    • Erika7625

I am having problems findng the LaCroix Water, couopon…anyone else?

      • cs

        can't find it either

      • guest

        I didn't see it, either.

      • Sarah

Oh ok, so it's not just me. I tried no zip code, my zip code, and 90210…nada.

    • Boxerpupmom1127

This is my first time doing Super Doubles, and I don't have coupons from mailers, can I print several out from the internet? A friend told me I can only have 2 like coupons from the internet per transaction.

      • guest

Your friend is right. Most sites will only let you print 2 (try it and you'll get an error), and you can only use 2 of the same coupon per transaction at HT. However, if you somehow get more than 2 of a coupon, you can make another trip on another day.

        • Boxerpupmom1127

Thanks! I understand now :) I'm a newbie to the coupon world & I'm trying to get it all straight so I don't look totally lost in line this week. Super excited though!

          • luv2shop

You will LOVE superdoubles. Pace yourself. This is only my 4th one, but I am already stocked up. It does not take long at HT!

    • karen

      thanks Jenny

    • Keri

my HT has been really tough with coupons lately. Can we still use coupons on the free items we're getting on the meal deal ( the ortega coupons in particular)?

      • No, Harris Teeter does not allow coupons on the ;free” items

    • Msfmarktng

I just found out that we have a new neighborhood HT Grand Opening on Tuesday night with the shopping center ribbon cutting on Wednesday morning. Any advice on what to look for at a Grand Opening – any specials? Or should I steer clear until they have their ducks in a row?

      • mightymousemom

I went to a Grand Opening of a HT store a few years ago and they had awesome specials in that store only for the first few days…..would be worth going just to see the grand opening specials…I remember getting 29c lb bananas, 99c lb hamburger etc….plus also to do the super double deals……

    • Chrissy

I was told last night at Harris Teeter that they will only accept 3 of the same coupon. Just the day before I had used 4 of the same coupon. I'm not sure if it is only new to our local store or if it's a corporate policy. Just an FYI.

      • Sarah

It's corporate policy (3 coupons per like item) but it sounds like your store just started enforcing it.

      • Americanbaby27

I'm pretty sure they accept as many like coupons as you want… but they only double the first 3.

        Copied from HT Coupon Policies….
“•We double up to three identical items with manufacturer coupon; additional coupons for like item will be honored at face value. Like items include all flavors.”

    • Guest

I have several coupons for $1.50 Oscar Mayer deli meat (yellow hangtags) for either Carving Board coldcuts or regular coldcuts that say good at Harris Teeter. Email me your mailing address and type if you want one and I'll mail it to you:

    • Be careful, the $1.50 Kahiki coupons will not apply- they are for the larger sized product. I didn't realize until after I printed them.

    • Also, the $1 Deerpark coupon RP 3/27 states: Save $1 on 700 ml multipack WYB (1) .5 L 24 pk so you have to buy both to save $1.

    • Kcreviews

Just letting people know that on the meal deal your HT may not let you use all those coupons. Reason? You're getting everything but the fish free and they won't honor coupons on free items. I have tried this before and they absolutely wouldn't let me.

      • Sarah

That's true, you can't use coupons on free items – but I think the matches are automatically generated from the database, which doesn't “know” that they're free, so to speak.

      • Is this something where the computer beeps when you try- or that the cashiers have to check for? Usually my store is really slack (unless the computer beeps).

      • Angiebyrd1099

My HT will not take coupons on the “free” meal deal items. You are already getting it for free & they will NOT give you money back for items purchased.

    • Mhmazzoli

I was told recently that if an item is BOGO at HT I have to buy two to use one coupon. ? Is this true?

      • Jessdare101

Does anyone know if the Log Cabin syrup comes in lite?

      • Okangela

I think it depends on the cashier. I've been able to do it a few times but twice they only let me use one coupon. I always try and then ask them to take off the items if they don't let me use both coupons.

      • Honestly, their policy is ridiculous. Here is how I understand it after everal coversations with their corp. office: If an items is BOGO and you buy (1) you can use (1) coupon that is $/1 item. If an item is BOGO and you buy (2) you can use (1) coupon thta is $/1 item. If an item is BOGO and you buy (2) you CANNOT use a coupon that is $/2 items. In order to use this coupon you will have to purchase (3) items all at 50% of the regular price.

        • My post should have said “SEVERAL conversations” I apologize my fingers are not working right today!

        • couponlvr

I think the $/2 for BOGO items is store specific. My store always lets me use those. They will NOT, however, let me use two coupons on two BOGO items which I really don't agree with considering I am purchasing both items. It's not like you actually pay for one and get one free. They both ring up half price.

    • Julee

FYI…According to their coupon policy, plus received a follow up email this week from HT's corporate office, they do not accept printed BOGO internet coupons. So the coupon for Powerade will not be accepted.

      • Sarah

Although that is policy (as I'm well aware, being an HT cashier myself) it is not always enforced. We accept printed BOGO internet coupons at my location & also at the store in the town where I live. I used one yesterday on Palermo's pizza.

        • Julee

Yeah I was turned away a while ago, cashier told me they couldn't take internet BOGO coupons. So when I saw the Palermo's Pizza BOGO last week–I wanted to double check and corporate emailed me back with a No.
Just wanted to let others know…

          • Sparklecat2009

I am not sure if you have a Lowes Foods close to you but they have the Palermo's at 2/8.00 and they will accept BOGO internet coupons per their coupon policy!!!

            • CouponBoy5

Not only that but they might take off the amount of the regular price of the item, depending on whether or not the system automaticly takes it.

            • Tia1126

I used my BOGO coupon at Lowes and was pleasantly surprised when the coupon automatically took of $6.99! So I got them for $.50 ea!

          • LadySiren

Yup, my HT won't take any BOGOs. Bummer since I have that Palermo one, too.

            • Rossjulie

Food Lion has Palermos BOGO so use your BOGO Q and they'll be free plus tax. Sounds too good to be true…but I scored 4 for .26¢!

            • luv2shop

Me too! That was an AWESOME deal!

        • Judy

I love Palermo. Where did you get the BOGO coupon?

          • Sarah

It was in one of the coupon advisories Jenny sent out last week (sorry, I can't remember which site it was for). I had just seen that HT was running a promotion involving Palermo's so I made sure to print mine as soon as I could. Got 2 pizzas & 2 two-liters of Pepsi for $5!

      • mini_mes_mommy

My HT did take the BOGO powerade coupons. I used 2 of them last week when they were on BOGO (in 2 transactions) and got 4 of them for $1.90. IMO, coupons like that are always worth giving it a shot.

    • Theefirds

Can someone explain to me how the upromise ecoupons work?

      • Sarah

I'd like to know this too.

        • Tiffany

upromise doesn’t immediately take money off of your shopping bill. you create an account and when you load and then use a upromise coupon that money goes into a savings account. later on down the road you can use that money for college. upromise.com has more info. you can also earn money lots of other ways.

        • Lisabluedevil

The dollar amount is applied to your college savings account. So, you don't get any money off of the item at the store nor do you get a check. It is a deposit amount.

      • Guest

Link your various shopper cards to your upromise account. When you purchase qualifying items, the amount of the 'coupon' is creditted into your account. It's not money off at the register, it's money deposited into an account as savings.

    • Sandra

Since you now have the official ad, I was just wondering if the Hefty Paper Plates were still B1G1 at $3.19. I think your other post said, “if sale continues”. Thanks so much for the early ad!

      • May not be in the ad! check the express lane tommorow! hth

    • Americanbaby27

I went through all my q's last night and matched them up to Express Lane prices…
Here are some things I've found…

      Lysol Wipes $3.39 (use $1.50/1 printable) = .39 each
Minute Steamers $2.00 (use $1/1) makes it Free
Orbit Gum $1.29 (use $1/2 singles) Makes them .29 each
And a few other things that arent amazing, but pretty good and I will be getting them b/c I need them.

I'm also finding that things that are on sale now and go back to regular price Wednesday are a better deal now, even without doubling. So it might be worth checking it out :)

    • Chloe's mom

i am going to just admit it…i am a bit dissapointed in this super double sale…seems like all of the items that are cheap or free are with coupons i've already used on various other sales and reached my limit on printing…last time ht had super doubles was unbelievably awesome….this time…ehhhh not so much….

      • Jessdare101

I have to disagree with you there. I was the same way last time. I didn't think it was so great then but this time I'm so excited

      • Sdanorth

Me too. I did a little super-double-recon when I was shopping earlier today. I have three trips' worth of coupons ready, based on the things I want the most. $1 off a $9.00 item, even doubled – that's still a lot of money! I'll go on Weds morning and get the meal deal, and two 12pks of Cottonelle to get the $3.00 catalina. Beyond that, I don't know.

    • Couponallison12

Is it better to use my coupons now during the super double sale on items that I need that aren't on sale or wait until the items are on sale but there is no super double sale going on? Also, my Harris Teeter's Weekly Ad isn't available online (last week's comes up)…is there some other place you are getting the ad earlier?

      • Chele17rene

If ur Q's are expriring very soon then I would use them if u need it now! Jenny has sources that gives her the ad early.

    • Wendy

**Just wanted to let you know there is a $1 off coupon for the Trans Ocean Crab Classic at this website- which would make it FREE because it’s on sale for $2! Just wanted to share! http://www.trans-ocean.com/ It’s up in the right hand corner =)

      • Thanks so much Wendy! I just added it to the list!

    • Mmadden2

Can someone clarify the 20 coupons per day rule?

do coupons under $1 go towards the count?
do coupons over $1.98 (like the 8 o'clock coffee) go towards the count?
what happens to coupon 21? just comes off @ face value?
is it 20 per day or per trip? can i go to another store? or do they limit it thru your vic card?

also someone mentioned only using 2 like coupons at a time and someone else said 3, good grief- i thought it was limitless, anyone know that answer for sure?

      so many questions :)

      • cheryl

The rule is 20 per day, per Vic Card that will double. You can use more than 20 coupons, but the 21st and beyond will not double. All coupons $1.98 and below count. The 21st would be for face value only. My store is a limit of 3 like items per trip.

      • Tiffany

harris teeter has their coupon policy on their website..but i will answer to the best of my knowledge.
        1. you get to double only 20 coupons PER DAY per person (vic card), this is all the time not just super doublers. you may have to go more than once or ask a friend with a vic card to go with you so you can get more in one trip.
        2. coupons that are over $1.98 will be taken at face value as well as coupons over your 20.
        3. they limit you to two like coupons printed from the internet and three like coupons from the paper or mailers (anything not printed from the net)

      • Lisabluedevil

Max of 20 coupons of any amount can be doubled less than 1 or less than 1.98
Coupon 21 will be face value and will not double
20 per day total at all stores using the same VIC card – It resets at midnight
Number of like coupons is store manager specific – ask at customer service

      • Sarah

It's 3 clipped (from the newspaper) coupons or 2 printed (from the internet) coupons per like item.

20 doubled coupons per day per VIC card, regardless of the value of the coupon. Hope that helps :)

    • Sarah

      Hi everyone!

I'm a little confused as to how we can get the Eight O'Clock coffee at $1.14 each…. don't we have to buy 2 bags to use the $2 off/2 coupon? Thanks!

      • NolaGirl77

That looks like a possible mistake in calculation. If you have to buy
two then it would be 4.29 for two total or 2.14 ea. Unless I'm missing

        • Anonymous

If they’re b1g1 and you have a Q off 2, you’ll have to buy 3 now that the policy on b1g1s seems to be in full force in all stores.

      • Amy

At my HT there is a Tear pad for $1/1 that will double……FYI

    • NolaGirl77

How many of the m&m's do you get when they're B2G3 and you
have a B2G1 Q? This always confuses me. Thanks for any help :O)

      • It seems to me that you would pay for 2 and get 4 free…. so you buy 6 total…. I think :)
The B2G3 is the store promo and the B2G1 is a manufacturer's q…. so you can put one on top of the other

    • Nicole2152001

ok i am starting to get the hang of the coupon thing, but the meal deal can i use the ortega coupons i have with that order cause you are suppose to buy fish sticks and get everything else free,, so i was just wondering if it would work and also have a palarmo pizza coupon printed from internet for bogo will they accept that?

      • Sarah

No, you cannot use coupons on the free items in the meal deal.

Official HT policy is that you can't use internet BOGO coupons, but whether or not your HT location enforces that rule seems to vary. The one I work at has no problem taking them but others further down in this thread have been denied.

        • luv2shop

Thanks, Sarah. I was wondering about the use of Qs on the freebies.

          • JL

My HT has always allowed q's on meal deals. Check with the manager before you don't use them.

        • Melinda

I had to get the manager to override the BOGA Bob Evans Side Dish coupon I had Friday. The cashier didn't want to take, but the manager didn't have a problem with it.

          • Sarah

I got an override on that one too, but I think it was because of the price – the way the registers are set up, any free item over $3 requires an OK from customer service, and the Bob Evans sides are $3.50 at the moment.

      • luv2shop

If you have a Food Lion in your area, use the Palermo coupon before Wednesday because they are BOGO this week. I got 4 for free at my FL.

    • Kcwalters70

Went to a different HT today than I normally do, and they wouldn't let me use 2 Qs for a BOGO like my regular HT does (since they each ring up 1/2 off)…the cashier said her mgr wouldn't let her use 2 Qs on a BOGO anymore….anyone else experience this? I sure hope my regular HT doesnt follow suit!!!

      • Heather

My HT doesn't let us use 2 Q's on BOGO items. I always bring my hubby along and just have him do a separate transaction if I have 2 Q's for the BOGO items. It stinks, but it is what it is…. =/

        • Kcwalters70

Dang, wish I would've thought of that today. I would've gone thru twice….glad to know there's still a work-around if they change the policy…let's just hope they still con't to ring up 50% off!! Thank you!

          • jessica1970

My florence HT would not permit this either. NO MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS at all. This is also now part of their official policy.

      • Nicole2152001

my ht don't let us do that either which stinks, so if i have a coupon for .75 off 1 then i will get one item at half price and use coupon and if i have .75 off 2 and they are bogo i use it cause it will usually double ,, it sucks the way it is ,, food lion and lowes food u can use both coupons on the bogo deal

        • Felicia

Yeah but they also dont double either, Just remember you can not get everything for free…. But you can get a better deal then most places with HT doubles everyday :)

          • Hldevlin

True but Bi-Lo doubles everyday and they will let you use 2q's on B1G1 … so you win not them

            • Yazpistachio

Lowe's Foods doubles every day up to 99 cents! And they allow 2 qs on a BOGO

            • CCShad

Same with Publix, they double and allow 2 q's for B1G1.

      • Msemejuru

Hubby and I check out separately for BOGO's since our HT doesn't allow 2 Q's either. So unfair since they ring at half price.

      • Hldevlin

I had this happen on the B1G1, they said that you cant use a q on a free item. I even talked to the Mgr. and they would not do it.

      • Guest

HT is the ONLY grocery store with this rule, but it IS an official rule in their policy and has been there for a LONG time. It's just that recently they have started making some of the stores enforce it more than they used to – same thing is happening with more stores actually not doubling coupons that say 'do not double'. It used to be that most of the stores just scanned the coupon and let it do whatever it was going to do, but now many of them actually read the coupons and pull out the ones that say 'do not double' and enter them manually so they won't double. It's very frustating, but it is their right to do this since they have it written in the policy.

The only thing I can think of, is MAYBE if enough people contacted Customer Service to let them know that other competing stores handle things differently, in fact EVERY competing store that doubles, or so it seems, then maybe they would consider changing their policy to keep up with competitors. But my best guess is that they make these rules b/c it saves them money (if they don't double a coupon, they don't lose the money that they otherwise would have lost on the doubling, and if they don't allow 2 coupons on 2 bogo items them they don't have to risk a second coupon doubling and losing that extra doubled money when they've ALREADY cut the price in half beforehand)….

      • jessica1970

Yes, for the first time ever, I was unable to use 2 Qs for a B1G1 yesterday. then, I was told I HAD to buy 2 — regardless — which was wrong. Manager corrected the cashier. I have never had problems at the Florence HT, but yesterday was a mess. I had to have a CSM come to my register four times.
I'm dreading SDs because of it.

    • Fairye

question: Does HT only double up to the amount of the item? today I had a .75 coupon for an item that was .99. I assumed that it would double to 1.50 and I would have .51 overage. It took off the .75, then another .24…….so I got the item free, but it did not truly double the .75…sorry if this has already been addressed here. thanks for your help.

      • Sdanorth

That's the way my HT does it. When I see those odd amounts under the Multiplied Coupon heading, I know I got the item free!

      • Guest

HT fixed their registers years ago so that they *almost* always recognize the correct price for the coupon to double to. We *used* to be able to get lots of overage on sale-priced items, but they closed that loophole for the most part.

Please keep in mind that when a coupon 'doubles', HT still only gets reimbursed for the face value. So for your .75 coupon, they are only going to get back the .75 stated on the coupon. That extra .24 that they gave you comes straight out of their budget as a store promotion. So don't think they're cheating you out of something – they are just protecting their bottom line.

        • Fairye

thanks so much. that is fine with me, hey at least I got it FREE!

    • Guest

Jenny, I believe you overlooked the fact that HT does NOT accept coupons on free items. There is no point to the coupons listed under the freebies in the 'meal deal' b/c HT will not accept coupons on items that ring up free.

      • JL

I have never had a problem using them on meal deals. HT is giving them away for free anyway so they are actually making money accepting the coupons. HT's are different in different citys/states (mine will not accept DND q's while others do) so check with the manager they should be able to help you.Have agreat day!
P.S. Thank you Jenny foradding these list so early so we all can have time to get our coupons together. I see a point in all you do. Thanks again.

        • jessica1970

I've not had a problem in the past either — until recently. My HT is now scrutinizing each and every Q. I was told yesterday that I HAD to by both items for a B1G1 if i intended to use a coupon at all. Had to call over CSM to clarify that — cashier was wrong, but the point is, I had a terrible time yesterday. I dread going with my Qs as I feel branded in some way.

      • RebeccaFer

Bi-Lo does not accept qs on free items in a meal deal but HT's registers deduct the money as a lump sum at the end when you purchase the items at the same time. The free items do not ring up at $0.00, they ring up normally and then the price is deducted.

        • Marnieh

At my HT they do ring up at $.00 and you can not use the q's. It may be different at other stores but you can't count on them.

        • Sarah

Actually, that's not correct. HT does NOT accept coupons for free items, and the items in a meal deal ring up that way – $0.00.

As far as why Jenny has the coupons listed anyway, I believe the database automatically pulls matches for anything she posts…so it doesn't “know” that the Gorton's things they're attached to makes them free.

        • Carriesaves

I believe Jenny listed the coupons under the free items just in case someone wanted to buy those items, seperately or extra.

    • taraheise

Where do I find the Spring Family Gatherings Booklet? I haven't heard of that one yet.

    • amanda

i have never purchased the meal deal before. if i have 2 coupons for a free gorton's item, can i use them and get all of the meal deal items for free? if so, can i still use coupons for the ortega shells, etc. to take money off my bill total? thanks!

      • Angie

At HT, you canNOT use coupons towards the free items cause the actually ring up as free and not at an adjusted value.

      • Muddy

I would try it. Since the Gorton's items are the items you have to buy for the deal, it should work fine. I know when they have their buy 2 get 3 deals, I can use two coupons towards the two I have to pay for.

    • Jessicacourtney1

Ok! So this is my first time doing the super doubles! (I just started couponing April 4 and I am in <3 ) I have three trips planned! However there are a ton of HT in my town does anyone know of any one HT being better than the others as far as taking coupins goes, in Greensboro NC?

      • Gloria B

I find that friendly center is the best at taking coupons.

My suggestion is never use the self check outs. They seem to always balk at the offers that say B1G1 and taking 2 coupons, the offers aren't b1g1 because they ring up at 1/2 price. So you can get 1 and it will be 1/2 off. Market st HT, I go early i get stuck having to use the self check out and that leads to the above issue.

Also the rain checks are great, they don't expire. I have a rain check for the b1g1 chinet plates that I will use next week sometime with the 1 dollar chinet coupon :).

      • Muddy

I ditto the remarks by Gloria B that Friendly Center's Harris Teeter is the best for taking coupons in Greensboro. They usually seem to have a little more in stock of what everyone else is wanting too in my experience. The Golden Gate store is horrible-avoid at all costs. They may sometimes have something the other stores do not-but they are not nice there and often over analyze the coupons-making their own whacked interpretation.

      • Zinniasgive

I agree with the others, Friendly HT is the best!! The last super double event I was there at 7:30 a.m. and the store was nearly empty (of shoppers). I even met one of the managers while I shopped and he made sure to order (right there on the spot) all the items that coupons were going to make free/really cheap. I probably went 3 times that week an not once were they out of stock of anything.

      • sdwave23

I would disagree with the others. I find Friendly Center HT to be the worst at taking coupons- but this is on my lunch hour- so daytime cashiers, it may be better in the evening. There is a young guy- manager trainee I think, must be a coupon hater and he is always there. Also, a couple of the lady cashiers read each coupon first, pull out DND's up front.

    • I have not had a chance to go through the list yet. I wanted to thank you for letting us know about upcoming Super Double. : ) I am going to pass on the info!

    • Meanddblj

How many bars do I have to buy to get the Mars Bar B2G3 AND the B2G1 Q? Confused =). Thanks!

      • Meanddblj

also how many crystal lite packs do I have to buy to use the BOGO sale and the B2G1 Q? thx

        • Angie

For the Mars Bars…. You have to be purchasing a total of 6 because the minimum purchase requirement for both sale and coupon is 2.

For the Crystal Light…. You have to purchase 5 (prepare for it to still beep, I did this transaction and both cashier and manager both said I was completely correct and did an override) because if you think of it as actually BOGO FREE and not the half price for each, you still need a minimum purchase of 2 to meet the coupon requirement to get the 3rd free, the other 2 you are purchasing are “free” with the promotion.

          Hope this makes sense!!

      • Chris

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think if you get a total of 6 bars, and use the coupon, you'll only be paying for 2 and receiving 4 free.

    • Pete

There is also a Catalina for Cottonelle.
      Buy 2 get $3.00
      Buy 3 get $4.00
Catalina will print from 4/22 to 5/15

    • Mary

Please help, you coupon pros! It's my first trip to HT since started couponing. I LOVE Snyders pretzles and used clipping service to get 10 mq. Coupon is $1/2. Can I use 3 coupons to get 6 bags each day? HT policy says “We double up to three identical items with manufacturer coupon.” The word “item” makes it sound like I can only purchase 3 bags per day (ie, 2 bags since my mq is $1/2). Second question: If I use evic coupons, does that count toward 20 coupons total a day? Third question: If I want to use coupons to purchase 2 b1g1 items, do I have to purchase each item on a separate day to use a coupon on each? Wow, I'm confused…. Much thanks!

      • Sarah

The pretzel question is tricky, but speaking from my own experience as an HT cashier, I *think* you should be able to use 3 coupons to get 6 bags each day. I'm remembering past similar scenarios with other customers & I don't seem to recall the register beeping in protest. That said, be prepared in case it does anyway.

e-VIC coupons do not double & therefore do not count toward the 20/day limit.

For some reason each store enforces the BOGO policy differently. Some locations (like mine) allow 2 coupons on 2 items at once, but many (as you'll see elsewhere in this thread) only allow 1, so in order to use 2 coupons you have to do two separate transactions.

      • Gloria B

Last Synder's sale I used 3 (getting 6 bags) on 1 day then ran by the next to use 2 more (4 more bags)

      • Mary

Thanks for your help! I was able to buy 6 bags today, and had no scary register beeps! Smooth transaction….whew!

    • steph

Does anybody know how to view the harris teeter flyer for sales starting tomorrow? I cannot find it online and the store is too far for me to pick one up….plz help!! Thanks!!

    • Suzybeara

In the Nashville TN area which stores are the most coupon friendly? I haven't shopped at one before so I thought I would ask those who shop there. Thanks!

      • sworden

I use the one on Hwy 100; they are very friendly and helpful!

        • KE

I go to the Belle Meade HT and they are very nice, but they definitely do not double if the coupon says not to.

      • Rebekah

The one in Brentwood is not coupon friendly at all! They are SO rude!

      • DONNA

      • JL

I go to the one at belle meede plaza across from Publix(Great when I want to go both places) and they are super nice. They do follow the policy so DNd q's they won't double. Never has a problem with them EVER. Very helpful have even gone in the back to check stock for me they were in the process of unloading. I think some people view following rules as rude. Good Luck.

      • cheryl

The store next to West Haven (Franklin) is great! I have never had any problems there, and they are very friendly.

    • Kcreviews

I only see 2 lists for HT this week, not 3. Help?

      • Kcreviews

Never mind. Jenny just put it up!

    • paravel43

why oh why is the smart balance deal not up here??? they are still 2/5.00 and i have two 1.50 coupons. two half gallons of milk FREE!

      • Guest

It's on her 3rd list so it should be free with your coupons.

      • heather

Because they are not in the Ad for this week. They are still on sale from last week, so it would be on one of her other lists.

    • Mjmbjt_delete

I can't seem to get my smartsource, or redplum coupons to print. It pops up that they have printed, but nothing happens. Could anybody offer some help?

    • Ipreferpublix

The Spring Family Gatherings coupons listed on here will NOT be valid for any sale at Harris Teeter. These coupons all say VALID ONLY AT PUBLIX

So… Can only be used at Publix!!

    • Could someone clarify….I've never done one of the meal deal scenarios at HT. I assume if I buy all the items, All of them but the fish sticks will be reduced to zero with the VIC card. I thought HT did not allow overage so How can I use coupons too? Is there a particular order I'll need to go with my VIC card & Coupons?

      • mini_me's_mommy

I went earlier and got the meal deal. I used $1 off coupon for each box of fish sticks, which doubled too two dollars off each box. I didn't use a coupon for anything else in the meal deal. I paid $4 for the entire meal deal.

        • Bcluvbc

I did the same thing. I think Jenny just posted the coupons with the other items because that is how she list them all. $4 is all you pay and only need Gorton's coupons.

      • Kimm

I just left HT with the meal deal- they refused to use any coupons on the Ortega items, only on the Gorton's, because that is all you are actually paying for. HOWEVER, I did find $1 off Gortons peelies on the boxes of my Ortega taco shells, so I got the entire Meal Deal for only $4. Not bad! I hope this helps!

    • Rheannon

Our HT ad has the Aunt Jemima Pancakes, Waffles or French Toast Buy 2 Get 3 Free- Not Buy One Get One

I got my e-vic email and it does not mention the “meal deal”?

      • klh02

Mine is the same way here in Fayetteville, NC. Does that mean the “meal deal” is not at our store?

        • Susan

It's in the flier in Fayetteville. I went this morning though and was charged for the sour cream and the taco sauce.

          • TheChapleigh

Since the meal deal states “limit one” in jenny's list above, is this why some people are seeing some items not coming off as free? Is this a second meal deal purchase for you, by any chance? I usually buy the meal deal numerous times throughout the sale week, but I will have to adjust this time if the one limit is stated in the flyer…

        • Bcluvbc

the meal deal is listed on the sale paper in the store, I just went to one in Burlington, NC, and then i have called chapel hill and it is on there sale paper.

    • Tee

The $1 off coupons I printed for the Gorton's meal deal are for grilled items. Has anyone actually used these coupons yet to know that they will work for sure on fish sticks? Thanks!

      • EB

Even if they would scan it is coupon fraud to use them for something other than what they say they are for.

        • Mandjgrimsley

The taco shells that come free with the fish sticks has $1 off q peelies for the gortons that you can use.

    • Tabatha31girl

Just went to harris teeters and tried to use the $1 off 2 lysol toilet bowl cleaners, they are BIGI and they said I had to purchaseee 3 to use the coupon.

      • Lunalithostres

I had the same thing happen to me with the same coupon. yet when I purchased the log cabin syrup which was a b1g1 I used 2 coupons and got both for free. I emailed HT and am waiting for a response. It really makes no sense because each item rings up as half price. BTW, I did the lysol deal at another store yesterday and nothing was said so maybe YMMV.

      • lisa

The clerk I had yesterday was great. She said I need to get 4. 2 apply to the coupon, 2 free. Makes 4 bottles for .25 ea!

    • Orcabug

The Blue Bunny Ice Cream was not B1G1 at my store. There were a few others on this list that weren't marked at the store. I wish they had a price scanner! So I missed out on some great deals but I still had a pretty good shopping trip.

    • Ashley

My HT will not accept coupons for the free items on the meal deal. I cannot find this in their coupon policy. Does anyone know if you can use coupons for the free items? It would make sense that you can't, but since the coupons are listed, I thought maybe you can. Help?

      • Sarah

HT does not accept coupons for free items. It says so in their policy, although it's worded differently.

I'm fairly certain that the coupon matches come up automatically from the database…so it doesn't “know” that in this case the Gorton's things they're attached to makes them free.

    • Luvnvrfailsmh

The Aunt Jemima products are B2G3 at my store! So, that's $3 for 5 boxes with the facebook coupon!

    • stacey

Went to HT to get the two things I really wanted. The deer park sparkling water and log cabin syrup and they we already gone. :( If any goes to a HT in the Charlotte, NC area and they have a good supply of either one of these please post and let me know.

      • Ida

The ht in huntersville on gilead road had syrup this morning. I think the guy was stocking the shelves and a display. I'm pretty sure it was log cabin, I didn't buy any but I think that was the brand. If they are all gone that would be crazy he had alot them.

        • stacey

      • anon

The Cureton store in Waxhaw had several displays of the Log Cabin syrup in various locations around the store. They were in random places, one by the frozen foods!! So be sure to look around in places other than the designated location on the shelf.

    • KatherineP

I didn't see it listed but just letting everyone know that the Aunt Jemima frozen waffles and pancakes are B2G3. With coupons that made 5 boxes ALMOST free!

      • anninnc

what coupons and where are they located , please?

        • anninnc

would it be $1.00 on any 2 ? so 2 of those coupons??

          • chrystalm

You can only use 1 $1 off 2 coupons because you are only purchasing 2 products and getting the other 3 free but they will double the $1 to $2 off. So you pay $4 for 5 boxes. Not bad. In SC it was $2.99 each b2 g3 free.

    • Jen4720

what about the fuze 2 for 2.22? I have the dollar coupon and it doubled to 2.oo making it . 22 cents for 2

      • Mandjgrimsley

no you buy only one bottle and after the q doubles it will make it .11

    • Mjb7187

I am confused about the Kellogg's frosted mini-wheat coupon w/ fruit in the middle. I didn't see that variety on sale in the store. Did anyone else notice that or have that problem?

      • Howellclan5

It was not on sale at my HT either (in NC)

      • couponer**

It was not on sale at my store. I checked the express lane too (on HT website) and only the regular frosted mini wheats are on sale.

        • Mike

Same here – does anyone know if the fruit in the middle coupon will work on the other mini-wheats? I'd expect that it does but haven't tried it…

          • Bbj1969

it did work for me on regular mini wheats

    • Kcreviews

If you have a Lowe's Foods, the Crystal Light is way cheaper there (B1G1 @ $3.75) and when you use the B2G1 q they take off the FULL PRICE of the item, not the half price that it rings up. My cashier said that's just how their cash register works. It worked out great for me. I got 6 boxes of CL for $3.75 total.

    • mermaid

Can anyone tells me: does Harris Teeter honor competitor's coupons? And if so, do they double them? I have a $1 off Stouffer's Lasagna coupon from Food Lion but would like to use it at Harris Teeter for their $5.99 sale. (I'm unable to print the Stouffer's coupon off the Nestle website for some reason. It tells me there are no prints available at this time.)

      • Jonathan Tyler Gaff

My HT didn't have the BOGO 24 oz Mini Wheats but after talking to CS they priced my 18 oz boxes as BOGO and with my 2x 1.00 off coupons made it cheap. 4 boxes mini wheats, 2 things of Deans dip, Ritz Munchables all for 5.37$

Going back tonight after they restock for everything people have already cleared out. I think the new show is showing it's impact.

      • lisa

The coupon policy says they do not double competitors coupons.

    • bjnc

Could someone tell me how to get to and print the Aunt Jemima coupon from Facebook? I can get to the Facebook page, log in, but then I can't find the coupon on their site.

      • Charlotte A

On the left column click on “Our Kitchen” then watch the video “How every batch is made …” then you will be able to print the coupon.

      • mandjgrimsley

You have to watch the video in their kitchen link and then q will be after the video.

    • Howellclan5

My HT would not aceept my printer coupon for the Powerade Zero b/c it was a bogo. They said they do not accept any internet coupons that say 'free' on them. anyone else have that issue?

      • couponer**

Yes. I had a bogo coupon for a Palmero pizza and was told my the manager (who was very nice) that they do not take them anymore because they have had so much trouble with counterfeits.

        • couponer**

Correction – I meant to say they told me they would not accept *internet printed bogo coupons.*** They still take the bogo coupons from inserts.

      • KA

they do state that in their policy, no internet printed BOGO or free items.

      • kellybh

I did when i tried to use my internet coupons for the power bars it was bogo. And they told me the same thing.

    • I went this morning to grab a few things ( first time ever to HT) among the things that i was going to buy was the Hilshire Farm B1G1 sausage. I also had the $1/2 coupon. THey would not let me ust the coupon, they said they do not accept coupons on B1G1 items. I took my coupon back and gave them the items backs, bc i know that other stores do. Also HT website says that they accept 1 coupon for B1G1 items, so i emailed HT to ask them for a hard copy of their policy and to aske if they have changed their policy. Has anyone else had this problem or a similar one? I am in Northern Va.

      • Jellibean939

Im in charlottesville and used 2 $1 off coupons for BOGO on hillshire smoked sausage and they took them! In their flyer it stated that all BOGO items ring up half price so i took it as you are purchasing each item!

      • Orcabug

I'm in northern va and I used that same coupon on Wednesday for the B1G1 sausage. They took it with no problem. The last time they had double coupons I used 2 coupons on B1G1 items and they took them as well. I didn't know at the time it was not allowed.

      • Lgoosman

Had the same problem yesterday with lysol wipes. What's up HT?? You always accepted them before!!

    • Becky S

Just went to Harris Teeter. Had a coupon for $.75 for aluminum foil. Picked up a box of foil for $1.29. The manager said that they would not double my coupon because it exceeded the prie of the item. I explained that I was not looking for a credit but simply a doubled coupon per their policy. They refused to double it so I took my coupons back and they got to keep their items. HT is getting very difficulty to coupon at in my area (Charlotte NC area) Anyone else having this problem?

      • CCShad

At my stores, the coupon would double up to the price of the item, so for .54. Then you get the item for free. The doubling part they do is at the store's expense. They don't get reimbursed for that part. Their policy actually says “•We accept coupons for items only of equal or more value; we do not give cash back. “
So I think the manager should have accepted the coupon and doubled it up to the amount of the item. If their registers don't do this automatically, he should be able to manually put it in.

      • anninnc

I was able to get mine for free the computer automatically adjusted…thank you for the deal though i had no idea..i was able to get 3, sorry about your troubles. I'm in Eastern NC.

      • stacey

I'm in Charlotte. What location was that. I have had a sim. problem with one in Ballantyne. I made them bring over a copy of the policy. it clearly states that the coupon should be double up to the price of the item. (unless something has changed) that’s the point of doubling a coupon to get it cheaper. After they saw it for themselves they complied. Park road is pretty good most of the time and also cotswald.

    • Mrs Lewis05

I have a question can you use the ht coupons you put on your card with the manufact. coupons? or is it one or the other

      • Mrs Lewis05

Also my HT has puppy/dog chow on sale b1g1 I didnt see that on your list.

      • anon

You can use them both together… cool, huh?

        • Mrs Lewis05

that is thank you so much.
