-$3 off OFF! Clip On Product printable (store coupon) (makes it FREE!)
-$1 off OFF! Refill SS 5/16

Although the coupon states “CVS/pharmacy” coupon at the top, the bar code begins with a “5” and it contains retailer redemption information so it's a manufacturer's coupon. It cannot be used with another manufacturer's coupon.

CVS store coupons have bar codes that begin with a “4” and do not contain the retailer redemption information.

      • Jess

Who was saying to use the cvs coupon with the SS coupon?….I don't understand what you're saying…????

        • Lucy

Jenny edited the deal to remove combination of using the $1 coupon with the $3 coupon. That's why you don't see it any more. ;)

      • Helen

When I printed mine, it started with a 4.

        • Lucy

Look at the entire bar code. The first number to the far left is a “5” just like other manufacturer's coupons. The full car code is 5 46500 94587 0

Compare that coupon to a printable CVS brand coupon such as the CVS Women's Twin Blade Plus Disposable Razors which has the coupon code 46683 and a bar code 0 00000 46683 7 and you'll see the difference in the bar codes.

Any CVS store coupon that you might be lucky enough to receive in the mail will have a bar code that begins with a “4”. And the coupons that print at the scanner or at the bottom of your receipt also have bar codes that begin with “4”.

Good catch! Luckily, I forgot the $1 MQ at home and just used the $3 IP. The cashier questioned it being used on the refills as the pic only showed the full set. She called the manager while a line of people formed behind me. He must have said to try to scan it, but it wouldn't scan! She was already grouchy from having to work on a holiday. It was not a pretty scene!

        • Brooke

Anyone else had problems with the Off q not scanning?

          • jessyca

mine worked. i guess my CVS doesnt look into things too well.. I did 2 different transactions with the bogo OFF clip on printable coupon, used 2.00 coupon from the paper, and the CVS 3.00 “store” coupon.. both times it worked fine. I just read that it was technically a manufacturer coupon.. Oops. Had I known that I wouldnt have used them. But I however buy the refill today and used the CVS “store” coupon and it worked great. the cashier just adjusted the coupon to 2.99 for me.

    • Lucy

The $10 off OneTouch Ultra Meter coupon from the 5/2 RP expires 5/31/10 so if anyone is planning on doing the deal they had better hurry!

      • TamBam

My coupon was not for the One Touch so I didnt get to get one!! :(

    • Jana Lee

Better deal at Publix on the Off! deal. $3.99 for the Off! Clip-On Refill at my Publix – use the $3.00 coupon above (manufacturer's) along with the $2.00 off any Off! or Raid item (Publix) coupon in the yellow flyer for a total of $5.00 off whichs gives you $1.01 overage! Yay!

    • Shirley

      I just saw this and it occurred to me, I get a lot of the $3/$15 whenever I scan my card, on average at least 2/week. If you pair this with the $10 ECB wyb $25 and have 4 of the $10 off One Touch Qs;

Do 4 separate transactions of this:
      Buy (1) One Touch … $9.99
      (1) Duracell … $5.99
      Use (1) $3/$15 Q … -$3.00
      (1) Meter Q … -$10.00
      OOP: $2.98+tax ea ($11.92+tax total)

That would make you $23.96 towards the $25, buy one or two 99cent Puffs tissue to make the difference and get $10ECB back. Wouldn't that make 4 glucose meters, 4 Duracells, and a Puffs tissue for less than a fiver? If you have 4 of the $1 off Duracell Qs Jenny mentioned, that would make it even better, no? Lol, just speculating. I don't have the Qs anyway. I tend to get a lot of $3/$15, so I tend to think in $15/purchase scenarios. Cheers

      • AmyFMSC

I'm so jealous that you get $3/$15 coupons! I never get those! :'(

        • Sue

Me, too. I have not even had an email coupon since February.

    • Stephanie

When I went to my CVS (Semmes AL) the One Touch was still $19.99, but the Accu Check was marked to $9.99…so I didn't get one b/c I do not have an Accu Check q. I'm guessing that this variation is not uncommon?

    • Debbie Crawford

At my CVS in Athens, GA, it was not a One Touch meter on sale, it was an Accu Chek meter. My son is a type 1 diabetic and I am always looking for extra meters, but even in the circular, it is advertised as accu-chek. Oh well… Maybe I can use that One Touch meter somewhere else. Just wanted you all to know. Thanks so much!

      • Debbie Crawford

oops, I meant to say maybe I can use that One touch meter coupon somewhere else!

        • Ashley

          It expires today

    • beaufortsupermom

The One Touch Mini meter was marked 19.99 on the shelf but I asked the clerk to scan it and it was 9.99. There was no advertisement of this sale that I could find. The coupons did expire today so I was glad I went out tonight. Any suggestions on a good place to donate them?

    • beaufortsupermom

      Oh, also, I took a Power Bar to the register but it did not ring up on sale :{

    • Ashley

Awesome! Paired with a $5 off $30 and Powerbars, I just got back with $2 overage to buy something else and $3 profit after Powerbar ECB!

    • Rebekah

Just a heads up…I live in Conyers, GA and several of our CVS's have marked down their big packs of Huggies Snug fit diapers from 17.99 down to 8.99 and I bought 2 and used 2 $3 off printable coupons and a $4 off $20! It's a great deal and the size 4 bags have 46 diapers in them. So I ended up getting almost 100 diapers and paid $1.63 out of pocket (used som ECB's to pay) So if you need diapers check your store to see if they are marked down!

      • Lindsay

My CVS was out of size 5 so I bought the size 6 which were 75% off! They were marked down to $4.49 plus I had 2 $3 off coupons. I paid $1.61 for 2 mega packs of diapers! Probably the best diaper deal I've ever gotten. The size 6 might be a little big but for that cheap I don't care! haha

        • rebekahlittle88

That is the best diaper deal! A year ago I would have laughed if someone told me I could pay $1.63 for 2 mega packs of HUGGIES brand diapers!!! Way cheaper than store brand!!!

    • JTeasie

Hixson CVS doesn't seem to be participating inthe Clip on at #3.99, its $7.99

      • Katie

My clip on was $7.99, it was the refill for the clip on that rang up $2.99.

    • Amber

Just to let you know I went to my CVS in Asheville NC and they had Huggies Mega Pack Diapers, CVS wipes, Similac Formula, Johnson and Johnson baby wash and lotion, Aveeno baby wash, sippy cups with straws, and other baby items all 75% off. It made the Aveeno baby wash $1.42, the CVS wipes for 144 count was $1.32, and Mega diapers $4.72. Great deals on baby stuff.

    • jen

I just got back from CVS and they had 4.0 oz tubes of colgate marked 2.79 with a sticker under it that said $2 off. I scanned it and it scanned .79 with card. So if you need toothpaste that is a good deal and I think that there are coupons for .75. Not sure what insert.

Also the meters scan at 9.99. But they were marked on the shelf 19.99. It is always a good idea to scan your items. Sometimes they are not marked correctly on the shelf.

      • Lacy

Where do you scan them at?

        • Suemh

You scan the items at the same machine that you scan your card for coupons. I think all stores have one now.

    • Lisa

I just dont understand why they dont mark their products. If it wasnt for this website I would have to scan each and every item and now they have moved their price scanner to the front of the store instead of in the middle.. Now I see Jen's post and I guess I need to make another trip lol

    • artmommy222

Which Power Bars? I went to CVS, and there were a few different kinds for different prices. None of them were marked on sale, and no labels indicating ECB. I couldn't find them in the CVS flyer, and the sales people didn't say they had noticed people buying Power Bars, so I decided not to chance it. If you got them, which ones did you get?

      • nicj

        • artmommy222

I found the Power Bars labeled at a different store. I think they are called Pure and Simple or something like that. They are 99 cents (not a sale price, I don't think), with 99 cents back ECB.

      • Lacy

I looked too and couldn't find them! Its frustrating when you have your list made out with your scenario and the store doesn't match up to what you have! CVS is to hard to be throwing kinks in it! I was counting on those 3 ECB to leave with and I just walked out bc thats the 3rd time the store didn't match the southern savers ad!!

    • ivegotcutekids

My CVS has the Oral B Professional rechargeable electric toothbrushes marked down to $10.25. There was a $10 coupon for these in Parade several weeks ago, so I was able to score one for a quarter!

    • Michelle

I got Pampers wipes on closeout for 92 cents and Nuk pacis for $1.37. They also had Similic Organic $7 something.

    • AKellyinVA

Heads Up!! Just went in to a southside Richmond, VA CVS and picked up Mega packs of Huggies for $4.49!! That's 75% off their $17.99 price! woot!

    • kbribelin

can someone tell me how you switch a pharmacy account from store to store, such as wags and cvs? also, how does this earn you $? thanks.

      • RebeccaFer

If you're talking about transferring a prescription, you just need to have the pharmacy you want it to be at, call the pharmacy the prescription is currently at and ask them to transfer it. It's that easy. To make $ at it, you'll need to have some kind of coupon that gets you a bonus gift card at that store for your transfer. RA has them usually and you can ask at the counter. You can do it twice in six months but it must be a transferred prescription on a med that has multiple refills. Good luck! :D

        • kbribelin

thank you! Ill call wags and see if they can give me any $ to switch.

      • Lacy

We actually call the pharmacy we want it to go to and give them the name of the pharmacy it is at and they call and get it from them. We have done this 3 times since April and have made $75.00! ITs great!

    • Lisa

Thanks for telling us about the great baby sale! The Johnsons shea & cocoa butter baby wash was $1.12 and if you use the $1.00 of johnsons baby products is a beyond awesome deal. The Johnsons Bedtime was on sale for $1.49 and Nuby No spill sippy cups were $1.57 and Nuby Brites Pacifiers $1.04 The Pampers Natural with Aloe baby wipes were $.86 at first the cashier thought she made a mistake… Thanks everyone for sharing these awesome deals!!

    • Jean

I looked at a CVS today and the power bars were not marked as ECB items and the clerk didn't know anything about it. :(

      • kidsallgone

The Power Bars were marked at my favorite CVS this morning.
They were not marked at my yukky CVS I stopped at later in the afternoon.
But I did get the $2.97 ECB both times (used my hubby's card the 2nd time).
Also, there was a blinkie for 75 cents off coupon in front of the Ban deoderant at the yukky CVS. When it beeped, the cashier told me that the coupon must not be good. I just looked at her and said, “You're joking, right?” I really thought she was. But she wasn't. She had to call a manager to force the coupon when I explained to her that I just got the coupon 2 minutes ago from THEIR store! The best part was when I was done, I didn't get the $2 ECB for the deoderant! I politely asked for the manager again, but the cashier said she would just print one. There were a couple other coupon “issues” but I now know why I don't go to that store and refer to it as the YUKKY CVS! LOL!

    • Melissa H

THANK YOU to everyone who has posted about the baby clearance items! Because you all shared, I was able to snag 8 packs of the Little Movers (Snug n Dry are not on clearance in C FL – At least not that I've found yet) for $1.49 each!!! 410 diapers!! I haven't found any Johnson & Johnson products at 75% off yet, but did get my son a Sip and Flip insulated cup for $1.49 as well … Thank you Thank you Thank you to all who shared the good news!!!

      • rebekahlittle88

who would have ever thought you could get diapers that cheap??? I'm mad cause I only got them at 50% off! still a great deal!!!

        • Melissa H

I know, right?? I went back and found the $4/2 q's that were on smartsource and printed those because I knew I had a lunch appointment in a different part of town this afternoon … I was wearing those CVS' OUT! One store, the cashier must have had kids or is at least familiar with diaper prices … She scanned one of my packs and it rang $4.49 and she just stared back and forth between me and her computer screen and the diapers with a totally dumb-founded look on her face and then finally said … 'Wow, that's a REALLY good price!!' … She almost fell over when I handed her coupons too!! I told my husband I'm totally ruined now for paying anything over $2.50 for a pack, lol! Just when I had gotten used to 'doing really good' getting them for $4.50 – $5.99, God went and flipped the script! AND today I was able to come across some of the J&J's products for 75% off, yay! Got 340 more dipes, 3 2-packs of Nuby pacifiers, 4 J&J Body Washes, 5 J&J Body Lotions, 1 J&J Baby Oil, and a sleeper for my due-very-soon baby girl at Target on clearance, all for right at $30 OOP … Wahoo!!!

    • Elissia

I tried to use the $3 off coupon for the Off clip-on refills and the cashier said that it was only for the actual clip-on. I wasn't going to argue but I didn't think she was right. Anybody else have this problem?

      • ashley

I got 2 refills yesterday with no problem. The cashier even commented what an awesome deal…paid .42 for 2(tax only) I would go back in and retry if it doesnt work then ask for a manager.

    • Kristen

Yesterday I went to CVS and bought the OFF clip on and one refill pack. I used $10ECB first. Then when I gave her my $3 coupon and $2 coupon, she wouldn't let me use them because my total was only $.64. What did I do wrong? I am still new to this.

      • smaks

Afraid so, Kristen. You should give the manu. coupons first since they are product specific. CVS will not give you money back (in the form of cash, ecb yes!), so your sub-total cannot go below .$01. Next time, try this order for CVS:

        1) $4 off $20 purchase (or any of the $$ of $$ CVS coupons you might receive) The reason for this is if you buy $20 worth of stuff and give your man. coupons first and bring the total below $20 (or whatever your CVS coupon is for), then your CVS coupon might not work because it will see the total below $20 (because of your man. coupons).

        2) Man. coupons next (money off coupons BEFORE B1G1 coupons or other “free” coupons, learned this the hard way.)

        3) ECB's last.

Remember, you can not give more (in ECBs and coupons value) than what you owe. Hope this helps.

        • Kristen

Thanks! Obviously I am still learning and appreciate all the advice I can get. Thanks for responding! :)

      • Suemh

You should always give them your coupons first. Your ECB's are a form of payment, while your coupons are a way to reduce how muich you have to pay. But I don't understand how your total was only .64. The clip-on must have been on sale. Unfortunately, you can not get change back from youe ECB's, so if it was one $10 ECB, then you would need to purchase something else so you would not lose a large amount.

        • Kristen

Thanks! The clip on was on sale for$7.99 and the refill for $2.99. I may have been able to use one coupon for $1 (I would have to look back at the receipt), but can't remember off the top of my head. Hopefully I will have better luck next time :)

    • Jae

Just wanted to let everyone with kids know that some cvs stores are having clearance on pampers nb diapers 34ct for 2.99!!!

    • kbribelin

heads up! My CVS in Fort Worth Tx took the 3$ off q for the regular off bug spray, not the refill!!! I found out by error and the computer took it no problem! So, off bug spray is normally $6.49, on sale for $5.49, -$3….$2.50 spray!!!! of couse I used ebcs to pay! :) those new things are just not handy for our family right now, my kids are too litte and would just play with them! they spray is much better for us.

    • I TOTALLY racked up at CVS today! Here's what I got:

5 packs CVS Ultra Thin Diapers @ $2.24 each
      3 packs CVS baby wipes 128ct @ $1.32 each
      3 packs CVS baby wipes 192ct @ $1.74 each
      1 pack CVS baby wipes 144ct @ $1.32 each
      1 pack CVS baby wipes 72ct @ $1.64 each
3 Mega Packs Huggies Natural Fit / Little Movers @ $4.49 each
      2 Johnson's Bedtime Wash @ $1.49 each

(*the little movers megas rang up the same price as the natural fit)

      Used 2 x $1.00 off Johnson's product and 3 x $3.00 off Huggies Little Movers

      Total spent: $32.57
      Total saved: $127.53

      Wooooo Hoooooo!!!!

      • Autumn

That's an AWESOME deal. I'm going tomorrow to try to rack up on diapers and wipes myself. Isn't it great when you only spend $30 bucks and walk out with a buggy full of suff.

    • Brenda

My local CVS would not take the $3 coupon (printed from CVS website) with my manufacturer coupon of $2. They said that even though the coupon says “CVS/pharmacy coupon” at the top it is actually a manufacturer coupon. And so, you cant use 2 manufacturer coupons for the same item. I called CVS customer service, they confirmed that ALL coupons printed on their website are actually manufacturer coupons. FYI.

      • Sean

It's actually depends on the bar code. If it starts with a 5 then it is a manufacturer's coupon and cannot be stacked. However, if it starts with a 4 then it is a store coupon and can be stacked.

    • I just got an awesome email from CVS that had me take a survey on their hair care products, and at the end I got $10 ECB!!! I was so excited cause I used all my ECBs this week and didn't have any to rollover for next week!

    • Elissia

Thanks Ashley! I did go back in today and got the Off clip-on refills with no problem (I had a different cashier). Lovin' CVS!

    • Renee Brookshire

Just curious, Jenny-you said on the CVS' ing tab, that you had ECB's print back $20.96 cents when you spent that-maybe I misunderstood. I just want to make sure I'm getting full advantage of this system. How do you do that?

    • Brandi Sparks

Does anyone know if they are still doing the clearance diapers/baby stuff?

    • Sean

It's actually depends on the bar code. If it starts with a 5 then it is a manufacturer's coupon and cannot be stacked. However, if it starts with a 4 then it is a store coupon and can be stacked.
