Zazzles has great prices, and their products are very nice. But I ordered my daughter's high school graduation invitations from them, and…they sent me another girls invites from a different state. Not a problem, we had enough time to fix it, however the customer service agent would not honor the original rate, and also I was going to have to pay shipping for the corrected invites. The upper management made the situation correct, but I will not order from them again because the customer service could correct the issue on the 1st round . The agent made it clear that they did business all over the world, and could not check every product. This happened about 6 months ago, and I still upset thinking how I was treated over the phone.

I have tried to check out three different times and keep getting an error message. “An unexpected error occurred while processing your request.” UGH!

Got them same unexpected error message at checkout but then got a confirmation number following. So, I think it worked.
