Did anyone know they were doing this last week as well? I did not find out until my friend went in yesterday. I can’t believe I didn’t know all week! :)

    • Jennifer

Is this all stores in Greenville? I shop at the one on Pleasantburg….

      • morgan

I also wonder about the store in Seneca?

        • Becky

Yes they are…the one on Pleasantburg did it last week to.

    • Deanna

Does anyone know if the super double is running in NC?

      • Lisa

I live in Charlotte and the circular for the Bloom’s in Mint Hill didn’t mention anything about doubles. =-*(

        • Cher

The circular does not list double coupons, but I called mine in Simpsonville, and they have.

    • ashley

If anyone finds any good deals, list them for us. Bloom is wayyy overpriced last time I checked. Will it even be worth it this time? Triple coupons was awesome though thanks to Jenny’s list!

      • Brandi

One thing I have noticed about Bloom is that they almost always have the same things on sale as Food Lion. I look at both store’s ads before I go. Usually helps a lot when getting together my coupons.

        • Sara

Bloom is owned by Food Lion, which is why the sales are usually similar.

      • Stacy

You are right about Bloom’s prices being more expensive. You have to be really careful & know how much other stores are charging for the same item. Even when they were tripling, some items were still more expensive. That $10 coupon helps though.

    • Christy

THANKS SO MUCH!! I’m going to bloom tomorrow!!

    • Sarah

Can you tell where the 10 off 40 is located within the paper? Is it in the bloom ad?

      • Teri

Its in the first section of the paper – not their ad.

    • Debbie

I got $170.00 for $4.00 last week. Just got to do your homework. The coupon is in the Gville News, Anderson Independent, and The Journal. Yes, they are doing it in Seneca but they are almost cleaned out after last week. They do restock fairly often though.

      • Ashley

I would love to know how you did that.

        • Debbie

Using my $10.00 coupon plus all of my others and matching up with the BOGO’s and sales.

          • Teri

Would you share some of your best deals – for this week?

            • Debbie

I lucked out and was in the store as they were putting soap on close-out or sale. I got Dove, Tone, and Caress! Also, liquid Coffee-Mate was free. All-Bran crackers free. Canned Pineapple free. Aluminum foil free. Suave shampoo/conditioner was 2/3 so I bought some of that to work up to my $40.00. Can’t remember it all. I am at work and don’t have my receipt with me. Will try to post more when I get home to my receipt. Hope this helps!

    • Renee

Hooray! I’m sooo excited.. Ive meant to check their websie to see if any announcements had been made..thanks for posting

    • Mandie

I just called my Publix (Old Buncombe/University Square) and they said that they will not take the Bloom coupons? Anyone know of a different Publix that will?

      • Mandie

Found One! The McAlister Square Publix will take it. Thanks Jenny!!

      • angie

i shop at old bumcombe/university square also- they only take bilo, ingles and whole foods coupons.

      • The Publix in Simpsonville on Fairview Rd takes Bloom coupons. They only take Bloom, Bilo, and Ingles.

      • Mandie

Apparently they only take competitor coupons from grocery stores that near to that particular location.

      • Ava

Downtown/McBee Station will take Ingles, Bi-lo and Bloom!

    • Tiya

I called and the Anderson Bloom is also doubling up to $1.99. I am planning my shopping trip now.

    • D

I used the 10 off of 40 as well last week. Remember, use the scanner and once you reach 40 dollars, stop at that point… give the 10 off of 40 coupon first. Then, use the rest of the coupons. We were able to buy 40 dollars worth of groceries for 10 dollars or less after doubling, but we only used coupons that were 70 cent or higher, since all others can be doubled or tripled at most other stores.

      • Teri

I’ve used the scanner before but not when using coupons like this. Please tell me how this effects check out. Thanks!

    • Kandrea

WHOO HOO…just got back from Bloom: $72 worth of groceries for FIFTY-FOUR CENTS!!! :O)

      • rebecca

Fantastic! You are the benchmark by which I will measure my success this week.

      • Lisa

        Nice =-)

    • Dawn

So is this just not advertised? I checked the circular online and can’t see anything about the super doubles?

      • Kandrea

It was only advertised in the paper along with the $10 coupon. I’m SO glad someone posted about it on this site! :O)

    • Kelly

      is Va doing this?

    • Jennifer

I also got Ritz crackers for free, butterball deep fried turkey deli meat free, and used the rest of my 1.50 glade coupons for candle tins/refills for free. They are very overpriced so a lot of the coupons doubled brought it down to a reasonable price but not free! Still, some nice freebies!

    • Jennifer

I picked up a package of chinet plates, 4 Glade Candles, the refills, 4 cans of dog food, a gallon of milk, a gallon of half and half, organic spicy mustard, a package of pupperoni dog treats, a box of Kraft Bistro Mac and Cheese, and a six pack of Snapple….All for $18! I thought I came out well :)

    • Meri Frady

If you didn’t get a paper on Wed or it was wet like mine was, u can go to greenville news and pick one up for 75 cents :) They keep papers for up to a month. Of course this coupon is dated, but just wanted to share :) THANKS JENNY!

      • Lisa

Thank you!! That is great to know.

      • Debbie

They sold me papers at the register for 50 cents. I then just tore out the coupon and used it right then.

    • ashley

Here are my deals I found using coupons:

Comet Rice – FREE + overage
Success White Rice – FREE + overage
Resolve Magic Carpet Cleaner – FREE + overage
      Tone Bar Soap – $.31
      Dove Conditioner – $.80
      Dove Unscented Hairspray – $.29
Clearasil Oil Free Face Wash – $.50
      Seapak Jumbo Shrimp – $1.79
Campbell’s Chunky Sirloin Burger Soup – CHEAP!

    • Lisa

It sure would have been nice to get this email from Southernsavers about the 10.00 coupon on Wednesday and not at 3:54 am Thursday morning!! Oh well guess I missed out!

      • Cher

I asked me husband to pick up some 12/2 papers at greenville news downtown, and they still have some. they said people are crazy about that day’s paper.

    • Melanie H.

On my Bloom trip I got:
      4 liquid coffeemates
      2 packs oscar mayer bologna
5 packs nestle tollhouse cookie dough
      1 philadelphia cream cheese spread
      2 bags tyson popcorn chicken
      5 boxes uncle bens rice
      2 betty crocker potato pouches
2 velveeta shells and cheese dinners
      1 yoplait yoplus 4 pack
used q’s on all items and a -$10/40 and my total for all was $1.69!!!
I think I’ll keep this receipt forever as proof that couponing does work!

    • Kim W.

Bloom will be doubling again up to 1.99 starting 12/9. It is not in the circular, but the rep did call my husband’s work at Anderson Independent paper and they are doing a coupon again this week for 10 dollars off.

    • Rose

Just found this out today… did not know that they did it last week, since it was not advertised in their circulor… hope they keep it up!

    • Melissa

So Bloom will double coupons that don’t exceed $1.99?
