Zulily, a daily deal site just for kids and moms, has a great deal on high end strollers today!  You can get either:

I shopped around for prices and found that just the strollers (with no accessories) were $100+ more on every site I checked.  None of those came with the infant attachments or storm covers!

It may not seem frugal but if you are in the market for a great stroller this is your day.  On a personal note I got a high end twin jogger 3 years ago and will say it was worth every penny to go with a better quality stroller (mine was a BOB).
