This has been one of those weeks for me.  We all have them so, I know you understand.  I did go shopping at both Kroger & Publix, they were tiny trips just to grab a few of the healthier items they had on sale and the fresh produce on sale.  I confess though that after cleaning my house for company I have no idea where the receipts are or what the savings was.

I do remember what I bought though because I’ve been eating it all week

Publix:

I went in for the Smart One’s B1G1 deal on Tuesday before the ad change, and then when back for the Arnold Sandwich Thins on the new ad.  I also added some salad mix.

  • With the sandwich thins, some Deli Fresh meat I already had and a few veggies from the garden I’ve been having delicious 3 point sandwiches for lunch (points are part of weight watchers so it really means “super healthy”)  To add flavor I’ve been using fat free dressing that was B1G1 a few weeks ago to the top.

Kroger:

I grabbed manager special bread and meat (find what day your store marks down things and make that your shopping day – there are awesome deals).  We also grabbed fresh fruit, cherries, and strawberries.

Total we probably spent around $20 bucks for everything.  Sorry I can’t get more specific for ya.
