This week we made one quick trip for a household staple that we were thrilled to see on sale, Pop Tarts!  I don’t know exactly how many boxes we left the store with but after putting them in the pantry I’m thinking we will head back for some more before the sale ends.

Between the three kids (and the adults) we can go through a box every other day!  We are going to need a Pop Tart rationing program…

Publix:
Total Value: $35.66
Total Spent: $18.90
Total Saved: $16.76

This also included a last minute run for two non sale items to make fajitas.  It was May 5th, what else was I going do?

Big Tip here…  try to never have a last minute run for anything.  It’s pretty much always full price when you do.
