One of the top questions I get is: “How do you save on Diapers?”

My quick answer back: “I buy them at Drugstores of course!”

I can usually get packs of diapers for under $4 each if not FREE!  Here are two examples of how…

Get $3 RR wyb (1) Huggies jumbo pk Diapers at $8.99
-$1 off Huggies Diapers Walgreens Childrens Activity Booklet (store coupon)
-$1 off any Huggies Diapers SS 1/17 or printable

-$2 off any Huggies Diapers
printable (IE) or printable (FF)

Buy: (1) Huggies Diapers
Use: -$2 off Coupon
Pay: $6.99
Get Back: $3 RR

That’s like getting it for $3.99. If you had the store coupon then use that too and it becomes $2.99!!

Note:  Some are reporting that you can use the $3 RR to buy another pack of diapers and it will print another RR.  It is happening in most areas, but not all so try with caution.

Rite Aid

Pampers jumbo pk Diapers $8.99
-$2 SCR #42 (Limit 1)
-$1.50 Pampers Extra Protection Diapers PG 2/7
-$1.50 Pampers Diapers or Pants PG 2/7

Buy $25, Get $5 Visa Reward Card & US Olympic Team Pin

I did a great combination deal at walgreens yesterday for some dove men's body and face wash and diapers. Trans #1 You buy 1 dove men's body and face wash ($5.99) use 1 $1.50 off printable coupon and buy a filler item(valentines day bag). First transaction you pay $4.76 plus tax get $6.00 in RR. Trans #2 You buy 1 pack huggies on sale $8.99 plus filler (27 cents) use a $2.00 huggies coupon and the $6RR from trans #1 you pay Oop$1.26 plus tax & you get $3RR, do trans #1again and this time use the $3RR from trans #2 and this time you pay $1.76 OOP and get $6.00RR, repeat alternating transactions until you get all of the diapers and soap that you can stand.

      • kpojero

I did the same thing on sunday. Great deal!! Gonna go today and do it again.

      • jackie

I had every intention on doing that until the person right in front of me literally took EVERY SINGLE body wash on the shelves… and they didn't even have coupons for them, so they were just hoarding… so frustrating when you actually need diapers and could use the RRs since you can only print so many diaper coupons!

      • Alysia

Why do you need a filler item on the first transaction?

      • Jess

I did the same thing today except my initial txn was to buy the Gillette fusion razor for $8.99 and use the $4 off coupon from the 2/7 P&G insert. I paid $5 oop and used the $4 RR to begin the sequence toward the body wash. I used spices, eggs, and olives as fillers and walked out with 2 pkgs diapers, 2 body washes, 1 razor, 1 doz eggs, 1 cans olives, and 2 ground cinnamons for $15 oop. I still had $3 rr left for my next trip.

      • Kathryn

why do you need a filler on trans 1? I want to go to WAGS tonight and try this deal- thanks for sharing!

        • Blair

Kathryn, at Walgreens the number of coupons you have cannot exceed the number of items you are purchasing. So if you are using a Register Reward and a manufacturer coupon that is considered 2 coupons so you must buy two items. Hope that explains it for ya!

      • reba123

I used your suggestion for transactions, had some different totals, but still came out great. All said and done, I walked away tonight with 3 bottles of body wash, 2 ($1 each)bottles of mouth wash, 4 Cadberry eggs (used these as my fillers) and 3 packs of diapers and spent a total of $23.16. I got all the diapers for FREE! Thanks!
Oh, and I ended up with 4 $5 off Enfimil coupons!!

Just another thought about savings on diapers…
We got a BabiesRUs Mastercard through Chase. We put ALL of our monthly expenses on it…groceries, bills, etc. For every $1000 we put on it, we get a $10 BabiesRUs Gift Card. The maximum you can get is 3 in one month's time. And, we often get 3 of them. And, the Gift Cards are good at BabiesRUs and ToysRUs! And, they can be used on anything, and can be used in the same transaction. So, we often only pay $10 or less for a HUGE pack of diapers…like 70-100 diapers. Or, we'll use them to buy toys, clothes, etc.

      • rachelmac13

Unless you're paying less than 1% interest on your credit card or your mastercard has it set up so that you don't pay any interest if you pay off the card within a certain amount of time (30 day month) then you aren't actually “getting a deal” on this. By my math, if you charge $1,000 on your mastercard and pay 9% interest (very low) on your purchases, then you are paying $90 a month in interest. If your interest is 20% (very high), then you are paying $200 a month in interest.
Did I explain that clearly? LOL Basically, if you pay any interest at all each month for having the right to use the card in the first place, then you aren't actually getting a deal on this. The only reason I'm replying this to you is because I've been “bitten in the butt” by so called deals that credit card companies and just wanted you to be aware of what they may be doing. Credit card companies are EXTREMELY wealthy for a reason. They are GREAT at tricking they're customers! :o) So be smarter than they are! :o)

        • Sara

She may be paying the balance every month like we do. In that case it is a deal.

        • stella

I don't pay interest. We are putting “budgeted” monthly expenses on the card each month, then paying it off in full each month. Thus, we pay NO credit card interest. So, we're actually just getting FREE $10 gift cards! In this situation, I think I've got them a bit outsmarted…but, thanks for the heads up!

        • Shelly

If individuals spent their money wisely then CreditCard companies would not make money. It is not their fault when a person overspends their income. The CreditCard companies are actually taking a risk on these spenders; therefore, the reward for them is high interest. Learn how to spend your income wisely and don't blame others (including credit card companies) when you actually borrow someone elses money.
I am sick of people blaming credit card companies and those of us who spend our money wisely get harmed.

    • Shauna

I will go out and do the $50 in rite aid diapers today! For our family that works great because my hubby uses prilosec as well so this month we will buy $50 of that to make the P&G total $100

    • denalowenberg

I have always bought diapers at Sam's because I thought I was getting a better deal and didn't have to deal with all the small packs of diapers and coupons. After seeing all of your posts I am definately trying the drugstore. Thanks so much for making it so easy to understand!

    • Rob

Here's another one from last week:

      Bayer Contour Meter $14.99
      Bayer Breeze2 Meter $14.99
      1 can Hunts – 99c
Use: (2) Bayer coupon for Meters –
      OOP= $1.02 and get 2/$10 in RR

Pampers @2/$20 – use 2/$10RR and pay just tax get $2 RR
or add -$1.50 PG and fillers <$1.50 for free.

    • sdavisva

I couldn't swing 6 pampers coupons (or the higher initial oop due to cash-flow constraints) for the RiteAid deal, but here's what I figured out. 3 packs at 8.99 will get you to the $25 threshold. Use $5/25 RA q, 3 $1.50 pampers q. That brings it to the $17.47. I still have my $10 Gift of Savings, so I will only spend $7.47 and get back $2 SCR and $5 gift card. Total OOP .47.
      HTH someone!

      • michele96

on your scenerio, what is the $10 gift of savings??

        • sdavisva

There was an extra rebate program back before Christmas. Spend $51-$100 over a certain period of time, get $10 back. You could earn $5 if you spent over $25 or earn $20 if you spent over $100. This is the second promotion they have done like this, and hopefully they will do it again soon. Maybe after the Life promotion is over? Everything you spend (before coupons) counts – you just have to enter your receipt info and then remember to ask for your gift check when the promotion is over. Way less stressful to me than rolling RR at Walgreens or ECB at CVS.

    • Nina

can anyone tell me where to go to get the Dove face and body wash $1.50 off printable coupon to combine w/ the Huggies Diaper coupon I see the Huggies but not the Dove…new to couponing thanks!

      • Kelley

You can go to Dove's website and print coupons for the mens products. I just typed Dove's Mens body wash in google and the link came up.

    • amy

I have a question about using the walgreens diaper coupon in the childrens activity book. I have this coupon and every time I try and use it for anything, they tell me it cant be used because it states … “off regular retail price only” .. so it doesnt go through. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just my walgreens? I keep seeing these deals for walgreens on the diapers and just trying to figure out how she adds this coupon in? Thanks

    • nana

      what is oop?

    • nana

      what is oop?

      • hallie

        out of pocket cost

    • dpcat

The last time I tried to use the Wags coupon on the huggies diapers, the cashier…who was nice enough to do so… had to re-enter the diapers for a dollar less than the sale price (because the coupon wouldn't take) which caused the RR not to print. So she was nice enough to re ring the diapers at regular price which made the RR print and then she just voided the transaction. Has anyone else had trouble with this Wags Huggies coupon?

    • Terri

Do you know whether Easy-Ups are part of the Rite-Aid deal?

    • sarah

Why did the Walgreens not print out a $2 RR when I bought the qualifying Pampers last week? I even called corporate!

Here's what I did: the first transaction was to buy the blink tears and scalpicin, to get 8 RR and 6 RR. That worked. My second transaction was a nightmare. I got the 2 pkgs of Pampers plus a filler item. Gave the cashier my 2 pampers q's and the 8 RR and 6 RR. The computer beeped w/ the second q. The manager said I couldn't use an RR in combination w/ a q. After he left, the cashier kept working the computer so it would work for me. Then, no 2 RR printed. I called corporate when I got home and they said an RR will not print from a transaction in which an RR was used to pay for the purchase. Even if the transactions are to purchase different items. What???!!! All the scenarios on here indicate it CAN be done!

      • VAGirl

Sarah, a RR will not print if you used a RR from “kimberly and clark” to recieve another RR from “kimberly and clark” products.Does that make sense?.. in my Wags in VA I couldn't roll over the Huggies diapers with a RR that I got from the kotex deal because then I wouldn't get the RR from the diapers because its the same company putting out the RR. It would work if I had used the RR from the Dove, different company. Check your RR to see who issused the RR.

        • sarah

VAgirl, thank you for the info. I'm not able to check who issued the RR since I already used it, but I will definitely try to remember that next time!

    • Amanda

Where is the rebate form for Proctor and Gamble? I easily spend 100 in their products with diapers

      • You have to login into RiteAid's single check rebate website. Then you enter your receipts as it explains. At the end of the month, go back to the website and submit your checks / claim your rebates. They will then send you the money. It so rocks, check it out.

    • This is what I also do for my beautiful baby grand baby. Thank you for sharing I Love sharing deals with people too! If you don’t mind I’d like to copy your diaper deal and then put a link back to your site?
Let me know My site is http://www.smartmomssavingmoney.com
      Thank you!

    • I don't find $4 for the small pack of diapers to be a good deal. It takes 2 of them to equal the longer pack and 4 of them to equal a box. At $4 a pack that would equal $16 a box. I can use a $2 coupon at Walmart and get a box for that. I much prefer buying them at Publix and using Baby Club coupons stacked with in-ad coupons stacked with manufacturer coupons. When I have the 3 to stack, I buy as many as I can get. This makes for a large overstock, but then I don't have to buy them at ridiculous prices. This past month I bought several BOXES for $9.99. Two of those boxes will cost me $1 after I get the kimberly clark/unilever rebate.

      • makclair

Would they let you use an in-ad coupon as well as the baby club coupon? I didnt' think you could use 2 store coupons.

        • I asked the mgr. and she said that using the Baby club and the in-ad Q together was totally fine. I do it everytime they put the in adQ AND I have Baby Club Q's. I belong to a coupon train and often others send me their diaper babyclub Q's, so I get to make a good deal on diapers.

          • shannonloneal

Consider yourself very lucky. My publix would not allow me to use the in-ad Q and a baby club Q.

    • shay91008

If the limit is 1 scr for pampers at rite aid , how are you doing this deal? This is my first month shopping at rite aid so I'm not sure if you can do that many rebates per reciept, name etc. Thanks

    • shay91008

Nevermind I see that you are only getting the $2 scr on the 1 pack

    • Jenni

Walgreens RR ARE rolling over at the Duncan, SC location, and usually all the upstate stores are on the same system. The people there were very nice – lot of young people, but all very friendly and one even told me about a coupon they had that I didn't know about. The cashier was patient through all my transactions. I was SO pleasantly surprised.

    • nancy

I could not remebmer if the P&G rebate has started.

    • justgettingstarted

I would like to know if these diaper coupons are good for pull-ups also or do the coupons have to say for pull-ups?

    • sarahNC

      Jenny (or anyone),
I've got 2 questions for the P and G rebate that ends this Sat the 13th:
      1) Do I have to spend $25 all at one time, or can it be over several trips?
      2) Is this only at Rite Aid, or can I submit P and G receipts from other stores in combination as well?

      Thanks for your help!

    • jessica

can someone help me i never shop at rite aid cause its inconvenient to my home but for the diapers i will. Im confused on how to get 15.00 visa gift card from there is i only spend 35.00? if i buy 3 packs of pampers and use the coupons listed and them repeat. my total is only 35.00 so is the total pre coupons?????????? please help a stay at home mom

      • jessheartscoupons

The amount you spend BEFORE coupons is what counts. Once you ring in your $5 off coupon and three $1.50 off coupons, your total out of pocket will be $17 and change per transaction.

    • blondie_2010

Kroger has easy ups for 8.99 and there is a $ 2.00 coupon available the manufactures website. If you are lucky you might have gotten a kroger coupon for an extra 1.00 to use also.
Pull-ups cool-alert are being discontinued at my Kroger and are $7.30. Check yours and then combine that deal with a coupon.

    • ajrl

Went to Walgreens today to do the diaper deal. I bought one dove body wash, 1 pack of pull ups, used $2 pullup Q and $1.50 Dove Q…total oop 12.48 got back $9RR. 2nd transaction repeated the first + 2 pencils as filler items, same Q's + $9 RR…total oop $4.44, but this time the RR didn't print for the body wash and the huggies. This was in Anderson SC, does anyone know of a store near Anderson that the RR's would've printed? Is this what y'all are referring to as “rolling”? Sorry..newbie! Please help!

      • suenatzke

You cannot use RR from the a company to pay for additional purchases from that same company or the RR will not print the second time. You would have had to buy something else that gave out RR for transaction # 2 and then repeated # 1 and you would have gotten the RR again. I had to learn this the hard way too!

        • ajrl

ok…so are dove and huggies the same company? Could I buy a dove body wash get the $6 RR, use that on the huggies, get the $3 RR, use that on another body wash etc.?? Just trying to get as many diapers for as cheap as possible! Thanks for your help!

          • sue

I don't think that they are the same company. What you have to do is look on the back in the fine print and see who are the parent company's for the products you are buying, and then stagger them accordingly.

    • lazonya

I walked away from Rite Aid yesterday with 6 packs of Pampers, 2 bottles of Nivea body wash, 1 bottle of Dove for men, 4 Nivea lip balms, 1 CVS 2 oz hand sanitizers (filler item) for $18 and change, and should be getting $26 back. The cashier looked completely floored, shook her head and said incredulously, “HOW do you do that?” Granted, I did use my $20 Winter Gift of Savings coupon to do it, but I hadn't spent any money to get that, so my OOP is still absolutely nothing!
      I did 3 transactions:
      1. 3 packs diapers, 1 Nivea body wash, 2 packs GE reveal light bulbs. Used $5 off/$25, 1 $2.50 off Pampers (our area was lucky and got those in the last PG pack), 2 $1.50 off Pampers, 1 0.40 off light bulbs Rite aid coupon, 2 $1 off GE reveal light bulbs, 1 $2 off Nivea body wash, and my $20 Gift of Savings. Paid 0.11 OOP.
      2. 3 packs Pampers; used 1 $5/$25, 3 2.50 off Pampers. Paid $14.47 OOP
      3. 4 Nivea lip balm, 1 Dove for Men body wash, 1 Nivea Body wash, 1 RA 2 oz hand sanitizer for 1.29; used $5/20 for watching videos, 2 BOGO Nivea lip balm, 2 $1 off any Nivea, 1 1.50 off Dove for Men, 1 $2 off Nivea body wash. Paid 4.05 OOP

Should get back: rebates: $2 for light bulbs, $4 for Dove, $5 RA gift card for Nivea, $15 Visa Reward card for diapers

    • Brooke82

Can I get 3 of the Huggies diapers in one purchase or do I have to do them seperately to get the RR?

    • mcbstingray

Did the Rite Aid deal with Pampers, but how do you get the $15 Visa Gift Card? Help…new to this stuff!

    • MOMx4

In the Rite Aid / Pampers transaction above, how do you get the $15 Visa Gift Card on 2 transactions? Does the P&G offer allow you to combine receipts?

    • havcoupon

Watch out reading the fine print on the Rite Aid deal and the $2 SCR is only for 31-36 count. I need size 5 diapers and those are 27 ct. So won't get the extra $2 SCR but did still qualify for the P&G so will get that.
