure B1G1 coupon?

    • Jennifer

Does anyone know where the B1G1 Renpure coupon came from?

      • Krista

I don't know anything about a B1G1 coupon BUT some bottles of Renpure Shampoo or conditioner have a mail-in rebate form that will reimburse you the cost of one bottle and since they are B1G1 free that means two free :) I haven't looked for the form at Walgreens but I saw them hanging from Renpure bottles at my Rite Aid today! Just pay attention to what hangtag you grab because some were for a FREE bottle and others were for $3 off.

      • erw

It is a sale at Walgreens. The couopons are either for $3 off one or up to 6.99 rebate for shampooo or conditioner + $3 if you buy a styling product with the shampoo or conditioner – all MIR.

    • Sissy

The easter seals booklet and refresh your nest calendar and those other coupon booklets listed above… How do ya'll get those? I even asked at food lion last night for the easter seals give hope book… They had NO idea what I was talkng about… anyone??

    • Carol

      Hi,
I can't fint the RR for the Dr. Scholl's in my circular. IS this a month long deal, or a regional deal?
      Thanks,
      Carol

    • amy

The Dr. Scholls coupon in the walgreens paper is for the insoles only, and it didnt work on the massaging heel cushion. I am not sure if this is a month long deal but it did have a sign on all Dr. Scholls products for the RR!! Also, if you wanted to use the walgreens coupon with a manufacturer coupon, the insoles are from 12.99 and up. Hope this helps!

    • picklemuffin

Has anyone had problems buying the heel inserts to get the 10 RR for buying $20 worth of Dr. Scholl's inserts? The cashier told me his manager informed him in the ad they show the full length inserts, but yet when I got the heel inserts there is a sale tag stating buy $20 worth of this product receive 10 RR.

      • @#@#@#@

As far as the coupons: THE HEEL INSERTS ARE NOT INSOLES , I hate when people don't read things correctly and them post them in savings blogs where people get all excited and then FAIL. YES it was possible, and SOME people may have cashiers manually do this for them, but probably best not to waste the ink or effort. The Walgreens computer will not allow the IN-AD coupon to work. The MF coupon is up to the cashier.

        • picklemuffin

There's no need to get fussy I know what I read. I was asking a question. When I was getting them from the shelf there was a tag on the that item..heel inserts… that stated buy $20 worth of product get 10 RR. I was just wondering if it was just me and I know realize the store just mislabeled the item, this happens sometimes. I know what I read “thank you” for being so “polite” on the response.

          • 3monkeysmom

Wow…maybe @#@#@#@ should find another savings blog since this one is such a disappointment :-)

            • 3monkeysmom

To add to that: Sometimes the Wags in-ad coupons can be a bit vague and confusing. Last week I used the Reach “Prevent” Toothbrush in-ad coupon. I couldn't find a Reach toothbrush that said “Prevent” on the package. I had to look at all of the price tags on the shelf to figure out which one it was.
Sometimes the scenarios don't work out due to various reasons and it isn't fair to put the blame on someone who goes out of her way to help us out. I personally am grateful for this site, it saves me a ton of time and money :-)

            • Barb

              OH YES on saving time/money!!

I am still shocked every day how much money is lying around for the taking, and it's not unethical or illegal!

I simply do not understand why all people do not use coupons.

And I still know lots of people who will not even attempt to use the Internet coupons even though the stores they shop will take them.

They are afraid someone will think they are scammers….

I am so, so, so grateful for this site and all it's information. Someone who would get upset over a heel inserts deal is completely missing the point.

            • emilyinalabama

I agree. Im too am VERY grateful for the information, I use to be a mom who worried about having enough food to feed my family until the next payday…now we have enough food that I dont have to run to the store when my husband gets paid.

        • Brooke82

Why do you come to this blog if it is so misleading? You are very rude.

      • The Dr. Scholl's deal is apparently two fold…..1) the weekly sale flyer has a coupon for $3 off insoles. I tried doing the transaction Jenny posted here with the gel heel inserts, but the in-ad coupon doesn't work with those. 2) The RR deal is good on any Dr. Scholl's, so you would still get the $10 RR wyb the heel inserts, but you can't use the in-ad q.

    • how many times can you do each deal and still get the RR. Is there a limit? Thanks

      • as many times as you'd like. BUT, you can't use or “roll” your RR from one purchase of say, luminary over onto another purchase of the same product or even the same company, asi t won't spit out the next RR. You'd have to mix it up. Do the Crest deal, then the Luminary, then Crest, etc…

    • If any one else is having the problem of finding the Free Refill wyb Lumnary Kit PG 3/07, i found it in PG 2/7

    • NO MORE PRINTS FOR:
-$2 off Glade Reed Diffuser or 3 Wick Candle printable

    • Had a good day at Wags today.
      Olay (3)@3.99=11.97
      Reach Toothbrushes (3)@3=9
Child tootbrush = 0.99 (filler so I could use a RR)
      Coupons
      $5.01 WGS coupon in insert
      (1) B1G1 free Reach = $3
      (2) $1 off Reach
      (3) $1 off Olay
      $4 RR's
      Tax = 1.37
      OPP=6.32
Then I will turn in the Olay Rebate for $15 back on 3 olay items (minus cost of stamp) = Profit $4.26 all for stuff I use!

      • Connie

Was the $5.01 wags coupon a separate insert in their ad? I can't seem to find it!

        • no, it is on the last page. Looks like one of their in ad coupons. It is the ad about the deal but is also the coupon.

    • Dixiesc

On the Luminary deal, there was also a Free Refill wyb Lumnary Kit PG on 2/07. Can you use both and get two free refills?

    • Betsey

I had $5 RR to use so I purchased $5.28 worth of items (no other coupons or specials on these items). I then tried to use my $5 RR coupon, but the register beeped! They cashier told me I had to spend at least $6 to use it. This seemed strange to me since the RR receipt said “to be used on a purchase over the amount of this coupon.” I'm new to this, but did I miss something here?

      • Snellmom

Betsey, it has to be $5 before tax. So, if you may need to add a small filler to make it $5 or more before tax is added. It is difficult to figure out WG sometimes.

      • wolverinehokie

Every time I see “RR we had to use”, I feel like I have to mention that RR can be used at the grocery store. I did not know that at first so I try and tell everyone. We always do our Publix runs after Walgreens to use our RR as soon as we get them.

        • 3monkeysmom

My Publix in AL doesn't accept RR's or ECB's or any other coupon from a drugstore. Only Target and grocery store coupons. Very disappointing since sometimes I have RR's and there's nothing I want to roll them for and I end up having to buy milk or something like that with it and then start all over with them :-( So unfortunately , some of us really do have “RR we had to use.” You're lucky :-)

          • wolverinehokie

Mine doesn't take ECB's or any drug store coupons, but it does take RR since they are manufacturer coupons technically. Both Winn Dixie and Publix didn't have a problem taking RR.

            • 3monkeysmom

I've never tried them at Winn-Dixie, I hardly ever go there to shop. Both my sister and I have tried them at Publix with no success……I wish I could but shopping at Publix saves me so much $$$ and their customer service is so phenomonal that I don't get upset over it. It's awesome you get to use them though :-)

    • so i just got back from Wags. Didn't really need a whole lot but figured I had a $5 RR that was going to expire soon. This trip makes up from my very bad experience that i had last week. This is what I got (plus a few other things).
      Buy: (1) Febreze Luminary $11.99
      (1) Febreze Luminary Refill $4.99
Use: -$4 off Febreze Luminary PG 3/07
Free Refill wyb Lumnary Kit PG 3/07
Instead of the cashier giving the $4.99 for the free refill she typed in $11.99. :) and also gave me the 4.00 off Febreze Luminary. so for these items my OPP was ONLY .99cent. woo hoo….. I'm sorry but I wasn't going to say anything.

      • Barb

How honest. No wonder ethics classes are taught at universities.

      • ziggy34434

Thanks. Somebody else to make things that much more difficult at an already difficult store.

      • Brooke82

Well honestly as cheap as Walgreen's is with their RR, I would have done the same thing. The cashier should pay attention. I went into my store the other day and the register wouldn't even take my coupon and the cashier didn't have a clue on what to do about it. Therefore, I had to pay full price! They should train some of their employees better.

        • Barb

Yep two wrongs always make a right.

Their lack of training has nothing to do with whether a person is honest.

The previous poster is correct~these actions just make it more difficult in the long run to get ANY discounts. The stores will go over their profit/loss and inventory statements and get even STRICTER on their policies and give their cashiers even LESS discretion if they see they are losing out. I highly doubt the coupon clearing house will pay them $11.99 for the refill.

Why be so naive as to believe that an action such as this has no effects?

NO wonder prices are so high these days.

        • ziggy34434

Give me a break. Some of us don't understand the coupon policy at Walgreens all that well and it's safe to say this is a hobby for us and we are truly interested. It seems to me, half the managers don't understand the Walgreens coupon policy as evidenced by the many stories on southernsavers of managers saying that “RR doesn't print if you use coupons” and “we have to scan the store coupon first.” These are the people explaining the coupon policy to the employees. As if it isn't bad enough that the employees are thoroughly confused because what they are told doesn't always hold true, we have people taking advantage of obvious mistakes. It was seven lousy dollars for crying out loud. I can't sell out my honesty for $7.

    • KIm

Does anyone know- for the P&G coupon booklet rebate- can your $50 in receipts BEFORE coupons? I'm getting close if it is :)

      • Rachel

        No it is after coupons.

      • Emily

Yep, it's BEFORE coupons. It clearly says that on the form.

      • Definitely BEFORE any Q's.

    • I’m so excited about this week’s coupons!

      • emilyinalabama

Hi Ashley, its me thriftfeme ;)

    • Jessie Green

I found a great deal at my wags, there is a instant coupon on the back cover of the Sunday insert, this is for 3 for 3.99 reach/listerine total care. RP 3/7 has coupons for each… so I am getting, 6 Reach advanced care tooth brushes for .99 total and then 3 bottels of Listerine for .99 total.

      • Debbie33

Can you explain this is further detail. We need listerine. Do you have to do both the tooth brushes and the listerine?

        • Brooke82

No you don't have to do both. You can mix and match three of the items or you can do three of the same items. It's on the top right hand corner on the back page of the ad. It's a really good deal!

    • nfg

Hi, quick question. Can I stack a manuf. coupon with a walgreens store coupon that they have in their savings book? Is it up to the cashier or is it their coupon policy?

      • mary

Yes you can stack a Walgreens coupon with a manufacturers coupon. It IS their policy, so don't let a cashier tell you any different!

    • stefluvs2sign

SURPRISE RR DEAL NOT POSTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Walgreen's has Post Cereal for $1.75 a box. THere is a coupon from a previous Sunday paper for $1 off 2 boxes (this makes total cost $2.50 for 2 boxes) I had 2 coupons so I bought 4 boxes and paid $5…to my surprise I got a $3 RR BACK! THIS IS NOT LISTED IN THE WALGREEN'S AD! Only catch is I don't know if I got it bc I bought 2 boxes or 4. If you find out let me know I want to get more!

      • socoupon

Really? That's great! I hope it works for me, we eat Honey Bunches of Oats in my house like there's no tomorrow, and this is already a great deal so if I get $3 RR back, EVEN BETTER!

        • stefluvs2sign

SOCOUPON- Hi there, are you going to buy 2 or 4? Like I stated I am not sure if you will get it for the 2 boxes…but I guess someone has to try it right? Let me know what you find out thanks!

          • socoupon

Thanks for looking out for me! I do plan on getting 4 boxes!

      • jennifer1973

Your right!! I have a six foot tall full of the post cereal and i been getting a $3 coupon for each one. I think I have $30 in walgreen rr now…yippie!!

        • christina

You get a $3rr for each box of post cereal? Or do you have to buy 2 or 4? My kids love fruity pebbles!

          • jennifer1973

sorry, I get $3 back for every 4 boxes. I haven't tried just two boxes to see if u can get $3 rr for 2.

            • christina

              Thank you!!

      • Traci

This happened to me, too! And I hadn't even read your post. I bought four boxes of Shredded Wheat and used two of those coupons you mentioned. And got the $3 RR back! Isn't that awesome? This kind of stuff hardly ever happens to me. Even the cashier was congratulating me. :-)

    • lori

Scholl's deal doesn't work. $6.99 heel inserts do not work for $3 or $2 off coupon, although still eligible for RR.

      • BROOKE

DID YOU USE IN AD COUPON?

      • Taylor

I did the deal with two insoles @ $10.49 each. Used the $3 in ad coupon twice and two $2 manufacturer coupons. Paid $10.98 plus tax with $10 RR back. I didn't make money, but I had RRs that had to be rolled, so this was a great deal for us. I tried the heel inserts first, but the in ad coupon would not accept them.

    • Carrie

I think I may have messed up. I bought three 4pk olay soaps for $3.99 to get the $15 rebate, but when I read the rebate closer it says you have to get 6+ soaps. Anyone know if the rebate will still work, and if not how I can fix this?

      • Taylor

No, it will not. You should return the items and purchase the correct sizes or something else that meets the requirements.

    • rachelshaw

FYI There are no more prints available for the Glade candles Bummer!!!

      • elisa

I printed one this morning, so they must have reset the print number or something. Hopefully, you can print one today. =)

    • jmreese34

I tried to print the Dial Body Wash coupon, when I clicked on it and went to the coupons, It's not listed in there. Can every one else find this coupon, if so where.

    • Crystal L

My walgreens has a ton of banana boat sunscreen on clearance under $3 a bottle and I also recieved $5RR at checkout. I spent about $18.49 before tax and came home with 7 bottles!! Getting ready for warmer weather!!
Sucks they messed up one of my other deals too, and owe me $2.75 that I will never see!!!

    • crissy

    • Sevena

I don't know if this was posted up there either but the Walgreens by my house in Memphis has Purex by one get one free and There was a Purex coupon in the mail by one get one free awhile back. I got for bottles of Purex yesterday for free

      • Angie

I did this same deal yesterday. It was awesome.

    • bettyloves2save

After I use my RR's I am done with Walgreens. walgreens in Mauldin, SC wouldn't let me do the Dr. Scholl's deal because she said they have done something in the computer that want let you combine the manu q's and store q's.

      • ziggy34434

Complain to corporate. I know that won't fly with them.

      • Brooke82

They are ripping their customers off. You should go to another Walgreen's if at all possible. If not, complain to the manager and then corporate.

    • socoupon

Hey Greenvillians – I was at the Walgreens on Pelham today and they had the Purex B1G1 in stock on a front end cap in the store – the entire endcap was full. Use your B1G1 coupons from the 2/21 RP insert and you get both free!

      • uknowme

I thought those expired on Saturday, March 6th, or is there another coupon out????

        • socoupon

Did they? I didn't even check the expiration! The register took it without beeping, hmmm.

      • addicted2coupons

Thanks socoupon that is great info. The 2 Walgreens near my house refused the coupons. The cashiers said the manager would not allow them to use a B1G1 coupon on a B1G1 item.

    • Gina Lane

I am having trouble finding the SS 3/07 John Freida coupon.

      • Shilo

I never found any John Freida coupons either. I'm in North FL. Anybody finding them?

        • kpojero

I live in central florida and i had them in my paper.(orlando sentinel)

    • farcoup

WooHoo!! I bought 4 oreo cakesters and 4 oreo cookies for $2.50 each. Used 4 q's buy one oreo cookie get one cakester free (tear pad at Publix 2 weeks ago). Paid $10 and received $5 in RR.

    • ajrl

Just got back from my weekly run to Walgreens for bread and milk and they had boy Pull-Ups Cool Alert 19 pack size 4T-5T on clearance for $2.89!!!!!! They only had 2 packs so I got both and used (2) $2 off coupons and got the Pull-Ups for $0.89!!! I'm so excited right now I could scream!! Too bad my husband isn't nearly as excited as I am, but I know you ladies will share in my excitement!

      • 3monkeysmom

I'm super-excited for you!! Those things aren't cheap! My baby girl will be 5 in July. She still has to sleep in them b/c she is a bed-wetter (ugghh) and I'm so sick of buying them. But you gotta do what you gotta do and if I get them for around $5 or $6 I feel like I've accomplished something. So my hat's off to you for getting them for $0.89!!!

        • Pat

My neighbor's daughter is a bed wetter and she sometimes buys depends because she always finds them on clearance. Now having said that, I don't know how well the Depends work because I am not familiar with the sizes. But I know she buys the smallest size when she finds them on clearance usually about $3. But she is not a couponer. I know, I know, the horror of it. But I thought I would throw that at you just as an FYI.

          • 3monkeysmom

Thanks for the tip :-) I'm not sure even the smallest size in Depends would work for her, though. She is so tiny. She's almost 5 and she weighs the same as my 2 year old niece!

      • John

Might have bought a third huggies product or viva paper towels and would have gotten 5RR. Good deal, though.

        • ajrl

I thought about that and was informed that because the Pull-Ups were on clearance, they wouldn't qualify for the RR.

    • jennifercertain

I cannot find the John Frieda coupons? I even had someone pick up the Charlotte Observer for me since they usually carry all of the coupons. Any advice?

    • jennifercertain

I cannot locate the John Frieda coupons. I subscribe to The State paper but had a friend pick up The Charlotte Observer and it was not in either of them. Any advice?

      • nd5

I'm unable to find them either in the Greenville News. Does anyone know of another insert from a different day that might have them

      • Karol

we ordered ours off of e-bay. Rite aid has a better deal it is on sale 3 for $15 then you use 3 $3 manufacture coupons and 3 $1 coupons from rite aid web site it's a store coupon also use the rite aid $3 off $15 store coupon so all you pay in store is tax. then there is a $5 rebate from rite aid so you get 3 john frieda shampoo and conditioner free plus you make $5.

      NEED HELP!

I have a coupos for $3 on any 2 Old Spice Body Washes. Right now Walgreens has a sale of B1G50%. I also have a coupon for a FREE Deodorant with the purchase of a body wash. Can I combine these 2 two coupons both are manufactures coupons. I know you can't combine 2 manf. coupons on one item. I was wondering since one if for a free Deodorant I didn't know if the coupon could be applied toward the deodorant.

Also, Walgreens is running a special B1 Gillette cartridge G1 Gillette shaving cream FREE. Can I apply a coupon to the shaving cream even though I am already getting it for FREE?

      Thanks

      • Brooke82

For the coupon with the free shaving cream, I don't think you can since it is already free. Some stores are very picky about that but I think some are more leniant.

    • renep22

I have had so much trouble with getting CVS ECB and WAGS RR dollars to print after my transactions and the employees dont seem to do anything about it. Am I missing something? I have had a CVS card for years and shop at walgreens frequently.

      • Brooke82

What is an example of a transaction that you tried and did not work? Maybe I can help :).

        • renep22

I purchased 4 boxes of kellogs cereal and I was supposed to get 5 ecb back. I used a $4 in ecb to pay for the cereal as well as several other things I purchased.

          • Brooke82

Did you buy one any of these cereals? (Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes, Corn Pops, Rice Krispies, Apple Jacks, Froot Loops Cereal) If not than you did not qualify for the ECB's…if you did buy those cereals you should take your receipt to the store and speak with a manager. If you bought the right cereals than you should have gotten the ECB's. CVS doesn't have any strange policies with filler items and such like Walgreen's.

There is a glitch on the $1 off L’Oreal Vive Pro Glossy Style or StudioLine Styling products RP 1/24, 2/21, 2/28, printable, coupon. I have never printed this coupon and it says, “sorry, you have printed the limit allowed”.

I Love this Shampoo, but don't want to pay the price for it (way to expensive). So I would really love to have it. And No, There weren't any in my Red Plum coupons either!!!, guess I don't live in a large enough town to get that one….

    • michelle1215

$1 off L’Oreal Vive Pro Glossy Style or StudioLine Styling products RP 1/24, 2/21, 2/28, printable

This coupon is not allowing us to print it. I have NEVER printed this coupon before and I keep getting the “you have reached your limit” message.

I LOVE this shampoo, but can only afford to buy it with coupons…….Which were also not in my Red Plum coupons book either. I guess I live in to small of a town for that. Good thing that Walgreens has it on sale this week huh…

    • kcreviews

I am fairly new to couponing but wanted to share the deals I got today at Walgreens.

Kotex tampons – $2.99 (minus $1 printable coupon)
BOGO Bikini Zone shave gel (bought 2) $5.99
15 pack American Spring Water (w/ in store coupon) $1.99
      Used $5 RR
Total paid: $5.71 (that is less than $1.50 per item!)

    • Laura

Marietta GA, just tried the Dr scholls scenario, but the in ad coupon did not work with the suggested 6.99 heel cups (it did take my internet coupons thought) but I did not do the deal because it would have 17 bucks to get the 10 RR.

    • emlcan

Just a quick FYI. Went to buy my pampers at Walgreens today (2 for $20 and get $2.50 in RR. When I stsrted looking I noticed the Walgreens brand (sz. 3 and smaller) where marked down to $2.29. I bought 4 packs of 40 diapers. Got them for $1.13 I had $10.00 in RRs. Great deal. Not sure if others are having this sale it is wortha look.

    • poolel

I tried to do the deal listed but on the floss. The cashier threw a fit because I was using 1.00 off coupons with bogos. She tried to say that the bogos are for 2 products. The manager was not so smart either. I hate the Walgreens where I live.

      • Brooke82

Wow…you should go in there when they have the younger people working…they seem to be nicer. I go an hour before closing because there is a younger guy that works closes and he is always helpful and polite.

      • jessinlexsc

I love when the cashiers tell me none of my RR's will print because I am using coupons. I just smile and say “well, just for fun, lets try it.” I know they feel stupid when I walk out the door with my RR's!

    • Brooke82

What can I do with all of these Old Spice coupons that I have? Any ideas?

    • kabv3g

if a product is Bogo free, can you use 2 manQs against them or just 1? thanks

      • Brooke82

You can use two at my store but I would check first with a cashier or manager if I were you.

    • CouponB

My Walgreen's would only accept one of the Glade coupons. Cashier stated that the coupon in the March booklet was a manufacturer Q, not a Wags Q so they could not be stacked. Anyone else have this problem? I thought all the Q's in the Wags booklet were store Q's…?

      • Brooke82

That's funny. I was going to try that deal myself. All I can say is that a few weeks ago I used a manu Q on something else and the cashier had a coupon from one of the booklets and scanned it for me without me even asking her too.

      • jhoran

They are store q's. Some stores claiming that they're not so they won't have to stack them. I went to one store like that and have not been back ever since. I just try to stick to the store where I know all the employees.

    • Michelle

My store had B1G150% off johnson and johnson baby products and coupons.com has $1.00 off

    • ayan

      I bought:
      2 Reach Total Care toothbrushes
1 Listerine Total Care Mouthwash (small size)
      1 Reach Total Care Floss

      Paid: $2.14

      Used:
-$5.01 wyb (3) of the above w/in-ad coupon
-.75 off Reach Total Care Toothbrush or floss RP 1/31 (used for floss)
B1G1 any Reach toothbrush RP 1/03
$1 off Listerine Total Care Anticavity Mouthwash 500 ml + (RP 3/07)

      • doitmyselfmom

        I can't find the -$5.01 wyb 3 Reach/Listerine coupon anywhere! Please help!

    • twinmommy24

My Walgreen's (by Providence in Mt. Juliet) would not use the in-store ad for the Dr. Scholl's heel cushions ($6.99) because they weren't the full “insoles”. :( But the heel cushions are still eligible for $10 RR.

    • gingiraffe

FYI -Huntsville AL Walgreens had RR when you buy select sunscreen products

    • cincomom

i just printed out my olay rebate form and it says on it that it's for the 6+ bar soap pack. this walgreen's deal is on the 4 pack. :( i bought the soap yesterday thinking i would be sending in this rebate. i can't now since they are only 4 packs.

    • christina

Question….do unadvertised RR carry over into another week?

      • jhoran

Depends on if its a month long deal.

    • emilyinalabama

Why would you need filler items? I want to go get 3 of those glad 3 wick candles, and plan on using 3 store and 3 manuf. coupons. Do I need fillers?

      • christina

Yes, you need one item per coupon you plan on using. So if you will use 6 coupons you need 6 items.

        • emilyinalabama

Do register rewards count as coupons?

          • Angela

Yes. They count as manufacturer coupons, so they have to be balanced with an item you are purchasing.

      • jhoran

No. Wags q are stackable and you will only need one instead of 3, besides your 3 manuf. q. The register automatically calculates for the 3 store q's. The only time you need fillers is when you use RR's. I must mention though that some stores are claiming that they are considered manu. q and that is the reason why they can only take 1 q per item.

        • emilyinalabama

well…then if they tell me that I have to pick between RR and the store coupon from the booklet, can I use multiple RR on one transcation?

          • jhoran

It's not a matter of having to pick between RR and the store q. If they are telling you the store q's are manufacturer q, then it seems they are only allowing you to use the manu. q's instead of both at the same time. Wag's policy allow customer to use both store and manu. q at the same time – however, as I said before, it depends on the store you go to (they like to make up rules as they go along). As for the RR, they are considered manu. q and that is where “fillers” come in. For every RR you use, you need to make sure you have a filler, like a pencil or some other cheap item. You do this in order to bring down your out of pocket cost. For example, your total is 10.00 and you have a 5.00 RR, buy a pencil .30 and you will end up paying 4.70 plus whatever tax. Hope this helps. What's even better is finding a storet that know how q's work and don't give you a hassle. Also, you'll pick up a lot of tips by reading the blogs on this site.

          • jhoran

Sorry. I meant you would pay 5.30 plus tax.

    • christiewilliams

Does anyone know what size tide is “large size”?

    • christiewilliams

      hope this isn't listed!
walgreens ad get gillette shave gel with purchase of gillette cartridges…. coupon buy fusion shave prep get gillette body wash free

does this mean if i buy cartridges i get shave gel and body wash free?

      • jhoran

I'm not sure that will fly.

      • crystal_lukas

I would like to know if this works too. I also have a coupon for free razor with purchase of cartridge. free razor? free shave gel? & free body wash? Someone please let me know.

    • Dixiesc

Do you have to register or need a card for the Register rewards?

      • gingiraffe

No, they just print at the end of your transaction.

      • jhoran

        No.

    • Angela

I just printed three of the Dr. Scholl's coupons from their website, just using the backspace trick an extra time. Usually with 'bricks' coupons, you can only do two!

    • frau_sauerkraut

I just got back from Walgreen's and the cashier told me that the store coupon for Dr. Scholl's was not valid for the heel or toe cushions and it had to be the full insoles which are about $12. Anyone else have that happen?

    • frau_sauerkraut

DVD Red Box code for Walgreens. DVDATWAG worked for us today in SC.

    • MomMe

Just in case any one was not aware:

I had kind of a tough time at the Walgreens in Summerville. The assistant manager had to help bc the register wouldn't scan my coupons. She told me you have two items and three coupons (2 manf. and one $3 RR) I told her I cant I use the RR on any item, and she said that you CANNOT exceed the number of items and Q's. A bit frustrating, but low and behold find print on the RR says “Total number of manufacturer coupons/register rewards cannot exceed the number of items in the transaction.”

My first time to Walgreens, so I didn't know. So my little one got a piece of candy and I was able to use my Q's. Now we are both happy :)

    • courtney_80

stopped in at wags today for the first time in weeks! found some great clearance deals and thought i would share them with you all:

I had to exchange the two heel inserts for a full insole for my husband today. I went to a different WAGS to do the swap because they didn't have his size at my usual one.

I was treated like the biggest criminal. The sales lady and the manager poured over my receipt and finally told me he would return only $4.99 per heel insert. I was tired and got a bit snappy with him. I asked if that put WAGS $4 ahead in their profit. They have the inserts back on the shelf at $6.99 and my two $2 coupons. They mentioned coupon fraud and it being illegal several times.

My husband walked up with the full insoles to exchange and the mood changed a little but the manager still did not use the $3 in-ad coupon although I fully qualified for it. The full inserts cost $14.99. He wouldn't use a $3 in-ad or a $2 manu. coupon on this transaction. Should I pursue this with corporate to get my $3 RR?

I tried to be really calm about the whole situation and the manager did get chatty and friendly, but he left my coupons on the counter. I just felt really “condemned” and I try so hard to be honest in my coupons.

I will also mention that at CVS yesterday I was told if Loss Management was in the store and he saw me putting items into my color-coded bags (to keep my transactions straight) I would be accused of shoplifting and there would be a “no trespassing” charge brought on me among other things. The ladies know me there so they know what I am doing with the different bags but they said it is very serious. They said they would let me know if he is in the store. YIKES! I may have to convert to little open shallow boxes. And the bags worked so well, the cashier just emptied the bag, rang up my items, and just put the items back in the bags. Back to the drawing board! Tired and missed my Olay rebate deadline so am not a happy camper tonight.

I have only one WAG I go to on a regular basis. The other I only go to if the other one if out of something. The other WAGs in town are terrible! I truly don't know how some of these people get put into a customer service job. Some of them think using coupons or getting something for cheap/free is robbing/cheating their store out of money. One old lady muttered to another worker that if WAG goes out of business, then transactions like mine were the reason. Then she said when I saw that a transaction wasn't right, she said “isn't this good enough…look at what all you got for $xx.xx.”Clearly uneducated and rude and unenlightened. It's not my fault if they want to throw their money away.

Ok SO I did my Wags trip today and will be my last unless there is a deal like the PUREX, where I only use the cpn and that is all.
My Purchase was the 3X$9 #3D tental. (2)Oral B TB + 3D TP. Before I she even started the puschase she told that the $3RR was going to print becuz I had the same amount of cpns as items. I was puzzled & told her that that had never happened.
She starts ringing me up..But the TB came out to $2.67 I told the cashier that that was wrong and showed her the add..well thats what they are comming out to be…Sure enough my $3RR did not print.

I was really upset because the explanation given didnt make sense. So I called coorporate AGAIN!!! And some one from “Senior management” will be calling me back.

**Mind you that the transaction was done with the head manager there as I have had problems here before and she called me and asked me to please come back to her store again.

Well, I know it's the last day of this sale, but I just now had a chance to go to Wags. I bought two Dr. Scholl's, 1 Listerine, 2 Reach toothbrushes, 1 Glade soy candle (I love those!) and the children's activity book. My total was just over $40 before coupons. After coupons, it was just over $18, plus I got $10 RR and the catalina printed 3 coupons: $1 off Listerine, $5 off Enfamil, and $1 off Tampax! I had to make the poor casheir void my transaction and start over again b/c it wouldn't take my manufacturers q's after the wags q's (I can never remember the proper order), but I'd say $40 worth of products for $8 is a pretty successful trip!
