Subway and the Biggest Loser are teaming up to provide a 12 song workout mix.  Go here to download yours.

The songs are:

Bleeding Love  – Leona Lewis
American Boy – Estelle
Umbrella – Rihanna
Stronger – Kanye West
4 Minutes – Madonna
Love Story – Taylor Swift
No Surprise  – Daughtry
Sugar – Flo Rida
Paparazzi – Lady GaGa
When I Grow Up – The P.Cat Dolls
Second Chance – Shinedown

I downloaded it, but I confess as a stay at home mom I don’t know half of these names.  My music consists of “The Wheels on the Bus” and “Jesus Loves Me”.

(thanks Brandie!)

LOL!!! My music is the same as yours .. very child-like and child-friendly!! ;-) the sign of a good mom!

    • Kim C

yep, I’m there with ya ! Veggie Tales mainly for me. ;o)

    • I don’t know half the songs either but they sure pump me up! Great for getting the kids energized to do their chores. And I LOVE Biggest Loser – bought their Wii game for Christmas and it is worth it’s weight in gold to me.

    • Jennifer

Y’all are funny!! Side note: It is supposed to be The Pussycat Dolls…lol

      • Jenny

I changed the title slightly, it really was an intentional error though :) you’ll be amazed at the spam comments I get from posts that have words like that in them. Spam “bots” will leave tons of horrible comments with links to places we never would want to go.

    • Emily

      it wont work

    • jen

Yeah same here about the kiddie songs but my 5 year old does like to sing I’m a country boy ..drives a 4 wheel drive by alan jackson lol

    • Linda

Thanks for this; it’s great! This will be awesome at getting me moving around the house! My kids are dancing with me in the kitchen as we speak…

    • Stacy

Our favorite song right now is peanut butter jelly time, I find myself singing it to myself. What! Its catchy… ;)

The best moms take time for themselves because they are stronger and healthier. Choose you in 2010. Find some you time this year. Get moving for a healthier and stronger you. These songs though many I don’t recognize nor do I find them kid friendly do get you moving. With 7 out of 10 women overweight and 4 out of 10 obese we all need to move more. Using these songs to get moving or moving more will not only prolong our lives, keep diseases like diabetes at bay, and serve as good role modeling for our children. A great mom teaches their children to not only choose healthy foods but to be active. Our children are sponges watching us so lets get moving in 2010. Start the download now.

        Well said Amy!!!

    • ELissa

The songs are remixes and are very “jazzercise-ey”, I deleted most of them because they sound ridiculous. But they certainly would keep your pace!

      • Jessica

Two of the songs have been choreographed by Jazzercise. Jazzercise is the leading dance-fitness program in the world. I’m sure it would kick your butt if you came to a class.

    • I just started a forum for people who want to try a 30 Day Resolution instead of a Year Resolution so I was thrilled to post a link to SS and this offer, thanks Jenny!

Anyone is welcome to come by and chat. It’s not a blog, you can post whatever you want and get support from others trying to reach to a 30 day goal – so far every goal is about diet and exercise!

      • This is fun music! The kids and I danced to it today – they danced I tried to make mine a workout. Thanks!

    • angelaT

If you had preteens and teenagers you would know all of these songs or just about all of them. I have a 12 year old so no Wheels on the bus songs anymore.
I haven’t listen to it yet but I think my daughter will love it and get up and dance with me as part of my workout. She use to workout with me about 6 years ago when she adored me maybe we can get that back by connecting with HER music.

    • Lana

I really liked the majority of them, and a few were even ones I’ve considered purchasing — so a great deal! ;)

    • Jenna

ok no offense but some of yall need to get a life and leave the kids at home for awhile. Dont get me wrong I have kids to and I am constantly listening to kids Bop, alvin and the chipmunks, veggie tales and whatever they want to hear, but for heavens sake people get a life.
