menu plans, fancy dinners on a budget

Lots of folks think that making meals on a budget means we eat beans and rice every night. Luckily, coupons and sale cycles help us afford to eat a lot more variety and it doesn’t have to mean depriving your family of premium ingredients.

This week alone there are great sales on steak, prosciutto, lemons and asparagus.  These are some of our favorite things to eat, so you have to love getting a deal too!

Thank you Jenny. Wonderful recipes! And it’s true…couponers can eat GREAT!  Hubby and I have never had so much food in our house.
Thank you for everything you do. Love the recipes!

These look delicious Jenny, thanks!! I’m sure I’ll try at least one. Only thing.. I doubt I would save money driving to the 4 or 5 different grocery stores to get each ingredient at it’s sale price. It would be even BETTER to have recipes which use ingredients from just one or two supermarkets (in the interest of time/gas, I no longer shop anywhere but Publix). Thanks for the great ideas!!

Your menu always look so good!  I am trying to get back on WW now (I did it succesfully in between my 1st and 2nd child) and love your menus!  I wish I had access to all the different stores that you have!
