I’ve been silent for a few weeks, making this more of a monthly weigh in today.  It’s been hard ever since we came back from vacation to get into my old routines and good habits.  I have held steady, not gaining weight, but I can tell that some of that is trading heavier muscle for fat…  Can I blame it on the now cold and dark mornings?  I want too anyway.  Really the problem is me losing motivation.

I need something to kick start me and make me stay motivated, so I thought I’d get you guys to join me.  We did this a number of months ago, and many of us made a little money…

Join me in a 4 week long dietbet starting next tuesday 11/1.  Head over and register and pay the $35.  Remember if you lose your 4% in 4 weeks you will get ALL of your money back plus a little extra.  If you don’t lose then you do not get the money back, so putting some skin in the game you have extra motivation to stick with it.

I’m also going to giving out extra prizes to folks that are part of our game. I’ll send prizes (and Southern Savers t-shirts) to:

– The person who loses the most
— The person who gets the most friends to join us
— 1 Random person each week for the 4 weeks!

Once you register, you’ll get your own link to share with friends.  Share away and that link will track for anyone that signs up from your invites.

How do you know how much extra you will make if you meet your goal? Does it add up with how much you go over?
