Here are the deals that start at Harris Teeter starting Wednesday 3/10. It’s a pretty good week for coupons, though maybe not the best I’ve seen. I like the Kellogg’s cereal deal a lot, hopefully you can also find some deals here you like/need.shoppinglist1

If you see any other deals please share!

Coupon Policy:
1. You do not have to buy 2 of the B1G1 items, each item will ring up half price.
2. Coupons are doubled that are 99¢ or less.
3. They will double 20 coupons per day/transaction.
4. You must have a VIC card to get sale prices and for your coupons to double.
5. Most stores only allow one coupon per B1G1 deal, so only buy one per transaction if possible.

If these are BOGO this week, Is the $6.45 the correct price?

      • justincase1031

$6.45 is the normal price for 1. The price in parenthsis is the price if you just bought 1 at half price, since that is how B1G1 items ring up. So, if you only bought 1, it will ring up at 3.22 then you would use your $1 coupon and the price will be $2.22. I think Jenny just had a typo. Not sure how she came up with those figures…lol. Maybe she was tired. She does an awful lot!!

    • Susan

My Harris Teeter ad says Tide 100 oz is $9.77 on e-vic.

    • momMe

does harris teeter accept comp coupons? Do they stack and double coupons? i have a $1off publix coupon for choco cheerios that i got out of the sales ad. i also have a manufacture coupon for 50c off i got out the sunday paper inserts. If they take comp coupons and will double it would make it free right?

      • great_state

HT will only accept competitors coupons for $$ off of the total order, not for individual items.

    • Susan

Anybody find the Keebler cookie coupon? Can't locate it.

      • sissy

        me either

      • kristanlynn

i found it in one of the booklets from sunday's paper (3/7). i don't remember which one, i believe it was smartsource. hope that helped. it's a smaller coupon and i almost missed it.. i didn't see it till i went back through a second time.

    • saavy shopper

I think $5.77 for Tide is a typo… my e-VIC email lists it for $9.77.

      • blueeyes99

Yeah. Mine says $9.77 also. Although I wish:)

      • Melissa

mine also says 9.77. i was so disappointed when i looked at my sale paper and saw this was wrong

      • It's usually a good idea to double check prices using the eVic newsletter and/or HT website. I like to print out my shopping list from the HT site because of the way it's organized plus I can add my own items and notes.

    • jwhitley77

Anyone have a zip that works for the Keebler cookies? I've tried 5 or 6 different ones… TIA

      • Feeding 6

        No luck for me either.

    • Heather

Maybe it's just me but I'm not seeing the Kelloggs's cereal as such a great deal. Still paying over $2.00 a box, right? Am I missing something? Thanks!

      • Feeding 6

I totally agree. Have found better deals elsewhere or on the General Mills cereal.

      • jessica1970

I'm with Heather on this one. I think I'll dig into my current cereal stash.

      • bridget

There is supposed to be a Kelloggs catalina – have read about it on other sites. Wednesday (today!) is the last day of it, though.

      • There's 2 deals going on that are in sync for today only that make the Kellogg's a GREAT deal if you have .70/1 blinkie q's that you can find at Kroger or Food Lion. I put info up in my blog- you wind up making 5 cents when you buy 5 boxes. But it's good today only!

    • jessica1970

Has anyone ever had any luck freezing milk?

      • Heather

I freeze milk all the time! It's fine. Seemed kind of weird at first, but it thaws out fine for me. You do, however, need to pour some out before you stick in the freezer…it will expand. I usually thaw it out on the counter for a few hours and then put in the fridge, and please make sure you shake it up before you start pouring!! It does take a bit to thaw completely, but when you find a good price (such as it is right now:) ) it is worth the little bit of effort. HTH!

        • jessica1970

Thanks, Heather. I'm going to give it a try. Seems like milk prices are crawling higher again, so I'm going to take advantage of HT's sale this week.

          • deniseCLT

i freeze milk all the time, and i have never actually poured any out first. there is room in the container for expansion. also, if you have a friend with a costco membership, that is consistently the cheapest place to buy milk – $1.84 a gallon every day! (at least in charlotte). my mom has a membership and whenever i go with her i pick up a couple gallons, one for the fridge and one to freeze until it's needed.

    • kcreviews

I can't get any of the linked coupons to print, and I normally have no trouble. Anyone have any ideas? I tried IE and FF but neither worked.

    • Amber Cunningham Hall

I was in Harris Teeter this past Monday buying the Ragu on e=vic price and they would not allow me to use my coupon as well. Is this a general rule? Also, I used the Apple Jack 70 cent off coupon that came from the ceral isle and it did no double. Do some coupons just not double?

      • Heather

That doesn't seem right, you should have been able to use the Q on ragu. I got a couple of the same Q's for .70 and I'm pretty sure the barcode started with a “9”. Those will not not double. It's funny cause Food Lion had the same ones and they started with a “5”, and those will double.

      • TheodoresMom

The rule at my HT is that if it is a store printed coupon (comes at check out) they will not double. The same rule may apply to coupon dispensers in the store, I do not know for sure though.

    • curtisa

I hope triples is coming real soon

    • Carrie

I can't seem to find the tidy cats coupon – anybody else have any luck?

    • David

I see that the price for the for the Smithfield Baby back ribs is 1.97 and b1g1 which makes it 98 cents a pound. Is that right?

    • Scott

Appears that Harris Teeter doesn't accept B1G1 coupons printed off the Internet. They claim it is company policy. Am I missing something?

      • No, that’s not true. They just won’t accept “free” printable coupons – that is, no purchase required. You can see their coupon policy at http://www.harristeeter.com/promotions/online_coupons/coupon_policy.aspx

      • Lindsay

Pretty sure that's right. I think their policy is not to accept a printed coupon for a free item, only for money off. If the money off makes the item free, it's ok, but they won't honor an internet coupon for a free item, even if it's a bogo coupon.

        • Scott

Okay, so that means you can use the printable coupon listed here for Sobe Lifewater. Just a heads up for everyone!

          • Scott

I should have said, you CANNOT use the printable coupon(s) listed here for Sobe Lifewater…

    • Tina

I couldn't find the Keeble coupon either. Got tired of looking and gave up.

    • NCMomof4

Where did you find the Smithfield Babyback ribs for $1.97 / (.98)? They are BOGO at my store, but the regular proce is $5.99.

    • madpaulmom

The Charlotte area stores have Breyers Ice Cream for 1.99, limit 3. I wish I could find some coupons to make this even better.

    • Trixie

Did anyone figure out a zipcode for the Keebler cookies? I've had no luck

    • Scott

Just as a heads up, Harris Teeter will NOT accept coupons such as the one for Sobe Lifewater this week. They do not accept printable B1G1 free coupons even if they are from the manufacturer.

      • heather

Yeah, if an internet q says “free” on it, HT wont accept it:(

        • Joe

That's their policy, but I've had dozens of cashiers accept them – used my Sobe Lifewater coupon today in fact. I just guess it depends on luck.

Must be the luck of the draw because I used my (internet printed) BOGO eggs coupon–actually two of them–from the recent Edible Egg promo and they honored them, no questions asked.

If there is one thing I find difficult as a newbie couponer, it's the fact that policies vary so much from store to store within the same chain. YMMV (your milage may vary) certainly seems to apply in the coupon game! :o)

Harris Teeter NC Triad, NC Triangle and Charleston have a 3-day (Fri-Sun) “Pick your own items and save up to $16” offer for VIC members. Coupons are in local Friday newspaper.

My HT wouldn't accept 3 Q's for 3 NoYolks noodles last night. The register rejected the last Q because it would make my noodles free. I've been using Q's for each item there since I've started this, have they changed their policy now?

      • Shelly

I purchased each bag in a seperate transaction so there wouldn't be any issues. Usually they only take one Q on a B1G1.

The HT in Cary has an offer that if you buy 2 Kraft products you get $2 off HT milk. Look for the offer info posted near the milk and near the snack bars. Make sure that when you check out the $2 is taken off. It did not take it off my order automatically, but when I mentioned it to them, they took the $2 off. Also, the free evic member trash bags didn't automatically come off but when I brought it to their attention they took off the $6.

Thanks, Stephanie–I'm in Cary, too! Do you need a coupon for this (i.e. is there a tearpad?), or is this an automatic discount with two Kraft products and milk?

        • Stephanie

There isn't a tear pad or coupon needed. If you look my the milk or the snack bars there is a info on the promotion. Make sure that the cashier takes the discount off.

The Keebler Cookies coupon link takes you to Red Plum, but there are no Keebler coupons that I could find… I'm not surprised though!!
