Here are the scenarios I planned for the three drugstore lists the week of 4/05. To see the where these coupons are from and to see all the rest of the deals click on the store name to go to the full match up list.

This week has great deals at all three stores. I don’t normally drive to all of them, but this week we might just do that.

    • i wonder can you use the canada coupon for skintimate in the usa????

    • Hi! I’m totally new to all of this so please excuse the possibly dumb question! LOL!

Looking at the CVS sale paper for the upcoming week I see that I can “get $3 ECB when I buy 3 12 packs of Coke” & other deals such as “spend $20 on Cover Girl products & get $10 ECB”. Can I receive both of those on the same transaction or do I have to pay for each deal separately? I see that it says “Extra Bucks offer limit of 1 per household” but wasn’t sure if that meant 1 of each deal (which is all I would need ) or only 1 total.

I’m 9 months pregnant & have a 2.5 year old so it’s easiest for me to do it all in one transaction if that’s possible but wanted to check with someone who would know for sure.

    • Wendy

Just want to remind you that Physician Formula is 40% on 4/19-25, so you might want to wait to get a better deal.
I am sure you know HCW, check the weekly deal for details. :)

      Your fan,
      wendy

    • Wendy

      sorry, it is “40% OFF”

    • Stephanie

I love your website, but have to be careful not to buy things that I don’t need/use.. even if they are FREE in the end. That being said.. I wanted to share my first attempt at drug storing with you..and thank you for the tips!

      Walgreens:
      Buy:
      (1) Colgate Total Toothpaste $3.49

      Used:
      -$1 off Colgate
      -$1.50/2 Reach Products

      Total Due: $5.99
      Get Back: $3.49, $2.50 RR
      Total: FREE

Free toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss! My dentist would be so proud!

    • tonya

the rite aid manager today told me they were not supposed to take the $5 off $25 order if you got it off the internet. does anyone know if there is anywhere else i can get one to use each week?

      thanks for your help!

      • Jenny

        Tonya,

That’s the only place that you can get the $5 off $25 coupon. You can sign up on their site and get a different one emailed to you, but they are still all off the internet.

    • Debbie

where do you go to get the $5 off $25 coupon?

    • tonya

      debbie,

click on the store name “Rite Aid” then click on the $5 off $25 “printable”.

    • I know that this is totally out of the question, but I went to get the newspaper on Sunday that has all the coupons in it, when I went home and opened it, it didn’t have the Red Plum in it. I’m going to ask the store if maybe people have been taking just he coupons out instead of buying the whole newspaper. Did this just happen to me or did this happen to everyone else. I thought it could be becuase of so many Easter coupons and such that they didn’t put in Red Plum.

    • Joy

I thought there was alist of the prices of grocery items on this website. You mentioned in your class that there was one.

      • Jenny

Joy, Click on Extreme Couponer 101 on the side bar links and look for Buy Price list in the titles (or search for Buy Price)

    • Brenda

Hii! I was doing the Rite Aid thing today on some shampoo buy 4 of them and get the 10.00 SCR rebate…After getting home I realized that they only charged me for 3 of them…If I go buy another one (shampoo) will that still generate a 10.00 SCR for items purchased on different receipts as long as it falls in the rebate month??

      • Jenny

Yes it will generate the rebate, they do not have to be in the same transaction. Did they ring up at the right price, $5 ea, since you only got 3?

    • Christa

Nancy, I had 1 Smartsource missing – I just think there were so many coupons this weekend that the paper messed up.

    • Christa

Brandi, you can do in 1 transaction, BUT you want to do in 2. Here’s why – buy the Covergirl products (use as many coupons as you have products if possible) The $ 20 total is BEFORE coupons. Now, at the end of transaction, you will get $ 10 ECB. Now go to Transaction #2, buy the cokes, and use the $ 10 ECB to pay for your cokes. This is what is called “working the system”. You want to decrease your out of pocket money. Then a $ 3 ECB will print out that you can use to buy something you need that is more than $ 3(3rd transaction) or save it for the next visit.

    • to STEPHANIE:

if you see that you have the certain coupon, and can get things for free, I think you need go ahead and get it!!

There are so many people around who need your “FREE” stuff, the neighbor down the street, or that single mom you know….or even just put the stuff you dont want that you got free in a box, and once that box fills up take it to a shelter or food bank for people who need it.Especially if you have kids this is a great way to show them how to be kind and giving. We should use this opportunity we have to give back to our community!

      Just my thoughts…
