Hey, the starbucks coupon is pretty good….

        • Nhotwater

wanna trade some coupons for the Starbucks?

    • Donna

      Ditto on the YUCK. lol

    • Brenda

I just signed up for 2 additional Sunday papers expecting more than this. Yuck!

      • Guest

call them and put a vacation stop on it

    • Couponrolanda

      sjeesh, that’s all?

    • Hanna

Man…the sleep will be great this Sunday morning!!!!!!

    • Pvaug241

Thank you extreme couponing for the amazing coupons we are now getting… they are awesome…. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Kati3878

Ready for some good coupons already! I guess I won’t bother getting up early this Sunday. This stinks!

    • Kim

Has anyone noticed the price of groceries going up so much? This happens when people get things “for free” that they do not use. No, the stores do get their money back, but the manufacturers do end up raising their prices. So, just get what you need. Get two, not 14. Just get what you need. Too much greed causes lots of hardship on others… and we are just now getting to witness the price of groceries going up, out of the roof!!. Don’t invest in Groupon. … LOL

      • Gbondgirl

      • Casey

EXACTLY!! There is NO NEED in people wiping out a shelf to “stock pile” when there are people who are couponing to put meals on their FAMILY’S table!! I quit watching EC on TLC bc I do not agree with a lot of it. I do not see how they wind up being allowed to purchase ALL the items that they rake off a shelf- when CLEARLY the coupons say ONLY “4 like coupons” are allowed.

        • Rmrmii

It’s reality TV not a true outlook. It tells you before the show comes on that you hath to go by your store coupon policy, etc…… It’s just tv entertainment.

          • Ladybugadams114

I totally agree with that just like any other show its for entertainment purposes!!!! I enjoy watching the show but really they get huge amounts of tic tacs deoderant or dog treats i mean just be entertained thats what the show is about.

        • Lea

The whole point of couponing IS to stockpile. I’m so sorry I’m not going to go buy one box of pasta to last me six weeks just so you can get a deal when you mosey into the store on the last day of the sale. I don’t clear shelves but I do buy enough to stock up. Couponing takes effort and strategy. Don’t blame others because you don’t have the gumption to save as much as we do.

          • guest

The point of couponing IS to save money.  The whole point of stockpiling is to satisfy a hoarding mentality.  A lot of people depend on coupons to put food on their table because they don’t have the money to feed their family.  Stockpiling and buying outragious quantities takes away from those families that need it more than anyone else.  Share the wealth.  Where is the spirit of giving?

          • Mclement

YES.. YES.. YES…..I totally agree with you!

          • Hmorgan2055

I coupon to save money on items my family needs. I would never stockpile because that would take away from someone else NEEDING that item NOT WANTING it

        • Mclement

I have heard that the stores on Extreme couponing BEND their coupon policies for the show.

      • Michelle

The cost of food is not attributed to coupons.  It’s due to the economy and to the severe drought here in the south.  Watch the news and read the money mags.  You might WANT this to be true because you hate THAT show, but just because you want it to be true doesn’t mean it is.  Extreme couponing and the rise in the use of coupons in general has caused the value of the coupons to decrease, that is a fact.  And…not every coupon says “4 like coupons”.  In fact, most of mine do not.  Try not to get worked up and start hysteria that is not based on facts.  And I agree with the poster above…it’s Thanksgiving…emphasis on “Thanks”.  Let’s try not to get an attitude of entitlement and instead adopt one of gratitude.  :-)

      • Qponklink

Yeah, I guess it has nothing to do with alot of crops not producing well this year due to higher than normal temps along with alot of other things non coupon related. The manufacturers don’t just give things to stores for free either. The stores do have to buy these items from the producers and or manufacturers.Seems the more logical move for companies would be to not offer coupons as incentive to buy if they did not budget for it. Because they don’t only release a certain amount of coupons to the public or anything.

    • Crystalhattery

I’m gonna get some just for the milo’s tea coupon…

    • Danelle Odum

Yup, guess I’ll be skipping this Sunday’s paper too…only 1 thing from that list I could use…

    • qwho99

It’s good to know what the coupons are, even if they are lousy! It lets us know ahead of time whether or not to get a paper. Thanks, Jenny!!!

    • Shop Now

      Yippee… I just saved $3.

    • Kylie

The coupons may not be great, but the weekend before most holidays has no coupons so at least there will be some Qs out.

    • Notice there are few food coupons any more – just junk. Thanks Kroger for being the star of TLC EC!! Looks like they may be on next weeks show. We need good coupons and affordable groceries! Bringbackdoubles dot com

    • Kmadonna

If we looked at couponing and getting deals as a “blessing” and not an “entitlement”, we might have a better attitude…..just sayin.

      • Michelle

I couldn’t have said it better myself!!  BRAVO!!

      • Exactly! Which is why I try to donate at least 10% of all of my deals that I find.

      • Ladybugadams114

I completely agree i am a single parent with 7 children 3 are not my own, but never the less i enjoy getting coupons and finding deals!!!!!! Some people are just becoming plain greedy with the thefts and what not and building ridiculous stock piles thats over board. Be happy when you get to save money or get items free and always be willing to help others!!!!!! You willl find if your not greedy and help others things come back 10 times over. Enjoy your family and saving and br greatful some people have nothing. If you have extra coupons you can do what i do and give them to people in stores with the items in their carts!!!!!!

    • Silent E

Goodness, ladies. It’s Thanksgiving! Take a moment and be thankful that you have money to buy food, shelter over your heads, and extra money for computers and internet service.  So many live with so little, and you all are grumbling because companies aren’t giving us enough. TLC may give couponing a bad name, but these attitudes don’t help!

      • Trying to keep food coming in

Well, when you drive miles to get the paper, and the inserts are missing, or partial where someone has OBVIOUSLY pilfered them, see how good of an attitude you have.  We live in an area of Alabama that has no B’ham News delivery, so we have to go out and get them. I’ve stopped because the inserts have been “disappearing” for about the last five weeks.

    • glenda

      Every little bit counts…!!!

    • Donna

well i’m feeding 5 people in my house with using coupons and any i can’t or don’t use get divided between 3 differant friends from church that i know can use some of them cause every little bit helps . i normally buy at least 3 newspapers eack week and i have to drive to the next county to do that cause someones stealing all our inserts from talladega county alabama so if i get any coupons at all i’m thankful

      • Lrihtok

Hey Donna I live in Alabama too (Winston county) and I have to drive to (Walker County) to get mine. I wanted to tell you understand. But everybody here was calling Birmingham news and you know what they said. Some areas are not zoned for coupons. But every now and then they send the extras to those areas that are not zoned. So call them if you havent already. I am am feeding family of 4 on one income. I have one kid in public school and my other child has learning needs that I homeschool. I understand coupons are a must!! :) But do what I do, make your list out the night before, and when you go to get your papers go ahead and shop while your out there.

      • Ccombs

I live in Calhoun county. I stopped getting the bham news and now drive to Bremen ga every sunday morning to get the ajc. I pick up papers for about 20 people, I can start picking up for you as well. So worth the trip! Visshusfemme@aol.com

    • Scorpiolcp

I signed up for the newspaper for $19.00 for 8 weeks, and then was given 10.00 in Kroger gift cards. $9.00 for Thur- Sun paper is not bad. I was paying more than that for just Sunday. I have coupons that I do not use, but I like to help others that may need more than one coupon. I sort the remaining coupons in like categories and give them to who needs them. I also receive the coupons from my grandmother.

      • laboR-N-delivery team

You can send you coupons to the military overseas. They can use them for six months after expiration date. I found the link to adopt a base on this website. About six of us go together and take turns paying to mail them. We have mailed over $100,000.00 worth this year to Vicenza Italy.

    • Susie

Look on the bright side, you can use the Finish Quantum at the CVS Black Friday sale and make $1.

    • Anonymous

Look on the bright side — there’s always nice extras in Parade or in the paper itself. If you have a subscription, like me, it’s nice to get a preview of what will be dropped on the driveway Sunday morning. :)

    • Kaya

If anyone would be willing to send me their Huggies coupons I would greatly appreciate them. I have a 3 month old and trying to stock up on diapers and wipes. Thanks in advance ;)

      • Grahamcentralstation

I will mail you the Huggies coupons next week.  I have an 11 year old and a 19 year old and of course have no need for diapers, but feel terrible when I throw coupns away.  By me sending them to you, I feel like they are not wasted and hopefully will save you some cash!  Emily G

      • Cheryl Baer

I’ll send you mine… no need for them.

        • Cheryl Baer

Do you want some Johnson’s baby oil coupons, too?

    • Lea

Instead of complaining, let’s look at the positives –
      1. There IS an insert this week

      2. Huggies coupons – moms need I say more?

      3. This coupon combo: B2G1 Air Wick candles, 3 oz, max $3.49 (exp 1/1/12)$3/2 Air Wick candles, 5.29 oz (exp 1/1/12)
That will make for an AWESOME deal when these go on sale. Think gift baskets or stockings.

      4. $1 off Brut product, excl trial size (exp 12/31) – likely a free deoderant
      5. .50/1 Pepperidge Farm 3 layer cake (exp 1/29/12) – these are ALWAYS on sale and this coupon will double!

      • Tab

The coffee coupons are worth it for anyone who likes great coffee!

Don’t get your hopes up for the Air Wick candles deal though, they have the same coupons out now but they’re for two different sized candles so you can’t combine them :(. At least here they are.

    • Ann5

Folks, if you don’t like these coupons, you can skip a week.  If you have a subscription, you can put your paper on vacation hold and extend the duration of your subscription for a week.  I subscribe to the newspaper just to get coupons.  I don’t actually read the Washington Post because I know how politically biased it is, but it is the only paper in my area that has coupons.  Whenever there is a week that has no inserts or no coupons that I want, I just go on vacation hold and skip the week.

      • Wowformisty

The Charlotte observer is telling me they will deliver my multiple copies Sunday subscription on Thursday this week. Will there be coupons? Or just black Friday ads? Thanks!

    • Kenia26

Thank you for posting this info week after week… I usually receive the RP on Wednesdays before getting the Sunday paper…  There was none this week! Now I know they did not skip me or lost my insert…
Can’t wait for the SS… I am CRAZY for Smart Balance milk ;)
Also… The Miami Herald in Spanish has great inserts… I bought one by mistake last weekend and found a 1.50 coupon for Colgate Optic White… It was higher value than the ones posted on other inserts… I bought toothpaste for .67 after sale price and RR at Walgreens… YAY!

    • Amanda Leach

I’ll probably just get some cut coupons instead of the whole thing…Definitely want the Smart Balance milk coups!

      • Mmader2

I purchased the Smart Balance milk last week at Publix on sale w/ my $.75 off coupon and was amazed at how great this product is.  I’m always leary to try different milk (or any other product), but thanks to couponing I get the chance.

        • Mmader2

          Sorry, THANKS jENNY!

      • Alice

Hi Amanda, I will trade Smart Balance Q’s for Caribou and Starbucks coffee. If interested email me at alicewhit1984@yahoo.com.

    • Laura Musgrove

Can’t remember the last time I bought a paper, guess it won’t be this week either. No point in wasting money when I can print better stuff online :-)

      • Ike6954

Laura would love to know the sites you go to for the coupons online.

    • Laura Musgrove

Same goes for online coupons! There’s a site in Spanish that I print from and the savings is always better!

    • Kenia26

Hi Laura! Would you mind sharing the website’s name?

    • Apashnyak

      Hi everyone,
I’m a newbie, so I have a question. How do I get kroger coupons, not the ecoupons on their site?

      • Lsylte

I have received Kroger coupons after signing up for the 123 rewards Mastercard.  We get the coupon booklets, regular Kroger coupons and coupons specifically for what we shop for them most (all via mail)… It is nice,  especially since I can use the Kroger coupons at their competition (Publix)  :)

    • Coupongirl

I’m going to enjoy a day off from coupon clipping :)   Thanks for the heads up

    • Dawn

Is anyone having problems with the Sunday paper?   I ordered one, just to make sure I got the coupons and today arrived and no insert?  I will check the store and buy another, however this is frustrating…any one else having the same issues?

      • Em

I am in eastern NC and had no insert in my paper. I checked thorugh 5 or 6.

    • Lauriebarreiro

Gosh I WISH I had looked on here first! Bought the paper from the outside machine and found NO COUPONS lol-wasted my $2  :(

    • MaryKay mama

No coupons this wk in the greenville sc area

      • Czalinsky

    • Mrsnmm

I’m in North Charleston the P&C has the SS insert but the Norelco coupon is not included :-(

      • Brookes0519

I am in Park Circle in N Chas and I find that i am missing a lot of things in the P&C each week.

    • Jessica5757

Are there black Friday ads in the newspaper??

      • Heather M.

black friday ads usually come in the Thanksgiving day paper on Thursday!

    • Kati3878

Well, the hubby ran out the AM and bought 2 papers, even though I wasn’t going to waste the $$ this week. I’m glad he did because there was a 1 page glossy Sweetbay ad with a $10/$50 purchase! My Publix takes Sweetbay coupons, so this was a great surprise. :)

      • Kati3878

We live in West Central Florida and bought the Tampa Trib .

      • Coopers_mom_323

Awesome!  Which paper and which section/page?

        • Kati3878

It was in Tampa Trib and St.Pete Times. Not sure what section, but I am pretty sure it was in with the other coupons and store ads. It was a large 1 page glossy Sweetbay Ad and on the back was a large $10 off coupon. Hope you got it! It’s only good through the 24th, but it’s very easy to spend $50 in the grocery store. :)

    • Nikki McKelvey

No Black Friday ads in todays paper.

    • Lane

It is really sad when you buy 2 greenville papers and on the front they advertise that there is “up to $169 in coupons. My question Where are the coupons?

    • Ann Fleming

I had a SS insert in my Nashville paper.

I am working at a resort and three of us bought the paper today for the coupon inserts. There should be a smartsource insert. None of us had one in our paper. A waste of $6.00

I always, always, always check to make sure that the inserts are in the paper before I buy them. You never know when they may be short or not included at all.

Does anyone have any of the Phillips norelco coupons they will not be using? If anyone would be kind enough to slip them in the mail to me I would greatly appreciate it. Email me at meganrhea17@yahoo.com

Is the newspaper the only way you have access to these coupons?

I just answered your question above. For some reason, I’m not sure it linked to your original comment.

A lot of the same items also have online coupons that come out around the same time. If you don’t want to buy an actual newspaper, you can also find just the inserts online (I just got some from ebay that were missing from my local paper). However, I’ve found it easiest to just go ahead and get the Sunday paper. It has tons of coupons, and Southern Savers keeps up with most of them for you (so I just file the whole inserts away instead of clipping the coupons). The newspaper is probably the cheapest way to get them, but you can probably find many of them online or in inserts you can purchase. Just as a heads up, to get the same amount of inserts on ebay would have cost me about 2 to 3 times as much as the newspaper (because of shipping costs and having to purchase different kinds of inserts as separate orders). Hope that helps!

Also, a lot of the coupons are only found in the inserts. I was just thinking aboout when I first started couponing. I used a bunch of online coupons  until I could build up my newspaper inserts. But, I did feel like I was missing out on a bunch of good deals until I had more of a collection of these inserts to pull from.

Was the $30.00 Norelco Razor coupon in the Jonesboro(GA) Atlanta Evening Edge on 11-20 SS? I bought five papers, and they were not in my papers. Heartbroken…:(
