Today through 8/16, using code BIG you can get 80% off your entire purchase on Restaurant.com. There might some restaurants.com that are sold out for the month, but you should still be able to find some deals.

Starting tomorrow they will reload certificates for the month, if their is a restaurant that you really love then check back and maybe pay a dollar or two more to get a coupon for there.

These are really coupons off a larger purchase, but they are a great way to save.

$25 dining or gift certificates for $2

$10 dining or gift certificates for .60 cents

Think of them as a $10 off a $15 lunch or $25 dollars off a $40 dinner. For us this makes for cheap lunches out with Daddy, or inexpensive dinner dates. Make sure to read what the requirements are for that restaurant before purchasing.

We just had a great experience at Blue Taj in Ballantyne (Clt, NC). We took my husband there for his birthday. For 7 people, our total was just over $100.

Woohoo! Usually there's only one or two restaurants in our whole city/area that participate in this, but I found two I will actually go to, bought 4 $10 certs and only paid $3.20 total! What a deal!

I bought 4 certificates to the melting pot and then was told that you can only redeem one per party per visit. What a rip off. You get 25$ off a $100 meal then turn around and they charge you 18% gratuity. I want my money back!

      • Guest

Most will say before you buy one per a visit and table. They also tell you 18 or 20 percent gratuity will be added before discount. Most place are not that much of a good deal by the way.

Thank you. I bought a certificate and will try to use it next week.

I bought these for Christmas Presents! I got both my brother and sister and laws 2 gift cards each and spent $12 total! I plan on buying more.

    • Vhiland

My question is…when you order it, how long does it take to get the gift certificate? Is it something that you print off and then take to the restaurant or do they mail you something?

      • scooby

I called their customer service number, I was told I could print it off as soon as the transaction was completed, or I could wait for the confirmation email and print from that. I am skeptical of this offer, but what's to lose at $2 for $25 certificate. Anyone not getting the value for this offer? Seems too good to be true.

        • Vhiland

Thanks Scooby! I talked to a friend last night who has used this site and she said she printed off the confirmation and took it to the restaurant that night and used it and had no problems whatsoever. Now I'm excited and can't wait to try it out myself!
