whole foods chickenHeads up! Today, 2/21, there is a Whole Foods One Day Sale on organic whole chicken. You can get it for $1.99 lb.

I stocked up last year during this sale and we loved the chicken! It was air chilled and very high quality.

Deals do vary by region, so check with your store to make sure they are participating.

Ways To Use Whole Chicken:

-Cut it up before freezing (my husband always spatchcocks it)
-Cook it whole and use it in different meals for a few days
-Use the bones to make chicken stock (just put them in the crockpot with water)
