Awesome timing! I just got an email for $4/$20 that is good through Sunday and was wondering if I wanted to use it on this week's ad or next. Thanks!

      • I got the same thing! The other coupons that were in that email:

        Save $1 on any
        Maybelline Volum’ Express Falsies mascara.
Save $1 on any two HAIR CARE products
Save $3 on any Claritin 10 ct. or larger. Excludes Claritin-D
Save $1 on any one KOTEX feminine care product.
Save $1 on any two Colgate WISP 4 ct. or larger.
Save $5 on any Nature Made purchase of $15 or more.

Fun for me the rest of the week!

        • Hey!

One thing I should mention, the Extra Care Diabetes thing.. yeah, the free gift kind of sucks. BUT, if you do have diabetes and need over the counter diabetes supplies, the coupon machine will start spitting out diabetic supply coupons at you. So, if you have or know anyone that has diabetes, ask for them to enroll your card @ the pharmacy counter!

          ~CVS employee :)

          • Amber

What is the free gift? I had thought of enrolling my husbands card, he is hypoglycemic, and we do not have a prescription for the test strips for our meter, etc.

            • A few alcohol swabs and some lancets. Also minute clinic locations are giving a free A1C test to diabetics “while supplies last.”

With the EC Diabetes Advantage, you get double extra bucks earned on diabetic supplies. I don't remember what coupon printed out for me @ the box, but it was either for lancets or test strips. Good luck!

            • Michelle

My gift was a few lancets and a couple of alcohol pads. I seem to remember it saying it gives a higher percentage of rewards on diabetic supplies too so that may be helpful for some!

          • Tina

Yeah well my main CVS told me that I would be mailed my “free gift” when I asked for it when I signed up… I wish the stores would tell all the employees what the hecks going on! :-)

      • Esmelda

I have never received any e-mails like that from CVS :-(. I signed up online last year, and signed up again in the store this year, but no luck.

        • Huskins

Check you “junk” mail folder. My computer was putting all of my CVS e-mails there.

          • Carolcobb23

I agree Huskins – I just added CVS to my contacts after discovering the emails going to junk. Today I got the 4/20 q! Definitely not junk! Woot!

          • AJ

I don't get them either. I do get their sale emails, but not the qs. :(

        • Amy

Try logging in to CVS.com. I get one on the weeks I log in. Sometimes I forget to log in and I don’t get one. Just do it before Wed and you should get an email on Thur.

    • ScottK

      Another good profitable week!

    • AngelaDH

I also got a $3/1 Pull-ups store coupon at the Coupon Kiosk this week! :)

      • Esmeldafreeman

I had a $3 off Goodnites coupon print on my receipt this week too.

    • Mysterious_Mentalist

      Palmolive Q. already gone?

      • couponkelly75

Yes, said it was out of prints. Bummer!

    • Esmelda

      There's a $3 off Olay Pro-X in last week's Parade magazine (6/6).

    • Amy B.

If you don't need the Axe stuff: there is an upcoming deal at staples on iTunes giftcards $10 off wyb two $25 cards. Starts this Sunday as well.

    • Karen Gulrich

The $5.00 Schick Hydro Razor coupon I have expires 6/12/10 so I can't use it on this deal………bummer.

      • Karen G

Nevermind…….just saw the new one comes out 6/13….

        • DonnaTN

Your CVS store may allow you to still use the expired one, just ask them.

          • jamie

I like that, esp. if you do go on Saturday night and do the Sunday deals. Then, you'd be able to take advantage of both your old coupon(s) & your new!

      • Jbush27

If your store starts the sale on Saturday, like mine does then you can use it on Saturday.

      • 3monkeysmom

I got the sneak peek of Walgreen's ad today and the Hydro will be a moneymaker if you get the new q in your Sunday insert (not sure if this will be regional or if everyone will get one). It will be on sale for $7.99 with $4 RR back, making it a $1.01 moneymaker :-)

        • jen

Okay, I KNOW this sounds strange, but … I've noticed a pattern in “regional” coupons. If your “big” (state?) paper does not have a coupon, and it was listed as “regional” here, check with your small, LOCAL paper. That has happened to me enough to start really taking a second glance at our little paper that rarely puts out anything other than about half the same coupons of the big one.

      • Marina115

Most non-24 hr stores start there sale on sat. so you can still use it on sat and be able to save your sunday coupons for another deal. :)

      • Guest

If you can't use expired coupons at your CVS and if it is absolutely burning a hole in your coupon binder, go to WalMart. They have Schick gift sets on Roll Back for $8.50. Includes a razor, FIVE cartridges, and a shave gel. Almost $20 worth for $3.50 after the coupon. Not free, but a pretty good deal!

      • jhoran

Sure you can! Most cvs stores have their deals up for sunday's sale on saturday. My cvs is usually ready by 4pm. Easiest way to check is to see if they have the new sale tags up or just ask. HTH

        • Ikl082709

I actually opened this post to ask if it was just the ECB deals or the whole ad? I want to get some of the Purex on BOGO but it sells out quickly at my store. Thanks!

    • Lisa C.

I bought John Frieda last week. I am a little new at this (and LOVING it) so is this a new week for the John Frieda deal. Can I buy it again?? I love that stuff! Thanks.

      • Lauren

I am new to this as well and wondering the same thing! I bought the John Frieda deal last week and would like to do it again on Sunday. Does anyone know if I can because of the Limit 1?

        • Tiffany

Actually the add was wrong. I did that deal twice this week!!! I think it is like the nivea deal last month!

      • kate

It's a new week, with new deals. So you can take advantage of the John Freida deal they have this week.

    • Shirley

Jenny, the ad that you provided a link to states that the Revlon Nail Color is $4 instead of $3.79 that you stated. Is this the price you are getting at your store? Just thought I'd mention it. Thanks so much for getting this out so soon! Cheers

    • Tawanda

Last year around this time purchasing 2 sunglass lens cleaners (wipes) that retailed for $.99 each also netted a $10 ECB. I wonder if it will happen again.

      • ERIN

I doubt it. It was a glitch CVS eventually caught, so if they have another sunglasses promotion like that, they'll probably know to exclude the wipes this time. However, you know that CVSers have loooong memories, so someone's going to try it, and if it works, it will be posted everywhere!

        • Tawanda

We have long memories, and I bet the person who coded that sale may not be around. We'll see :)

    • Benjamin

Ok…help me out. In PG 6/6 there are the Old Spice qs. There's a B1 Body Wash/Deo, G1 Deo. There's a B1 Body Wash/Deo, G1 Body Wash. There's also a B2 Body Wash/Deos, G1 Body Spray. In theory, could you buy one Body Wash, use the first q to get a free deo, also use the second q to get a free body wash, and then, since you've got two body washes now, use the third to get a free body spray?

      • Technically, yes. However, it's going to depend on your cashier. Good luck!

      • kate

Well, this week I went to RiteAid and bought 2 bodywash, got 1 bodywash free, 1 deodorant free and 1 bodyspray free by using those three coupons and I also had a coupon on the bodywash for $1/2. Plus, got $4 up rewards for purchasing the 2 bodywash. Not sure if you could get use all those coupons off of buying 1 bodywash. That would be awesome though!!

    • Vikki

2 Old Spice Washes (Bogo coupon) total- 4 dollars
Shick Hydro Razor (4 dollar coupon) total- 4.97 dollars
Wetslicks (1 dollar coupon) total 3.99
2 Right Guard DO- (2 one dollar printer) total 2.29
tooth paste (1 dollar coupon) total 2.99
      2 power bars total 1.98

      20.22 plus tax

I am going to use 4/20, and a 15 dollar ECB. So it will come down to 1.22 plus tax.

Then get 4 ecb, 4 ecb, 3 ecb, 2 ecb then 1.98 ecb ?? for the power bars??

Does this sound right to anyone?

      • MAC

        Looks right to me :)

    • Wendy

Wouldn't the $10 ECB wyb $50 Sears gift card work together with the Sears deal you have listed? Making it $40 for $100 worth of clothing…?

      • Shirley

I love you for mentioning that!! I would never have thought of it! And I was planning on getting some things for my dh from Sears too! Thank you so much!

      • Catvarner

        sounds good to me too!

      • Jesse

what is the other sears deal? i am interested!! :) thanks!

    • dorothy

      dial coupon is gone :-(

    • dorothy

Another question from a newbie….BOGO at CVS….can you use 2 coupons like you can at Publix or just one?

      • Mandy

yes! You can use 2 coupons :)

    • Bamabobbie

Guess this is not the site to post this but didn't know if anyone would see it since the Publix ad has been up for a while. Today at Publix that would not take mfg coupon, their store coupon and a competitor coupon on one item. Is anyone else having this problem?

      • Melissa

My publix never takes three coupons for one item. It has to be one man q and one store q or one man q and one competitor q.

      • Marina115

my store considers a store and competitor coupon as the same thing and can't be stacked together.

      • joanna00

It all depends on your store. The Twelve Oaks Publix in Savannah will allow you to use a man q, store q, and competitor q all on one item.

    • AJ

I have a $5/$15 and a $5/$25 from cvs. (printed from my receipt or the red box). Can I use them both on a single transaction of over $40 or break it up into 2 transactions?

      • Angela

You'll have to do two transactions. Which is actually better because you can use the ECB's from the first transaction to pay for the second!!

      • Dianne

My CVS lets me use both on one transaction.

    • Pbrockw

Just wanted to add that CVS has LOTS of make-up on clearance. This week covergirl has $5 ecb when you spend $15, can get lots of makeup for $15 and get back $5 plus use your coupons!

      • Emily

The computer at my CVS did not recognize the clearanced covergirl makeup toward the EB rewards :(

        • The ad does NOT give a price range or say that clearance items don't work – so, buy your clearance items, and when it doesn't give you your extra bucks, have your ad handy and ask for them.

If your cashier doesn't know how to give you the extra bucks, ask for the manager. Since the ad doesn't specify, you can insist on getting them.

          • Melissa

The Get it Before it is Gone Clearance, however, does say it is excluded from any other offers, so it is not allowed to be part of the ECB deals.

        • jamie

That stinks and really isn't fair. We can't help that they put it on clearance at the same time they made an ECB offer!

      • Melissa

The clearance items will not work for the ECB deal.

      • Pbrockw

Mine didn't either, but the mgr. gave it to me anyway because it says “ANY covergirl product”

    • Angela

I printed the Neutrogena coupon last year and apparently they haven't reset their system. Anyone else having this problem?

      • Elizabeth

I received the message saying I had already printed the suncare coupon too. I was hoping this was a new coupon as it was last summer when I printed the last one!

    • BR

I'm new at this (last night was my first trip.) I see many people mentioning receiving emails from CVS with coupons, but I'm not getting any. Will this start now that I'm using my card? I also am not getting the same coupons printed out of the kiosk as my friends. Is there a reason for this too? Question about this week: The Right Guard Deo. are BOGO….how do they ring up?

      • Catvarner

The first item rings up at full price, the second rings up as free. It works this way at most of the drug stores.

        • BR

So if I buy 2 Right Guard Deo (BOGO) for $3.29, can I use the $3/2 coupon? Will it recognize that I am purchasing two?

          • Scoutmom316

I hope so since that's my plan, too!

            • jen

I'm hoping so, too, but since these places seem to be sticklers lately, I think I'll still purchase a total of four, if needed. After all, paying $3.58 for FOUR deodorants isn't too shabby! Good example of coupon power: we never would have tried Right Guard, until these plans came into being. Now that's about all we're using!

          • Jo

Yes – it will recognize that you're buying two (even though one is free)

      • Marina115

If you just got a card, you need to register it with your account online. Then within a few weeks you'll start getting coupons like $4 off $20 or $5 off $15 etc. And also I think the coupons that print at the kiosk are triggered by what you buy. For example my mom gets tons of medicine coupons and never gets the diapers ones like I do. HTH

        • carrie

I did this a few months ago and I've never received a coupon other than one to take off of an on-line order. I would love to be able to start getting them but don't know how.

          • Marina115

From what I've read a lot of people are having this issue. And actually, I used to get them every week and then maybe once a month. And now, I get them very rarely, while my mom didn't get any for months and all of a sudden she has one every week. So I don't know if it's triggered by what you buy or how much you spend. Or maybe it's just random. Sorry I'm not much help.

      • B1G1's at CVS ring up a little tricky on the register. It doesn't register it until the end of the transaction, where it will take off all of your ECB savings in one lump sum. We don't have any way to check and see what price each thing actually is. So, be ABSOLUTELY sure that you check your reciept before you leave, so you know you got the right price.

On the up side, this also means that, on your B1G1 coupons, they need to give you the price something rings up as the freebie. (for instance, if something is on sale for $4, but rings up for $5 and the rest comes off at the end, the cashier needs to give you the coupon for $5.)

    • I'm pretty excited about this week at CVS. I'll be getting some FREE cereal. Here's a moneymaking deal as long as you have a $5/$25 coupon from the red kiosk.
3 Boxes General Mills Cereal $10
      1 Schick Hydro Razor $8.97
2 Gillette or Old Spice body wash $8

      -$1/1 General Mills Cereal
      -$0.55/1 Honey Nut Cheerios
      -$5/1 Schick Razor
-BOGO Gillette or Old Spice body wash
-$5/$25 purchase (printed @ red coupon center/price scanner)
-earn $16 ECB ($4 Gillette/Old Spice ECB, $4 Schick ECB, $4 General Mills ECB)
      $1.08 moneymaker!

      • jen

I went by tonight, just to scan my card. It didn't offer me the $5/$25 coupon. Just the CVS allergy and the BOGOF Godiva Gem chocolates. Any suggestion on HOW to grab this coupon?

        • Marina115

I think it's pretty random. I used to get them every time I scanned my card and now it's been at least a few months with nothing. Some people are just lucky :)

      • Godot

        or $12 ECB even

    • Suzanne

Will CVS give you cash back? Last week one of my transactions came to them owing me $1.14, so they told me they could either take off one of the coupons or I could grab a pack of gum. I ended up grabbing a pack of gum and ended up owing $.25…still not a bad deal for all the stuff I got, but just curious.

      • No, they will not give you $$ back-ever. Make sure you plan out your shopping/OOP for that very reason.

        • There are a few things that the register absolutely will NOT let us do. One of those is to give money back on a normal transaction. Even a manager cannot push that one through.

The register will allow us to ring more things up, but the only other thing it will do is accept a manager's approval to void the transaction.

Usually the coupons don't work that way – but sometimes they will take off the total price, and not the subtotal. You're supposed to end up paying the tax – but sometimes you get lucky.

    • jen

anyone know what size the palmolive is that is on sale?

      • Amy

Last time it was the 10 oz.

    • Patty

Just checking if my CVS plan will work before trying it on Sunday:
      2 Gillette Body Washes $4.00 x 2= $8.00
      1 Schnick Hydro 3 Razor system $8.97
      1 Cottonelle Toilet Paper 12 pk. $5.97
      2 Colgate Pro Clinicial Toothpast $3.00 x 2=$7.98
      Total Before Coupons: $30.92
      Apply Coupons:
$4.00 off a $20 purchase CVS email coupon
B1G1 Gillette Body Wash Coupon ($4.00)
$3.00 off $6 purchase of Body Washes CVS scanner coupon
      $5.00 Schnick razor coupon
      $1.00 Cotonelle coupon
2 $1.00 off Colgate toothpaste coupon
      After Coupons Total Due: $11.92
After Coupons are deducted give cashier $10.00 ECB from last week's purchases
Total Out of Pocket: $1.92 plus tax

Please help is this correct??? Thanks in advance.

      • Patty

Opps forget to mention: ECB earned from this purchase:
        $4.00 Gillette, $4.00 Schnick, $4.00 Colgate—Total $12.00 ECB

        • AJ

Looks right to me! Good deal!

      • Don't forget to run your card under the scanner – you might get a $5/30 coupon. Maybe I'm greedy, but I hate to use a $4/20 when I'm getting over $30 worth of stuff :)

        • Patty

Thank you Jennifer, I always run it under and see what mystery I get.

        • Kristen

Hi Jennifer. I have seen you post a lot here and you seem to know what you are doing, so my question for Patty's scenario is: Shouldn't she give the $3 off $6 Body Wash coupon before the B1G1 coupon. If she gives the B1G1 coupon first her total body wash purchase would be $4, therefore not qualifying for the $3 off $6! Does it really matter?

          • Patty

In order for me to qualify for $3 off wyb $6.00 worth of body wash (CVS coupon) yes I need to give that to my cashier before the BIG1 manufacturer coupon or it won't work.

    • Sibbie52

anyone know a zip code that will bring up the AXE q

      • angeldreams

The Axe coupon is coming up for me on SS under 29449; hope that helps :)

    • jhh

Does Olay regenerist anti-aging eye roller qualify for the rebate?

      • As a facial product, it should. I had some questions about that rebate, so I used the “contact us” button on their website. What I found out is that they won't give out a specific product list for the rebate, and the 2 rebates are separate offers but you can only redeem 1 of them. Also, any body wash will not work.

They answered my questions within about 2 days – ask them :)

    • Jo

Can someone help me out with the Right Guard/Dial deal? I know that you would be buying three items, and would be using three coupons, but when I look at them I'm not sure it will work. You would only be buying ONE Dial item, but it looks as though two of the coupons would technically attach to the Dial. It's 1) Free Deodorant wyb Body Wash (so that would attach to the body wash), 2) $1 off Body wash (so that again attaches to the body wash), 3) $1.50 off deo (which obviously attaches to the deo.) Am I missing something or will this scenario not actually work?

      • AJ

Actually, “1) Free Deodorant wyb Body Wash” attaches to the deodorant, not the body wash. You buy the body wash and apply the coupon to the deodorant price.

        • Jo

Thanks everyone – my confusion came from thinking that the Free Deo wyb BW Q attached to the BW. If it attaches to the Deo then it makes sense!
Thanks again – I like to make sure I'm doing it right before I go in there :)

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

The deal is for buying two deos, one bw. $1 off will apply to Dial bw, $1.50 will apply to one of the two deos, and then free deo wyb bw will attach to the second deo. I think you left out one deo in your understanding

      • JEN

I used to get confused on this. You have a $1/1 BW, so that's how much you're paying for the Body Wash. You are BUYING the Body Wash, no matter how much you pay for it. By doing so, you get a FREE deodorant, so that's attached to that one deodorant. Then you are using the $1.50/1 deodorant for the second deodorant. Any further deodorants, you'll need another coupon. HTH??

    • Linda

Do you think if I buy the $50 gift card from Sears this week and use it on the Sears buy $50 get $50 dollars back, it will work?

$50 Sears gift card = $10 ECB at CVS

use that $50 gift card at Sears stores and receive $50 gift card?

      • Linda

Would I also be able to use 2 $5 off $25 coupons if they print out at the price scanner?

        • Aklholl

CVS only allows one $ off coupon per transaction.

          • Jen

You also cannot use your ECBs to purchase gift cards. HOWEVER, something I was able to do was use coupons AND ECBs for something else that ended up driving down the gift card price. I'll try to explain.
I bought two Pantenes for $3.50 each.
I used two $2/1 coupons (now, $1.50 each)
            I used a $5 ECB coupon. (now, it's -$2 for both)
I bought the $50 Dinner & A Movie gift card.
I paid $48 for all of it. I just couldn't add ECBs to purchase the gift card, but since the $5 ECBs was less than the total ($7) price of the Pantene BEFORE coupons, they were able to accept that much. :-)

        • Brooke

I don't believe you can use those coupons on gift cards. It states it on the coupon.

        • DonnaTN

You may be able to use both if you are buying $50 worth of stuff.

      • Linda

        Thanks everyone, but still

        $50 Sear gift card – $10 ECB = makes it $40

Use that on $50 worth of Father’s Day items, and receive $50 for use later and stock up on Christmas items for the men in my household.

Thats $100 worth of things for $40 still not bad :)
Of course me being the anxious shopper that I am went onto Sears.com and already picked out 9 pairs of button down shirts and polos for Father’s Day to use my first $50 on!!!

    • kristin

Can I use a Gillette body wash ECB($4) to pay for the Gillette ProGlide razor and still recieve the $5 ECB? and vice versa? Thank you for any help you can provide!

      • Yes, you can use ECB to pay for something and still get ECB!

(Don't forget the $4 coupon out of last week's paper!)

      • jhoran

Yes. At cvs you can use ebc for anything you want, unlike wags.

    • kristin

Thanks Jennifer! I wasn't sure because they were both Gillette products.

    • kate

Found a better deal on the gillette….hopefully. Here's my list:
      (1) Schick Hydro 3 or Hydro 5 razor system or cartridges 4ct. $8.97
      (2) Gillette Body Wash $4.00
      (1) Gillette deodorant $5.49
      (2) Right Guard Deodorants B1G1
      (1) Dial for Men Body Wash $3.49 ea
-$5 off Schick Hydro Razor SS 6/13
B1G1 Old Spice or Gillette Body Wash PG 6/06
      B1 Gillette deodorant G1 bodywash PG 6/06
      (1) -$1.50 off Right Guard New Total Defense 5 printable
-$1 off Dial for Men Body Wash, , RP 5/16
Free Right Guard Deodorant wyb Dial for Men Body Wash, RP 6/13
      Total Due: $10.45
      Get Back: $4ECB

You can do the one transaction or do two separate ones and end up spending $6.45 instead with no ECB. Also, to sweeten up the deal even more, the $3/$6 bodywash coupon can be used.

      • Mmikebel

Dont you get 4ecb for the wash and also 4 ecb for the razor?

        • kate

          Yes, you do. Ha!

    • Mbrune04

Question on the Gillette Proglide razor deal……there's a limit of 1. I got this deal this past week. If I shop at my CVS on Saturday hoping to get the sale that starts on Sunday (I've never tried this so I don't know if my CVS will allow this) will the computer not allow me to get it b/c I've got it already or will it read for the new week? Does that make sense?

      • kate

The start date of the ad is on Sunday, so if you bought it again on Saturday it will not work.

      • Addbud

The limit is actually 2 deals this week. That is what printed on my receipt and I did the deal twice.

    • Danielle

Is anyone else doing the Hershey Kisses Movie Promo? It ends in 2 weeks and with everything in 3D this year it does save on the tickets. The Hershey Kisses, Reese's mini cups and the Hershey mini bars over 10 oz. buy 4 bags gives you a ticket up to 12.00. The candy is on sale for $2 a bag this week. I'm going to stock and hide it from my kids.

    • becky.e

If you are an advisory panel member, be on the lookout for a survey. It is about how the economy has affected your spending. If you qualify, you get 5 ECB, 2 ECB if you don't. I got my extra 5ECB to go with my 11 from last week. Whoot, Whoot!

      • Amanda

Thanks! I love being on the panel – so far, I have received 2, $15 EB for completing 2 different surveys!

      • CP

How long did it take for you to start getting the surveys? I registered two weeks ago and nothing….

        • Mandy

Probably a couple of weeks…it's kinda random. Make sure they are not going to your spam inbox. Usually they come as being from “CVS Pharmacy.”

      • pharmSCgirl

I got a survey yesterday and so did my fiance, but ours was about getting flu shots and we both got $10 ECBs. I love free money!

      • Shawn

How did you register for this panel? Is it open to anyone or is it by invite only.

    • Lisa C.

If CVS has an item BOGO, then can I still use 2 coupons?? Thanks for your help as I am still learning :)

      • DonnaTN

As long as it's $$/1 item coupon you can use 2.

    • elizabeth chapman

If anyone has the $1 off CVS sunscreen printed at the coupon machine, I found a great deal. I bought the $1.99 chapsick with sunscreen and used 2 of the $1 off…so…FREE!!

      • jen

What a smart move. I never would have thought about that!

      • CP

Two of the same coupon? How did you do that?

        • Ash

I promise I'm not being the coupon police, but she probably wasn't supposed to have used two of the same coupon on one product. A lot of times the CVS employees don't pay as much attention to the red coupon machine coupons, so it probably just slipped through. I am not judging her though, I'm sure we all have had times when we got away with using a coupon that we probably shouldn't have. Obviously we should just try to be careful, because there are people who do abuse coupons.

          • Erin

There's no need to feel threatened of being called the coupon police when trying to inform those who may not know or encourage some to do the right thing.

          • There were no exclusions on my coupon and I asked before doing so. I would not do anything I wasn't supposed to. My CVS is very good about doing what is right.

    • Sgrant3777

I remeber you saying something about shopping at CVS on Saturday night and getting this weeks deals and next weeks deals too. Is that at the 24 hr CVS or the regular one?

      • Mandy

Usually a regular store – however, I have several “regular” stores in my city, but only one in my areas starts on Saturday. You can check by walking in on Saturday afternoon…

      • noahcat

The 24hr CVS near me had pulled the tags for this week at 9pm and were putting up tomorrows ad tags. I asked and they said both were going on at the same time for a few hours.(til midnight) I'm really new at CVSing so it made it harder for me. Make sure you have the old flyer with you because the old shelf tags have been changed. I didn't get my old spice body wash ECBs for the new ad so make sure you double check each transaction. I going back tomorrow to get mine.

    • Becky

There is a $1/1 Haagen Daz coupon in the July All You! And $.50/1 Colgate Wisp

    • jen

Does anyone know of any Biore coupons? I missed getting in on the Target one a while back. (My daughter is JUST beginning to get combination skin.)

      • anonymous

I found one (I think it was $2/1) inside a box of Biore facial strips.

      • Melissa

this is a website that Jenny told me about months ago when i went to her workshop….if it is out there this site should have it listed and where u can get it..it's a coupon database..

        www DOT hotcouponworld DOT com

you have to register with them but its free! and it has been a GREAT tool for me!!

    • Jackie

Every time I try to put in the 29449 zipcode for the Axe coupons, it goes right back to my old zipcode. What am I doing wrong?

      • leslie

I can't find the Axe coupons either in the 29449 zip code

        • Carolinachinamama

          Try 29135

        • Sam Mcgraw

Could you get the Axe coupon to print? I can’t find it with any of the zipcodes.

    • Paige

FYI for the sunglasses: Adult ones start at 10.99 and the kids one start at 6.99. Good for me was that my husband found some kids ones that fit him :)

    • Caroline34

Had to share my good deal today. My CVS overlaps the sales for each week on Saturdays, so here's what I got today:

      (1) John Frieda Luxurious Volume Shampoo (sale- $5.00)
      (1) John Frieda Luxurious Volume Root Booster (sale- $5.00)
      (1) John Frieda Luxurious Volume All-Out Hairspray (sale- $5.00)

      I used:
      (1) $5/$15 Q previously printed this week on my receipt
      (2) $2.50/1 John Frieda Printable Q
      (1) $2/1 John Frieda Q SS 6/06
      (1) $3 ECB from last week

      Total Due: $0.60
      Earned: $3.00 ECB

      Great deal!!!!

    • Ddeoliver

Can anyone tell me if this would work? I am pretty new to this. I have these coupons for Gillette-

Free Body Wash when you buy one
Free Body Wash when you buy any deod.
      2$ off any deod.

So, can I get 2 Body Washes and 1 Deod. and use all the coupons above? Plus, I have the $2 off $6 body wash purchase from the CVS machine. I wasn't sure if I could use all of these without purchasing more. Thanks!

      • Littlebubblesboutique

you would pay for 1 bodywash and 1 deodorant, and get $2 off whatever those 2 products cost. but you would leave with 3 bodywashes and 1 deodorant. so if a wash costs $4 and a deo. $2 you would pay $4 for 3 washes and a deodorat. Not too bad =)

      • Kristen

I believe you would need 3 body washes and 1 deodorant.

2 off $6 body wash (I think it would be best to use this one first)
Buy 1 body wash at $4 get 1 free
Buy 1 Deodorant at $? and get a body wash free

I am fairly new to this myself, so maybe a seasoned CVS coupon shopper can chime in and help you out :)

    • Megan

On the Right Guard Deodorant, when you buy the Dial Body Wash and use the Free RG Deo wyb Dial BW, doesn't that make both deodorants free? Or do these not work like the B1G1 coupons? My husband really likes the RG Sport but not the Total Defense which is what the $1.50 coupon is for.

      • Melissa

I had the same question but did not know how to word it!!! :o) I know what I was thinking in my head but couldn't phrase it right….My Husband also LOVES the Sport…hopefully someone knows…??????

    • Susanmbabb

Does anyone know if CVS will except a one day old ECB for 15 dollars? It expires today on 12th? I was wondering if I needed to head to a 24 hours CVS which is about 40 mins away?

      • Melissa

I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida…and I frequently shop between 4 stores and none of them will take a “expired” RR….call and ask…it cant hurt to ask…

      • AmyC

I live in Georgia and used some expired ECB's tonight. I was told by several different stores that it is no problem to take expired ECB's.

    • pharmSCgirl

I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered the issue with expired ECBs, but I used to be able to use the expired ones if it was within a reasonable time frame since they expired. I went to CVS this past week and the manager had to come over and help the cashier with my coupons and when he saw the expired ECB (3 days expired) he said that they couldn't take them anymore and he crumpled it up and threw it away. I don't usually go to that CVS and the one I do go to at least used to take the expired ECB, so I don't know if it's something that came from corporate or not. However, I wasn't too happy to loose $6.99 in an ECB.

      • Susanmbabb

Thanks for your input. I have $15 and don't won't to loose it either but also don't want to drive 40 mins tonight

      • cduck

First off I would be upset that he threw it away and would complain to his boss. He should not have thrown it away it was yours and I would have gotten it back from him. Second I just used a 5 off 15 coupon that had expired by a couple days and CVS took it and the cashier is a friend of mine who is all about following the rules and she took it.(she reads all the fine print and never bends the rules for anyone.) and that was not even an extrabuck. I spoke with another employee at another store and she told me that as long as it was not like over 3 months expired that corporate said to take them anyway. i would definitely talk to another manager and find out and if they are supposed to take them I would complain about the one that threw my extra bucks away. hope this helps.

      • Mamaberry

pharmSCgirl, I am going to assume you already know this, but just in case: You should be able to contact corporate. Tell them the story and they can re-issue that ECB. They have record of it, and I am SURE they will respond kindly, given the circumstances. I am SOOO sorry you had this experience. Hope it works!!

      • Amy J.

Today I tried to use my $2 ECB that expired yesterday……cashier would not take it……I hung onto it, so gonna try at my other local CVS tomorrow morning……hope they take it there.

        • Amy J.

My other CVS would not take it today either :-(

          • Kel

I think the managers may have gotten a “talking to” regarding this. One manager who I know personally and see every week wouldn't take one this week when he had in the past. He said that they were really cracking down on them about them and they got a memo specifically stating that last week :(

            • Amy J.

              That's good to know……thanks, Kel !!!

      • Never let a cashier throw away something like that, unless you're sure you don't want it anymore.

There's nothing gross in our front trash cans, so next time make him dig it out! It's simply rude to go throwing away something that doesn't belong to him.

    • Tiffany

Ok so the colgate wisps are BOGO this week and I got a cvs coupon for $1 off 2. I went and printed 2 of the IP man-q for 0.50 off 1 so I should be able to get 2 for really cheap!!

    • Amy

Has anyone ever had a rain check for a deal you started but couldn't finish? I wanted scrubbing bubbles, but was only able to get 2. I bought those 2 thinking I would go back and get more later. I stopped at my store today and they were still out. I asked my husband to stop at the store by his work tonight and get 2 more cans and if they were out to get Windex. They were out of Scrubbing Bubbles, Windex, and the Glade candles. So he came home with a rain check for 2 cans of Scrubbing Bubbles for $5, but in the spot where it says Extra Bucks Amount, she just drew a line. Now I'm worried that I'm not going to be able to get my $5. I hope I'm making sense. I plan to just take my receipt showing that I needed to buy 2 more along with the rain check.

      • emtshopper

I had that happen once to me. What I did was kept the ad from that week along with that rain check and my receipt saying it is 5 ECB when spent ten. When they had it I showed them the ad the raincheck and my receipt saying I needed that product to complete my ECBs.

    • Shirley

Just got back from CVS and thought I'd mention that I had found a tearpad for $2 off any Lumene product. The line has small packs of cleansing cloths priced at $2.99 at my store. Get 7 ($2.99×7=$20.93), use 7 coupons ($2×7=$14), pay $6.93+tax OOP and get $5ecb back, ends being a good deal. If you have any 3/15 or 4/20 Qs, this will make it a great deal.

    • Emily C.

I couldn't sleep this morning , so I went to CVS early. I got 2 old spice body wash ( b1g1 coupon) the register gave me $8 ecb instead of $4. It has a limit of 1. Just fyi. did that happen to anyone else?

      • Jeanie

yes to me I did the gillete deal and I also got back $8

    • SFLS

Can someone double check the 29.99 Regenerist deal? After cpns, ECB and rebate, I could up with 8..99 each?

      • Suemh

I think you are right. It looks like they may have subracted 3 $5 coupons instead of 2.

    • Mandy

Just got back from CVS using B1G1 for the Gillette Body wash and they printed $8 ECB instead of $4. My flier says limit of 1 per household. Bonus!!

      • Sarah

My husband just left CVS having made the same purchase. He used the $4 off two and I sent him with $4 ECB, so the purchase was free (just paid tax). Got $8 ECB back. Made my day!!

      • Wally

Just went to cvs as well and bought 2 old spice using B1G1 and 2 gillette using B1G1 coupons. My receipt printed with $8 ECB instead of $4 as well.

        • Debra

I'm interested in this deal as well, what was your total after your coupons and did you use any ECBS? I appreciate any help, thank you.

    • granboomer

I can't find the gillette $5 off coupon in Smart Source today 6/13. Is my Smart Source insert missing pages?

    • granboomer

Sorry, I meet Schick $5 coupon to use at CVS deal idea

      • Patty

I didn't get that coupon either. I get The State newspaper out of Columbia delivered to my house. It might be regional if others in the area didn't receive it either.

        • ashley

I live in Cola too and was hoping since we didnt get the $5 off Schick last time we would get it this time…guess not…=(

      • CP

        It's regional.

      • Amy J.

Yeah, this was a regional coupon……..I did get it but it's not $5, it's actually $4 in my area……still makes razor 97cents + tax.

    • Danielle

Did the Old Spice body wash this morning. Limit was 2, so I got $8 ECB

    • ashley

Does anyone on here buy the Greenville News in the Clinton/Joanna, SC area? I went to 2 different places this morning and could not find a paper with the Red Plum in it.

      • B12mommy

I am from Greenville and I would recommend getting the charlotte observer instead it has alot more coupons and you can find it usually at Publix.

    • Dmllr813

Got 2 $4 ECB with my BIGI Gillete Mens Body wash!!!!! Made $4!!! Whoohoo!

    • Linda

Has anyone found the zip code for the Schick $5.00 off?

    • Great bargains today; 2 Old Spice Body Washes, 1 Old Spice Deo, 1 Old Spice Body Spray, 1 Johnson and Johnson body wash (baby clearance), 3 multi packs of CVS wipes (baby clearance), 4 boxes of Kraft Mac and Cheese, 3 boxes of Fiber one bars…after coupons (four Old spice coupons, 4 mac and cheese coupons, 4 fiber one coupons) and all the extra bucks…over $3 in profit. Pickens, SC CVS was prepared for the Old Spice deal and actually set all my items out to take the coupons off correctly.

      • Also, the ad says $4 ECB deal with the Old Spice body wash but it is $8 (2). I also signed up for the diabetes advantage last week and $2 ECB printed off today for joining.

    • Godot

The Old Spice Body Wash is printing two $4 ECBs, if you get two (with the BOGO coupon).

    • This coupon wasn't in my paper this morning -$5 off Schick Hydro Razor SS 6/13. Anyone have any ideas how to get hold of one? Thanks!

      • Nancy

My SS (Orlando Sentinel) didn't have the $5 off coupon, but it did have a $4 off coupon for the Hydro and a $1 off shave gel.

      • CP

They are regional. Go to the traders site, someone was advertising some this morning.

      • Emily

    • Jane

During the last CVS add, I bought two of the Gillette proglide razors and got the ECBs for them both. Today, for the new add, I went in to get one more (these are all father's day presents). Well, the ECBs didn't print and I told the cashier. She looked at the receipt and said that I reached my max. I explained to her that this was a new add and I had bought those last week. She called the manager up and the manager said she would, “Do it for me this time, but generally the limits are for the whole promotion, which lasts about 6 weeks.”

Has anyone else experienced this? Is she right? I don't want to break any rules..

      • Erin

Doesn't seem right to me. I did it last week and today and had no problems with it printing.

        • Jane

Weird.. did you buy two last week? I'm wondering if that messed things up..

      • Amy

I did it twice last week, but not today. My receipt still said limit reached.

    • Katherine

An FYI if anyone is interested in the Axe/Itunes deal. The Body Wash was $5.79 and Body Spray was $5.49 at my CVS. Only the deodorant was priced $4.99 but there was a Kroger insert in today's AJC that has a $1 manu coupon for Axe deodorant!

    • kermnelmo

I should know this, but I've never dealt with it before… what happens if I lose my ECB's ? The physical receipt is gone. I cannot find it anywhere and they expire tomorrow. They aren't printable, but they are listed online. I've called the help desk but they're not available til tomorrow. I have a $4 store coupon that expires today. UGH !!!! Please help I'm seriously stressing. lol.

      • Jane

I had that problem once, but it wasn't until I was there at the store that I realized. I asked the guy about it and he said you have to have the physical receipt. When I asked if there was any way he could look it up he said know. However, if I were you, I would try actually printing the page that says you have the ECBs, make sure it includes your card number, bring it to the store and see if they will honor it. Try talking to a manager about it, they are *usually* pretty considerate about that stuff.

        • Jane

          *no, not know. lol

      • Firstbrownie

My store coupons don't actually expire until 30 days after the given expiration date…..check your store about that!

      • Nyx

Stores are not supposed to take any form of “coupons” that do not have a barcode, so printing the proof from the internet should not work, unless you find a manager willing to eat the cost since they will not be reimbursed. The only way to get the coupon back is to call the help desk like you stated and they can reissue the ECB's, hopefully with a different exp. date.

    • Beth

I am pretty frustrated at myself. I have $27 in extra care bucks and all but $8 expired on 6/11. I have been traveling and havent been couponing because of it. I know the summerville sc store will take the $5 off coupons you get in the email up to a week afterward but what about the ECB's? I know I have read that some people have said some stores will take them indefinatly, but before I head out does anyone know how the summerville stores view these? thanks

      • Jane

I would call and ask them. If you don't know the number, you can google-map it. :)

      • Snowski824

I had some expire and the manager said he would still take them. The register didn't beep when the cashier rang them up and they let me use them.

      • NY2NC

        If you argue nicely with them they will accept them because nobody wants corporate complaints…;}

      • WynetteC

What I have been told (by multiple stores) is that the Extra Care Bucks you get from in store purchases can be used up to 7 days past their expiration (may vary by store). It just comes down to the cashier pushing it through though it will beep. They explained to me that the store submits the ECB coupon papers once a week and so they allow the window for a few extra days after expiration.

The 2% cash back Extra Care bucks that are earned every quarter never expire (This is where most people get confused). The CVS extra care buck people will explain that out if you happen to call them @ the 1-800 # on the back of your Extra Care Card.

    • Kat15

Went to a cvs yesterday and a different one today… both coupons machines wern't working.. just my luck and on 2 different days!! Ah!!… good day anyway today. Bought:

    • JMJ

So, this morning I was going through my coupons from the paper and I could not find the -$5 off Schick Hydro Razor SS 6/13 (makes it FREE)
coupon anywhere. Are we sure it is the right date on it? The only razor coupons I saw were for Norelco. I'm in Zebulon, NC could the coupons be different in different areas?

      • Brandi

I am so bummed I bought two papers today and no coupons for Schick. Savannah, GA

      • Charlotte Observer has one, I don't know how far away you are or if you can get one.

      • Mbrune04

I'm in Florence, SC and I didn't have one of those either. I bought the state paper and the local paper. It was in niether.

        • Sg

I live in Columbia, SC and did not have one either. SG

      • Purpletazz75

In this week's SS there is a coupon for $4.00 off the Shick Razor and NOT $5.00 off like is stated….I DID HAVE a $5 off coupon from SS from previous week but the EXP date was yesterday 6/12

        • Sheila

In the Atlanta AJC we had the $5.00 off Shick Razor Q.

      • Iammo3

I am so glad someone is having the same issue! I have gone through my trash twice and all of my coupons three times looking for the coupon. I thought I was losing my mind! I am in Savannah, GA.

      • Iammo3

Where can we get the AJC? Savannah doesn't get it anymore.

      • Candi

None of the coupons listed in the deals as being in the 6/13 paper were in my paper. The SS or the RP! I'm in Columbus, GA.

    • firecracker

I had my first bad experience today at CVS. The manager refused all of my internet coupons and told me how my Gillette coupon was “real” and the others were “copies.” How embarrassing. I have never been questioned in a over a year of shopping at that store. I made him void everything and told him I would take my business to another store where me and coupons were welcomed. Then they didn't give me my gillette coupon back and I had to go back to get it. I got the number to corporate from him and he said he would give me a gift card if he was wrong. I went to the store across town and had NO problems.

      • I tend to have that problem at food lion.

Ask corporate to email or mail you a copy of the coupon policy. (Or just take your business to another CVS. They get the money from your purchase regardless of what type of coupon it is – unless, of course, the coupon is fraudulent. If they don't want your money, don't give it to them! :)

      • kaseyshadow

Were you internet coupons printed in black and white or color? I had issues when I printed them in black and white, but since we got a color printer no one has questioned the internet ones.

        • firecracker

They were black and white, but that's what I've always used. Oh well. I'm contacting corporate tomorrow to find out more. I'm more irritated that he kept calling them copies which implied I was trying to cheat them or something.

      • NY2NC

I am an employee at CVS and I would definetly call corporate and make a big thing out of it because that is not right and not what the policy is at all!!!! Im not sure where you are from but you would be more than welcome at my store in Charlotte NC anytime!

        • Which Charlotte store? Just curious, I'm on Park Cedar. :)

    • Wgunter2

I just visited my CVS in Florida and I was told they are no longer accepting internet coupons. The only printable internet coupon they will accept are from the CVS website. Anyone else hear this??

    • Sylviavsc

I had a great trip to CVS today. Bought:
      2 old spice body wash
      6 renuzit air freshners
      2 Wisp toothbrushes
      2 Purex 3 in 1 sheets
      2 Sobe lifewaters
with coupons and using $10 in ECB total was $7.47 plus $8 in ECB for next trip. Saved over $44 – my kind of shopping spree!

    • Carla

I get frustrated every week when shopping at CVS in Middle TN because they are always OUT of the sale items! Today the girl (not so sweetly) told me the ad starts on Saturday and it is a BIG shopping day so I might need to come in then!!! I thought the ad started on Sunday as the flyer says, so I am going to call the store. However, if you find items are always out when you go maybe your store is letting the sale start on Saturday as well.

      • Next time you're in, make sure you ask them what day they receive their deliveries. I know we get ours on Mondays, and sometimes we don't have a lot of a sale item until we get it.

        Hope that helps!

        • Carla

Thanks Jennifer! Why didn't I think of that!! ;o)

      • Fullhouse

My 24hr cvs starts their deals on sat too, which is nice. However, CVS is great about rain checks, and they don't really expire, and when you do use them the ecb will print.

      • Me

Different stores put through new ads on different days. Some start as early as Thursday. This is to ensure that the ads are put up in a timely fashion and are not interupted by other things going on in the store, such as deliveries on Fridays and displaying new sale items on Saturdays. Although some shoppers have become accustomed to this and have changes their shopping around this, usually if you come in on Sunday or Monday the product should still be available. It has been my experience that most stores start their ads early to make sure that they are available to customers on time.

        • Carla

That is insane! If the ad has a start date then it should start on the date listed!! It is not fair to people! I am not going to go into a store and ask them what day they think they are going to have an ad up and working!! CVS states Sunday it should be Sunday.

    • 2godbglory

On the body wash deal it say's 1 per card how do some get 4?

      • Ashley

        B1G1 free coupons

    • jhh

Does anyone have the same situation that I have? My CVS doesnt have Gillette body wash on sale. Dont have them for the ECB either. I live in Santa Clara, CA.

      • jhh

Instead, it seems like the Gellette proglide razor has limit 2, not 1.

    • Jbush27

Woo, hoo! I was so excited with the Gillete body wash deal. I got the $2 off $6 body wash purchase coupon from the machine and then the limit ended up being 2 and I didn't even know that until I saw my ecb's that printed out. The 2 body washes were $2 with coupons and I gave $2 of my ecb's and got $8 back, a $6 money maker!

    • Sg

CVS on Forest Drive had Dial Body Wash for $5.49. SG

    • Nancy

Okay, the guys in my family have let me know that they have more than enough body wash and deodorant :-) It is such a great deal that I hate to pass it up. So, my question is: can it be donated? I am in Asheville, NC. What do you guys usually do with your surplus?

      • Anonymous

Oh Nancy, thank you so much for asking. My daughter was just showing me a group on FB that she has created for the wives/girlfriends of our troups. Her fiance is from Candler and was deployed 3 weeks ago to Afghanistan.

This is a link to the facebook group. If you or anyone on this site or anywhere else would like to donate any surplus of any personal supplies or know of any organizations that might be willing to help my daughter would love the help. You can email me or request to join the group and she will gladly add you. Thank you again for any help you or others may be able to offer our men overseas!

        • Nancy

I am on FB so I will request to join her group! Thank you so much!!

      • Julie

I usually save it up in a box and eventually SOME sort of donation opportunity comes along; most recently I sent a whole box of personal care items to the Middle TN Flood Relief. If there's nothing specific though, my local homeless shelter is super happy to have it. I bet there's one in Asheville or at least a church that takes up such donations.

        • Nancy

Thanks ya'll – there is a homeless ministry here in Asheville, actually more than one, so I will just save it up and donate it when I have a box full of things. I appreciate your comments!!

        • Jane

Wow! Thanks, Julie! I live in Nashville (Bellevue) and people are still being greatly affected. We appreciate the donation!

      • Mbrune04

My hubby has told me the same thing. I would think that you contact your church and see if they know of some people in need or local charities that donate supplies to the needy.

      • Debbie Parnell

One thing you could do is to send your surplus items to troops serving overseas. I know that the PXs that they have in Iraq and Afghanistan have very few items for the guys and girls to get. The shipments only come in every two weeks and the items get gone quickly. Body Wash, shampoo and other personal care items are the things they need most. You can get a box from the post office that is specially for the military and you can put all you get in the box and the post office will ship for 12.95.

      • MTNLVR

I totally agree with you about having these items coming out of my ears…my husband and I were just talking about that tonight! The deals are too wonderful to pass up :)!
There is an AMAZING man in downtown Asheville who has started a homeless Congregation. I am sure he would love your extra body washes, deoderants, toothpaste/toothbrush…etc. Here is his information

        Reverend Brian E. Combs, Pastor
297 Haywood Street (Corner of Patton Avenue
& Haywood Street in Downtown Asheville)
        PO Box 2982
        Asheville, NC 28802-2982
        Phone: 828-246-4250

There are also alot of children in need at your local schools…some of the teachers are having to give children showers at school. You might want to call around to some of the guidance counselors and see if they may need some of your extras. I have friends that are teachers in some of the Fletcher area and Henderson county schools and they are buying deodorants, shampoos, and soaps out of their pocket.

        Blessings to you!!

        • Nancy

Thank you MTNLVR, I will certainly look him up too. Our church is in downtown and we serve at the Rescue Mission, I will share my goodies with our Church AND with Reverend Combs. I will also check into the schools around me. Thank you for the info!!!

          Blessings to you!!!!

    • Sg

Sorry about the Dial Body Wash for 5.49. It was $5.49 and just didn't have the tag on the front. That CVS puts their yellow tags up on Sunday afternoon. I have been in the store after Sunday and Tags were still not on sale items. So you would need to have your ad with you. Because there was no tag I was confused. SG

    • Mbrune04

      • A_le

        What is green bag tag?

        • Kimboone123

At CVS, ask the sales lady where their green bag tags are. Purchase one for $1. Attach it to a reusable bag, and leave this bag and tag in your car at all times. Then, each time you go into CVS, take the bag with you. They will scan it once per day and after you use it 4 times you will get $1 ECB. I use it ALL the time. There are many times I go to CVS 4 times in one week and then I earn a dollar. You'll earn $1 ECB for every 4 times you purchase something in the store! Yet another wonderful way to save $$ at CVS!

    • ScottK

I decided against the cereal deal because their sizes are much smaller than grocery store, so my coupons would be more effective at a grocery store.

      Here's what I did:

      2 Gillette Body Washes
      1 John Frida shampoo
      1 John Frida conditioner
1 ice cream sandwich (to push it over $20) mmm

      Total = $20.12

      – $4 off $20
      B1G1 Gillette
      – $3 twice off John Frida
      – $5 ECB

      Total due: $1.04
ECB return: $12 ($8 from gillette, $1 green bag tag, $3 john frida)

      GREAT day!

    • Ruby

Body Scenario I will be doing:

      Trans. #1
Buy one Old Spice Body Wash = $4
      Buy one Old Spice Deo.
Use B1 wash G1 Deo. Free
Use $4 ECB from previous weeks deals
      = Both Free

      Trans. #2
Buy 2 Old spice Body Wash =$8
Use B1 wash G1 wash Free
Use $4 ECB from previous trans.
      = Both Free
Final = 3 Free Body wash and 1 Free Deo. earn another $4 ECB!

      • kjmiller

I'm pretty sure you can't use ECB from one transaction to pay for (and earn ECB) on another of the SAME product.

        • Shirley

Actually you can for CVS, the ECBs don't work quite the same way as Wags RRs.

          • kjmiller

Thanks for setting me straight! Very good to know. :)

    • joanna00

    • macboy3365

This was my first time “CVS-ing” today. I usually go to Walgreens for stuff.

1 Old Spice Body Wash (On sale for $4.00 and $4.00 in ECB)
1 Old Spice Deodorant (June P&G “Buy Old Spice Body Wash or Deodorant); get Deodorant free
4 Right Guard Deodorant (BOGO Free; used a $3 off 2 coupon and two $1 off 1 coupons)
$3 off $15 CVS coupon I get via email

      Out of pocket: $5.91
      ECBs Gained: $4.00
      Savings: $26.26 (including ECBs)

Not too bad for my first time playing the game! Thanks so much for the website!

      • ScottK

CVS is so much better than walgreens!

    • JeffreyCVS443

Guys I work at CVS 443, at 1739 Maybank Highway, In Charleston, SC 29412 Our phone number is 843-762-2079, Ask for JEFFREY, our store loves southern savers, and we will take care of you and even take expired CVS Store coupons and MFR ones up to a week old.

      • Kcreviews

I wish my local store would do that. This morning I tried to use a $3 off $15 that had expired 6/9 and the cashier wouldn't let me. He said maybe if it had only been a day or two. It had only been 4 days!

      • YAY for CVS employees! Store 3319 in Charlotte, NC here :)

      • Moniquesg

Great to know, I will take a drive to Charleston from Walterboro, my ECB expired Friday and they told me I was out of luck. Glad I didn't throw away.

      • Nancy

Hooray – will be in Charleston next week!!! Thank you!!!1

    • The Gillette/Old Spice body wash has a limit of 2, as does the Proglide Razor.

    • june

I got my favorite cashier today. What I ask her to do always suprises her, but it works. No beeps. In return when I was only buying beer a couple of months ago she asked if I would try to use one of my ecb's. She said she knew it wasn't supposed to work, but it had earlier and she wanted to test it. She was right, it did work! ($6 for a 30pk of MillerHL) I haven't had the need or extra ecb's lately so I don't know if they have fixed the glitch or not.

      Here's my trip today:

      2 Gillette BW
      2 Off clip ons
      -2 cvs $3 clip ons
      – b1g1 clip ons (AFTER the cvs coupon)
      -b1g1 gillette
      -$5.99 ecb

      total: $1.61oop +$8 ecb

    • Crystal

Just to help with my planning a little, what kind of coupons did you guys get out of the red coupon machine today?

      • $5/30 for me today. Nothing else though, except the ECB on my reciepts :)

      • ScottK

the same thing i was getting last week :( $1 off CVS allergy purchase, B1G1 free godiva chocolate bag or something like that.

    • K Bjjohnston

CVS – How about the $50.00 Sears gift get $10.00 ECB, SEARS – Spend $50.00 on mens aparel and receive $50. in Sears Come Back Cash. That is $100.00 in mens apparel for $40.00 . This should work right?????.

      • Carswell4

I thought the same thing, so I called the toll-free number on the Sears rebate and they said no. You can't get the rebate when you use a gift card.

    • zombiemommy

my ecbs for the Gillette razor did not print….i did the deal twice last week…. are we sure its a new deal?

      • Sarah

I believe that it is a monthly deal with a limit of 2 for the month of June. I purchased 2 last week, and it is still listed at the bottom of my receipt this week as “offer limit reached”.

        • zombiemommy

yes but jenny wrote new deal in the listing so i thought it was reset

          • Email

Happened to me too. looks like its a monthly, and not reset.

    • Elaine

I can not find the $5. schick coupon in the SS for 6/13….Anyone else finding this coupon? Thanks… Elaine

      • niki

its regional….i dint get it too :( also just came to know for the ones who have it…there is a $10 rebate offer for shick hydro ….

      • Gamego71

I didn't get one either. I went ahead and ordered a few since they are free at CVS and there is a rebate.

    • Nsavings

need help….m new to cvs…can anyone tel me if the order of this is correct…first $ off $ coupon, Man Q, then ECB ? will that take off little bit of my tax? or is it some other order?

      • Kimboone123

You always have to pay the tax, but yes, this order is how I do it and it works every week.

      • Sarah

I actually hand mine over $ off $ first, ECB's second, and MFQ's last. That way if you come out in the negative – your ECB's will “eat away” some of your tax. For instance, last night I had a subtotal of -$.78 and then I only paid $1.00 in tax (instead of $1.78). Had I handed them my ECB's first, my subtotal would have been $0 b/c they would have adjusted my ECB down to $.22.

    • My husband has never smelled so good. Wonder if he would like MORE body wash for Father's Day?

    • Sg

Would someone please tell me which Q's I should hand over first. Just got back from CVS and they charged me $4.09. This is what I was trying to do:

Right Guard Deo – BIGI – Store Sale
Right Guard Free when you buy DIAL Bodywash
$3.00 off when you buy 2 Right Guards
So, I figured it should be free. Is my math incorrect?

      • NewSaver

3.00 off paid for the 2 BOGO Right Guards
1 RG was free because you PURCHASED the Dial Body wash. $4.09 was for the bodywash.

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

        Your transaction was probably

        Dial Bw $3.50
RG Deo (defense) $4.49 for one (the other being store sales free)

Your Q. should have taken off
        $3 on deos
        $4.49 on free deo Q

Check your receipt, if the above is not, then Cashier missed the Q. Sometimes Q. beep for prompt to enter value manually and the cashier ignores them. Therefore, they owe you money back.

(On a side note, although CVS is great and it allows all types of Qs., but technically speaking, you could not use $3/2 deo Q. because you would be using a Q that would give you the deo free. Therefore, you should have used $1.50/1 deo Q which is perfectly legit)

    • Fritzstuff

Question on the Gillette Body Wash Deal. If I buy 2 @ $4 each = $8. Can I use a BIG1 to reduce my OOP to $4 and then also use a $4 off/2 cpn to reduce my OOP to $0 plus tax? Can you use a B1G1 with another Q?

      • Chroak

In order to use the $4/2, you have to buy 3 body washes. Then you get 3 for $4+tax, and $8 ECBs back!

      • Kimboone123

You can do this, but you need to use the $ off coupon BEFORE you use the B1G1 coupon. Sometimes the employees will adjust the B1G1 price based on the $ off coupon that you first used, but some don't do that. It's kind of luck of the draw.

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

You can use another $ off Q with b1g1 Q. However, in your scenario, technically speaking, you can not use $4/2 Q coupled with b1g1 on two items. The logic being that $4/2 Q is already attached and has used up two items for you. If the Q. were $4/1, then you could have used that Q with b1g1 Q freely. (Although, there is debate that b1g1 Q. is also attached to two items and thus cant use another $off Q.)

However, CVS is great. In most cases, it will go through without any problems. Register will always beep for b1g1 Q because the register prompts for the price of item to be entered manually.

    • kristifromchelsea

Does anyone know CVS store policy on coupons with B1G1? On the right guard deodarant can I buy two (B1G1) and use two $1.50 off coupons? Or will they only let you use one since you are technically paying for one and getting one free?

I have not shopped at CVS enough to know if it rings up half price like publix or not.

      • colagirl

I'm not positive about your exact scenario, but it let me use $3.50 off Two Right Guards manufacturer coupon on top of the CVS B1G1 yesterday.

        • Kimboone123

You can do this as long as you give them the $ off coupon BEFORE you give them the B1G1 coupon. I have had some employees adjust the price of the B1G1 based on the $ off coupon, but I've had others that have not done that as well. It's kind of luck of the draw.

          • kristifromchelsea

I don't think there is a b1g1 coupon, it is just advertised in the cvs flyer as b1g1. do you mean before they scan my card?

            • Kimboone123

You should be able to do it as you are buying 2, they just aren't charging you for 2. Does that make sense?

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Yes, you can. Either use two $1.50/1 or one $3/2 Q. Consider store sales irrespective of Q. use

    • Yvette

Found this $.25 coupon for Palmolive…if anyone needs it. Must sign up with Colgate.

    • Jackysdeals

Just wanted to let everyone know in the Montgomery, AL area that CVS here has many baby products 75% off. There were several sizes of Huggies diapers, Pampers wipes, CVS wipes, Huggies body wash and lotions, Aveeno, Johnson and Johnson, AND Similac Organic was 75% off as well which made it 6.99. If you get the Similac mailouts and use the $5 off coupons that makes it 1.99 for a full tub of formula and there is no limit!!!!

      • Mollysavingmom

which one did you go to…

    • Stephanie in Bham

Can anyone tell me if I can use a $4/$20 coupon that I got in email expired 4/13 on 4/15? I really hate to loose that $4, but I absolutely could not get to CVS by 4/13. Thanks

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Just buy stuff, and let them scan. It may not even beep. Even if it does, they will probably push it thru or request them to do it for you.

    • Megrn2000

Stephanie in Bham – check with several cvs stores in your area, I live in Gardendale and that store will let you use expired cvs coupons for 1 year and expired manufact. coupons for 2 weeks, the Fultondale store does not let you use the expired coupons so I mainly go to Gardendale

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Stores in my area that would allow expired Qs for a week or two, now do not allow even if late by few hours. I have seen some noticeable difference in the past several weeks. They have gotten little bit picky. I have also been told that there were people returning items after getting the ECB. I think most stores have received some restrictions from main office not to be too lenient. The store you mentioned might have low sales and they are trying to boost the sales, perhaps. However, it is rare

      • Queennana0725

I also had trouble at the Fultondale store. I do pretty well at Gardendale.

    • Gamego71

Question? If CVS takes one coupon per item purchased would it work to buy 4 poptarts and use 4 coupons that say 1.00 off of two poptarts? It's hard to wrap my mind around that possibilty.

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Absolutely not. And the register will beep

      • Ash

There is a condition on the coupon that you must purchase 2 boxes to get $1 off. Therefore if you were purchasing four boxes you can use 2 of your $1/2 coupons. If it was $1/1 it would be fine for you to use four but because it stipulates that you must buy 2 to get the $1 off you would have have to buy 8 boxes to use all four coupons. Hope that helps to clarify for you.

    • Mysterious_Mentalist

      A) John Frieda/Jergen deal still indicates one more “limit” to go although one used for this week. Is this a month-long deal? If yes, how many total limits?

      B) Gillette Razor is not reset for this week. The receipt shows “limit reached” still from previous week. Anyone else?

      • Gamego71

What about the Shick Razor? Is this a new deal or the same from week before last?

        • Mysterious_Mentalist

Schick is good to go. IT seems to be reset to new one for this week

    • Becky

Two different CVS in my area printed DOUBLE ECB for the Old Spice Men's shower gel.

I bought two and used the BOGO coupon from PG 6/6/10 and the ECB printed up at $8 not $4! I even said something to the cashier and she was like, “Well, that's what printed up, I can't change it.” So that scored me some free paper towels and toilet paper (TWICE!)

    • Debbie Parnell

Can someone answer this question for me. If I get 1 Dial Body Wash, and 4 of the Right Deodorants, Can I use Buy Body Wash get 1 deodorant free, then use a $3 off 2, and a 1.00 off 1.

      • Kimboone123

    • Queennana0725

With very careful planning I got 3 body washes, 3 deodorants, large bottle Pantene, 2 John Frieda products, 4 SoBe waters, 2 toothpastes, lipgloss, 2 razors, cvs brand sinus medicine and a pack of gum for total oop $12.24 but I got $29 in ecb!!! I know that there are ways to spend less oop but I'm so excited that in essence I got all of this free and made $17!

    • tl

For CVS do you have to have the same number of items as you do coupons?

      • ScottK

        thankfully, no!

    • Amystew_773

Do you have to buy 10 items on then 10/$10– or does each item just ring up for $1?

      • Kimboone123

They just ring up $1. I just left there.

      • Lovemy5always

Normally amy the items ring up for 1.00 unless stated I do it all the time

    • Suemh

Does anyone on here buy the Greenville News in the Clinton/Joanna SC area. Twice in 3 weeks they have not had the Red Plum inserts.

      • colagirl

Do they not carry The State paper in Clinton? It has a lot more coupons in general than the Greenville and Spartanburg papers. My mom is up there and we compare all the time.

        • Suemh

I have never seen The State in Clinton. I do not live there but had gone for the papers. I ended buying The State in Newberry.

      • Lori

The Greenville News is nortorious for leaving out coupons, I got a paper delivered to my home and it didn't have the RP insert. When I go to the drugstores or Walmart to get the paper I have to check for coupon inserts.

        • Suemh

It is my understanding that the carrier is responsible for putting the inserts in the papers. When I was in the store, there was a former carrier in there and that is also what he said.

    • Kimboone123

I just walked in the door from one of my BEST trips ever:
      2 Gillette body Washes–$8
      2 Right Guard Deos–B1G1–$3.29

      1 Shick Hydro 3 Razor–$8.97
      1 John Frieda Shampoo–$5
      1 John Frieda Conditioner–$5
      4 SoBe Life Waters -$4
      1 CVS Paper Towel-50 cents

      B1G1 Gillette Body Wash
$1 off Dial for Men Body Wash
      $3/2 Right Guard Deos
Free Right Guard Deo wyb Dail for Men Body Wash
      $5 off Schick Hydro Razor
2 $2 off John Frieda Products (and a rain check from last week's deal)
      2 B1G1 Sobe water coupons
$10 ECB from a survey last week
$5 ECB from a survey last week

      Total Paid (all TAX) $1.06!!!
      Got back: $18 ECB!!!!!!

Jenny, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!!

      • Kimboone123

I forgot to mention…I just filled out the Schick Hydro rebate form and will be receiving $8.97 back, so that makes this deal even better!!! The form will go in the mail tomorrow!

    • Melissa

I think we all should have the most clean shaven/ good smelling men around! Southern Savers ladies should be recognized by their “smell good” husbands alone! LOL!

      • JL

LOL!! I am ready for some deals for the ladies!!!! Happy Fathers Day!

    • Angela

I went to CVS only to find the BOGO Haagen Daz deal wasn't going in my area. Made for an upset family who was really looking forward to some good ice cream. :/

      • Berylucero

        Mine didn't have it either!

    • jackie

      On Scenario Trans #1
are you actually getting 3 rightguards?

      buy1 get1 coupon
then get 1 free with dial wash coupon
      so thats 3 all together

and can you use the $1 off dial with the buy 1 dial get rightguard free?

At my cvs the right guard is $3.29 b1g1
so i would pay $1.79 out of pocket for the 1st 2

      dial is $3.49

      old spice is $4.00

-$3 off body wash cvs coupon = $6.28
minus the dial coupon if we can use it with the other one. =$5.28 out of pocket…. how did you come up with the $1.99?

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

I am not sure if you considered this in your above listing;- But one Right Guard is free due to stores sales of b1g1 free, and the other one will be free with the buy Dial get free deo manuf Q. (there are only two RG deos needed at minimum for the best deal in this transaction)- that leaves balance for both deos zero. It gets better, a $1.50 manuf Q. can also be used on the deo that is free in stores sale, making an overage of $1.50 carried over to the balance.(point to note:- store sales of b1g1 free is irrespective of Q. use. Therefore, you may use manuf b1g1 free Q. on stores sales of a b1g1 item and essentially making both items free-this is pretty much universal))

Since Dial is also a purchase, $1 Q can be used

To confirm your scenario, you are buying two deos, both would be free-one for store sales, and one for the manuf. Q. Then you will also use $1.50 Q for the deo for an overage that would be carried over to Dial balance of 2.49 (after deducting $1 dial Q.) Thus, you will end up paying about $1 for Dial bw, and two deos alone.

However, be on the lookout to make sure that the cashier takes out the deo free Q value as full 3.29. That is because, sometimes the register does not allow overage. Try using your card later after ringing the first item and do not present/scan your card at the very beginning. I think that way, it will reduce the price conflict in the system.

    • Donna

I bought 2 oil of olay @ 29.99 each. I forgot to give her my 2-5.00 coupons. Was thinkin bout taken it back and askin them to re-ring it but I used a giftcard and several ecb's. Also my total bill ended up being 38.16, even though I really spent over 50.00 for the rebate. Will it be okay for the rebate? Anybody ever have this happen? Thanks

      • DonnaTN

What you paid has nothing to do with the actual price of the item. You just have to circle the item and what it rang up as, not your OOP. As for using the GC and ECB's to pay…I had a purchase ring up with ECB's and coupons and wanted to do a refund on it bc I didn't realize it was a certain limit on the ECB's but they couldn't return the ECB or the coupon..HTH

        • Donna

Thank-you for the info. Quess I will just eat the 10.00 and be more careful next time.

      • Candleladynina

I have done that and gone back in and showed receipt and asked for refund on coupons, and they have given me a refund without ringing over again. They will get refunded for the coupons. I have done this at Publix, Krogers, etc and they all cooperate.

    • ScottK

Wahoo!! Just got $10 extra bucks from a survey email! It only took me about 5 minutes!

      • Jtorr14

Where do you find the surveys to take?

        • ScottK

google cvs advisor…you'll have to apply and then if they accept you you'll get a survey every now and then.

    • Stephanie

      Did the axe deal!
Bought 2 body washes used two $1.00 coupons.
Bought 3 deoderants used $4.00 ECB
Register took off the $15 instead of giving itunes gift card
Total spend with tax was $5.09

    • Corvette_sally

    • Southernsweet_heart

I went to cvs yesterday I bought 2 gillette 1 family size aussie and 1 aussie styling product. I used b1g1 gillette coupon and $2 off aussie styling product when u buy a shampoo or conditoner. I also used $5 ECB I spent a total of 8.70 OOP I got back 10 ECB then my second Transaction I got 4 of the 10/10 items and 1 cottonelle toilet paper I used a .50 coupon for the toliet paper and 8ECB from the first transaction for a total of 2.01 OOP. I think Im getting good deals until I get on here and see that other people spend a total of $1 OOP I guess I'm wondering where I'm goin wrong its obvious I'm missing something!

    • Melissa

Everyone keeps telling me how they are getting packs of diapers for $4 or less. I've been searching the site and can only find them for $6.99. Am I missing something?

    • meredith

Great time at CVS! I bought 2 JF shampoos using 2 -$2 off coupons. I added an Old Spice deoderant making the total $10.43. I used $10 extra bucks making it .43 out of pocket and getting $3 back. Then I bought 2 of the Old Spice body washes and used a B1G1 coupon plus the $3 EC bucks. My total out of pocket for this was $1.56 with $8 ECB back. Wahoo! What a great day.

    • Jacketfan24

Has anyone else had trouble getting the Gilette body wash? I have a raincheck from the last time it was on sale with ECB (limit of two that time) and it's on sale again but all the CVS' in the Greenville area seem to be sold out and have been since the first ad. Just wonderng if anyone else was having this problem?

      • macboy

I couldn't find any Gilette Body Wash. I went to two CVS stores too.

      • Alicia

I found the Body Wash at the store in Taylors, Wade Hampton Boulevard and Edwards Rd, on Tuesday; and they got their truck yesterday, so I am assuming they may have more.

If you don't see them, ask a manager, sometimes they keep them in the back.

where do we take these cvs surveys where you get ECB back that everyone keeps commenting about?

      • alexis

I got an email invitation. I think you have to be invited to take them. I've only gotten one so far.

        • Itsacouponthing

Sure would like to know how to get invited!

    • MrsGo4God

It pays to clip coupons! I went to CVS today and got two Gillette body washes for .56 using a $4 off the purchase of two Gillette body washes coupon and a buy one get one free. Then I received $8 ECB. All smiles here!!!

    • meekoheather

For anyone interested in the Gillette deal: There are $2 off Gillette body wash coupons floating around. I have 2. I know for sure one of mine came out of a Prilosec box. The other I am pretty sure came out of a razor insert. So please make sure to check your coupons for those coupons.

On that note, I am assuming it would be ok for me to use the $2 off coupon for one of the Gillette body washes along with the b1g1 coupon. Am I correct? If so that would make $2 overage for both.

    • RitaandSweetie

      FYI – I rec'd a $5 off $25 in email today, it expires 6/20.

      • Swright953

Me, too:-) My 12-year-old son is driving me nuts to do the Axe/iTunes deal! Now I think I'll bite!

    • cpnmom

Didn't I see where someone did the John Frieda deal twice and got ECB back both times? I know the ad says a limit of one. My store has “30% more free” bottles of JF shampoo and conditioner. :-)

      • cpnmom

I just got back from CVS where I purchased 4 John Frieda products at $5 a piece. In answer to my above question, in case anyone else is wondering, I received $6 ECB back! The bottom of my receipt shows that I have NOT reached my limit on this deal, so at this point, the limit is more than 2. Hope that helps somebody! :-)

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this (I have not read all 361 comments) but Fruitopia is 2/$5 and there is a coupon in the CVS beauty magazine for $2 off. Works in nicely to get to $25 for $5 off (I get one of these literally every time I go to CVS) and I love $.50 shampoo!!

    • Itsacouponthing

Does anyone know yet if Sears will consider the $50 gift card for the rebate? At first, there was a big stink, that they would not accept the gift card as “cash,” was being considered a coupon. But then I read there was enough complaints that they changed their minds. Would love to know before going and purchasing! (Gosh, that would be a great gift for husband: let him buy his clothes, and I can grab him something at CVS!)

      Right guard is $3.29 each
Dial $3.49 each even with the coupons its not working out for me. Im new at this so there must be a trick i dont know about. Please help!

      Deal Idea**
      (2) Right Guard Deodorants
      (1) Dial Body Wash $3.49
-$1 off Dial for Men Body Wash, , RP 5/16, (exp 6/15)
Free Right Guard Deodorant wyb Dial for Men Body Wash, RP 6/13
-$1.50 off Right Guard New Total Defense 5, printable
      Total Due: 99¢

      • Jessica

The right guard deoderant is BOGO free this week. So, the 1st deoderant would ring up $3.29 and the second would ring up free. Assuming they let you use a coupon on the free item, your total would be $.99.

      • Scoutmom316

Right Guard is B1G1 at CVS this week. That's probably what you're forgetting.

        2 Right Guard b1g1…$3.29
        1 Dial $3.49
        Total $6.78

        -Free Right Guard ($3.29)
        – $1 off Dial
        -$1.50 off Right Guard
        That's $5.79 in savings…….$6.78 – $5.79= $0.99
It can be confusing but stick with it and it'll become second nature. Have fun!

        • Jackie

Thanks Im understanding! Suprised that you can do that but ok. So i went to CVS on got this deal except the cashier wouldn't let me use my $1 off dial… didnt make sense.. but still got a good deal!

    • Rmhill1978

On the $5 of $25 order coupon, I give that to the cashier first correct before any other coupons so my total stays over $25, then hand over my coupons??

If it says Limit 1 on an ECB deal, I thought that meant I would only get back ECBs one time for an item. But I had a B1G1 coupon for Old Spice Bodywash, so I bought 2 and got 8 ECB's…was that just a fluke or is there something I'm not understanding? Either way, I did AWESOME this week, my best week yet, after about 6 weeks of couponing and CVS'ing!

      Transaction 1

      2 Old Spice BodyWash @ $4 each
      – B1G1 Coupon
      – $3 ExtraCareBucks from previous week
Total Out of Pocket: $1 plus tax (don't remember the exact amount)
      + 8 ECB's Back

      Transaction 2

      2 Right Guard Men's Deodorants B1G1 @ $3.29
      – $3 off 2 Coupon
1 Pack of Huggies Pullups on sale $8.49
      – $2 off Coupon
      – $8 ECB from previous transaction
      Total OOP: .83 cents

      Total Spent OOP: Approx. $2.20!!

      • Shirley

Very nice, gratz on a trip well run! The ad does state that the body wash had a limit of one, but it was discovered that it was actually a limit of two, so bonus for anyone who used the B1G1 coupon. Probably a fluke or a misprint that nobody caught? Either way, I am not complaining! Lol, cheers
