Where can I find this vitamin water tearpad?

      • Frances

Usually you find them at stores (either with the product, sometimes where the weekly ads are located, or at customer service).  You are lucky when you find them and count your blessings!  Sometimes I buy coupons off E-Bay or from a coupon service when I need several of them.

      • Jessa

I haven't seen it, but think one of the posts a while back said it was in gas stations?

    • Jessa

using .75/3 on hamburger helper makes it .73 each

      • Nancy

Also, there is a OYNO for Hamburger Helper that ends tomorrow (Sunday).
When you purchase 3, you get $1 OYNO for hamburger, chicken or tuna.
When you purchase 4, you get $1.50 OYNO for hamburger, chicken or tuna.
When you purchase 5 or more, you get $2 OYNO for hamburger, chicken or tuna

I got this deal yesterday. Also thanks Jenny for separting the regions. I'm sure that took a lot of work. Love your site!

          • Dtcox

we love jenny shes the best helps us save 60 to 70 percent a week shes a blessing

    • Kristan

      Thanks, Jenny!!

    • Karen

Our newpaper insert had $2.00 off any size Tide or Gain, that would bring it down to $3.99, Kroger is allowing a digital coupon to be down loaded for an additional $2. off one, that's $1.99 and according to our flyer if you buy 2 they will give you an additional $1.00 off so one box of Tide ~ $.99 ~ NOW that is a deal!  I peronally am stocking up cause even at $2.99 it is a good price!

      • cg

My Kroger only had the 50 oz bottles of liquid Tide as part of the $2 off 2 deal– the powder was not included. The $2 coupon you mentioned is for the boxed powder detergent only.

        • Cmskelton

I used the $2.00 Q last night on liquid…and even asked the cashier if it would work, since my store was out of powder.  she scanned and it took with no problem…i prefer the liquid anywas!

          • CG

The $2 Tide coupon actually has the words “powder detergent” so technically you used the coupon incorrectly. Just because the cashier took your coupon doesn't mean you used it correctly. Couponers usually know more about the fine print than cashiers, and it's unfortunate when couponers take advantage of the cashier's lack of knowledge to benefit you. Please use the coupon for the correct item next time. Thanks.

            • Bryarsmom

              I NEVER pay for Tide.
I have a shopping bag filled of the pouches I've gotten FREE at Target, using the P&G $1. Q's-good on any size.

        • guest

At my kroger in metro atlanta, they had the box of powder detergent Tide size 40 loads included in the $2 off 2 deal–but they keep the powder detergent down at the end of the laundry aisle away from the liquid stuff…..so, if your store's layout is like mine, then check on the end of the aisle and look for the 40 load size box of powder Tide. Good luck.

      • Martha Thomas

Digital coupons can't be combined with paper coupons.

      • Dtcox

in v a i did this and got 4 but had to do two ring ups cause they said it was limit of two . that was fine with me no problem. said it would ring up two with 2.00 off a transacition only so watch your ticket or ask first ok

      • GAIL

how many are you allowed to buy and will they take $ 1 off coupons also ?    Have a  friend who is sick with cancer /  i'm trying to help them out also /   due to no income coming in at the moment .      thanks   thanks  so much

    • Micaht87

the link to yoplate delights says there are no coupons available

    • Marlo

What in the world is a “plout?”

      • ej

        A pluot is a complex hybrid of plum & apricot.  It's 3/4 plum & 1/4 apricot.

        • Daveymorton

and FYI an Aprium is 3/4 apricot and 1/4 plum

      • mommyof1

oh my, these are so good.. when i was preggo with my son, its about the only thing I wanted for a few weeks. To me, they taste more like a mild plum. =)

      • Nichelle

a plum and apricot mixed (fruit)

      • Nancybair2003

        Plouts are soooooooooooo delicious!

    • Laurakbrausch

I tried to print a Viva Paper Towels coupon and it told I had already printed my limit. I've never printed  a coupon off this website before. I couldn't have printed my limit.

      • Holly

That means the campaign has reached it's print limit, not just you.

      • mommyof1

i wish it would say “coupon no longer available” instead of limit reached.. cause then i dont know if i really did print it before or its just out.

    • Ls_coleman23

has anyone else had the problem of kroger not taking the coupon if it is worth more than the price at the store?  i had that happen at mine in bluefield, wv on $1/3 beechnut baby food.  they were 40 cents each so it would have came to 20 cents for all 3 but they said they couldnt accept the coupon because it was worth more than the cost of the items.  i did the math for them and asked for a manager but they still would not accept it.

      • Littlemcknz

        That's crazy…it doesn't even make sense.

      • Katkoupon

My store will not take the $1 reach floss ip (previous sales) b/c the price is $0.95 and “it won't let you get it for free.”

        • Frances

My store gave me a hard time also with the Reach floss coupon.  The manager allowed me to use it.

        • Femsista

That could be Reach's rules, not Kroger. I have seen several people say that about Reach, so I am thinking it is their rule and if Kroger wants to get reimbursed properly they have to honor it.

        • Bryarsmom

Just go to Target and get em there instead.

      • MarisaP

I had a coupon for hairspray that was more than the actual price, and the manager just came over and typed in the coupon for the price of the spray. However, in the same transaction, I got the Reach floss no problem even though the floss was less than the amount on the coupon. The computer flagged one but not the other.

      • mommyof1

the registers at my kroger automatically adjusts the price of the coupon.. even if it doubles..

for example.: the suave deo that was on sale for $.88 a few weeks ago.. well I had a 50 cent coupon that should have doubled to $1.. but it showed on my receipt that it only double an additional 38 cents..   still got the item free but did not allow overage like other stores(ie: walmart in my area)

btw, we live in coastal ga

        • Bryarsmom

K registers have been doing this for some time now.

      • bec

I have had this issue in Knoxville,Tn. However, I have just asked them to adjust the price of the coupon to the sale price. It is a override so I try to give them fair warning and keep those together. I lose out on the overage but they do not allow that either.

    • And8203

Can you combine the OYNO hamburger helper coupon with paper coupons from the newspaper?

      • Janice

Those are usually manufacturer's coupons and they do not stack. (Look for a 5 at the beginning of the code.)

      • Lea

Yes you can use a catalina along with your coupons.

    • Shaina

Does anyone have the Recyclebank credit card? I'm considering but I'm kind of iffy about that kind of things. Any opinions?

    • I got the B1G1 Playtex sippy cups for free tonight.  I sure hope they are still running this deal tomorrow, when the new ad starts.  I want to print some more of these $2 Playtex mQ's and get more of those.  My kids love those cups.

      • Misscajur

Where do you find those coupons?

        • Akegata
        • guest

go to playtexbaby.com and sign up they will send a coupon out pretty quick. My kroger still had them on sale today.

        • guest

go to playtexbaby.com and sign up they will send a coupon out pretty quick. My kroger still had them on sale today.

      • Shanta

i'd like to know know where you found the print also

      • guest

I would like to know too.  I used the $3/1 playtex Q from facebook and got 2 at this price.  Would like to know how I could get  more.

40% – Biggest purchase was Finish Dishwasher 24 ct reg. price close to $9, was on sale for $6.29 and had Q for $1 off making it $5.29.  Bought 2 @ $5.29.  I compared to the Cascade Completes and it was the best price for the qty.  I will use either one, tried Finish a couple months ago and sort of like it better, especially for pans.
I did get Luigis Ice, Domino sugar, healthy choice, OM Hot dogs, HB Helper, Crest toothpaste, Ivory bar soap, dawn, skippy, and stacys pita chips (2 for $4) I had a bunch of qs and wanted to try them (was 2 for $7 last week – glad I waited, hope they are good), OEP Corn taco shells- last moment call in from hubby = no qs but was on sales for 1.29

      • Bee

If you are talking about Stacy's pita chips are good, they are the best! I am not really a brand snob but I won't buy any other brand.

    • Missy

Jenny, I love your site.  I have looked at a few others and yours is by far the best.  Thank you for making me AWARE and ALERT to BUDGETING and PLANNING better.  Any chance you may be doing any workshops in the Warner Robins GA area any time soon?

    • Rrbarr

FYI, for pillsbury cinnamon rolls there is a $.50/2 located on each of the $.50/2 Q links she has listed.

    • Courtney Crane

I have coupons for trade!  I have all the coupons for refrigerated and baking mix Pilsbury items, two huggies diaper coupons, gerber formula checks, $5 gerber publix coupon, and 3 oscar meyer hot dog coupons.  Some expire next weekend, but I won't use them, so someone else should!
I'm looking for Huggies wipes coupons, Emfamil or Similac coupons, 9 lives dry food coupons and friskies wet food coupons!
E-mail me at courtney.crane@gmail.com  I will mail them out ASAP.

    • Jodispink

Has anyone actually tried using the B1G1 for axe and the $2.00 Kroger coupon?  The Kroger I went to would not let me use the B1G1 because of the 2.00 off ecoupon, said that I could not use both.

      • akmilly

That has happened to me before, too! It was with the toothbrush BOGO that also happened to have a $2.00 off coupon. Read Kroger's coupon policy for your area and if you think they should have accepted your two coupons I would speak to a manager. If your ecoupon was paper and your local Publix accepts Kroger coupons I'd suggest going there instead; Publix has always been very courteous about coupon use.

      • Hasims

I have not tried the $2/2 but a few weeks ago my Kroger printed out a $2.50 off 1 coupon that made for an amazing deal when combined with the B1G1 on the $2.99 body wash!!!!

      • Akegata

this is a new policy i think

      • Lynneatl

Kroger.com states that you cannot combine paper and ecoupons for the same product.  I read the Axe ecoupon information and it is an ecoupon for $2.00 off when you buy 2 Axe products.  The deal would be to buy 2 @ $2.99 each for a total of $5.98.  Then apply the $2.00 ecoupon which would reduce your total to $3.98, making the final cost $1.89 each.  If you use the BOGO paper coupon instead, you would pay $2.99 for 2, making the final cost $1.49 each.  So the better deal would be the BOGO coupon.

      • Amy Y

it wouldn't let you use both because Kroger's ecoupon is 2/2 which attaches it to both items. instead of to one item.

      • beenaka

I just used that combination without any problems. I bought 2 axe, used a B1G1 coupon and my $2.00 digital coupon making 2 Axe body washes only $.99. It was great and everything scanned fined.

    • Lisa :)

I live in Warner Robins,Ga and LOVE couponing! I want to make a coupon binder and would love someone to give some advice on how. The binder will be the best organization method for me so I can see all of my coupons. I have ALOT. LOL  :)

      • Jessica

I bought the A-Z dividers, a 3 ring binder, and went to hobby town bought trading card game sleeves for .25 each. I also bought currency holders off amazon.com 50 for $12.99

      • Leaz

I am in WR too!! My binder is broken down into these categories: Household, Health and Beauty, Cold stuff, Canned and boxed goods, and Snacks Breads and Cereals. (I realize those last two are redundant but haven't figured a better way to sort them yet) Purchase the baseball card or business card clear plastic binder inserts to keep everything in. It's really not difficult and it is such a relief to have everything organized. And I am NOT an organized person. I'd let people look at my cpn binder, but NEVER in my hall closets. LOL

        • mommyof1

instead of “cereals” i have “breakfast” that way i can throw in poptarts and frozen breakfast items like pancakes.. etc.. just a thought.. =)

      • Laura

I bought stuff for a binder and want to sell it. Let me know if you are interested. Dionne014@aol.com
        I have about 100 9-pocket sheets and 100 3-pocket sheets plus a 3 ring binder (2″ I believe).

      • Amywirt

I also have a 2″ binder with baseball card holders that hold my coupons. I have dividers with the following catergories: Health & body, laundry & dish, canned foods, fridge foods, freezer foods, animal suppies, and paper products. It's a wonderful way to keep organized when I go shopping. Hope this helps!

      • Amber

I went to goodwill and bought a zippered 3 ring binder and I also buy the card collector plastic protector sheets every time I see them there but I did buy a few from a hobby store for.25 per page (outrageos in my opinion) I saved $$$ by making my own catergory tabs. I used my label maker or you can type out your tabs on the computer and cut to size. So after I made my labels I laid it on a piece of shipping tape and stuck it to the protector sheet itself like you would a tab. I categorize by type of item but some people do alphabetically. A time saver would be to make a poster board that has rows of catergories to organize your qs before they go in the binder. Hth and jenny has tips in the forum I think….its somewhere on this site

      • tammy

I don't like the card collector sheets because you have to fold your coupons.   I created templates for the various sizes of coupons and copied the templates on cardstock.   I put the cardstock into a sheet protector then took Jenny's idea of sewing…. and sewed along the lines and then cut the sheet protector with a razor blade.   I love them!  Much cheaper than the card collector sheets!

      • I got on amazon and ordered 100 9-pocket baseball card sheets, 25 6-pocket sheets and 20 4-pocket sheets and there isn't a coupon I can't fit into one of these.  And honestly MOST coupons fit into the 9 pocket sheets, it's not a problem.  Then I put my coupons in the order of my Kroger aisles and label them as such.  If I go into Ingles, I can still easily find the “pasta and rice” section because I labeled them.  I LOVE my new binder system, there isn't a deal I can't find when I hit the aisles.

        • Christinec

I bought the same sheets and we love them! They are sturdy and most everything fits into the 9 pockets. Folding isn't a problem as long as I can see the product, the amount off, and expiration date. So far so good for me :)

      • akmilly

I will dissent from the crowd here and say I love the binder method BUT I divide my coupons alphabetically. I simply have too many to stick them in categories. Its easier for me to go to say, the soap aisle, and see Ivory soap on sale and flip to the “I's” rather than “Beauty” because that would include make-up, body wash, deodorant, shampoo, etc.

      • Bee

I have a binder because unless I can quickly scan the coupons in a store, they are not doing me a lot of good.

I have a lot of specific categories which has helped immensely. For example, instead of “Health and Beauty” I have “Soap/Body Wash”, “Hair care”, “Shaving”. I can't do it alphabetically because I like to quickly compare deals on all the brands in one place. There are too many brands to memorize and too much trouble to flip back and forth. Also, it helps when someone in the family wants to buy something from a certain category, such as desserts and wants to browse through those coupons.

It doesn't take me long at all to clip and file the coupons. I'm the only person clipping them and I stay up-to-date.

I put a couple of pencil holder pouches in the front of my binder. One holds coupons that I have pulled before coming to the store. The other holds coupons that will expire within 2 weeks that I am very interested in redeeming, a “hot file” if you will.

After years of putting my coupons in those little expandable organizers, the binder has been a welcome relief. I can quickly flip pages as opposed to flipping through a ton of little pieces of paper.

      • Tiffany Little1

try to attend one of the southern savers workshops you can find the link to at the top of the website. i went to one and it was alot of help

      • mommyof1

I have thought about a binder.. but i use 2 smallish coupon “expandable organizers” one for food (categorized by type.. ie “dairy” “frozen” etc etc) and the other for health and beauty and cleaners/house items.. also put into different categories.

i also have regular white paper bill envelopes with each stores name.. i always check the ad (and i usually know the reg prices of normal items) and i go through the coupons once a week with my printed ads for reference.. and match them up with the coupons i have and then put them in the reg. bill envelopes with my list..

i carry one of those “resuable shopping bags” with my organizers and my wallet and phone thrown in when i get to the store..  so my “coupon bag” is my purse for my shopping day..

so my kroger envelope would have:  the list.. the coupons that go with the list.. and a few more coupons that might work well with the normal store prices.

it makes things easy and all i have is a simple white envelope to carry around and pull from.. and the cashiers seem to respond better to me too =) lol  some ladies in my stores have binders that are 4 inches thick and over stuffed.. not that there is anything wrong with that at all! just seems too much for me to handle right now.

        hope that makes sense! =)

    • Jessica

Jenny, Oscar Mayer carving board lunch meat is 2 for $7 in GA and we have the $1 off coupon

      • mommyof1

Yay i got this coupon! My hubby needs some lunchmeat for work. we have never tried this.. is it any good?

    • Leaz

FYI a couple catalina deals. I got (2) $3.50 off my next purchase for buying 4 of the cottonelle bathroom tissues (12 roll). I also needed BBQ sauce so in a pinch I bought 2 budweiser ($2.49 each plus a cpn for $1 off 2) and THAT printed a catalina for $2.50 off my next purchase. Nice!!

      • Frances

Did you buy the Cottonelle after 7/31?  The catalina was to end 7/31.  Are you actually shopping at Kroger or a Kroger affiliate?  It sound like some of the Kroger affiliates may be printing the catalina still.

        • Leaz

These printed for me yesterday. And yes, I'm pretty sure I was at an actual Kroger. I figured that from the large blue “Kroger” hanging on the front of the building…..

          • ireneY

Thanks for letting us know! There was a $2 e-coupon that would make this an excellent deal. Buy 2 get $3.50, buy 3 get $4.50, right?

          • Frances

Please don't be so smart-sounding.  It was a legitimate question.  I had done several searches that said it was printing at Kroger affiliates but not Kroger.  The $3.50 catalina printed for me at Kroger today when I bought two packages of  Cottonelle.

We are all working together to save money and don't need to be criticized for asking questions!

    • I just paiid $ 22.89 for an iP a d 2-64GB and my girlfriend loves her Panasonic Lumix GF 1 Camera that we got for $ 38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS. I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch LED TV to my boss for $ 657 which only cost me $ 62.81 to buy. Here is the website we use to get it all from, http://bit.ly/r8qxL7

    • Amber D

I got Huggies wipes 72 ct for 99c.  They were priced $1.99 and I had the 50c coupon that doubled.  The coupon was going to expire.  I also got Garnier Nutriesse Hair Color for $2.99.  On sale for $4.99 – $2.00 coupon in 8/7 paper.  I saved 48 percent today on my weekly trip!  Thanks everyone for the tips.  I scan the comments everyweek for everyones great ideas.

      • Lisa :)

hi! are you in warner robins? just wondering if the kroger in this area is where you got that awesome deal!

    • Coco

Quick question: Is anyone having trouble getting the Carolina Pride bologna FREE at Kroger? I'm in the N. Ga area, and it isn't advertised in the Kroger paper and it rings up for $2.49, meaning with the .50 cpn one would still pay 1.49?????

      • Frances

This may be a regional sale because it is in my Kroger sales flyer.  I have not tried it yet.

        • Coco

Thank you! What region does your flyer service?

          • Frances

I am in the South East (SC).  This is copied from last week's Kroger post.  I had never seen it defined as which states are in which region.  Hopefully it helps!
South East: GA, SC, AL, Eastern TN

Mid Atlantic: NC, VA, North East TN

Loiusville: Southern KY, Southern IL, Southern IN, Nashville TN

        • bec

I got mine free in Knoxville.

      • At my N.GA Kroger, we had the Carolina Pride bacon 10 for $10, making it free after the coupon.

        • Coco

Thanks, Holly. That is a fantastic deal!

          • mommy124

I need to swing by my Kroger to see if I can pick up on this.  This is a great deal!

      • Kat

The bologna was free in Stone Mountian, Ga. Should be 10 for $10

        • Coco

Thanks, Kat. So maybe it's the ATL region? I'll check a few of those stores later in the week because that is a bargain.

    • Jackeeblue

How do I find out where the nearest Kroger that carries the Carolina Pride bologna”

      • mommyof1

i dont know where you are =) but the rincon ga one carries this line (or has in the past).. though they are usually sold out if there is a deal.

        • Jackeeblue

I am in Murfreesboro, TN –  45 minutes south of Nashville….

    • Queensusan1111

I am in Mississippi – could someone tell me which listing follows the “Delta” ads – south?

      • TnSara

I'm in delta and it seems like the Louisville ad is close — but there are some significant differences it seems!

    • Kaela

Does anyone know how to check and see if your Kroger doubles?

      • Jmh6366

usually there are signs on the winodws…call and ask

        • Kaela

Well thats what I was just going to do in the morning if I didn't figure it out tonight but they closed at 10. There isn't a Kroger in my local town but will be 4 on my trip to visit some family tomorrow so I was just trying to avoid having to stop at all 4. Thanks for your help.

        • mommyof1

There used to be a sign on the rincon ga kroger.. but since remodleing, i dont think it is there anymore (unless i missed it) but they double coupons that are 50 cents and under.

      • Medigrl1

I called but most krogers will double but only up to 50 cents

        • Baileybaby2007

Im in Jackson, TN and my kroger doubles $0.60 and under

        • jaws1010

my kroger only doubles up to 50 cents but noy the 50 cent coupon.  I tried to buy the toothpast for 99 cents using the 50 cent coupon and they would only honor 50 cents.
sucks.  I decided to go to the bigger store in Jackson, OH to get the good deal of free toothpast.  Wellston, OH is where I tried to buy it. they stopped me at the register and stated they have a sign on the door that states their policy.  This store is located in a small town with alot of elderly.  That is a store taking advantage of the community.  There is also a local Foodland in Wellston that will honor the 50 cent double coupon.  I can't believe that a big corporation like Kroger would do this to their community.
If I want to drive approximatey 45 minuts I can go to a Kroger that will double up to 99 cents, a 75 cent coupon would go for $1.50 off only covering the cost of the item. Good luck shopping.

      • Tiffany Little1

i think they all do but to be on the safe side go to kroger.com look up your store, call them and ask they will let you know what is what. i try to call mine biweekly to make sure there are no changes to the coupon policy

      • Mfecope

Yeah, just go in and ask the manager in duty or go to customer service and ask. I think they all do but I would ask one of them.

    • Gilpritchett44

But who would eat that stuff?
      This is 2011 folks…not a healthy choice :(

    • Amber

Love the deal I got on 4 playtex sippy cups! I had a $2/1 any product and 2-$3/1 q's they were on sale bogo so oop $1.8x this is awesome cause my little guy just started solids and sippies;) these are reg priced $4.xx each

    • Awaagen

My Kroger (Hickory Flat/Canton Ga) no longer gives overages. :(
They had toothpaste for $0.88, I had a $0.50 coupon that normall doubles to $1.00, giving a $0.12 overage on each one. Today, it took $0.50 off for the coupon, then only doubled an extra $0.38- to make the coupon equal to the price of the item but not over. I also had $1 off irish spring deodorant and they had trial size ones for $0.79. The cashier had to override it because it didn't want to let me use the coupon at all. She said she could only let me use each one for $0.79, which was fine with me- who can beat free, right? However, those little overages here and there would have certainly offset the $32 I spent in just fresh produce for my juicer!!! It's not like I went to the store JUST for the overages and wasn't dropping some money there. Sigh.

      • Lacey

I think that a lot of Kroger stores are starting to not give overage, especially when you receive overage from their doubling! I also used the $.50 coupon for the toothpaste, and my store did that same as yours! I am just glad that they do double! I do, however, have a small problem with them not giving overage when you have a $1 coupon and the item is 0.79. They are going to receive the full $1 from the manufacturer. However, I still feel blessed to be getting such great deals in the first place!

        • Benjamietaylor

I agree that they should give the whole $1 off if thats what the coupon says, or they should somehow let the man. know that that is not what you paid for the item.

        • Carolyn

I love overage, too, but for the record, Kroger only receives $0.50 from the manufacturer… the other $0.50 is out of “their (Kroger's) pockets”… so I can understand them eliminating overage in this case (though it stinks for us!). In cases where the coupon is for $1 off and the item costs less, though, they ARE getting the full $1, and in that case, I think overage makes senses (since they are profiting from the transaction).

        • Selling28

They actually do not receive the full amount. They do not just send in coupons they have to provide proof of sales too!! Confusing I know lol….

        • Pounds4Pennies

Mine never gave overages on doubling, but I would get the product for free. That was good enough for me.

      • Sam

I shop at the same Kroger.  Go to the service desk and they will give you the 50 cents.

    • ireneY

I tend to agree with you, but that's not a nice comment.

      • guest

Mommy0f1 didn't make an unkind statement.  She's right–a lot of people can't afford to “eat healthy”.  It simply just costs too much.  Free bologna is exactly what it is–FREE food.  Back in the day when my husband and I were first married, dinner for us and 3 kids was fried bologna and mac and cheese.  Feed five people for $3.00–you can't beat that!
Today, everybody says–AGH! how can you eat bologna and hot dogs?  Do you know what's in them?  But–today with people losing their jos, their cars, and their houses  free bologna is a welcome sight as opposed to going hungry.

      • guest

SORRY!!!  I saw you were commenting to Gilprichett44 and not Mommyof1.  SORRY AGAIN!  My comment is directed at Gilpritchett44.

Does anyone know about the Kroger “Deal of the Day”? I just got an email that said they were putting an item on special each day as part of the Cart Buster event.

      • Tiffany Little1

yea if you go to there web site you can load the deal of the day coupon to your kroger plus card

      • watkins

if you go to i heart kroger they post the coupon every day

    • new2Kroger

I am new to Kroger… Do the coupons that are downloaded to your card double?

      • Hanna

        no, they do not.

      • sunshine

Not only do they not double if you find a better paper coupon you need to remove the ecoupon from your account.     You cannot combine them and you cannot choose to use the paper one instead while at the store.  It is best only to download those you are sure you will use and do not have a paper Q for the product.

    • mommyof1

I know the tide powder might be a good deal.. and please do not take this the wrong way.. but powders are not very good for your washing machines.. recently my hubby took a washing machine apart to work on the motor  (he can fix anything! lol) and there was so much gunky buildup of the powder in between the barrel and the plastic piece that keeps the water in that surrounds the barrel (sorry, this is probably not the best explanation).. so just letting u guys know that the powder does not all desolve and it can get very nasty in your machine causing tons of buildup and also mold can start to grow on that slush.. gross i know! ..  it was my grandmothers machine and she used nothing but tide powder.. so just a caution.. =)  hope i didnt offend anyone.

      • Hanna

I don't use powder for the same reason. No offense here. I make my own laundry detergent and it averages out to about 900 loads for less than ten dollars

        • guest

CURIOUS! What do you make it from?  I have 2 wahers–one for regular laundry and one for my husband's coal sludge covered uniforms.  Laundry soap never takes out all of the coal sludge no matter how may times you wash it.  I am open to any ideas for soap to work better.

          • Anonymous

Your post caught my attention because my family are coal miners.  Though I don’t wash the clothes, I sometimes use a little lysol on greasy stains that won’t come out.  What have you tried?  Have you searched the web?  I found this at http://www.stain-removal-101.com/
Removing Charcoal Stains From Clothing And Other Fabrics

Step 1: Shake or lightly brush off as much of the loose charcoal dust as possible from the fabric.

Step 2: Pretreat the stain with a laundry prewash stain remover.

Step 3: Launder in the hottest water the fabric will allow to get out
the stain, and either chlorine bleach if the fabric will allow it, or
            color bleach if not.

Hint: Make sure the stain is gone after washing, but before you place in the dryer or you may set the stain.

Step 4: If the stain from the charcoal still remains sponge the
stained area with rubbing alcohol to remove the stain, and then wash the
            item again.
            Good luck.

            • guest

.Thanks!  I'll check the site out

            • Pounds4Pennies

On greasy stains try dishwashing soap. It can get oil off ducks it can get oil out of clothes. If it doesn't come out the first time try again.

          • Efranks41

On an earlierpost, someone recommended Totally Awesome which I bought at Dollar General for $1. I am about to try it…hope it works!

        • watkins

can you post the reassuppy for how to make the deturge nt please

      • TnSara

we also had a cousin that had her drain line from the house to the septic tank get stopped up with powder detergent – I will still buy it if it's cheap enough (I recently got 5 boxes of Gain for $2/ea) but I will only use a small scoop AND I will pour it over the clothes – not directly in the bottom of the machine – I've not had any trouble that way!

    • mommyof1

while its not the healthiest choice, i admit.. some people are on a  budget.. and its better than nothing.. esp at the low price of free =)  We have been on a very small grocery budget before and even been in the case of having to borrow money just for the “needs” and anything free would have been a blessing. I am sure many people are in that predicament now.

    • I got SO excited for a minute when I read Utz potato chips were on sale, then realized that did not mean they were starting to sell them in my area. Man I miss those Crab Chips!!

And yes, the ecoupons not doubling or stacking has me back at Publix almost all the time!

    • Christy

So I'm new to this.  How do I get the manufacturer's coupon?

      • Jodispink

I buy 2 sunday papers everyweek and you can get alot of them on line.  When there is a coupon available it will say printable next to it on the website.  You can usually only print 2 of the same coupon.   There a also manufacturer coupons in the stores themselves.

        • watkins

i live in kennesaw ga and get the paper at 1.50 is there any where to get it cheaper

          • Diane

for the AJC?  In alpharetta it is $2.00 – yours is a great price

If you wait until Monday a lot of places have it for a reduced price.

            • Moniquebrandon

Where? I would LOVE to catch that!

          • Lmille16

Where in Kennesaw? I buy in Marietta and it's $3.50 for the Sunday paper with Double coupons.

          • melissa

No, I've looked! I was mad when the price went up and I looked EVERYWHERE for a different price. But we are lucky – the singles are usually $2 and the doubles are $3.50. But I've also learned not to buy a ton of papers – wait and purchase the coupons you need/want online. It's cheaper that way.

      • Idream

Look through those ads everyone call junk mail that you get every week.  In my area we have started getting the Sunday coupon inserts in those weekly coupons that usually come either Monday or Tuesday.

    • Sam

Splenda Essentials are on sale at my Kroger in Canton, GA for $3.49 and are 49 cents after the $3 off coupon.

      • guest

Isn't it great!  I got 2 for my diabetic mother-in-law!  I also scored 2 Playtex sippie cups– on sale for $3.17 B1G1 free and used my $3/1 Q from facebook–for 17 cents!

      • Kyl112

Thanks I am in Woodstocka and will be going that way tomorrow. I will be sure to stop.

        • luvfree

splenda essentials are on sale @ food lion for $3.00 which makes them free well you only pay taxes

    • I wanted to share with you: Double Coupons ended
recently in Kroger Stores in the Houston, TX Metro Area and Denton, TX. Our
mission is to seek the restoration of Double-triple coupons. We are concerned
that Kroger is using this as a test and that other markets will see the end of
Double-Triple coupons. If you shop Kroger please share this link with all your
friends and family and ask them to post a comment at bringbackdoubles dot com and on facebook – Bring back doubles

      • Sunshine

The best way to get there attention is to stop shopping at kroger as much as possible.  Even if you have to go out of your way avoid these stores.  Maybe after a few weeks they will get the point that couponers do spend money.

    • guest

CURIOUS!  What do you make it with?  I  have 2 washers–one for regular laundry and one for my husband's nasty coal sludge covered uniforms.  Laundry soap just does not get all of the coal sludge out no matter how many times you wash it.  I am open to any ideas for soap that would work better!

      • guest

I was directing my question to Hanna, my internet kicked me off and this post was posted in the wrong spot.

        • Hanna

I make it using this website:  http://www.thefamilyhomestead.com/laundrysoap.htm
You could make it more concentrated for his clothes. Or, soak them in a bucket overnight in a degrease based soap before you wash them in cold water.

          • guest

            Thanks!  I'll check it out.

      • GAIL

the dollar store has a spray thats gets every thing out of clothes an is used for lots of things around the house . it  gets grease out of my husband clothes that has been in his pants for a while .I'll need to get back with you on the name got it at home an can't remember the name of it .  but it works for everything  .  email me pgk61959@yahoo.com an remind me .   thanks

        • GAIL

the name of this was  TOTALLY AWESOME from any dollar store or dollar general

          • guest

Thanks!  I don't remember seeing it at my dollar general but I will certainly look again.  Thank you for finding the name of it for me!

          • Amanda

Totally Awesome is a great product!!!!!!  I use it for everything and it's only $1 at the Dollar Tree.

          • Efranks41

I found Totally Awesome at Dollar General for $1. Thanks and I will try it tonight!

    • pabfnp

I am confused…Please tell me if you can use a manufacturers coupon as well as the coupons you load on your kroger card at the same time?? I thought you could but they would not let me. Please help!!!

      • Sandy

Once upon a time you could, but not anymore. Apparently, it was never supposed to be allowed, but their registers weren't programmed to stop it. The coupons loaded to your card are also manufacturer so you can't combine them with a paper coupon.

    • Coco

How does one obtain the Catalina print-outs? I've shopped at two different Kroger's in the past week and neither machine has spit out these coupons. Do you have to purchase certain products to get the Catalina's?

      • Jodispink

Yes you have to purchase certain items to get catalina's.  Jenny list them at the top under Catalina, and tells you exactly what you have to buy.

        • Coco

Thanks for explaining that to me! I will check and see what qualifies.

    • LizP

In the Columbus Dispatch (OHIO) there were coupons for Snack Wells, and for Skinny Cow. BOTH went on sale.

    • guest

Have the unadvertised deals for this week at Kroger been posted?  I cannot find them?

      • Khristina

        NO not posted yet :(

      • Sofia

I am looking for these as well… nothing yet

    • chixnthegarden

I found some other good deals chef boyardee was 1.00 per can and there was a tear pad to get free pudding cups when you buy 4 chef boyardee so I got 12 cans and used my coupon for .35 cents off of 3 cans so it was .76 cents a can and I got 3 free pudding packs.
Also the cream cheese minis are 1.59 so i used a .50 coupon and got them for .59 each

    • guest

.50/1 cottonelle says do not double.  :(

      • Jcwiakala_44

If the barcode starts with a 5, it will automatically double. Very rarely will a cashier catch that.

      • Hasims

If it is a manu q, Kroger generally doubles it as a courtesy anyways.

      • Mslonas

Used mine the other day for Cottonelle tp and it DID double…Ive heard as long as there is a “5” starting out on the barcode, it will double :)

    • Roxylagarto

Woo hoo I got 5 tubes of colgate toothpaste for FREE!!! I love Couponing!!!

      • Jenny

Got 20 tubes of Colgate toothpaste for FREE today! Won't buy any more toothpaste in a long time!

        • Deenajpoythress

          • Coco

Kroger has several types of Colgate toothpaste advertised for $.88. When you use the .50 off any Colgate 4.0 oz + it will double to a dollar making the toothpaste free.

        • guest

Yep, and neither will anyone else who goes to the same Kroger as you.  Way to be considerate!

    • Amber

Does anyone know if the manuf q's that print out like a catalina at walgreens can be used at kroger? They say redeemable at walgreens

      • Hasims

I am pretty sure they can!  Its a manufacturer q, not a store q.

        • Amber

Thanks! I've got 1.50 off axe so that combined with b1g1 is gonna make a sweet deal on shower gel

      • Kathi

They should be permitted, as long as they have a PO Box address for them to send them to so they get reimbursed.

    • Dedocoupon

The large package of Toaster Strudels has a $4 off OJ, combined with your TS coupon for two for .50 cents off which doubles to $1.  Get the lowest cost OJ because the coupon takes a full $4 off!

    • Sher467

I used to be able to pick “our” ad since our stores run Wed-Tues ads.  Now I can't find that.

    • Teresa

hey can somebody tell me the tricks to couponing,I've been doing this for 2 mos. don't seem to be doing as good as others,I have watched the video on this site. Also if you have 14.00 in ex care bucks can you use them all at one time.

      • Amber

The ecb's at cvs are like cvs cash. Yes you can use them all at once. my advice for couponing is this: if you are just starting out, only do small tranactions to get the feel of things. Only buy things with acorns beside them at first as well. I wasted a lot of $$ in the beginning thinking that if it was listed it must be a good deal. Not true, so thatS why I say stick to the acorns until you can determine for yourself what GOOD prices are. That just takes time in the aisles in my opinion. And MY MOST IMPORTANT ADVICE is be friendly and nice to EVERY employee. You are gonna be dealing with the same ones regularly and a bad experince at the register can really ruin the mood of couponing!

    • Lssh4

What does it mean under the AXE coupon “prints at Kroger”?

      • Amber

When you pay there is a machine that spits out q's with your receipt.

      • Amber

I got the coupon printed after I check out from the catalina machine.

    • beenaka

If someone has posted this already, please forgive me for doing it again. Just got back from Kroger and I found a great deal on OXY cleansers. The cleansing pads, face wash, face scrub and spot treatment were all on sale for $1.99 (regular $4. 74). With the $1 off coupon it makes it only $.99 a piece. This is a great deal when you there's a teenager in the house. I was also able to luck up on the Axe deal; BIGI plus $2.00 digital made it $.99 for both. I know Kroger isn't supposed to be stacking digital and paper but for some reason our Kroger is still doing it. Whoo-hoo! It may not last for long though :(

    • Mslonas

Can you use a coupon on a FREE item, if its “wyb”….In other words, the Chef boyardee cans, buy so many, you get a FREE Snack pac pudding, can u use the Snackpac manfQ that just came out Sunday???

      • Akapple4

You should be able to. It's worth a try. Because the pudding is going to ring up first and then when they get to that coupon they will have to manually type in the amount to take off. The computer would not catch that. I have that same coupon for the free and thought about giving it a shot.

      • Sis2

No, you can't. You can use another coupon on the Chef boyardee, but not on the snack pac pudding because the get a free snackpack coupon is already attaching to the pudding.  Only one manufacturer coupon per product.

    • homemomof4

I've been trying to use my raincheck for 3 Ivory soaps for 99cents, but my Kroger (Irmo, SC) can't keep them on the shelf. This morning a customer swiped ALL 60 packages as they were unloaded. The poor bewildered stocker told me to come back again.
I'm new to couponing and want to know: are there a few basic courtesies? Such as–don't clear a shelf? Just curious.
Donating these items to shelters, schools, or food pantries is so nice. It's just that there are people like me–a SAHM of 4 young children, with a husband who is a state-employed educator and facing furloughs and now increased health insurance costs–who are desperately trying to survive. I'm doing all in my power not to rely on food banks or a handout. (This year I grew and canned cucumbers, peaches, beans, tomatoes, etc.) I'm trying to remain self-reliant and maintain a sense of dignity.
Clearing a shelf can be counter-productive, folks. People like me might have to end up asking for help from community organizations. I'd rather not.

      • akmilly

Yes, clearing the shelf is definitely considered rude, especially with such a staggering number of soaps taken. IF you ever find yourself in need of more than (IMO) 10 (at the MOST) of one product, you can always call your store and have them order more specifically for you. I'm sorry you're having problems…don't get discouraged! Also, if you need, make sure you get your Ivory soap raincheck continued and ask management to write, “Take coupons” on it if they are close to expiration.

        • homemomof4

Thank you so much for the info about rainchecks being continued. I didn't know that was possible–I appreciate the tip!

      • Akapple4

that's odd because our local Kroger said there is a limit on how many items you can get w/ a coupon. I believe the absolute most is 10. I would ask them if their coupon policy does not set any limits.

      • Sha08

I've also been waiting on these without any luck…

      • Bridget

Did you see that person do this? I am not usually a confrontational person but I certainly would have said something to the individual and if that did not work, I would have gone straight to management right then and had them clarify their policy on purchase limits. My gas and time are just as valuable as that greedy individual and it is simply bad business for the store to allow this. How aggravating!

        • homemomof4

I arrived shorty after it happened. The stocker, cashier, and bagger all thought the individual was nuts when I asked them about the incident.

I later called and spoke with one of the managers and explained what happened. Apparently they want people to limit it to 10. Some couponers are aggressive and argue that the ad doesn't stipulate a 10-item limit, although the ads DO say management may limit quantities. This shopper is well known and even appears to target new cashiers who aren't familiar with the limit(!) Not sure if this is true or how the management would know, but that's what was communicated to me.

The manager was kind, helpful, and promised to hold a few for me.

My suggestion–if people are clearing shelves, take a minute to call and speak to the manager (nicely) about the situation.

Hopefully 1) they will hold a few items for you when the next shipment arrives and 2) if enough customers speak directly to management about it, then they will publicize and enforce a limit of 10 or 12 or however many items.

Honestly folks, why does ANYONE NEED 60 3-packs of Ivory soap?!

          • Bridget

You handled it very well in my opinion.

I've wondered if there has been much backlash from stores and/or increase in hoarding behaviors from new couponers who have gotten hyped up by the Extreme Couponing t.v. show. My local Dollar Tree stores have gone ninja with the Sunday papers due to theft of coupons and aggressive newspaper purchasers (one of the store managers told me people are lined up at the door when they open on Sundays! even on weeks when the coupons are mediocre at best.) That particular store limits everyone to 10 papers. Crazy.

      • Laura

At my store the shelves with all of the regular soaps stayed cleared the whole sale. But what few seemed to notice was they had tons of extra Ivory on an endcap by the pharmacist across the store. In fact they put a lot of health & beauty sale items there weekly. Much of time I find empty shelves and think oh well, guess I'm not getting that deal…then surprise, I find more in other parts of the store. HTH

    • The Lunch Lady

Can you use mulitple OYNO catalinas in the same order?  I have several from the Crest promo a week or 2 ago and wanted to know before I headed out!  TIA!

    • Aria

Minute maid frozen goods are on sale for $1.00 and $.50 coupon in SS7/31 makes them free. Bought 4 today.
I also have a question. I had free beechnut baby cereal coupon and I gave it to cashier, when I got home, realized that I did not deduct, is there anything i can do? Since I don't have the coupon anymore can nor prove anything?
      Thank you

      • Learn22read

That's happenned to me.. I wrote on the side what each coupon was for and the cashier at CS gave me my $ back.  It's happenned at Publix and Kroger.. The register acts as though it's taking the coupon but then it doesn't come off for some strange reason.  They'll be able to figure it out.

    • Hwll_stcy37

i am a newby at couponing. i have a question? can u use a manufacture coupon and a e coupon on the same product?

      • Val

No, ecoupons are manufacturer coupons so, you can only use one. Ecoupons do not double and only apply to one item so, if your paper coupon is better make sure you delete the ecoupon from your card (the register will automatically deduct the ecoupon and the cashier can not override it)

      • if i scan my card after coupons, the ecoupons come off and the paper coupons still double. i'm in kroger delta though. it's prob not the same everywhere

      • Kathi

No, they are both manuf cpns, and this s not permitted.

      • no,,,,but you can use a manu coupon with digital saving star coupons

    • Tidbit

does anyone have a code for the chef boy ar dee

      • Jackie

    • Kelly V.

Ok, my Kroger in Rosenberg, TX has the twin packs of Hamburger Helper 10/$10.  I had an .80/ 4 coupon and the $1 catalina.  When I checked out they rang up regular price so I went to customer service and got the difference back and one for free.  So I paid $1.20 for 8 HH!!!  Also got the Oxy face washes on sale for $1.99 for .99 w/my $1 coupons.  OOP was $23.58 saved $75.81.  What a great trip!

    • Ashlee

I know some people have said the cottonelle catalina is still running (suppose to end 7/31) but does anyone know about the Degree catalina? It was suppose to end 8/8 but I totally forgot about that deal when I went to kroger earlier this week.

    • Lynn

Today I found Gerber baby food, stage 2 & 3 marked down to $0.10 a jar.  It also gave me the catalina for buy 10 get $1, so it was free!  No coupons needed!

    • Berries_red

yesterday I bought (should use that term lightly because they were free) 6 Revlon nail files (10 ct.) sale price $1 used the $1 off Revlon tool Q = free plus got a $2 off any Revlon tool catalina

Anybody know what prompted this catalina? Should I have gotten 1 at a time to get 6 catalina?
