I can not get the $10 rebate form to print out from coupons.com. Is there any other site I can print off this rebate form? Thanks!

    • Megan

How will this work with requards to using coupons or ECBs(if purchased at CVS)? Will the total still need to be over $30, or just the beginning total?

I have not done this before, but I am very interested since I love their products.

      • Mom of EE&I

You'd still qualify for the rebate – your total needs to be $30 before ECBs & coupons. Buy them when they're on sale – makes for a great deal! Yay!

        • JW

The last time (about 5-6 months ago) I did a rebate deal with Aveeno, Roc, Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, etc. involved, it was buy $30 worth, get a $10 rebate. I did it and mailed the form in. A couple of days after this, people started posting (on here) and said that they had called customer service and the total spent had to be $30 after coupons, although it did not specify this anywhere on the rebate form. I still have not received my rebate check and am not looking to. I hope it works out if you decide to do it, but I will steer clear of this one. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

          • Amy

I tend to agree with you. They don't say anywhere on the form it has to be before/after coupons. But with prior ones, they've shown how they operate.

And Neutrogena… forget it. I still haven't received anything and don't plan on it. I bought several things on the same receipt as the Clinical and used lots of coupons and ECBs. How do they know what coupon applied to which product?? It just says MFR Coupon or CVS coupon on my receipt. B.S. if you ask me. It's a way to get you to buy the product and get your money. Won't fall for that one again.

    • Rite Aid will have some sales that compliment this rebate the week of 9/26-10/02. Not sure how good they are compared to other drugstores, though.

      • I found two more coupons! Rite Aid's E-mail wellness newsletter coupons: “Featured Member Savings” coupons –
$1 off $10 Skin Care purchase, expires 10/03/2010
$1 off any Aveeno Skin or Bath Purchase, expires 10/14/10

These are coupons you would have received in your e-mail, but IheartRiteAid(dot)com might have links to them. Do go ahead and sign up for the e-mails if you haven't already! There were several other ones good for sales this week at Rite Aid.

Has anyone else tried printing the rebate form? Mine printed very small within the paper that I question if I can submit it. Can anyone help?

      • Alyssa

Mine printed like a regular coupons.com coupon, but theres nothing to fill out, interesting!

I'm hesitant to do this rebate because I'm still waiting to receive my rebates on the Neutrogena Clinical from July and the Aveeno Ageless from June. I've e-mailed J&J customer service, and they keep telling me to give them longer because there was such a high response. It's now been 14 weeks since I sent in the Aveeno rebate and about 10 on the Neutrogena.

Have any of you gotten your rebate checks for those two?

      • Tala

I haven't received Neutrogena and Aveeno Rebates too. However my mom got rebate for Neutrogena and they sent a check only for $8.99 the amount which she paid out of pocket. She bought it in CVS and burned all EB which she got from buying different products. I was looking and reading Neutrogena rebate form and haven't found that they would take anything (EB and coupons) before submitting rebates. Please, please give me phone number to call Neutrogena

        • Kel

That's really weird, i just received mine today and it was for the full amount!

      • I haven't received either of these yet either. I can believe a high response (remember the scramble to FIND some of the products?), and since I know I am not the only one, that makes me worry a little less.

      • Amanda

I feel the same way you do. I just sent an e-mail to them because I haven't received the $20 for the Aveeno Ageless or the $10 for the Aveeno rebate when you buy $25 worth. I can't believe they would put another rebate out if they are having that much trouble! I am glad you contacted them and let me know because I was really getting worried as well!

      • Sean

Be patient. I got my Neutrogena Clinical and Aveeno Ageless rebate checks two weeks ago. So, you should be seeing it soon.

        • I'm curious – did either company only reimburse you for the amount you actually paid?

      • Struckdeals

I haven't gotten either. That Glade/Ziploc rebate was fantastic, they even e-mailed me when my form was received and I got the check promptly after. I hate wasting money and/or ECB on items that I don't really need, but are nice little treats I get thanks to the rebate. We'll see.

    • naneni1

      $30 after cuopons

      • happymom

I think its $30 before coupons. My rebate form does not mention coupons, just instructs you to circle to purchase price. Did I miss something?

    • katherine

I have not yet received my Neutrogena rebate either.

    • I don't have a color printer and mine printed out light i can't read the mail to adress everything is fine but that cansome one post it for me?

    • Here are the details of the rebate (which I printed with no problems):

BUY: $30.00 worth of products from 3 or more of the following brands in a single purchase between 9/20/2010 – 10/31-2010: AVEENO, CLEAN & CLEAR, PURPOSE, LUBRIDERM, and ROC. Purchase excludes tax, trial sizes, and cleansing bars.

      SEND: This completed official mail-in-certificate
The original store-identified cash register receipt dated between 9/10-2010 – 10/31/2010 with the items(s) circled.
Write in UPC code(s) in spaces provided on this order form

      MAIL TO:
PO Box 587, Colmar, PA, 18915

RECEIVE: A $10.00 rebate check by mail.

REBATE TERMS: Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Offer must be postmarked on or before 11/15/2010 when offer expires. Limit one per household, address, and envelope. Cannot be combined with any other mail-in-rebate…” then all the usual stuff about no multiple or incomplete submissions will be processed, no reproducing the rebate form, only in the USA and APO/FPO addresses, etc.

There is nothing on there about the purchase having to be before coupons or discounts. HOWEVER, do note that it all has to be in a single purchase, and has to include at least 3 different brands, which is a little strange considering the parts where its states “item(s)” and “receipt(s)”, like there is an option.

      • Thank you so much! everything printed fine but the stuff on the site printed to light for me to read. Thank you so much for posting

      • Jess

so it really has to be three different brands, huh? I bought three items, but only two brands and was wondering if it would qualify. i guess not… :(

      • Stefaninguyen

sorry i wanted to ask u instead of camlyphu thatwhen i printed out my form it came out the size of a personal check n i can barely see anything plus there was no place to write the upc codes…. am i doing something wrong???? please help.

    • Camlyphu

I did receive my Neutrogena rebate but the annoying part was that they gave me the amount after the $5 coupon & ECB's I used from CVS. I lost $10 in that deal.

      • Steph

my form printed out the size of a personal check. everything is so small and no space to write the upc codes im i doing something wrong?????
