Here at the deals that started today 4/08 at Bi-Lo. This week is worth the wait. A lot of B1G1 deals that have coupon matches!! Thanks to Melanie from Merchant Maidens for compiling these deals. Go grab your FREE Cattlemen’s BBQ sauce and then check out her recipe using it!

We had a fun filled day dealing with our one year old impacting one of her new front teeth, sometimes being mom just has to take priority. If you see any deals or coupons we missed let me know so we can all enjoy the savings.

1. Most Bi-Lo store double coupons that are .60¢ or less
2. You can “stack” a store coupon with a manufacturer’s coupon
3. You do not have to buy 2 of the B1G1 items to get the sale price
4. If you do buy two B1G1 items use 2 coupons if you have them

How do you get overage at Bi-Lo from a doubling coupon? I have only had to double to the price of the item, no overage given on a doubling coupon.

    • Jenny (also)

Sorry to hear you had a stressful day. Thank you so much for doing this, I actually look forward to shopping now! This looks like a great week for deals and stocking up!

    • Tina

Jenny, so sorry to hear about your babies tooth. I hope she gets to feeling better soon!

    • Tina

I’m getting a page error for the Cattlemen’s BBQ sauce coupon.

    • Sorry to hear about your baby’s tooth :( Thank you for everything that you do!

    • Leroy

Thanks for all you do and cant wait to see you on the 21st of May. Can you please help. I cant find the following in our SS 3/29

In sumter area have been buying State Papers…please advise, lol.

    • Henrietta

The olay 2pk is 2/$4 at BiLo this week. There is a $2(4/5 P&G) coupon that many people are talking about using at Wal-Mart. The soap is 2.48 at my WalMart, so as usual BiLo has the better deal.

    • Cassie

I think that the Mueller’s Lasagna noodles calculations are incorrect. You have noted that they are $1.50 each and that the coupon is .55 / 2. If you buy 2 for $3 and subtract the .55 Q doubled, you should get $1.90, thus making each .95 each and not .40 each. Did I do that correctly?

    • I get a page error on the Cattlemen’s sauce, too.
      Thanks for the list!

    • Sheila

You can go to the Cattlemens BBQ Sauce website and enter then you can print 5 or 6 different coupons. Hope that helps everyone

    • Jenny (also)

The Betty Crocker warm delights and pouch cookies are also 3/$5. I have .55 and .50 coupons making those only .67 each. That makes for a quick and cheap treat for the kids! Hope this helps!

    • Joe

I’m not sure where the coupon came from, I ordered it from couponclippers.com, but I have a .50 off softsoap coupon on the 8.5 oz, and they are on sale for 2/$3 this week, that should make them .50 each.

    • Heather

Just wanted to report my Bi-Lo (in S. Carolina) has Gillette series shaving gel for $1.00 when you use your Bi-Lo card. Since there was a $1 off coupon for Gillette shave gel in this past Sunday’s paper (4/5/09) that makes it FREE! Bought 2 cans for my husband and 2 cans for myself yesterday … all for free! Hope this is the case at other Bi-Lo’s!

    • Tiffani

Land o Lakes butter is on sale 2 for $4.00. We found coupons next to the butter for $.55 off.

    • Elizabeth

FYI, I was able to print the Cattleman’s BBQ sauce only after I checked one of the boxes for the newsletter.

    • Deborah

The Lawry’s seasoning salt was actually $2.45 B1G1, so it ends up being 22 cents after q.

    • Mary

Vitamin water 10 on sale for $1. Use $1 coupon from last week makes it free. Mentos gum 97cents use $1 or 55cent coupon for free gum

    • jamie

Hey- the Dole juice deal: There’s also a coupon in the Bonus Saver for 0.75 off SH Premium Orange Juice, and I used it with the “try theirs, get ours free” printable. Also, I used a random coupon for $1 off Dole from a Kroger Home Mailer (which my sweet papaw sent me from Ky.), but I know those are unpredictable things to bank on.
One more thing, has anyone had trouble with Bi-Lo taking FLIPS yet? They took a Target one from me, but yesterday I had to call down the manager to take my FLIP and he even acted like he was doing me a big favor.

    • Victoria

I could not find anything on the Cattleman’s web site about the rebate. Where can I find information about that? Also, I was unable to print the coupons either from Cattleman’s.

    • Kimberly S

      Hey Jenny,
Don’t ever feel guilty for having to leave this site alone for awhile to tend to your children, kids grow up so fast, enjoy them. Our children are always priority before a coupon website ;) After all you do this for free for all of us so we can save money, anyone with nerve to get upset because you couldn’t update, or post should be asked to stop visiting all together!
      Thanks for all you do!!!!

    • Tina

The Cattlemen’s rebate info is at the bottom of the script on this page, just before the comments begin.

    • Mary

Texas toast croutons on sale $1.25 each. There is a 55cent coupon in last week’s paper making them 15cents each.

    • Adele

I am doing the happy shopper dance. We just went to Bi-lo with our coupons for free or almost free things and spent $3.31 on $35.21 in groceries. To make matters even better, the guy in front of me didn’t have a bonus card, so he used mine and I got my last Ham point. YIPEE!

I am waiting on my Hefty coupons to get here, hopefully by Saturday to stock up on paper products and baggies.

Does anyone know if there is a limit on them?

BTW thanks for the heads up on the Mentos, I was just pondering what to do with those .55 coupons, we never tried the gum before, but we love it.

    • Here’s another sweet deal!

      Mentos Gum – $0.97
      Use $0.55/1 coupon (SmartSource 02/08)
FREE plus $0.13 overage after doubled coupon

Thanks for all you do! Your site is very helpful!

    • Jenn

Jenny- Sorry to hear about your little one, how is she doing today?

Jamie- I live in the Greenville, SC area and Bi-lo doesn’t take any comp. coupons. However, Publix does so I usually shop there :o)

      • Jenny

She is doing much better now. Thanks for asking

    • Bi-Lo in my area (Rock Hill, SC) double coupons up to $.99 so Breyer’s ice cream is $.38 each with doubled $.75/1 coupon. Yeah! I was glad to see the Mento’s deal since I had all those coupons (6 in all) from various inserts that I hadn’t used yet. Tonight I got 2 ice creams, 4 Mueller’s pasta, 6 Mentos gum and 3 Olay soap packs for $5.05!!!

Thanks so much for all you do on this site. I just recently found your site and have been able to save so much more at Bi-Lo by seeing your coupon and sale match-ups. It’s so much fun!

    • Beth

The Hefty baggies in my store are $3.19 so I ended up paying a little more, but did get the ice cream for $.38. Tonight I got 6 cans of Dole pineapple, 4 Breyers ice cream, 10 vitamin waters, 4 Kraft salad dressing, 10 boxes of baggies,10 popcorns,4 McCormick brown gravy,6 olay soap and 6 shaving creams for $21.00. Not a bad deal at all!
As to the question of limits, the BiLo store is my area will only let you use 10 coupons that double per item (ie…I got 10 Hefty bags and used 10 coupons). If the coupons do not double you can use as many as you want as long there is no more than 58 total coupons per order. Hope this helps someone.

    • Beth

Almost forgot, the new Eggo pastries are on sale for $2.19. With the $.75 q that was in Sunday’s paper they cost $.69. My stores double up to $.99.

    • Tara

Are the Vitamin Waters on sale at Bilo now? If so, how much? Thanks!

    • Jock

      Yeah Leroy
Sumter SS must not be the same. Can’t find those coups.
      Blessings All

    • Maehing O

The 3/29 SS insert must not have been in the Charleston area. I don’t have any of those coupons! Waahhhh! Anyone else have this issue? Thanks guys… adding my Mentos and Olay to my shopping list!

    • Karen

      Sorry, can’t resist.

Toilet Bowel cleaner? I’m afraid to buy this stuff! Little typo…

      • Jenny

hahaha. Thanks Karen, I’ll fix it!

    • April K

just back from my mauldin, sc bilo…
      total: $231.57, paid: $76.45!
also, my bi-lo gives a credit of 5 cents per bag if you bring in your own reusable bags (bloom has really cute bag options!). i always bring 10 bags in and, even if i don’t use them all, they credit me 50 cents.
note: they did not limit the number of ice cream cartons i bought.

    • Elizabeth

      Hi Jenny:

FYI @ our Bi-Lo in Cleveland, TN they had the Kids’ Colgate TP in the 4oz in Watermelon & Strawberry flavors for 2/$4. I had 4 Q’s @ .50 cents ea. so they doubled and I got 4 for $4.

I’m still kind of new to this “deal-finding” so I’m not always sure what a good deal is and what a good steal is :)

Curious to know if you think I got a good price on that.

    • Mina

My trip to Bi-Lo was $166 “before savings” and $31 after. It was a great trip.

I bought my papers in the Columbia area and they did not have the Q’s for the Dole, Hefty, or Eckrich, either.

Cassie was right. The second calculation for the lasagna noodles was off. They wind up being $.95 each.

    • i cant find the cattleman bbq anywhere in greer,sc anyone in sc find the item!!

    • Amanda

The Palermo pizza website now has a coupon that says $1 off 2 pizzas. I know the previous one for $1/1 hasn’t expired since I did have a couple of those left over from the last sale. Do you, by chance, have a pdf file of that $1/1 coupon?

    • Amanda

Dummy me – just figured it out. Gotta register again to get the $1/$1 coupon. :)

    • Christa

Thank you Jenny for your great blogspot! I read it every day and I really appreciate the store + coupons matchups! I was wondering if you could tell me if it is possible to view Bi-Lo’s and Food Lion’s circulars before the sales begin on Wednesday? Also do grocery and drug stores have “price lists” that you can look at online?

      Thank you!

      • Jenny

Food Lion posts their ad on Tuesday on their website. Bi-Lo the best you can do is sometimes finding a sneaked list on one of the forum sites. There ad posts on the store website at 11pm Tuesday night just like Publix.

I don’t know of any stores with price lists though. That would be a great feature but not something that they would want published since most items in the store have price changes every few weeks.

    • Robin

Has anyone been having problems using coupons at the sumter bi-lo this week. I have been twice and one day it let me get the erick sausage and hefty baggies with no problem but would not let me get the kraft dressing. the next day it would not let me get baggies or ausie produsts.
the manager tries to tell me its because they are buy one get one and the register will not let me use them. I politely told him they ring up half price so that should not be correct, and that they have worked before. They tell me I am wrong that the register has not done that before. Then they told me it was because the item was less than the coupon so therefore the coupon will not work. I hate I did not have my receipt with me. Am I doing something wrong? Help

    • Christa

      Thanks for the info Jenny!

    • Brittany

I went to Bilo this morning and my Bilo had none of these deals. The only deal they had was the Gillette and they were sold out. Are the B1G1 area specific? I’m in the upstate.

      • Jenny

Brittany this ad ended yesterday. I just got the new ad up though.

    • Adele

Does anyone still have a working link to the Nutra Grain offer to try theirs? They seem to have changed the coupons?
