    • MelRae

Thanks, Jenny! Just printed both of mine! Just fyi….last time I got this free beverage coupon, I got a Coke Zero priced at $1.69. The coupon says “up to $2.00”, well, that is how much the coupon took off! So its *possible* to get overage with these.

    • Nat13

FYI: CVS or Caremark employees aren't eligible for the free candy or soda… But I did get the coupon for the free antibacterial soap :)

    • mandyb03

I clicked on the free beverage or candy coupon and it says NOT FOUND..any other way to get into the coupon?

      • Roberta

Me too, but I think we have to have a twitter account, which I don't, do you?

    • Danaldrman

      When do these expire?

      • DianaY19

        the beauty product said 4/18

    • Roberta

Here is some CVS humor I would like to share. I scanned my card the other night and it wouldn't scan. I turned to the young man in there and said, I always have trouble getting my card to scan, what am I doing wrong? He took the card, looked at it and said, Maam, this is a Sally's card and laughed. Moral of this story: Check your card before asking for help LOL!

      • Kdc7703

sounds like something I would do lol.

      • Tarlee

I can't tell you how many times I have scanned my debit card in that thing.

    • Do you have to have a CVS card to print coupon??

      • sharon60

Not to print the coupon, but to sign up for the coupon and then to use it a CVS, you have to have one.

    • mandyb03

you do have to have a twitter account…

      • sharon60

Yes you do, but you could sign up now and then do it. I signed up a few months ago because using Twitter gives you an additional chance of winning on some of Jenny's giveaways.

    • Kdc7703

walmart has the airwick ultra limited edition starter kits on sale for 4.98 so if you use the 4 dollar off coupon .98 cents is pretty good.

      • racecitymj

Yea but Walmart doesn`t give ECB back!

    • Lindsay De Jesus

Yeah Jenny thanks for adding this!!!! As a CVS employee I was shocked to find out that we are not eligible for the promotion on Twitter. I just don't think that is fair, it isn't like we get a better discount, because if an item is on sale we get nothing but the sale price. Our discount if something isn't on sale is 20% on national brand, and 30% on CVS brand RETAIL not cost, and God only knows I do not pay reatail price for anything!!!! But yeah again was glad to atleast be able to get some hand soap for free!!!! YAY!

    • sharon60

Thanks Jenny, I got the email and printed the Essence of Beauty one. Still waiting on the free candy/beverage email but if it doesn't come, I don't need candy anyway! :)

    • Pizzinik

When is the best time to shop at CVS? I tried to go on Sunday and on Monday and on Wednesday and they were always out of almost all of the ECB sales.

      • Bonnie Tuggle

It depends on when your CVS gets in their shipment. My CVS gets in a shipment on Tuesday mornings so I always try to go around 3 on Tuesdays so they have time to get things unloaded.

      • racecitymj

I shopped for this weeks ECB deals on Sat. nite just before closing! But not all deals will go through & not all stores do it, so I`d say EARLY Sun. morning!

      • Abellx4

You can get a raincheck. CVS now lets you get ECB when you redeem your raincheck (as long as the cashier fills in the offer # on the raincheck).

      • Jess

Find out when their truck comes in. Over here in MS, my CVS gets it Truck on Thursday so I go Thursday night or Friday.

    • Julie

CVS has Lifesavers Gummies BOGO at $2.19. With the coupon, I got two bags for .19!

      • LB514

        what coupon?

        • Amy

There's a $2 coupon in the April issue of All You magazine.

          • Facendagirl

I looked in my all you Magazine and could not find it…

            • Amy

It's a card that you tear out somewhere in the middle of the magazine. It looks like one of the cards you use to subscribe. HTH.

            • Facendagirl

Well bummer. I went to look for mine and still didn't see it….

    • Tha503

I went to CVS on Saturday. I lost my envelope which had $43 worth of extra care bucks in it! I went in the next day to see if anyone had turned it in, but no luck. I called their 1-800 number today and asked if they can be reissued and was told that they are manufacturer's coupons so no go. The only one they would reissue for me was the $5.00 one that just printed out a few days ago for the HBA club spending. This really makes me ill!!!! If it was just a few bucks it would be one thing, but this is quite a lot! Most of what I bought to get these ECBs were items that I donated to a local women's shelter. I am praying they will still turn up somehow!

      • Lw

that is so discouraging! i've started keeping my ECBs in my wallet since they are just like cash to me…i figured they'd be a bit safer there.

      • Prsol

Really sad! And the worse is that those ECB are only good on YOUR card. Whomever took them home are set for a surprise when try to redeem them with their card!!!!

I purchased photo sheets (they can fit up to 4 photos per sheet) and they are the perfect size for my CVS store coupons and ECB.
I keep the ECB in the front of the coupon binder, so I can clearly see how many bucks I have right when I'm ready to check out. ;-)

I only use the binder for blinkies, tearies, and printable coupons that otherwise would get lost in a pocket file. Adding the photo sheets has been a great addition to my coupon binder! :-)

      • Linda

I didn't lose $43.00 I lost $3.00 and it made me sick…I would be livid if I had lost $43.00 so sorry!!

        • couponer wannabe

It was only $17 ECB's for me. I can't believe I can say “only”, now, because at the time, I was totally devastated. I've also laid down my whole stack of coupons in the dairy section at the grocery store because my 2 yr old had decided to stand up in the cart and rip her diaper off because it was full. The horror of this distracted me from picking up my coupon stack and thus, I walked off without it. When I reached the checkout, I realized my mistake and went to go find them. No such luck, someone had already taken the whole stack. I've learned my lesson and got a new coupon organizer that attaches to my cart, now. As long as Little Bit doesn't pull that off, I should be fine.

      • So sorry to hear that! Thats one thing I am always terrified of….loosing/dropping my envelope. It is like cash to us!

        • Toni

I am so sorry to hear that, too. After I first started couponing, I lost my coupons, too. I kept all my coupons in an old wallet. It looked like a wallet, not a coupon keeper. Someone stole it out of my cart one night while I was at Walgreens. It was never turned in. I bet whoever took it was majorly disappointed to find only coupons! I am sure they were expecting money or I.D. As time has passed, I can now smile at least at that aspect of it.

      • Print out your ECB list from cvs.com, bring it to the store. The manager should be able to reprint the ECBs using the list you printed. The ECBs are attached to your card, so they should beep and be rejected if someone else tries to use them.

    • Gingercoupon1976

thanks! I just signed up for my free stuff…thanks for all you do to help working moms like me save a bunch of money!

    • Carolinelewis123

LOVE THIS!!! I just got a Cold Starbucks Mocha and hand soap! Just fyi, my CVS just subtracted the maximum amount for each coupon, $3.99 for the soap, and $2.00 for the drink. So, if you got a less expensive product it might help reduce your out of pocket costs on other things you bought!

      • Yes! My store does that too! I love it! I had a bogo coupon for something a couple weeks ago that was on sale for $2.50 each. Yet the coupon said max $3.99 so instead of subtracting the $2.50 he subtractied the $3.99! Amazing!! Made the deal even better!!!

    • Tiffany

If I have a $5 off $20 purchase CVS coupon, can I use this coupon with it if my total equals $20 before this coupon?

      • Prsol

        Absolutely yes!
I wish I had that coupon today! :-(
With the Air Wick sale going on this week (Buy $20, get $10 ECB back) combined with manufacturer coupons, you should be all set for a sweet deal! :-)

      • racecitymj

Yes! CVS deals are all Pre-coupon amounts.

      • Rachel797

Just make sure to use the $5 off $20 coupon first, then hand the clerk any other coupons.

    • Julie

Don't forget this week that the larger bags of M&Ms are on sale for $1.97, so you can get them free with the $2.00 coupon and get $.03 applied to something else (I got Almond) and who doesn't love free hand soap??

      • LB514

Where did you find the $2 coupon?

        • Amy

It's in the April issue of All You magazine.

          • tori729

            Isn't it $2 off 2 products?

    • CCShad

Check your inbox as well – I got a CVS coupon for Free Mesh Sponge with purchase of Essence of Beauty purchase. I don't see why it can't be used along with the Free Essense of Beauty coupon – there does not appear to be a restriction on using both. I love free stuff!! Thanks, Jenny.

      • Linda

I did both tonight, had no problems.

    • The Starr

Soap not Free….I wanted to buy the lotion it was not on sale it was 5.99 the coupon value is up to 3.99. No deal….

      • Jen

When I was in our store on Sunday, the woman in front of me had a bunch of this product and all were marked down to $1.50!

    • Imogenenoe

antibacterial soap 4.19. So with 3.99 off this was a good deal for me. Candy could not get right. Rang up 2 different Russell bunnies and were both wrong so I just returned them both. Happy about soap for .20 and free cherry coke! Also got the bubbles and with those ECBs and coupon got toilet paper I needed. So for a little over $3 = Cherry Coke, Bubbles, Antibacterial Soap, and TP:) Thanks Jenny!

    • Chloe's mom

score! got the hand soap and a free diet coke…also got 2 freshmatic refils (used a b1g1) mq and two airwick refil packs using dollar off mq's…got the bubbles and the russell egg…spent 15 out of pocket and got 13 back in ecb…today was a great day!

    • Sara Hill

      • Leticiag30

Does he need to have a facebook account too?? I tried using his card and it didn't work.

    • pat

just went to facebook to get the freebies on the soap.can someone please help?

      • Joybelle

Look on the left side under Special Offers

      • Mnmvance

you also have to “like” it b-4 it will let you get it.

    • I had a problem last night at CVS, and I wanted to get some feedback about the issue. I had two coupons and 3 bags of M&M candies. First coupon was a B2G1 free, which i was using with one bag. The Second Coupon was $2/2, which I was using for the other 2 bags. The young girl refused to ring up my coupons, stating that both coupons had to be used with the two bags. I tried to explain to her that the B2G1 free went with the free bag, but she was adamant that it didn't work that way. I have done this same scenario several times at several different stores, so I know it works. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone see where I possibly went wrong?

      • Per Coupon #1, Item 1 and Item 2 are purchased and Item 3 is free. Per Coupon #2 Item # 1 and Item #2 are purchased and you save $2.00. In other words, your sales clerk is correct. You can't combine these 2 offers. Plus Item #3 is free as a result of Coupon #1. So here is the correct scenario. Five bags of candy. Item 1, 2, and 3 are 2.00 each, but you only pay 4.00 because Item 3 is free. You then present your #2 coupon for Item #4 and Item #5 which cost 2.00 ea. and you pay only 2.00 because one item would actually be free. Honestly, coupon shopping is my part time job and I've never been able to use two manufacturer coupons for the same two items. Whenever I used two coupons, 1 was a store coupon and 1 was a manufacturer coupon.

        • Mysterious_Mentalist

However, there is counter argument to this. Coupon #1 sets a condition to buy 2 of those items, and then the third will get you to use the coupon #1. Moving along, you are still “buying” item #1&2 and thus you will go ahead and use Coupon #2 to pay partially for those two items because Coupon #2 states $ off when you “buy” 2 of those items. Whereas, coupon #1 is simply setting a 'condition” to use that coupon on a “free” item. It is unclear if coupon #1 will also “lock in” item #1&2.

Also note that two coupons are not identical. If manufacturer did not want us to use the combo of those two coupons to our advantage, then they would clearly state, as they do now on Ensure drinks coupons, something like “one coupon per transaction.”

    • Swood97

Jessica, I think the problem was with the clerk. My daughter has this experience, she left her items at the counter, drove down the road to the next CVS (not 2 miles away) and made those purchases with no problem.

      • I'm inclined to believe the same, but I want to make sure. I've had problems with this same clerk. I've run into 4 different clerks at this CVS, and I've only had problems when she was working. Both times, I've had to either leave the items at the counter or request a refund.

    • Laura

You can use the free drink on the Vitamin Water deal (buy 3 for $4 and get 1 ECB). It will take $2 off. I didn't have other Vitamin Water coupons, but I still got 3 of them for $2 oop with 1 ECB back.

    • Megan

I was able to do free handsoap ($3.99), free bath sponge ($2.99), plus the free candy coupon– I redeemed my free candy for the B1G1 Altoids priced at $1.69, which meant I actually got TWO free candies. Also did the free Gain dishsoap with the P&G coupon.

Yay for all freebies in one transaction!

    • Toni

It seems some people are not receiving the coupon that is supposed to come by e-mail. I signed up for it yesterday, but still have not received it, and according to the facebook wall, I am not alone.

    • Thanks! I got the free candy. Got a big bag of M&M's– Regular price $3.99. On sale for $1.97. $2.00 coupon made it absolutely FREE! (Not that I needed them, lol). :)

    • Newbiechick

Ok, so I just went to my local CVS. the hand soap was regular 5.99, and none of it was on sale….so I was not able to get it free? Also I didn't take into account tax on the candy. I came out empty handed because I didn't have any cash on hand. Has anyone else had this problem or am I just so new to all this I didn't understand. I DID get two free jars of pickles from Bilo, no tax, just free

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Same deal was out weeks ago. I believe a smaller size hand sanitizer is within the range (hand sanitizer should qualify as “anti-bacterial;” it should be somewhere on end aisles perhaps. Store own coupons works as discount. Therefore, you pay no tax or discounted/reduced price; and in this case, you would pay no tax at all

      • Pinagarcia

i didnt have that problem i got a full size bottle of hand soap it was 3.99 and thats what the coupon said was up to 3.99 but of course i paid the taxes.

      • Make sure you were looking at the *antibacterial* soap, not just the regular soap! The antibacterial soap was $3.99 at my store & the regular body wash soap was $5.99. I hope you go back & give it another try! :-)

    • MissaK

Well, I got my free hand soap coupon, but because I'm a CVS employee I can't get the free candy/soda one – that is dumb :(

    • Dtcox1

thank you jenny got the free candy and free hand soap in v a no tax and free plus got to use my green tag too //////////////// love the coconut scent ;;;;;;;;;;;;;; my guys and girls here are great also got a nice jumbo chime free with some bucks ///////////////

    • Ginger

HEADS UP, PEOPLE, check your email! CVS wants your opinion on Sunday, and they're offering 10 ECBs for it. Yaaaaay! (At least, I assume they want your opinion– they want mine…) :) :) :) Happy day!

      • Ashley

did this a few months ago…pretty darn easy and awesome reward!!!

    • Christine

You can use the candy coupon for soda if you want. Coke is 3/$4 this week or $1.33 each. That comes to $4 total. I will get one for free with this coupon, get $1/2 with an online coupon and get $1 ECB WYB 3. I will pay $0.66 for three 2 liters of coke or $0.22 a 2 liter. Good deal!

      • tori729

I was just going to come and post that you can stack the $1/2 soda IP that Jenny posted with the free drink coupon. Good deal!

    • emj

Anyone know if we can stack the free beverage coupon with a BOGO Powerade MFQ and get both for free??

      • tori729

Yep, it's a store coupon so you can stack with a manufacturer.

    • lisa

I tried to print the coupon for the Essence of Beauty but it said my printer was off line, when I came home from work it had printed off 3 of the same coupons. Does any one know if all 3 can be used, I would like to give the other 2 to my mom and daughter if they will work.
