just had the weirdest thing happen. I was bored, so I decided to make a quick trip to Kroger tonight to try to use up some of the coupons that I've got expiring tomorrow.. My total after sales/coupons was – 1 cent and I didn't even use one of the $.50 coupons that I was planning on using. I'm not sure what happened. I even bought a gallon of milk. so weird! not that I'm complaining. I saved $48.73, spent $0 oop (including tax) and got back $2.50 oyno!!!

    • Thanks Jenny for the coupon match-ups. I'm saving so much money that I am going to start “Clipping for College” for my children!

I just started using coupons a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it! Went to BiLo today…spent $91.86. Subtotal before savings was $162.30. I have never had a cart full of groceries and paid less than $150! WooHoo!
I thought I was doing good just going to Walmart or Aldi and getting very basic items. Now I am spending less and my family gets a better variety of food! Thanks for everything Jenny!

This is my best deal for the week… Fred's had Airwick Smartbuys for 4.00 each I had a coupon for 4.00 off. I paid 4.03 for 13 of them. Which of course was the tax.

Thank you so much for helping me get paid to shop at Rite Aid! This was a stellar week, I made $25 shopping there this week and got my regular hair dye for free. This is so much fun. Blessings!

      Hi Jenny,

My best deal this week was at Kroger. I purchased two Crest toothpastes for $1.00 each and used 50 cent off coupons, getting them for free. However, then I did one better. On the shelf was a choice of Crest toothpastes. I picked the one with the trial size package attached for free, making it (2) 6.4 oz of Crest toothpaste, and 2 trial size. Then it gets better…

In the trial size box were coupons for $1.00 off Oral B toothbrushes, which happened to be on sale at Kroger for $1.00 each.

So, I got 4 tubes of toothpaste and 2 toothbrushes for free.

Is it just me or does it seem many stores are really starting to crack down on couponing? It is getting EXTREMELY frustrating lately. My WAGS is suddenly not accept monthly booklet coupons & MQ on same item?!?! And Target treated me like a criminal today trying to use just a reg MQ that rang up $1.80 instead of $3 off. I love what couponing has done for our budget but these stores need to learn a bit more about customer service. Thank you Jenny for all you do for us!
