For anyone lucky enough to live near a Bloom they are tripling coupons starting Friday 4/17 through Sunday. Get your coupons ready!!

If you see any other deals share them and I’ll update the list.

Bloom Policies:

*They will triple 20 coupons per transaction per day (many say that you can do multiple per day)
*Triple manufacturer’s coupons up to face value of .99
*If you do self checkout you can only do 2 of the same coupon per transaction
*You have to use your Breeze card for the triples to work

    • Laura

Hi Jenny just a heads up Kmart is doubling coupons starting 4/19 till the end of their weekly ad (not sure of date). I haven’t seen it here yet but it was on swaggrabber.com. Thanks for your hard work!!

    • Tina

When they say $.99, does that mean that a .99 coupon will be tripled (making it $2.97)? Or does that mean that the total after tripling can be no more than $.99? TIA!

      • Jenny

        Tina,

That means that a .99 cent coupon would be $2.97. They will not double or triple any coupon that starting value is over .99 cents though.

    • Tina

Also, will they triple a coupon that’s more than $.99 and just make sure that it takes off no more than $2.97 (like a tripled $.99 would)?

    • super saver

I was just at Bloom and they will NOT take IP from Smart Source

    • Our Bloom will not triple any coupons above $.99 but this is still a GREAT deal. I just shopped and I paid just under $3 for $94.40 worth of groceries. I have many more tip to share–how do we contact Southern Savers with the list of Bloom items I know about and other helpful tips I know? I will list some great deals I received this morning here but I don’t know which add the coupons came out of since I clip mine as I go along.

Franks Red Hot sauce ($1.36)5oz is free with a $.50 coupon
French’s Worcestershire sauce ($1.50)10 oz. is free with $.50 coupon
French’s Yello mustart (1.00)8oz. is free with $.50 coupon
Crest touthpast (on sale for $2.00) is free with $.75 coupon
Betty Crocker Frosting ($1.63) is free with $.55 coupon
VitaminWater (on sale for $1.00) is free with $.50 coupon
YoCrunch 4pk (on sale for $2.50) with $.75 coupon makes them $.25/4pk

I could go on but you really just need to take all of your coupons and wonder the store. Thanks Bloom!

    • super saver

      Jennifer

    • Carrie

I just called Bloom customer service and they told me they do accept internet coupons. I’m getting ready to go in a little while and I’m very interested to find out if they will honor their policy in the store.

    • Tiffany

Just went the Bloom in Fort Mill (not one in Rock Hill :o( ) and they accepted my online coupons – the one for Cocoa Puffs, Betty Crocker Icing – so I was really happy. BUT they are already about out of some of the items (Mustard, Softsoap, Pillsbury Brownie Mix, Duncan Hines Cake Mixes, only a few Kotex tampons left – that’s all I can remember at this second).

For those who could go to the Fort Mill store – they were really friendly and helpful – I was pleasantly surprised.

A few items I got that I thought were pretty good (Can’t remember where the coupons are from though – sorry!!! :o)

      1) Lawry’s Seasoning (get the smaller bottle) – $.50 coupon – total of $.09
      2) Pine Sol – $.50 coupon – total of $.69
      3) Pop-Tarts (Bloom has Pop-Tarts on Sale – so you get the sale price) – Chocolate Banana Split – $.55 coupon – FREE

They didn’t have the following items for those of you that have coupons for these (guess they don’t carry?)
      1. Colgate Kids Toothpaste
      2. Green Giant 19-24 OZ frozen veggies

Thanks Jenny – your site is AWESOME :o)

    • April K

      natasha,
the meow mix and daisy coupons were in the newspaper, i don’t know that they are printable.

    • Tina

I went to the Bloom in Greer, SC today. They accepted IPs! I didn’t have a lot of time and I didn’t stick to just sale items so my outcome wasn’t wonderful. I paid $15 for $35 of groceries. I always aim to save 50% so I guess I met my goal.

    • super saver

      Tiffany

did they take your SS IP coupons? they told me NO this morning ??

    • Charity

Thanks so much for putting this list together. I followed a link from the Thrity Mama. Bloom opened their first store in our area a few months ago, but I hadn’t gone in…it’s in a different direction than I usually go…but it was SO worth it! Thanks!

    • Ginger

Simpsonville & Mauldin Bloom accepted & tripled internet coupons yesterday

    • Tia, I can’t leave more of my finds because I left town and now I don’t have my list and everything and I don’t know the cost of Viva sorry but yes you can go more then one time in a day. I use to go get 20 items, go to my car, and then go back in and that worked fine. Now I am brave enough to load everything in my cart and they allow me to check out 20 items at a time. If I have more then 3 groups of 20 they will usually make me go to the end of the checkout line but that is more then fine with me.

Some more great tips (at least for our Simpsonville, SC store where the food manager does the couponing too so he is well stocked): Regarding overage this is how he told me it works and it seems to be true–Example 1: French’s Yellow mustard costs $1.00 for 8oz. You have a $.50 coupon. The coupon will ring up at $1.00 off but no more. The item is free but you don’t get any extra money off. Example 2:Kellogs cereal usually costs $3.30 a box but the Coco puffs are on sale for $1.99. You have a $.75 coupon. The coupon will actullay triple and give you the full $2.25 off becuase you can triple coupons up to the original price of items. So in this example you will make $.26 off of another item. As far as I know the stores will not pay you cash so make sure you have the right combination of items together so the you don’t loose your extra money off. I have had to grab a pack of gum at the register before when I didn’t calculate right and I had to spend or loose the overage. I hope that helps.

    • Ndncook

Bloom has some great deals if you get there early before everyone else does. Friday is the best day to shop because they won’t restock until Sunday. My total came to $48.83 and I only paid $8.20 after coupons.

    • srtasa

where is the FiberPlus ip coupon?

    • susan

    • Rebecca

Someone who’s been doing this for awhile…does Bloom do this very often? What other stores do this too? Thanks!!!

      • Jenny

        Rebecca,
Bloom does this every couple of months. Harris Teeter will also do this every couple of months.

    • the bloom on brawley school road in mooresville was fabulous today. they take IP and were so friendly! remember, if there are things you can get free or cheap and don’t need them, donate them…

    • April K

just back from shopping trip #2 – was $52, paid $1.75!

    • Courtney

      Hi,

I just got back from the Bloom in Ashburn VA where I paid just under $13 for $50 of groceries. The Blooms around here do the triple coupons every month, usually the third weekend of the month.

However, they would not take ANY of my internet printables and, in fact, CONFISCATED THEM! I had three Hostess coupons (printed from their website) and four Jello pudding coupons (printed from SmartSource) and they took them!! I am furious and will be writing a letter to their corporate offices. The manager was absolutely rude to me about it. He insisted they looked counterfeit, even though they were the full page and the internet address was on them.

I have been a loyal customer of Bloom since they arrived in our area but am seriously considering not ever setting foot back in the store after the fiasco tonight.

    • The Greenville News has a coupon for FREE STEAK at Blooms with a purchase of $50.00 in meats. Limit $10.00 in steaks! This is good for May 1 – May 5. Happy eating!!!!
