I’ve did everything I know to install the new coupon printer. It shows up as installed but when I try to print a coupon, I’m prompted to install printer. Anyone have any suggestions? Coupons.com has not been any help.

      • Sean

I've had this problem before and it corrected itself after restarting. Hopefully, that helps.

i had this happen on my apple computer. i had to download and use a different browser. try firefox or chrome.

      • WynetteC

Agravated, I know just how you feel. We've had the coupo printer working for a very long time until just last month. My husband downloaded an anti-malware program and it stopped the coupon printer from working that very day. This went on for a whole month, I would have to change desktops to just print a silly coupon!. Anyways, he got in and checked all of our settings in the browser and this is what he found:

The malware program had caused a setting in the browser, to use a proxy server when connecting to the internet. When he unchecked this, my coupon printer issues were immediately fixed! And it stopped those bogus instructions to download the coupon installer every time I'd try to print. Hope this helps! :)

      • tygirl13

It always prompts me to install too. I click “run” on the first box, so it isn't actually saved to my computer. This usually lets the coupons print and I just “x” out of the remaining instructions. It's is frustrating but it works…

I needed toothbrushes, and this ad was perfect for that! Thanks!

    • Honeysmith

Pertaining to the clearance: I found a buggy full of socks/underwear/panty hose at my wags. I got packs of socks for myself and my kids for $1. I also got some underwear packs for the boys for $3.50. And some FREE underwear to donate. Hanes were $1 and there were peelies for $1 off on pkg. Be on the lookout for good deals!

    • Sean

I bet the -$2 off store brand baggies wyb (2) Kellogg’s specified cereals, 10 oz +, Fuel for School booklet coupon attaches to the cereal and you can't use both. I hope that's not the case.

      • melissa

I can't believe you doubt the all knowing Jenny! haha jk

      • I used these at Albertson's, but offered my other Kellogg's coupons first, then these “$2 off WYB… ” And yes they tried attaching to the cereal, but when the cashier read the actual print she pushed them thru.

    • kcreviews

For the Neutrogena scenario, I don't see how you can use 4 q's for 2 items. That printable Neutrogena q is NOT a Walgreens q even though it says to only redeem it there. It has the very same bar code on it that the one from All You has. It's a manu q. So I think we can only use 2 of these.

      • sorry I didn't have a printer to see what it was just saw that it was Walgreens specific.

        • kcreviews

No problem–we're here to help each other!

    • Holly

Where can I get a Fuel for School booklet?

      • look for them in your local grocery stores. I havent seen any at Publix or Winn Dicie, but I did finnd them at Albertson's. (weeks ago)

    • Peralta_me

I have $2 off Crest 3d Rinse q's. Also on the printables there was a $5 off schick disposables on zip 90210 when I pulled it up and I just printed 2. So it'll be 49 cents for 2 packs of those. I still have b2g1 free nivea q's and my store let me just get all women's last time. Make sure u get them in multiples of 3 for the best deal. So atleast 6 of them. 3 r free, use 2 b2g1 q's, makes 5 free and then u have room for 4 of the $ off q's. I have some $3 off happy nivea ones but I don't know if those will be included in the sale, if so it's profit, if not then free or close to it for 6. Nature's bounty Papaya is 3.59, so get 2 and use 2 $2 q's earns 41 cents. I have a real headache right now b/c I have $38 in RR expiring this Sunday and not enough things to buy with it that are a good deal. Guess I'll be praying my store will let me do a couple of deals twice. Or maybe three times?? lol

    • Jen

Can you get one of the “Fuel for School” booklets at Walgreens?

      • probably not. I found these weeks ago at a local grocery store in a big school bus pop up display.

          Thank you.

          • Goodoldrockytop22

Which website did you get the $5 off schick disposable razors?

            • Hender328

They were in the paper last week.

    • regina

Did anyone notice that the listerine says $1.99 sale but in the newspaper it says $2.99 w/ a dolloar back RR.

    • Davisla1

Last week, I tried to do the B1G1 Nivea Women's bodywash deal, and also use the Free Men's Bodywash wyb 2 Women's and the $3/2 coupon. However I was told that I did not buy two women's, so they would not let me use the free men's. How can I get it to work this week. Did I do something wrong?

      • Gael, FL

Not all the listed deals will work at all stores, and it doesn't mean you did anything wrong. My Wags wouldn't go for that one. If they allowed the B1G1 and the free men's, they wouldn't allow the $3/2Q. I took that deal in, too, and didn't even take it to the register, because I know their rules, and the right people weren't working. I have several Wags to shop, and it really helps to know their coupon rules. Each store can be different. Our Wags are becoming less and less coupon friendly. On stuff like that I find it really helps to get a cashier I've developed a relationship with, because they are more likely to just make it work. I firmly believe in smiling, chatting and getting to know people in the stores.

    • Abrooke8

I called my 24 hour Walgreens to see if the Sunday ads started Saturday night. The nice girl told me “sometimes they do.” I said “do you know what time they start?” She hesitated and then said no. How can I find out what time the deals start?

      • Meme

I was in Walgreens a couple weeks back and asked if the next days deals would be available that evening. They said “yes” but the manager said she hadn't activated the computer to update the prices, etc. (or something to that effect). Anyway, I didn't wait around to see how long it took for the computers to get set because they said it was thousands of bits of information and it took time once she activated it. The manager did activate it while I was there shopping for a few of the same week deals but nothing was updated in the computers by the time I left. So I can see why the cashier was hesitant to give you a time frame to come shopping. Does this help?

    • regina

on transaction no. 2 at my walgreens if you pay with a rr money you can not get back any rr. only one transaction with rr giving or receiving. So that transaction could not work for me.

      • Peralta_me

u prolly tried to use a rr that was for the same thing u already bought. If it is for the same sale or like a Kellogg's RR for a Kellogg's sale that u should get RR, it won't give it.

    • regina

thanks for that info. I always thought if I had 3 rr different items I would have the cashier ring it up 3 different times. And that was so frustrating. Now I can understand it better. thanks again.

    • Lucy

Will Walgreens take a Man. Q and a Walgreens printer Q on the same item? I have a man q for Ben and Jerry's and a Walgreens register Q. Thanks!

      • Gael, FL

Depends on if they both say Manu Q or not. If it says manufacturer coupon, then you can't stack them. If it says Wags, then sure. I'm guessing you're talking about something that came from the Catalina machine, and those can be either Wags or Manu.

    • Gael, FL

On the Oral B Q, our Wags won't take the B1G1 plus cents off. A B1G1 rings up as 2 Q, as does a Q that says $1 off 2 items. Our whole area changed the programming of the computers to make those types of coupons ring up as 2 instead of just 1. The Oral B/Crest/Listerine deal is still good at .25 ea, but I was curious if other areas are running into this as well.

      • All 3 of the stores in my area allow the use of a B1G1 + a money off coupon. There are a couple cashiers that won't take them though…the register will take them in Minnesota!

      • Rlhx2

Why are they doing this??? It doesnt make any sence!!! I mean they are getting the money back!! What does it matter if we get it for free, or really cheap??

    • Gael, FL

Does the Excedrin include Excedrin Migraine? I'm needing a deal for that.

      • Kelly

If you need a deal on Excedrin go to Publix this week

    • Gael, FL

Excedrin's website has dollar off printable coupons for various formulations.

    • My Walgreens store decided that they do NOT want to take internet coupons anymore. How depressing is that!?!

      • Walgreens's policy is that they take Internet coupons. I would call corporate and get this issue straightened out. I can't believe what Walgreens would be like if they didn't take printables!

    • decorate

how do a person find out which home mailers are available? Is there a link to go to?

    • Tracie

Has anyone run into an issue in the Atlanta area when using Manf Q's not getting the RR's to print. It has happened to me at 3 different Wags and it was not because I was paying with RR's. I even had a Manager ring up an item without a Manf Q and the RR printed fine. She told me that they changed their system to not print RR when coupons were used. Any feedback would be appreciated.

    • Kristie

In your scenario for transaction #1 you list:
-$1/2 Kellogg’s Rice Krispies and/or Cocoa Krispies Cereals, RP 8/15 and printable
-$2 off store brand baggies wyb (2) Kellogg’s specified cereals, 10 oz +, Fuel for School booklet

BUT the Fuel for School booklet does not include Rice Crispies one of the cereals that must be purchased. It is valid for Fruit Loops, Apple Jacks, Corn Pops or Frosted Flakes.

You may want to adjust your plan. I'm pretty sure this coupon will beep from what I remember last year because it attaches to the cereal. If the other cereals are on sale though you should use the $1.50/2 coupon instead to make for a better deal. Otherwise this is not a valid scenario.

      • casey swofford home

sometimes i noticed stuff like that on Jenny's scenarios and I wonder if she is doing something that is either ok or not ok. Cause i will notice it after i get all my coupons together and they do not add up or are the right ones that she says to use. are there other coupons for that scenario

        • Dee

she has helpers. she is not malicious in her efforts.

    • Trudy

I can't get the Listerine Zero coupon to print. Is anyone else having trouble with this coupon printing?

      • Trudy

Nevermind, I tried one more time and it printed!

        • Dana

I'm having a problem. I registered, but every time i click on print coupon it takes me back to the login????

          • Amt1218

same here.. keeps going back to the login page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

            • Kim

That website is totally messed up.

    • Myerstone

Just wondering…. Have you ever gone to Walgreens with your coupons and got this weeks and next weeks deals messed up? I did just that Saturday. Luckily they told me that the sale for Sunday actually was updated for after 10:45 that morning. So I got the Nivea deal last night. But I did want to share something else that happened. I tried to purchase the Scott magic tape that was on sale in a multipack of three some with one extra made it a four pack. The deal was B1G1 of those packs for $3.99 and my coupon was for $1.00 on any three of Scott magic tape. They would not allow me to use that coupon because the picture on the coupon showed individual rolls of tape. But the coupon said any three. So my question is does not that apply to any and all, multiple or single since it did not say single or individual packs? I am not upset just a little confused?

      • Sshoulders

Shouldn't they respond to what is written on the coupon and not the picture? The picture is there, in my opinion, to suggest what the manu. wants you to buy to, not what you must buy. Did you speak to the mgr.?

      • If you were not buying 3 packs, the coupon probably would not apply. The multi-packs would only have had one barcode scanned, so the cash register would only recognize however many packages you bought. I believe that they probably told you the “picture” excuse because they did not know. If you had bought 3 packs, the coupon may have scanned okay.

    • JulieR

FYI- When I bought the Listerine today, it didn't ring up the sale price. The store manager is FANTASTIC and it was no trouble to get it fixed, but if you buy the Listerine, just make sure it rings up for the sale price to save you the extra step of getting it adjusted after you've paid. I didn't catch it until we were leaving.

      • barbara

same here, had to have it adjusted.

      • camp

also had this happen and then they wouldn't let me use my coupons after they adjusted the price. even though i had several other items, they said it would make it negative 1 penny for the Listerine and that's not allowed. i've had this happen before at other stores and it never really bothered me, but this time they were a little rude about it.

        • JulieR

Bummer! The store mgr at my store didn't even look at what coupons I used. He just fixed it. You'd think they would sacrifice a penny in order to make the customer happy. :(

      • Me too! The managers at our stores are really nice though and it wasn't an issue at all!

    • Damahurin

Free Visine eye drops today when I used the Wag coupon for $2 and one man coupons for $2. got three bottles and gave one coupon to my sister and still have two more coupons.

    • kee

how does it work when your coupon is more than the item?I wanted to buy the airwick compact kit for $3.99 and the coupon was for $4. the cashier said that i couldn't use the coupon b/c it exceed the value of item. is there a way i can buy this this item using my coupon? thanks Kee

      • Sshoulders

Talk to a manager. They can either price the coupon down or give the face value if you are purchasing more items. My WAGS will not give you money back.

        • Imajine

I'm new to the Couponing thing and I work for Walgreens, so while at work yesterday I looked up our Coupon policy via our corporate website, If the coupon is worth more than the item we can manually enter it in for a lesser amount, we are never allowed to give cash back, so it's a waste of time to even ask. You can use a walgreens coupon and a manufactures coupon. Walgreens doesn't double, triple, or stack coupons.

          • Gee

Loss Prevention said thats coupon fraud so I really wouldn't enter it for lesser amount and it does not say that via our website.

            • Chrstyamyrs

Just to let you know, manufacturer's reimburse companies for the amount on the coupon. So if they adjust down the price of the coupon, Walgreen's is making money off the product. Ugh Walgreen's seriously needs to get with the program. They are making me not want to shop there since they don't have a coupon policy in writing.

            • Kim

I agree. Why can't Walgreens understand that. In essence, if they are reducing the coupon amount, but getting reimbursed for the face value isn't that a questionable practice?

      • Damahurin

I bought three of them this morning, along with free Visine and two other items. My coupons went through just fine.

      • Srenae

You can also buy a filler item like candy of something that is just .25 cents or less and it should go through. I bought one this morning and also had a drink on the transaction and it went through. Then I bought another one with nothing else and it gave the cashier a problem

      • Couponmom9876

I tried to use the Pilot Frixion $1 off when Walgreen's had them for 99 cents and I had other filler items and they would not let me use it!

    • Someday273

Anyone know if I can use last weeks P & G (Head and Shoulders) on this weeks P & G Toothpaste and Toothbrushes? I don't really want to try and find out the hard way – Thanks

      • Someday273

Sorry, I should have included – this is regarding the RR's – Thanks

        • Sshoulders

Usually if you use a RR from a particular company, it will say something like “Thanks from Proctor & Gamble” on the RR. You don't want to use that particular RR when purchasing from the same manu.

          • Actually, it doesn't matter what Register Reward you use, even if it is P&G…but just don't use a $4 P&G if you're expecting another $4 P&G back!

I used the Head and Shoulders ones today without issue.

            • Imajine

I work for Walgreens and every time I have seen some one try to use a P&G RR for more P&G stuff it won't let them, and if for some reason it does let you if it is a purchase you will be get RR on they won't print out.

    • Arlene Abels

there is a B1G150% off for the schick razors I have a 2$Q and a 5Q when you buy razors and banana boat. Can I apply both?

    • Sslovesagoodbook

Help me with the diaper scenario. Can I buy one diaper pack and use the $1.50 coupon on it and still get the wipes for free with the “buy diapers get wipes free” coupon?

      • Nancy

Yes, you should be able to.

    • Jaybird114blue

I bought 4 20oz green tea ,4 packs of bic razors used coupons on razors
      wag savings $2.00
      wag advertised $6.50
mfg coupon $16.98 total savings $25.48
      I paid $6.55

    • Shavon

How do you get that Fuel for School booklet?

    • Jrobbins519

Well, my Wags would not accept 2 of the $1 off Qs on the BOGO Starbucks Ice Cream. She would only accept one and was apalled that I would try such a thing. “Why would you even try to get $1 off on an item you are getting for free?” she says. I told her I have done that before in their store and never had a problem and CVS and Publix allows the same. She argued with me that they didn't and I had her call the manager who turned out to be assistant manager and would not allow the Q either. I plan on calling the store manager tomorrow and get their exact coupon policy as I am finding it varies store to store. Just needed to vent….

      • Shawna

I think the way the cashier treated you was very unprofessional. I wish Walgreens would establish an official coupon policy. I think it is ridiculous that each store can make up their own random rules. I have used 2 q's on a BOGO deal there before. However, I am always prepared for new rules every time I go to Walgreens which is why I avoid it unless they have an absolutely amazing deal.

      • june

Our Wags is like that. Only one coupon on the B1G1 items. The difference is the cosmetics cashier was very nice when she told me. Sorry you had to go thru that. Calling the manager is a good idea. I always ask what the policy is when a manager is called for my order. And I always say that I just want to abide by their rules. It's odd to walk into a store and have the managers and cashiers call me by name.

    • lucy

where do I find the feul for school booklet?

      • Shavon

I would like to know this also??? Is it available in the stores? Online?

      • Debbye

I got mine at Publix a couple of weeks ago…

    • Agh092362

I have tried to do the scenario ideal for the toothbrushes and toothpaste and Listerine twice and have not received a RR for $4.00 either time. I didn't use a RR either time. This morning I asked the cashier why and she said I needed to buy 3 Crest products. Your scenario says to buy one Crest toothpaste and two Oral B toothbrushes. I asked the cashier if the Oral B toothbrushes qualify as part of the 3 Crest products and she said no. Has anyone else had this issue? I still saved alot using the coupons, but I wanted the $4.00 RR. Thanks

      • jhoran1

Oral b is a crest product and both are manufactured by Proctor& Gamble. It's sounds to me that you might have gotten thewrong items so you might want to double check that its the 3D vivid white toothpaste and oral B advantage 3D toothbrush. Most of the time the sales are very specific. HTH

      • Lucy

I did what it said on the website and it worked fine I got the 4 RR I am in the middle tn area if that helps

      • Sregis0628

I had the same issue!!! I bought the 2 toothbrushes & 1 toothpaste….it didn't print my rewards…..so she called a mgr & he printed them for me with no questions asked!!

    • Lulujml

I bought 2 Raisin Bran yesterday. The sale paper said buy 2 for 5 get 2 RR. When I left the store I looked at the coupons that had printed out and their was no RR just a coupon for $2 off my next purchase of 2 Kellogs ceral. What's up with that? That's not a RR reward right?

      • Amt1218

thats not right… I did the same thing yesterday ( 1 Raisin Bran and 1 Frosted Mini Wheats) and got the $2.00 RR. You need to go back up there with your items and receipt or call headquarters.

      • lyssibee

You might want to check the wording before making a trip back to Walgreens. Some of the RR say “$$ off on your next purchase, Compliments of XYZ product/manufacturer”. I've been tricked by that before until I read the RR wording more carefully.
But then again with Walgreens, I'd believe it if yours was a coupon rather than a reward…

      • Couponcrazy88

i just purchased 4 boxes of raisin bran in two transactions and got 2 2.00 RR. one on each transaction. i think you may have gotten the wrong one or their was an error.

    • connie

My walgreens would not take the 4.00 cp for the air wicks, because they are on sale for 3.99, and I called corporate and the girl told me every manager can make their own decision on coupons because they do not have a policy and are working on making one. So every week when the sale ad comes out and there are good deals for purchase with a good coupon my store will be a waste of time to go to. What a shame. It must be hurting the managers yearly bonus!

      • Chrstyamyrs

According to Hip2Save, they are releasing a corporate coupon policy on the 26th.

      • mandy

The new Wags coupon policy states that the amount of the coupon does gets lowered to the amount of the product! So, now you can get your air wicks!! :)

      • Stacey

This happened to me, too. I hope the mgrs. get the new policy!

    • Dvmeador

Is the RR for a specific item of can I use it on my total purchase?

    • Amt1218

Does anyone know if Wags offers anything for transfering your prescriptions to them like Rite Aid or CVS?

      • lyssibee

They offer a $25 gift check. It must be used at Walgreens within a certain time period – it has an expiration date printed on it. Ask your pharmacist if they have one. I got one last time when I asked to transfer a prescription.

    • NCcouponer

I have th $1.50/1 Coffee Free Starbucks Ice Cream. My WAGS only has the ice cream, regualar flavors (not coffee free). Any chance they will take that coupon?

    • Aol

fyi, rice crispie treats are made in rome and georgia is getting ready to close the plant because of 1 year of health violations

        post a link?

    • Guest

Transaction #1 does not work the reason why it lists 4 kinds you must buy which does not match the first coupon.
