No catchy theme this week, just yummy looking food! We are really on a kick at our house of cooking every night and it’s been awesome.       tonight I'm making a healthy version of chicken lo mein with reduced sodium soy sauce, kraft dressing I got on sale, reduced fat peanut butter, frozen veggies I got on sale, and defrosted chicken breasts that I bought when they were on sale :) got the recipe from healthy living on kraft's website

        oh yea, with half wheat spaghetti noodles because I hate wheat pasta but it's healthier so I do half/half and I can't taste it as much haha

      I love these menu ideas they all sound so yummy..I'm desperate to try them but know they would be wasted on my 3 little fussy eaters (5,3, and 2) I was wondering what you feed your kids. Do they eat the same as you and your husband or do you have to make another meal for them.
