    • So excited about this Sunday's paper!! :)

      • Vanessa

I too am excited! My MIL usually gives me the coupons from her Sunday paper, so this weekend will be a huge score, unless someone steals it from her driveway again, and they just might!

        • Kclark78

My favorite cashier at my grocery store who works night shift is putting my papers back for me as soon as they arrive early Sunday morning! So excited, can't wait to get my hand on some new coupons!

        • Buff

If she calls and says she did not recieve her paper they should bring her another one out. :-)

    • angiej

      wow nice list!!!!!

    • Mandy

Wow I hope I can get lucky and get the Target P&G

    • Jpolk30052

thanks for the heads up! This is my first time seeing what was coming, I've only just started… and already am having a great time and saving lots of $

    • Tiffeaddington

This is going to be AWESOME!!! Thanks :)

    • Dan

If you are in need of the inserts a great source for the AJC out of Atlanta is the
thecouponshipper.com, Kim is great and fast! Hope this helps someone out, if you are missing any or want to just order to ensure you get your coupons.

      WOW what a great week!

    • CG

I wish they would put out more than .35/1 Tide. Used to be .50/1 and $1/1. Do you think they are offering lower value Tide coupons due to more people using coupons these days? Tide is so expensive, so I find it almost laughable to only get .35 off, lucky to get .70 off if I get it at a store that doubles! Same thing for Charmin, Dawn and Cascade… the values keep going down, down, down while the prices go up, up, up. Darn economy!

      • For the past year the insert qs for tide have been a waste of time BUT the drug store deals and booklet coupons we have to do do mental gymnastics to earn may turn out better deals in the long run. This is only my 3rd year of actually paying attention, but if you work the drug stores you can still get it at a decent price a couple of times a year.

        • CG

I tried the drug stores early on, but 9 times out of 10 they are out by the time I get there and my local drug stores have very unfriendly coupon managers. My CVS will only let me use two like coupons at the same time and won't let me do any addt'l transactions so I am kind of stuck. Maybe I will give it a go just for the Tide though because that stuff is expensive but the only thing that doesn't make me have allergies. My local drug store managers are mean, whereas my Publix and Kroger are very coupon friendly! Thanks for the advice though.

          • Samckone1

Wife and I are just now tryin to figure out this whole couponing thing. One thing we are struggling with is somewhat aligned with this conversation. Tide is extremely expensive and thecoupons are generally small. Same for toilet paper. Yet, when we here stories of getting detergent and toilet paper for nearly free, we don't undertand how. Where is the coupon 101 class to help teach these things?

            • Amy

The coupon 101 class is right here – click on the Learn to Coupon button at the top. I would suggest starting small as in one grocery store and one drug store. Read up on the policies of those stores. If you have questions, ask! I have found that everyone here is great and always willing to help. Happy couponing!

            • Abbyandjaxmom

I am sorta new at this two and I have found that not being picky about which detergents I use (or at least try) I get a better deal. Dont know where u live but here we have a Food Lion and a few weeks ago Wisk was on sale for 3.99 and I used a $2 off and get serveral for $2 each. This week Purex is a good deal too. BOGO for $5.99, use 2 1/1 coupon and get for $2 each. Thats when I will buy a few until next deal. Hope this helps :)

            • Kroger, at least in my area, had a bit of a better deal on Purex…2/$5…used printed coupon to get one at $1.50

            • michelle

my kroger had them for $1.99! i stocked up as we actually like this brand better than some.. even tide didnt seem to work as well to be honest.. =) the “natural” kind is actually really good.

            • Carlateacher27

Even better… for Purex use 2 $3/1 and you will get both for free. I did that last time and I got 10 bottles.

            • tammy

            • Flynmayan25

It depends on where you live. We are in Killeen TX and have NO stores that have double couponing allowed, any store rewards and 3 grocery stores, HEB, Walmart and the on post commissary. So we are pretty much bumming. Plus the paper rarely has a coupon booklet, I have bought the paper 5 times and only once did it have a coupons. Good luck

            • Mandy

Hey Flynmayan I live in Gatesville and I drive over there to get the Austin and Dallas papers on Sunday. I did some calling around yesterday as well and the only places I could find where about 80 miles from me in Brownwood that double and triple coupons. It is a bit of a drive and I know it would cost me probably 30 bucks for a round trip, but if I can save triple or more of what I would here it will be worth it in my book. I know of another person who lives in Killeen also that uses this site. Maybe we can all just get together and carpool out there or something lol.

            • Lea

The trick is to use coupons to make profit on an item, and use that overage toward things like toilet paper. Or yesterday, I went to Walgreens and bought a product that was on sale for $2.99 with a $3 register reward for the next visit. I had a $1 coupon for the product, so it was like getting paid $1 to take it out of the store. Plus they had a 6 pack of charmin on sale for $2.99 so I used the $3 register reward and got it for free. Make sense?

        • CG

Also- The booklets I've signed up for online had $1/1 coupons almost always too, but recently have seemed to go down as well. :-( Do you think it has to do with the extreme couponing show turning more people onto couponing?

          • precious

            yes i do

      • Rebecca D

I finally just gave up on Tide, Dawn & Cascade. I like Wisk just as well, I'll use whatever dish liquid is free, and I switched to Sunlight dishwasher detergent. Too frustrating trying to find good deals on them! To save my sanity, I stopped being brand loyal. Amen on the economy!

        • Carlateacher27

I am right there with you. The big brands dont offer good coupons…Purex is a good laundry detergent too.

        • CG

Couponing has made me stop being brand loyal to everything except Tide detergent. I can’t even sit next to someone wearing a strong smelling detergent without sneezing! I think I have a weird nose.

    • Carrie

Wow! Looks like I'll be getting 2 papers!

      • Exsquid22

        thinking 15 :)

    • Serenitylove14

I believe that the employees at the local walgreens are stealing the coupons out of the sunday newspapers! I dont no what to do????

      • usually, if there aren't enough inserts to go around between the subscribers and the big chains like WM, the smaller stores will not get inserts.

        • Flynmayan25

Makes sense since every time I buy a paper I end up w/ no coupons >:(

      • Tnjcent

Report this to Walgreens Corp. Try to get a 1-800 # and talk to someone. I find that complaining to Walgreens web site does not produce results! I have never gotten a response via e-mail…..Walgreens is pretty GREEDY! They do not stock the shelves prior to a sale. They are selective in which stores get what….I ALWAYS have trouble getting a sale item when I feel they should be stocked. Get so sick of it every week. Also, their employees are generally not very friendly. I believe they also buy all the sale items themselves. That may be another reason why the shelves are always empty on the first day of the sale….Like I mentioned before, WALGREENS IS GREEDY! We all need to contact them AND COMPLAIN! ….an apology to the good and valuable Walgreens employees, if I insulted you. You guys are an exception!

        • SaveMeMoney

For the last 2 Sundays I have been at my local Walgreens when the doors open (I had to actually wait for them to unlock the doors). Both Sundays they did not have ANY of the major sale products on hand. (i.e., the cokes for 5/$13 and the Splenda). I was told I could come back on Wednesday when they restock…guess what happened when I went on Wednesday? Nothing…both times. I am really getting discouraged and disappointed with Walgreens.

        • me8107

I live in Hanahan, SC and go to the Walgreens in Goose Creek. They do not like to stack coupons (they try to avoid it as much as possible) and they also do not stock shelves prior to a big sale, which I do not understand, because advertising for a sale means you want people to come in and spend money. I was in there the week before on the shelves. They were sold out of Heinz vinegar and Dixie Crystals sugar for almost 2 weeks while both products were on sale. Another customer saw me looking at the empty shelves and expressed his frustration, telling me they advertise for stuff and never have it in stock; that he had been back to the store three times and was asking for rain checks and it was a waste of his time to trek up there when they advertise for a sale and don't even have the products. I've shopped at Walgreens since we lived in CA, and was excited when they opened one up here, but as of late I am less than thrilled to shop there.

You hit the nail on the head!! Walgreens is greedy AND rude! After my 3 last trips there, I’m fed up with them. First time, they charged me twice for 1 item. I called & they told me to come back. I live 19 miles away – one way. It isn’t feasible for me to drive 38 miles for $3. When I went 2 weeks later, there was nothing they could do. The last 2 trips they flat out refused to take my coupons (sunday insert coupons) gave me 3 different reasons why they couldn’t, even after I showed them the policy. Their answer was, Corporate doesn’t know what they were talking about, they don’t work in the stores. I guess they have their own policy. I called the 800 # for Walgreens and spoke with some young girl who appeared not to care and said she would take my name and number and have somebody call. They never did. 4 days later I emailed Walgreens. Somebody called from the local store to “see if we could work through this coupon problem”. By then, I had already solved the problem myself. The solution? Quit shopping at this Walgreens. Corporate did not have enough respect to call me themselves. I’d already spoken to the manager at the local store, that’s why I contacted corporate. I would like to say though, that my problem is store specific. Shurling Dr. Macon, GA. I can drive 10 miles further to a really awesome Walgreens. I’ve never had one problem at this store and was even so impressed one time, I came home and emailed Walgreens to give this store praise. This one is on Gray Hwy, Gray, GA. I just want to say that I’m not saying all of Walgreens employees are rude, because they aren’t, but I do believe if Corporate would better train some Store Managers, they in turn can properly train the rest of the employees. And it would be nice if they would start in friendlier customer service.

Im gonna admit that this post made me upset. Im am an employee at walgreens and i am upset that people on here think we steal the coupons out of the paper. There are actually some stores that care about coupon shoppers. I know every walgreens is different in the customer service area but our store is an exception. We are a very coupon friendly store. I actually look at the ad a week ahead of time and order what i think will sell and my store manager does the same. Most of the time we run out because there are so many people couponing now.I see new coupons shopper every week. Like the splenda deal, its an unadvertised RR. How were we suppose to know that it was that good of a deal. I actually ordered 50 boxes to come in of one and 30 of another kind on sunday after i found out about the deal. I have to tell my new coupon customers that we aren't as bad as everyone says we are. Maybe some of the cashiers are afraid of coupon shoppers because they get in trouble everytime they do coupons. Ive gotten in trouble several times from coupons. We don't want to get written up and fired. I love my coupon shoppers and would do anything to get them an item they want. Please understand that we are not all bad.

I don’t understand why they would not want to accept coupons… they get paid by the mfg on redemption. They are upping their profits by selling more qty. They are ensuring their employees job security by selling more products. The RR’s are also subsidized by the mfg’s. And if they are nice, their customers will become more and more store loyal.

I am so store loyal to Rite Aid, and all the employees know me there and ask What is on today’s list? when I walk in. They ahve as much fun with it as I do. The one gal even has me on look out for a great deal on her favorite shower gel. She will get a bag of it when I get it free and it will prove to be a win win for both of us. If Walgreens was that friendly I would be sure to go every week even though it is 13 miles away. My couponing substitutes for my now gone high ticket shopping sprees that I can no longer afford. Not that free body wash makes up for not having $400 boots and $500 skirts but it allows me to shop to get it out of my system.

I wish WAG’s was nicer and I also wish they made it easier.

Just had to share an experience of mine, a few weeks ago. I was on a mad search all over town looking for newspapers that had inserts (i have bought too many coupon free papers). I am estimating that I went to, at a minimum, 6 stores.I tried a few Wags, Winn Dixie, and finally CVS. When I spied a nice fat stack of papers at this CVS I got excited. Standing directly in front of the cashier I asked her if I could check the newspapers to make sure they had the coupon inserts. Not one paper had the inserts, with the exception of one. However, the coupons were literally cut out . I showed the cashier and she shrugged her shoulders.I can only laugh now, but at the time I didn't find it too funny. So, I called the Daytona Beach News Journal, and was told that they put out a lot of papers and that the only customers that are guaranteed to get coupons are their delivery customers. If you buy ten papers that are supposed to get coupons, you are not necessarily gonna get em.Forgive my french but that totally sucks!

      • Deanna

Check another Walgreens if you can. There's a certain neighborhood near me that none of the stores gets the coupons, Krogers, Walgreens, CVS, etc… but I go 2 miles down the road and that Walgreen's always has them all. Plus, they come from the newspaper itself that way. I've opened new bundles to check (wrapped with the plastic band), and they're missing them.

      • Lacat

        Buy your newspaper somewhere else!

      • Kristen

        Get a Sunday-only subscription.

      • Carlateacher27

The same thing happened to me a couple of week ago. I got the paper from Walgreens and just checked when I got home and surprise… no coupons.

        • Neeta

I work in a grocery store and we have to keep the sunday papers out in the open in plain view because customers will come in and take coupons from other newspapers and put them in the newspaper their buying. The do this so that they are getting more coupons while buying only one newspaper. You may have to alert management or the newspaper company. Also, when you go to buy a paper, reach past the first few on the top and get one off the bottom because it's less likely to have been tampered with.

          • Debbs Seattle

I always check one, before I decide on my 4,6, or 8 total number, then check each copy I am buying because even when they are in front of the check stands there are inserts missing. But yes, pulling from the bottom of the stack, earlier than later is the way to do it.

    • Inkpressed

When I bought my tide this week at food lion I made sure to get a box that said it had coupons inside. There was a $1 q inside. BUT that was the only box that said it had coupons. It is a long shot but worth looking to see if any of the boxes have coupons next time you buy.

    • Desi

Anyone here from the Louisville/Elizabethtown, KY area? I am VERY new to couponing and I'm not sure if these inserts are going to be in my areas newspapers. Any suggestions?

      • cahugh4

I'm in the Lexington Area. In the last preview which had inserts (Not this past Sunday but the one before that). All the inserts (2) Red Plum and (2) Smartsource were there. So the previews are pretty accurate. However all the coupons listed above may or may not appear in the inserts. There also may be more coupons that we receive, but are not listed above.

      • Mrsortega111111

My parents live in Louisville area and they got qs that I did not get in the western kentucky area….you should get the inserts, but the qs could vary.

      • Hailey

My brother and best friend live in etown. :)

    • mommyof1

i live in between hilton head sc /savannah ga and we got all inserts.. though some coupons were different.. all 4 came in the last week

    • Prsol

Yipeeee! I'm excited about the $3.00 Purex coupon!
It made for an amazing deal last time I got it! :-)

      • Melanie

Now they just have to go and sale somewere, I got a great deal last time, too.

      • Kenzbug

I totally did not get any of the Purex coupons last time in my inserts. I sure hope they include them this time! I'd love to stock up with enough to last me a few months.

    • Robpuryear

I wonder if the Crest $1.50 coupon is no doubling.

      • Cami

It doesn't say no doubling on the coupon.

Something new on the coupons does say four like coupons per shopping trip on all the P&G coupons.

      • Nuworldchick

I didn't think that there were stores around that would double a coupon that is 1.50. What store do you have in mind?

        • CCShad

Harris Teeter this week is one – super doubles

    • darlene

I think the show Extreme Couponing must be good for the newspaper industry, because lately I've had problems finding Sunday newspapers after Sunday. If I wait until Tuesday or Wednesday (as I could a couple of months ago), the stores are sold out….

      • Desi

So how do you get the old papers? Could I just go to the gas station down the street from me and ask if I can have the old ones, or do I still have to pay for them, even if it's Monday or Tuesday?

        • Dana9239

I found that I can go to my newspaper office and they sell old editions. My paper will not give away the inserts but it is a great way to get extra copies of old papers.

        • Kenzbug

My sister asked a gas station around her neighborhood if she could have the old papers from Sunday. They told her sure. She got up at 4 am Monday morning all excited and collected her papers. She got home and no inserts. lol. I forgot to mention that to her.

          • iSI

LMAOO YES! My husband got me 2 extra ones…and no inserts! wahh

        • Melanie

My Gasstation sells them on Thuesdays for 1/2 price. If they have any left…

    • cahugh4

Are the Target P&G coupons store coupons? If so can they be stacked with the manufacturer Qs from the P&G Saver. If so that will make for some deals. I can already see a bunch of stacking potential. There are matching Qs for align, always, bounty, charmin, dawn, gillette, olay, old spice, pampers, secret, tampax and tide!!!

Does anyone in the Chattanooga area know how to get a better paper than the Chattanooga Free Times Free Press? I know some people get Atlanta papers…any ideas besides driving down there?

      • MFamilyMom

Subscribe to a couponing service or buy the specific ones you want on ebay!

      • Tina R

I also get the Chat paper. I get the coupons Jenny mentioned. Are you missing coupons in yours? I do the $5/month Sat/Sun delivery.

I’ve got a dozen of the midweek Smart Source inserts from Columbia, SC I’m willing to part with. If you donate to my Great Strides: Taking Steps to cure cystic fibrosis team I’ll mail them to you for free. These inserts are very similar to those described above and include a $3 off Bic Soleil (on sale for $2.74 now at Publix). Email me now (freedomspradley1 at gmail.com) if you are interested and I’ll send you a link to my Great strides fundraising page. Let’s say a $5 donation gets you two full inserts.

im so excited about this weeks coupons. i was so sad there wasnt any last week.

Does anyone know why they don't double coupns in the State of Florida?

      • Arienjw3

i wish i know to, it sucks cause we could do a lot better on saving if they did alow it

        • LJ

I had a Publix here in SE FL tell me that they actually used to double but stopped a few years back.

      • I asked the manager at the Publix (Sunset & US 19 in Clearwater FL) I went to a few years ago why and she stated that they offer a great amount of BOGO's compared to other states. Essentially, we get more BOGO's than other states and so the other states allow coupon doubling to help out. I do not necessarily believe this but it is what I was told.

        • My family lives in Clearwater :) Just thought I'd throw that in!

      • Don't know but it really is dumb, but think its because of the amount of store they have compared to other states. just saying!!!!!

      • Just a thought…. maybe its a tax thing. I grew up in FL (my first job was at Publix). The sales tax is cheaper, no road taxes, no state taxes to file. Maybe they don't feel the need to help save money??
The Publix in Valdosta, GA is part of the Florida section of Publix's, so they dont double either, which stinks for my sister who lives close by.

    • Crissyk01

Hopefully my city will get coupons this week! Its crazy they don't put them in the papers some weeks!

      • Peters05212008

I just started couponing and my second set papers that I bought was last sunday. I was so mad that I dint get any coupons. I called the paper and asked why I didnt get any I though it might of been a mistake. I found this site ysesterday d was surprised to see that it had approx weeks that we get coupons. I wish I saw ts site last week it would of saed me a lot of money. I bought 20 papers.

        • Jillmaek

u know what would save a lot of money? Not buying 20 papers.20?? What coupon do u need 20 of and why would u b mad if one didn't have the coupon u still have 19! Still excessive.

          • genxeratl

Well not just that but if I'm buying 20 papers at $2 a pop you better believe I'm gonna check every single one and make sure the coupons are in them before I pay for them! I wish I had room to buy 20's of things – I'm struggling to find room for the stuff I bought in the last week alone! LOL

        • Flute_leader

If its a major holiday, there are usually no coupon inserts in the paper.

    • Kenzbug

Why would someone be written up or fired over accepting coupons as long as both sides conform to the policy? I can tell you the Walgreens I shop at sucks. They are a very unfriendly store, about accepting coupons and with their attitude. I was given 3 different reasons of why my coupons could not be accepted, even after producing the coupon policy from my binder, I was told that the corporate office didn't know what they were talking about and they don't work in the stores. So I suppose this store has their own policy. If I want to drive 10 miles further, I can go to a much nicer store, but it's hardly worth the gas compared to any savings. So I just said Goodbye Walgreens and Hello CVS, which is right across the street and a store I don't have problems with. Not all store employees are bad, I'm just saying when they aren't properly trained, it makes for a bad experience with the customers. And never should a customer be told, Corporate doesn't know what they are talking about. It was down right rude and a sorry excuse for not taking my coupons. BTW, the horrible store is on Shurling Dr in Macon, GA.

      • Lynn

My Walgreens is exactly like that, also! I can't stand shopping there. Unless it's an amazing deal on something I really need. I stay away. Mine's in Smyrna, TN. Walgreens sucks!!

        • Serattcoupons

I'm in Smyrna, too. I haven't had a ton of problems with our WAGS, but their attitude is terrible!

          • LJ

I totally stopped going to Walgreens. I even transferred our Rx somewhere else because they are THAT horrible!

      • baglady

CVS is SO much better…..nicer store all around, and much more coupon friendly….heck….much friendlier period!

      • Kenzbug

Where did Guest go? Makes my post look like I was talking to myself. LOL..It was a Walgreens employee I was replying too. I hope they at least read my post..before they disappeared.

    • BulletteD

I have a question about the Target only coupons. Will Dillons/Kroger or Wal-Mart take those also?

    • Tyedyemomma

I have a little country off the beaten path walgreens I go to on Thursdays and their left over Sunday papers are 50 cents on thursday and after! I always try to go for that.

    • kristenk

excited to see what comes in the ajc evening edge today!

      • Angie8220

what usually comes in the ajc edge?

        • Minkyatee

They usually have 1 or 2 of the new inserts. They also put in 1 from a previous Sun. Thats been my experience. They sometimes are a scaled down version though. They are missing some of the higher value coupons. Keep a lookout for the Publix hard copy with the nice 5 off 30 though. They have been known to put them in E. Edge. :)

    • Kcreviews

Any ideas as to another way I could get Sunday papers? No newspapers were available for where I live in the link Jenny gave. It is frustrating to go to the stores or machines to get papers and they are sold out or there are no coupons in them.

      • Joy

I get the AJC from thecouponshipper.com! Kim is awesome!

      • Minkyatee

There is a site where you can order whole inserts. They will send you the amount you need. They are not too expensive for what you get. I believe you order ahead of time for the inserts that you want. wholecouponinserts.com I hope this helps.

      • tina

try a coupon service. wholecouponinserts (dot com) is always good. i have ordered from there and had no problems.

    • Michelle

Newbie! How do I get the PG coupons? I get the RP and SS. Does this come in the mail with those or do I need to order it?

      • Jnn_horan

Comes in the mail with the other inserts.

        • LJ

Here we only get the PG in the paper. The RP that comes in the mail here, is like the front page of a newpaper that holds all the sales circ together, and MIGHT have a coupon or two on the back page. Such a joke around here!

      • I live in south florida and we get PG once a month in the last sunday of the month in the paper.

    • Minkyatee

Sorry, I see someone already sent that info. LOL! I guess I need more coffee:)

    • Minkyatee

I hope the Evening Edge has those 5.00 off 30.00 flyers. Be careful not to throw it out. The coupon is on the very last page.

    • Traceymannon

This may seem like a silly question, but I live in an area where I honestly don't know how to get a sunday newspaper. I guess you could say it's more rural and the big papers are not easily found. Can I have them mailed to my house? It seems that the sunday inserts have a lot to offer coupled with other manufacturer's and store coupons. I am new to this and trying real hard to save the big bucks. Thanks!!

      • Stacey

I live in a rural area that has little local papers with crappy coupons. I contacted our big city paper (Raleigh, News and Observer, which is over an hour away) and found out they deliver here, no extra charge or anything. I just get Sunday's paper.

      • Wendy

I live in Western KY and our local paper only has the P & G and sometimes a very scaled-down Red Plum. To get newspapers around here, you can get the Louisville Courier-Journal from newsstand machines Chicago Tribune, St Louis Post-Dispatch, Tennessean (Nashville) and the Southern Illinoisan at Book-a-Million and one Walgreens store. You can also get the Southern Illinoisan & the St Louis Dispatch from several newsstand machines around Paducah. So basically, if you don't live in town you have to drive to town to purchase out-of-town papers on Sunday. And if you're trying to get several copies from a machine you have to have lots of change and there's always a chance the coupons may not be in them. And you can't wait too late or they'll all be gone.

Our Books-a-Million used to let people call in on Sunday morning and have their papers held to pick up later in the day; however, they stopped doing this last year. I have heard rumors that they've started again, but I'm lucky because my parents pretty close to Walgreens & my dad goes & picks up my papers for me on Sunday mornings! It is very hard when you live in a rural area with no larger cities close by. There are no newspaper delivery deals, or Dollar Tree deals on the newspapers with good coupons around here.

    • Minkyatee

That flyer is for Publix. LOL! Going to get that coffee!

    • Neeta

I'll probably only buy one paper because we already get the redplums in the mail. I hate to see people glutinize and buy a gazillion papers so that they can go horde goods from the stores. It makes no sense. The other day someone came into the supermarket I work in and bought about 30 boxes of toothpaste and she had coupons to match. It's unfair to others who want to save a little while providing for their families. It's people like that who ruin it for everyone else. Like Jenny says, six will get you to the next sale. The only thing i can see buying alot of, is something that you and your family will use up within that time. For me it's cereal, juice, otherwise. I don't need more than six of anything in a cycle. Ok i didn't mean to rant. Just my thought for the day. Happy shopping everyone! :)

      • baglady

We all need to rant sometimes!!!!…..like me the other night, after a disappointing trip to Publix. I unloaded on my dear hubby….the hoarders give couponers a bad name. I feel like wearing a shirt that says, “No, I'm not one of them!” Like you said, I just want to pay the minimal amount for enough to carry my gang to the next sale cycle for any given product. I was so discouraged that day….seeing that woman clean off the shelf with her kids' favorite Pop Tart flavors….I don't even want Pop Tarts!!! ….it's the principle. I know getting the hang of this takes time…I hear it over & over….it was just a discouraging day….yesterday was better….Happy shopping to you too, Neeta. ;-)

      • Steph

I see your point in what you said but, my husband just lost his job Monday, and had I not been one of those extreme couponers I wouldn't have the money to make it to the next sale. The luxery of only buying what you will use til the next sale doesn't apply to people who have lost their jobs and have no money for the next sale. I do stock up on things I can get for free or for very little but I have always donated 50% of what I get to local food banks and crisis centers. Why throw away coupons because I don't want to buy “too much” when I can give to those in need. I think most of us that have stock piled have done so for personal reasons/fears of not having enough and knowing people in the same situations.

      • Most of the stores in my area limit the number of like coupons that can be used. It isn't just the people who could be blamed, but also the stores.

From what I can tell this is PROFITABLE for the stores so many let it go on.

If I had 30 Q that netted me free toothpaste, deodorant or what ever I would be all over it. I know that I collect H & B items all year to donate to my church's winter emergency shelter. I know lots of people who pay full price to be able to donate items, why shouldn't I get as much as I can for free/cheap to donate.

        • If it's for a good cause why not. I would luv to b able to donate that's a great feeling to have, knowing you've help someone never when you or a friend, family will be in need and if i can help i would with out a doubt.

      • MaysonD

I agree to an extent – the people on the TV shows who have thousands of diapers, but no kids? That's ridiculous. I have a husband who was laid off in January, a 14 month old, and am 22 weeks pregnant facing probable bedrest after 28 weeks due to high risk – so I KNOW what it's like to need those diapers and not really be able to afford them. I DO stock up on toothpaste, body wash, razors, cheap diapers, wipes, ointments, etc. and things I am sure we will use right now because I don't have the money to pay full price until things get better, and if I am put on bedrest, it will be easier on my mind to know I have done what I can to prepare my husband for taking on the household basically on his own. I try not to judge when I see someone with a cart full of something and “hoarding” because I don't know their story. I have a friend with 5 children, she's a pharmacist, her husband is an engineer, and they're both out of work. So yes, she stockpiles, and who can blame her? Who would think people who make hundreds of thousands of dollars per year would be as broke as the rest of us? Certainly they didn't. Just my opinion!

      • eelrod

I agree with you! Where is the courtesy? I wanted to get only 3 tubes of toothpaste and it was wiped out. Leave a little for others. I understand situations such as job loss, but do you really need 30? Things have exp. dates. Most us just want to provide for our families and save money.

      • jessicaR

I agree, it kinda makes me feel a little sick to my stomache to think of someone having 300 bottles of soda pop stock piled(just a example) I dont want to think about drinking that much in my life time!!! but it's frustraiting to me if i did want to buy a couple of bottles on sale using my coupons and getting to the store only to find the shelf empty because someone bought them all.

        • That is so true went to CVS to buy the razors, was only going to buy 2 but of course there weren't any left. It does frustrate you but i enjoy the little that I do get

          • Jeffandshell2003

I Went to walgreens the other day to get the toothbrushes. They were sold out ,but the clerk there said they only ordered 4 .

      • Kskinner2144

I personally do by things like toothpaste, dental floss, food and sorts in bulk like that (got 46 things of dental floss) for our local food pantry that turn around and pass out for free and like the free dental floss this week at Target I am able to get what I need for my family and then pass on the rest to the less fortunate!!! But I do see what you are saying about those that just “collect” things but there are those that do pass along the blessings

      • Tanya

I just started and having a hard time just finding one of things. How do you know when the cycles are??

        • Debbs Seattle

Having started recently too, let me say, that you really need to focus on making one item at a time a stocked item in the house. Last week for example was the Nivea body wash which for most of us accross the country was free or nearly so. Once you have your 3-6 month stash of that then the next week you can get the one other awesome deal, and then as your coupons grow into week 3 and 4 you will find 3 stock items, and week 5 & 6 you may find 6 stock items.

Dont get discouraged. Plan on baby steps for the first month or so. Start with one drug store and one grocer to focus your learning on. Track your spending by these 4 ways: Value without coupons, OOP out of pocket, $ saved, and % saved. You will be able to watch you OOP go down and thus see your saving % go up. Do a weekly tally and I am also tracking my donation value.

Keep it fun or you won't do it. If it feels like a chore, why would anyone want to do it.

          • Khall531

Jenny has a great spreadsheet that tracks all of this for you. Go to her “How to” section. I've been using her spreadsheet and its been very helpful and a great eye-opener!

        • baglady

Time….just takes time to get to know it.

      • Teresa

If you don't know this woman than you have no idea what she is going to do with the toothpaste. She may have a large family, or maybe she donates it. It is always best to thank positive rather than assume we know her intentions. I thank god we live in a free land that allows me to buy what I want as long as I am paying for it. I know several people that donate products to shelters or churches, I think everyone has the word “hoarding” on their minds because of Extreme Couponing.

        • Mlahodik

I just started coupling, we lost our business and are possibly soon going to lose our home, there are 5 kids and hubby and I make 7. I want to eventually start a ministry for the battered women in my area. For now, my goal is to stock pile 6 weeks of the things we need. Especially since we don't know what is going to happen in the next couple of months. If I had the opportunity to get 20 bottles of shampoo, or of toothpaste, soap, deodorant, feminine products (4 teen girls and myself)' stocked, it would be great. I don't want to hoard and am starting this with the attitude and idea of blessing others as I am blessed. You never know the circumstances others are going through.

      • Mary

I usually buy 4 papers, sometimes more if it has a really good coupon, esp if it doubles LOL Like most people say on here, the amounts that a family of two needs vs a family of 6 is totally different. About 2 weeks ago Harveys had Ragu on sale b1g1 or abt $1.29 each, but it was a turn key item wyb 10 items get $5.00 off instantly, well that brought the price down to .79 cents per jar. I bought 10. There is 6 people in my house and we have pasta at least once a week, that is enough to get my family through the next sale cycle, but that is only making sphagettie (1 jar), but if I make Lasangna I use 2 jars. Luckly Harveys had Muellers noodles on sale for .79 cents per box a few weeks before that and I had $1.00 / 2 so I paid .58 cents for 2 boxes of noodles, I had 4 coupons so I paid $2.32 for 8 boxes. Sorry about my typos, but pains meds just kicked in ..wohoo, think it is time to get off the net LOL

      • Mechlingfamily

I've been doing this for 2+ years and can tell you, there are many deals from 6 MONTHS ago that haven't come back around, let alone 6 weeks ago. Toothpaste doesn't expire. If she's getting it free, what is so terrible with her guaranteeing that her family won't have to spend any money on toothpaste for a year? Look at the state of our economy. Things are NOT getting better. Fill your storehouses now, while you can.

    • Bobbiejo3788

does anyone know of a site that does coupon match up`s for ALBERTSONS??? I live in Arkansas and we do not have publix or kroger :/

      • Debbs Seattle

couponconnectionsnw, krazycouponlady, queenbee. I am in NW Washington, and these all feature Alby's

    • Kenzbug

I know this is completely off subject, but does anybody know where/how to get a free website with a shopping cart & paypal checkout button? I'm looking for a different way to sell my inserts besides ebay. The fees are outrageous there. I'm just not that tech saavy.

      • Jendavis76

Paypal website. They offer shopping cart buttons you can use. You have to have an account with Paypal. They do charge a small fee, but its much better then ebay.

    • Sbrown1137

We are the “True” Exreme Couponers! We are not the ones that we see on TV. They are “HOARDERS”. A hoarder, thrives on the continued gratification of seeing their hoard grow. We are quite satisfied with purchasing what we know are families will need and use within a certain time frame, at the lowest price possible. Our reward…A few free items along the way! Most couponers I think, base their experience on the “CARE & SHARE” way of thinking. They care about providing for their families and adding to their own stock pile, but also think..Who can I SHARE this item with, that we don't use, but I can get for free, or just pennies. With all of the recent weather destruction across the country, the crisis organizations can certainly use these donations. The “HOARDERS” could help so many people, if they could just give up part of their hoards. “TRUE EXTREME COUPONERS”…Stay strong! Keep are families well….And share what we can afford, with others who have less than us…

      • swaltz1

ok – I have a love hate relationship with the show extreme couponing — I do love see what they buy but hate the hoarding aspect.

I do have one question…. how do “they” get soda for free (or cheap). We drink a lot of soda and spend about $20 a week on it. HOW do I get that cost down (beside the obvious of not drinking it :-)

I saw this week will have a pepsi insert… hope we get it

any help anyone has would be appreciated.

        • Crystal Coupons

not sure if the sale is still going but bilo has/had pepsi 2 litter products on sale for $1. My husband is the only one in the family that drinks it…so I got 6 to “hopefully” get him through for a little while.

        • senoia mom

They get “free” soda by buying something that is a moneymaker…remember when they dumped the display of pain reliever in the cart? The lady said they would “make 51.00 in profit” from those 121 pain relievers, and they would use the 51.00 “to pay for the detergent” they wanted to buy for the daughter in law.
I watched the show thinking maybe I could learn something. Who seriously needs 121 bottles of pain reliever? I agree with Jenny's approach. I am saving so much money with out having to buy 98 bags of croutons. Ok , they were free. But even with a family of 7 (i think) you would have to eat A LOT of salads to use them all before expiration. And she took ALL of them. In my book, that's greed. Donating is a nice thing to do, but what about her neighbors who only wanted one or two bags, who are trying to make ends meet? I might have been impressed if she had only bought half as many.
Plus, I do not know a single store here in my area that would even allow anyone to buy 98 of a “free” item, check out for 2 hours, or even use 350 coupons in one trip. Most of my local stores will not take more than 20 or 30 coupons in a simgle transaction. Or use more than 4 of the same coupon.
In the long run, it's the people like we see on that show that make it tougher for the rest of us, and are the reason stores are tightening their coupon policies.
AND, I am quite sure the store staff would not have been as friendly OR accomodating if they didnt have a camera crew filming for national TV with them.

          • Carlahodges72

That lady Is Missy and she lives in my town she provides for 3 Families and provides stuff to ALL the shelters in our area including sending to our soilders over seas she donated $60,0000.00 to helping others!!!!!!! All that pain reliever she donated!!!!!! Dont believe go to Feeding Gods Children her website oh and Ive seen it with my own eyes too remember she lives in the same town as me!!!! Shes not greedy she is a very kind lady! WE could learn a thing or two from her like not judging others!

            • Chris

That's great that sheis a nice person, but what about all the families that were trying to get that same deal and couldn't, because she took all of them!! Kind of like Robin Hood take from your neighbors to give to others?? Last week I went to CVS at 11:50pm to get some of the Dove deodorant that was free. When I walk in, there were 3 women shopping together that had cleared the shelves and were waiting for 12:00 to checkout! Cleared 8 rows of deodarant!!

            • Carlahodges72

So what your saying is that your upset because YOU didnt get the FREE deodorant! Look MOST of these ladys give to people in need and get some stuff for there families for free! To them its great I do understand the upset because you and I would like to partake in some free stuff too for OUR families but Im VERY OLD SCHOOL and my feelings I guess is you snooze you lose! I bet had you asked the ladies could you have a pair of that Dove deoderant they prob would have given them too u! And as far as Robin Hood thats not a good example the story of Robin Hood was taking from a very corrupt government that was starving there people on taxes and he was stealing at that what were talking about is DEODORANT for goodness sake and its up for grabs! I only buy two papers Im NOT a hoarder and I dont give to the poor very often cause really I dont have much to give and I love getting things for free but if those ladies are up at 12:00 to get there free stuff then they worked harder then me and I say more power to them! I do think u should get only what your family NEEDS but I cant nor you tell people what they can and cannot do I guess Im just really tired of hearing “oh poor me” on free stuff thats up for grabs to anyone!!!!!! I have some extra Dove deodorant Ill give to you if you really need it! Just leave me your address!

            • Sara

I do see where these people are coming from. There are several people in my area that clear the shelves first thing. I work full time and don't have the ability to wait around until 12am to get all the free stuff. By the time I get to the store at 5pm everything is gone. These type of “extreme couponers” are causing the stores in my area to have stricter couponing policies to prevent these people from clearing the shelves. Which I am very excited about…

            • jessica1970

This is exactly what I was trying to explain. My thinking is that people who defend such behavior are themselves guilty.

            • Carlahodges72

Me too the stores need to limit the amount people buy maybe like four or five per household that would help everyone but I will tell you when I see people getting all that stuff for free…. It makes me very happy! Cause EVERYONE loves free stuff! there does need to be a limit I agree I very rarely get the really good deals cause there all gone! So Im excited too when they do make limits. However its the stores “fault” not the people cleaning out the shelfs some of these people will take advantage. But for the ones like Missy she really does help people and thats good the shelters are being affected by the economic crisses. I know we are too but these people have to depend on ONLY donations and they have way more mouths to feed then I do!

            • jessica1970

I think what Chris meant is that she'd like an opportunity to build a small stockpile, too. Two or three deodorants free even if you have some is smart shopping for anyone. Those few ladies who clear the shelf and pride themselves in so doing give all couponers a bad name. I can understand her frustration, especially as a working mom of a young child. Trust me, I work “harder” as you stated — but can't lurk in a store for hours waiting to buy a shelf load of deodorant. I didn't think Chris was “oh poor me” at all, just asking that limits be in place like in most stores. Your comment about Robin Hood did make me laugh. Chris used it as a figure of speech that anyone would have understood in the context it was used.

      • Khall531

I am so glad to read your comment. I watched the show, thinking I could get some good tips… was I wrong! They have an addiction just like a drug addicition. These people need serious help. I question a lot of what they show on this program. I don't think a store would allow people to abuse them every week, especially when they just dumped displays in their carts. Watching that show makes me appreciate everything that Jenny teaches on this website. Since I've started “extreme couponing, southern style” I have begun buyng for other people. What has been such a blessing to my family is that we used to run of things all the time, but now I have my “family-size stock pile”, a corner in my closet to give away and I'm spending less! Thanks, Jenny! and Thanks to all who post- you all are very encouraging and helpful as I am still trying to learn all of this :)

      • Angeleyes1168

Some of the people on that show are givers. I looked up Missy Ebby because she is in Florida. Her mission is to feed needy people in her community and uses her couponing as a mission for Christ. She is teaching others how to do it just like Jenny and encouraging them to pass it forward.

        • Carlahodges72

Yes I just went to Missys class on Thursday and she provides for 3 families and then helps her community. She lives in the same town as me and she is a very kind women. Thats the nice thang about this couponing I can provide for my family and now help others too!!!!!

    • lisa reynolds

Hey all of you couponers, if you have extra items such as toothpaste, shampoo, or basically anything it is greatly needed now. As you probably know, Tuscaloosa, AL and other parts of the state was hit by major tornadoes. Everything would be greatly appreciated

    • Melisha_poe

I know the coupons for purex will make it free but where is the sale being held ?

      • Crystal Coupons

bilo had them on sale on their last sale….now I'm not sure I bought four the coupons gave me 10.50 off I guess if I only got 3 it would have been free

      • daddysgirl30

Food Lion is having a BOGO free sale this week.

    • jessicaR

I just started my stockpile and i have 4 bottles of body wash & 4 tubes of tooth paste. I am very proud of my small pile but would be very much willing to donate it to help people affected by the tornadoes yeasterday. If anyone knows were to donate or send items to please let me know. I am located in Mt. Pleasant SC.

      • Jessica-Pugh

Jessica, there are several of the local churches in and around birmingham that are accepting donations. Here are a few that are located close to some of the worst hit areas. Gardendale first baptist, Pleasant Grove First Baptist, Fultondale Public Library, or your local Red Cross. You can look any of the churches up online to find addreses. I know they are taking stuff directly I'm the the victims of the tragic event. As a member of the community I would like to say Thank You!!

    • tamara

I am so excited about these coupons!

    • i just my stock pile and i have 8 bottles of body wash 2 toothpaste,5 deordorants great start for a beginner i think.

    • Here in ft.lauderdale we have publix's and walgreen, CVS on every other main ave.

    • Lilmammas1021

Im knew to the whole couponing thing but im excited to try it out and see how well it goes.

    • William_lives

Where is there any food in these coupons??

      • Mlahodik

Hmmmm…. Good question. I am new at this, i can see the deodorants, razors, shampoos, etc, but I am hoping there are some good food deals too.

        • Tiffany Thompson

I've found that the food savings come from shopping the sales at the grocery store. I only purchase things that are already on sale and then use my coupons in addition to that. Last week, I saved 30% on my grocery bill.

      • Kim

The one thing I have found is that these are generally in the inserts in our paper, but then there will be other coupons that are regional and not listed here. I live in Ohio and so it varies. It takes a few extra minutes, but I always look through all the coupon inserts in the paper I am going to buy and then determine how many really want to get. Sometimes there are great local surprises in them.

    • Shelbyford1971

how would I know if these will be in my towns paper! I live in a small town! I live about 50 miles from a big city do you think these would be in that paper?

      • Nicole

Hard to say without looking at your paper. You could always go out Sunday morning and buy one from a local stand to see if it measures up. If not, it might be worth it to get the bigger city's paper, that's what I do. I am 40 miles from Savannah, so I went online to their newspaper's website and found out that they deliver to my area and it is cheaper that way then to buy them from the stand. (Which is good, for my local paper is 6 pages long with no inserts.) It takes a little investigating, but it is worth it in the end. Good luck.

        • I'm miles away from Savannah too. But I found Savannah morning news paper stand at Mcdonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Harveys, and BiLo. The Sunday paper is usually $1.50, but it's totally worth it.
Check all grocers and fast food places that serve breakfast. Good Luck!

          • Jami_lynn_5307

I live in Savannah and am trying to find an Atl Journal Constitution. The Savannah Morning News doesn't have all the inserts. Anyone know where to find that paper locally?

    • LB514

I think the Fixodent is a BOGO coupon, not a FREE coupon. But correct me if I'm wrong.

    • Tonyzgrl

Does anyone know where to purchase inserts from? My normal insert service ran out :(

      • FreffieShops

Collectable Coupons is the best site I have found to purchase the whole insert. Check them out at: http://www.CollectableCoupons.com/

        :o) Happy Shopping!

      • Ksb2672

    • IV

      Awesome, I'm excited!

      • K Lomneck

5 hours to go for what?

    • Meg

Does anyone know if the target coupons are store coupons? I want to be able to use P & G coupons + Target coupons to get superb deals!

      • D1ll1gaf

You can use a target coupon (ie store coupon) and a manufactor coupon on one item, but if it is b1g1f they will only let you use one coupon on the one you are
paying for not the free one! Also you can get coupons on target.com

      • D1ll1gaf

you can use a store coupon (ie target coupon) with a manufactor coupon, but
they will not let you use a coupon on both items if it is b1g1f only on the one
that you are buying. You can also get coupons on line, and they now have a
red card like a debit card out of your checking so you can save 5% on every
purchase on top of every thing and with so many preceptions you get a extra
        % off too…..

    • Dana

I have the same question as Meg and still confused. If I go to Target and take 2 Old Spice bodywash to the counter, and use the B1G1 manufacture coupon, can I use Target's $1 off of a single product?

      • Carlahodges72

Yes or at least you can in florida. You use the buy one get one free Old Spice Bodywash coupon from the manufacture and then you can use a target $1.00 on EACH one.(unless otherwise stated) that will be a savings of $2.00 and a BOGO.

        • Mine in Greenville Sc would only let me use 1 Target Q. She said it was becuz the B1G1 attached to both products, Anyway I have done this at other stores

          • darlene

My Target only lets you use 1 of the same target coupon per transaction. And even the cashiers who are clueless on the rest of the coupons know THAT policy, lol.

    • YourBusIsHere

CHEAP CHIPS N DIP: use 2 of the $1/1 Tostitos Tortilla Chips or Dip from the Pepsico Moments insert at Harris Teeter (super doubles this week!). Makes chips free and dip only $1 plus use the free Pepsi Max coupon wyb Tostitos Chips n Dip. So full size bag of tortilla chips, dip and a 2L Pepsi Max for $1. Forgive me Jenny if you've already listed this somewhere else. Also if anyone is brave enough you may can use the dip coupon on the salsa. In that case it would all be free. I didn't try it but let me know if anyone does.

    • Mlahodik

Arg, again my area didn't get a great coupon, last time we didn't get the $3 nivea body wash, this time there are no noxzema razors, I was so excited since I got my first subscription today. Sis (6) papers. Some of them were missing my inserts too, bummed, but still excited to go shopping after church.

      • Misty S

My area got the $3.00 nivea but our Walmart's don't sell it.

    • Linda

I only received 1 Smart Source, Winston Salem, NC. Did anybody get 2 SS?

      • Jessicacourtney1

I bought 4 News & Records here in G'boro and didnt go through them (I was there when he was stocking them in the stand, and all I have is the P&G food insert?!?

        • Jessicacourtney1

did you get the RPs as well as the other PG? just not one of the SS?

        • ariel

i went to the BP at the I-40 junction, and there were 3/4 inserts. i couldnt find a paper with any at my grocery stores or pharmacies.

      • Ashley

I am in Winston-Salem, NC and also only got 1 SS.

      • Ashley

In Chattanooga Free Press there was 1 SS, 1 RP, and 1 P&G. I'm going to go back through it to make sure I didn't miss something, but it might be that only the huge markets (like Atlanta) got the goods, once again.

        • Loyal2disney

I got the Knoxville News Sentinell this morning (but I live in Johnson City), it had 2 SS and the Pepsi insert but not P & G or RP! Not sure why! Knoxville paper always has the P&G! Guess I'll be going back out to try to get Johnson City Press or something else to get the P&G insert

      • Bamagirl43

It looks like I got only got 1 SS in Birmingham as well. According to the list of coupons, the one I got appears to be a combination of the two.

      • MB

I'm in WS too and only got one SS. I get my papers from Dollar tree and I'm thinking of spending the extra and buying the Raleigh or Charlotte newspapers from Barnes and Noble or somewhere.

        • Linda

I usely get my 1 home paper to verify coupons, then I go to Dollar store or Walmart. So I heading out to Walmart they only had 3 inserts, PG, RP and SS, no Pepsico. So I left Walmart to go to the Dollar store and they didn't have the pepsico either. Why is it they stores don't have these coupons when I got one in my home paper! I guess I will have to go to borders and see if they have them.

    • Lynn

Does anyone know if the Tennessean in nashville got the Pepsi or Target inserts?

      • Dusty

I live in Chattanooga, right on the Georgia border. I will look around today and see if anyone local sells the Tennessean or the Atlanta paper locally. If I find it and no one has answered you…I will let you know.

        • Jennifer

I also live in Chattanooga, closest place to get an Atlanta paper is exit 290 near Cartersville, GA.

    • Ezell86

I was very excited to get started couponing… and when I went to get two Sunday papers (Jackson Sun from Tenn), there were NO coupons in there! ow can I find out which papers do coupons? I assumed all unday papers had at least some!

    • Just checked my St. Petersburg Times paper and these are today's inserts: 1 Moments to Save insert (Pepsico), 1 P & G insert, 2 Smart Source inserts, and 1 1 Red Plum insert. Also, inside the Parade magazine you will find a nice $1.00 coupon for Wonderful pistachios.

      • Xina2510

Thank you …. I live in the Sarasota Bradenton area and found nothing in all the papers someone must be taking them out this coupon thing is getting crazzzzzy People are starting to steal them out of the paper….

        • Ileana

Although I am sure that some people do take inserts out…..I think that is just a matter of what is available to stuff them with at the factory. I am in Pasco and always stop at 2-3 stores to look inside of all my papers for the right inserts and try to get St. Pete. I find, in the same stack, some with all, non or some. It's a hit or miss. This why I no longer buy from the guys on the side of the street and pay tax to make sur eof what I am getting.

    • guest

Sun Sentinel – All 5 inserts! Palm Beach Post – 4 of 5 inserts…Happy Sunday.

    • Happy Couponer

Just picked up my Sunday Papers…Spartanburg, SC (Herald Journal) DID NOT have P&G insert, but DID have 2 SS, 1RP, & 1 Pepsico, so I had to purchase a Greenville News (Greenville, SC) to get a P&G insert (also had 2 SS, 1RP, & 1 Pepsico). Also surprised to see my Target circular was missing from the Spartanburg paper, but did appear in the Greenville paper.

    • flower_mom

Anyone else missing both SS inserts from the Birmingham News? :(

      • Sissymyst

Not from Bham News but Decatur Daily. Wonder if it has to do with storm issues here? I only got P and G and Red Plum.

      • Tyler

Same here in the Muscle Shoals area :/

    • Amanda

In Richmond, VA I got (1) P&G, (1) Redplum and (1) Smartsource and both the Target and Pepsico Moments inserts. I was bummed to only get (1) Smartsource, however I was happy to find it was a combination of both Smartsource lists listed above.

      • Amanda

Also, the combination Smartsource insert I got had several other coupons not listed above. It looks like the combination insert was the better deal. :)

      • Mel

Oh thank you! I only got one SS, too (I buy the Richmond Times) and felt cheated. I was sure it had said there should be 2, so this brings me some relief. Thanks!

    • Susan

Does anyone in Fayetteville NC know where to get a Raleigh News and Observer? Harris Teeter was out at 9:30 this morning. The Fayetteville paper is junk with coupons lately. I went to Barnes and Noble, they have them. I was wondering if there were other options. I know the post offices used to have them, but now the paper boxes are gone. K&W over by Cape Fear Valley stopped putting them in the box b/c of theft.

      • Susan

I think I'm going to break down and get a subscription.

      • Mandy A.

I'm in Garner, can find them at Food Lion pretty regularly. But I did break down and get the Sunday subscription.

      • Kcreviews

I only wish I could get a N&O delivered to me in Wilmington. FL and B&N carry the paper, but they are always out early in the morning!

      • Tasha010986

yes, fayetteville paper sucks! its always missing coupons! And today there was on two inserts. either someones stealing them or the paper here just sucks…again! lol

    • Xina2510

I am Soooooo mad I have been to 2 stores and found no coupons in the papers…. I live in the Sarasota Bradenton area and found nothing in all the papers ….someone must be taking them out of the papers…. this coupon thing is getting crazzzzzy People are starting to steal coupons……What is this world coming to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • T Allworth

I didn't get any ss in my Savannah Morning News :-( I am sooo disapointed!!! Is this normal? I am pretty new to couponing, so if anyone knows where I can get the coupons, please please please let me know! Thanks :-)

      • dixiegirl24

I got 2 Savannah Mornig News today. They both had inserts but only one smartsource. There was supposed to be two smartsource.

        • T Allworth

so weird! I didn't even get one! Is there another paper in town that would have both, do you know?

    • Rina

After trying for a month to get two papers delivered to my house, i finally got my papers around 10:45am. One had 3 inserts and the pepsi one. Yay. Sadly, the other only had the ss and rp. Will be heading to the office tomorrow to complain.

    • Noelle704

I live in Charlotte, bought my newspaper from Circle K, no Target P&G, I'm upset. Anyone in Charlotte get the Target P&G or was Charlotte left out this time?

I get home delivery of the Sunday paper of 2 copies and all inserts were included. I went to my local Kroger in Fayetteville, Georgia. The store always has the AJC for Double coupons for $3. I bought 2 papers and one even rang up $2. I got 4 sets of all 6 inserts for $5.30. Sorry for those having problems finding papers or inserts. Wish I could help some of you out. These deals are amazing.

what paper did you get? I'm in Savannah, just thinking that I might be able to get the same paper??

    • Drawg98

I did not get some of the coupons I was looking for. Does anyone know of the site that sells all of the coupons that should be in the papers? I am looking to buy from them from now on instead of my local paper. I bought 4 papers this morning from a grocery store. Half of the coups were ripped and the other half were missing.

    • I only found the ss insert in the Montgomery paper and normally I can get a Bham paper, but by the time I got out to get one, there were none in any of the boxes or stores in a 5 mile radius of my house. Sad.

After going through a huge stack of papers at Publix and having the customer service desk employees watch me like a hawk (I do not buy a paper with out checking it first) I found plenty of papers with all the inserts! I only purchased 4 and put the good papers on the top of the stack.

The tennessean from the rack does not have all the coupons inserts!~ None had the P & G coupons at all.. I went to 2 different stores and it seems those that were delivered to homes had all of the them but, the ones that are sold in the store racks did not.

does anyone know where to get the best paper in tuscaloosa al is

      • Mistys

If you want the Tuscaloosa paper with all the inserts the best thing to do is wait until 8 am on Monday morning and go to the Tuscaloosa News and get it. Vicki makes sure all the inserts for our area are in there. If you buy 2 papers she will give you one free from the previous week. That is if you get there early enough. I purchased one on sunday at walmart in northport and it had no coupons or sales ads. Someone had stole them. There was only three inserts on Sunday. (1) P&G, (1) SS, and (1) RP.

I purchased 6 papers, and each copy of the Orlando Sentinel had all FIVE ad's…someone pulled the inserts from your copies before you purchased them…i never pull from the top of the stack…always the middle or the bottom if i am not there before 8 am to grab them…

So discouraged…never got ANY coupons this weekend. The local paper doesn't carry them so we buy the big city paper (because they don't deliver here). Yesterday every gas station and store we visited said someone came in and bought the WHOLE stack before 8 a.m. (we started hunting at 8:15).

I've been cutting coupons for 30 YEARS and this is the first time that happened. It's so discouraging and I'm beginning to hate those extreme coupons show that encourage people to take from others, steal from papers, and hoard materials. I can't imagine NOT couponing after all of these years but I don't have two hours to drive around the entire town and still end up empty-handed every week either. Any advice?

      • Rotaunya

You can call your local paper to purchase copies if you don't want to subscribe. Our local paper, The Dallas Morning News, sells back copies of the paper. It's available for the same price that we would have paid for the paper at the newsstand if picked up at the office. Also, they mail them for an additional cost. If you were unable to get the paper you wanted, perhaps you may be able to get your local paper the same way.

Where can I buy inserts from? I didn't have access to the paper this Sunday due to storms.

    • EOlson

I live in the part of Alabama who has been without power since Wednesday of last week due to the raging storms that hit our area. The Huntsville Times is our paper source and they've been out of print due to the power outage. How do I go about getting these inserts that were in this Sunday's paper??

      • couponKrazy

The Huntsville Times was not out of print on Sunday. I bought 2 copies, they covered the disaster and the royal wedding. Call the Times and see if you can get a copy from them.

    • couponKrazy

Does anyone know if there is a difference in the coupon inserts that you find in a news-rack and the paper delivered to your home? I went through dozens of Huntsville Times papers at 3 different stores this Sunday and only saw (1) SS, (1) RP, and (1) Moments to Save in each. I knew there was supposed to be a P&G so I called around to my friends who receive subscriptions and they all had the correct inserts. My area has been insane because of last weeks storms, so maybe there's a chance that has something to do with it? What do you think?

    • Jessica5757

i only got 1 insert in this weeks paper :(
