      Another thing we make when the mahi goes on sale at Kroger, is to grill it and serve with mango salsa.
      Peel and dice one mango, peel,seed and dice one cucumber, 1/3 of a red onion diced, some fresh cilantro leaves and then drizzle on sauce: 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, couple dashes of soy sauce and about a tablespoon of rooster sauce (sriracha chili sauce). It doesn't have to be exact on the measurements and it's so fresh and summery tasting it's one of our favorites here. Not sure of the points but it can't be high since all the produce is free, the only fat is the half tsp of sesame oil.
