We had some great shopping trips this week!  We hit Publix, Walgreens, CVS, and Kroger.  A very big week for a girl who usually only hits one grocery and one drugstore.

snapshot_20090505_6This was our Publix trip.  Lots of Produce and one non sale item…  we had to have laundry soap :(

Publix:
Total Before Sales and Coupons: $89.57
Total Spent: $32.12
Total Saved: $57.45 or 64.1%

I had a Kroger $6 off $60 coupon I used and free coupons for the yogurts.  The competitor coupon helped me feel better about the retail laundry detergent.

Kroger:
Total before coupons and sales: $68.10
Total Spent: $35.94
Total Saved: $32.16 or 47.2%

No picture, we bought this on our way out of town today.  It was 2 gallons of milk, toilet paper, paper towels, hot dogs, buns, carrots, capri suns, denta stix, fish sticks, baby wipes, warm delights, bisquik, and canned meat.

CVS:
Total before sales and coupons: $20
Total Spent: $15
ECB remaining $10

My husband bought cokes all by himself.  I’m proud of him, though he has no ECB’s to reduce his out of pocket.  He is set now though and is stocked for drinks at work.

Walgreens:
Total before Sales and coupons: $28.60
Total spent: $18.22 on gift card
RR remaining: $6
Rebates to be redeemed: $10

We did the swiffer deal.  I love my swiffer wet jet and was thrilled to get it for a great price.

Weeks Total:
Total before Sales and Coupons: $206.27
Total Spent out of pocket: $83.06
Total Saved: $123.21 or 59.7%

Year to date:
Total Value of Purchases: $2899.08
Total Spent: $909.01 ($47.84 weekly average)
Total Saved: $1990.07 or 68.6%

We were high this week but most was my husband wanting to try his hand at CVS.  If he can stick with it those $10 ECB can go very far!

**I will have Rite Aid and Walgreens deals up tomorrow afternoon.  It is time for lights out after a night of traveling**
