week14

Our meal plan this week is filled with lots of hearty meals.  I’m just in that mood lately.  I love that with Weight Watchers you can still eat what you want (like the skewers below) you just add in other lighter choices for the rest of the day  (or grab a ton of “free point” items like veges and fruit).

Be sure to check out all the previous Weight Watchers Menu Plans for more healthy meal ideas!

You go girl! I just joined WW online this week (it looked like a pretty good deal to signup for 3 months for $55 – the online tools along are amazing and I'm trying to get friends on the side to keep me accountable since I don't go to meetings :)

thank you SOOO much for posting these recipe ideas – between this incredible site, WW online, and e-mealz, I feel blessed to have so many tools and resources available to me!

I did too, I was a member a few years ago but I have a hard time making it to meetings. I am hoping online will work for me, I know seeing these recipe posts helps to remind me to stay on track!

    • I love how these recipes feature fresh, healthy ingredients with a vegetable in a starring role. That's one of the reasons I love Weight Watchers. It's great for teaching you how to make low-fat food seem actually appetizing. I'm fixing the pork and pineapple skewers this week for sure.

Yay Ms. Jenny!! I'm doing Weight Watchers (at home, can't spring for the meetings), and I'm using the old points system, but it's working!! I'm trying to lose a 5# bag of taters every month. (Helps me to visualize, lol). I love these menu plans, and am wondering what do you do to stay on track when you have a hungry day?
