I sure hope you Atlanta folks are helping the rest of us by shopping at FL and letting them know we like their new coupon policy — I would love for all of the stores to do this….. :-)

      • Katarain

I'd like to, but it's hard to figure out deals. It seems that the best deals are still at the other stores. Food lion will match prices in the Atlanta area, as well as double coupons, but I haven't found any deals that end up better at Food Lion to make it worth getting the sales paper together to go there. I've been looking for .55 cent coupons to match up with deals, since Food Lion will double those and our other stores won't.

I also find that their regular prices are more expensive than other stores. I'm hoping to shop there more so that they end up doubling everywhere.

        • Nahlakalley

Does anyone know if food lion in virginia doubles ?

          • Erin

      • Jill

I have been trying to. I actually did ALL my shopping there this week. I took my Kroger, and Publix ad and coupons. I also bought my milk and eggs there (usually buy at ALDI but now its cheaper at FL). I was quite happy after my trip this week. And FYI when matching B1G1 free deals (like Publix) my store does it off the FL original price, not Publix's which saved me even more!

      • RobinB78

I hope they are too!!! We have limited choices of where to shop in my town. It's Food Lion, Walmart or Piggly Wiggly. Or drive an hour to Harris Teeter, which I won't do until they start triples next week!! Of the other local stores, FL is the best. Walmart is just plain rude and the PWs here are disgusting. Come one FL!!! Give the rest of us the goods! LOL

    • Christa

Is the Cottonelle coupon still available?

      • Keyrahollmer

Try the 50/1 coupon, it will print, the other one seems to be gone…

    • Tonya

Food Lion is definitely upping their game. Scanned my MVP card as I walked in at the machine (I forget what they're called) and got a $4 off $75 purchase along with other coupons I needed. Hoping they'll double coupons soon at all stores.

Did anyone find the Arm & Hammer coupon? What zip did you use?

      • Keyrahollmer

It worked for me in 30534, it is the arm n hammer power gel detergent coupon.

        • keb2009

hmm, seems to be gone now?

    • Blair

What zip code is that $1 off Cottonelle coupon in?

    • Dgram41

Check out this news link – A woman in Columbia, SC is wanted for passing $700 worth of fraudulent coupons @ Food Lion. Here’s the link to the story: http://www.wistv.com/Global/story.asp?S=12653804#

      • Stoutrobin

OMG! This is why our coupon usage is gonna come to an end! I cant stand a thief and that's exactly what these ppl are that try to cheat with coupons! Hope she gets caught and put under the jail!

    • 129hutch

Wow! If I am calculating right the Coke/Sausage deal comes out to under $4 for everything with the coupons I have (don't have the Coke ones). We're not big sausage eaters but for that price we'll become them :)

      • Melissa

If your family is not opposed to alcohol, the brats are good cooked in the skillet with a can of beer. Then you can serve them on hoagies with sauteed onions and peppers.

        • 129hutch

Sounds delicious- we may give it a try :)

        • RobinB78

ooooo… we do that too Melissa! Soooo yummy!!!!

          • Stoutrobin

My hubby loves bratts. I'll have to try that! Thx

        • madpaulmom

My husband marinates the brats in 2 cans of beer and onions for a day or two, then grills them. AMAZING!

    • Lanavdixon

I found the Cottonelle coupon under zip 30187 yesterday but could not find it today.

    • DonnaChas

I can't find the Cottonelle coupon.

Also on the Dove/Degree coupons all the links for (Degree once you click the printable link it will say “Don't Fret the Sweat” at the top—-every one on that page, whether for 1 to $1.25 or 2 for $3.00, every link has a message “No Prints available for this campaign!” …… Why would we have this saying already.! I guess I don't understand why we can't print these…anyone know?

      • Keyrahollmer

Try the 50/1 printable, it will work, the other one must be gone. I got the dove one to print, try it again, or maybe on a different computer. Hope this helps…

    • Thall561

I am stoked!!! I have a $4 off catalina coupon for cottonelle!!!!

    • no spend dad

1 thing I have noticed and wanted to just alert everybody that the foodlion coupons they email you “Shoppers companion” with usually 4 coupons, the coupons the send you this week are usually sale items next week. Im just a little slower so I just caught on.

      • no spend dad

not all the coupons are on sale but 1 or 2 are uaually

    • Maryccc1959

I'm thinking food lion pasta could be cheap with the $1 flip. How much is food lion chunk cheese? That $2 FLIP should make it cheap and I love The chocolate milkflip too.

      • FL pasta is .69 – 1.09 and chunk cheese is 2/$4.00 at my store. Milk was $2.69 (1/2 gallon). So FREE cheese and Free to Cheap pasta!!

      • Stoutme

What's the flip? Sorry, I'm lost! Guess I dont know that lingo, lol

        • Weezer

FLIP is Food Lion Internet Printable. You can access store coupons for Food Lion and Harvey's at their respective websites.

    • Ashbbam

my fl had clorox2 bogo @ 6.99 and there was $1 off peelies on them! so i got 2 for 4.99 i think was the price.

    • ChelleKD

Went to one of my local FL's today with my “free” Libby's canned veggie and “free” McCormick spice..the cashier said they couldn't accept free item coupons anymore bc of the whole Dorrito fraud thing..I told him I shop there often and that would be a decisive factor as to where I shop. I told him he didn't have to take them I'd take them to Publix ( Yes, I was nice.) and he said he'd have to get mgr approval. I said that's ok by me but he never did. The young cashier was worried about losing his job. I told him it wasn't worth it over 2 free items.. I'm finding my local Walmart and FL becoming more of a challenge with my coupons now. Ugh!

    • R_moon

I know there is only one day left but with the newly loaded Keebler q of $1 off any one package of cookies we could save pretty big by using 2 on the BOGO, right? founf the q on the southernsavers home page.

    • Mary Ellen

I used printable coupons last week and Sunday of this week. Today I was told Food Lion does not accept printable coupons. Oh well, I am loving my Harris Teeter more and more. Thanks for all you do to help us make our budgets work.
