Fiber One has a fun new game on their website called the Fiber Friend Face Off.  You get to create a little person and then play a game show to see how much you really know about Fiber.  I confess it is easy to win the game (just pick the Fiber One products) but if you spend a few minutes actually learning it could be good for you.

Most of us get half of the daily recommended amount of fiber in our diets.  Go and play and see what you really know.  As an incentive to play there are numberous printable coupons at the end of the game and they give away daily prizes and you are entered for a grand prize spa getaway!
