Everyday through March 12th Kroger will put up a new “daily deal” eCoupon.  The coupon will be available from 12-6 pm est. At first I wasn’t impressed with the idea, but I just logged in and got an eCoupon for a FREE bottle of Tide Laundry Detergent!!  Awesome!!!

You’ll need to sign in and save the eCoupon to your card.

Note: The deal will last only while supplies last each day, so set an alarm everyday for noon!

(I don’t know if I used enough exclamation marks here! Did you see FREE Tide??)

      Wow – that's amazing. Seems like they are going to go incredibly quick though. It's only 50 minutes into the 6 hour spread and it's gone. Hopefully tomorrow will be great also!

        I have the $5 off for bake-off, too, and have been to Kroger twice and it won't come off. Is there a specific time when the coupon is good? It shows as available on my card, but it doesn't subtract.

          This coupon will only come off at regular checkout for some reason. If you are using the self-checkout it will not be applied. I don't know why this is the case.

            This one actually did come off at self-checkout for me. Most of my coupons don't, though, so it was a nice surprise!

      Oh man I was on there site loading ecoupons and somehow it didn't show and now limit is reached. Try again tomorrow I hope they are all that good.

      I got one, but I have a question. If there are other tide ecoupons on your card, will the system pull the free one first, or the $.50 off ecoupon first? I'm thinking I need to remove all of the other ones!

      • that has happened to me – I had a free pillsbury rolls ecoupon and the computer grabbed a $.30/1 ecoupon instead!!!

          It should be fine either way. You can just print out a copy of what e-coupons are on your card and then show that to CS if it pulls the wrong one. They should reimburse you the money.

        You can always unload the lesser coupon. Don't know if you can reload later, however.

      For people new to your website, please add the date range to the print-outs rather than just the date printed (or whatever that date is) – e.g. the last list that I printed just had 2/25/2011. It would have saved me a trip to Kroger had I known that the list I printed on Friday would not be applicable to Sunday's items.

        The date range for each of the weekly ads is given. For example, if you check under the Kroger tab, the new weekly ad is listed for 2/27-3/05.

        You have to know what your store's sale dates are before knowing which week to click on here. The Kroger sales listed on this site are for the stores in the site owners area. (atlanta, right, Jen?) In NE Indiana our sales run Thur-Wed. I do not pay attention to meat or produce prices on this site. I can find out what is on sale using this site, but our prices are always different. On a side note, if I want to order coupons for our next weeks sale, this site is GREAT! It gives me plenty of time to get the coupons because I have an extra 4 days which is about how long it takes to get the coupons mailed to me.HTH

          And in the Delta region (ie Western Tennesee, Mississippi, Arkansas) it's Wed-Tues. It is a little confusing and sometimes disappointing when the Southern region has some great sales on meats and produce that we don't see near the same time. I've seen great sales in the Southern region on beef and chicken, while our area has pork on sale. Other items like the Greek yogurt and Colgate toothpaste were a match for the price.

      I am having trouble with the e-coupons coming off in general. Is it because I am using paper coupons with them? On the Kroger site under help with coupons, it says they can't be used with paper coupons. I know this has been posted before and many have said you can use both, but has anything changed recently? I really need to extra $ off. Thanks!

        Hi whenever I have trouble wth the ecoupons coming off I just go under coupon help and email them and they send back a form with questions about your receipt and such and they have always uploaded the $ amount to my card and it comes off my next order I hope this helps

        In Knoxville, the paper coupons override the ecoupon. I will see the ecoupon pop up on the screen when I scan the item, but then if I hand a paper coupon to the UScan cashier, it is the only discount I ultimately receive. The ecoupon disappears from the computer screen and my receipt.

      Nothing here still. I’ve been checking on and off since 12pm and its now 320pm… lame for them to do this! I’ve had lots of trouble with the kroger.com website this year. They need to get it together over there. Am I the only one that sometimes the coupons don’t work, even when you get the exact item. That is really lame!

      From working with internet apps… My guess is 500,000 people like me are sitting at home, reloading/refreshing their website, and it is crashing and or slowing down their site. :)

        I saw that coupon, too, but that is a B1G1 free coupon. Not the same as the giveaway deal they are advertising.
        I have been able to load/refresh the site, logged in with no errors, and it still says check back at another time.

      Glad it's not just me — Pittsboro, NC. I'm such a maniac that I called up Customer Service. The first person I talked to (after waiting in queue 22 minutes) said “we/ve been having a lot of problems with this deal today. I'll transfer you to IT to help you. Waited about 15 minutes for IT when our power briefly went out kicking my digital phone offline, so I lost the connection. ARRGH! I've given up for now and will wait like the rest of the group. Whenever it comes up on the Kroger page, we'll probably all crash the site in 30 seconds!

        I just called Kroger and they said there site crashed and the IT guys are working on it. The man seemed really upset that I even called.     • While I AM frustrated, it's a free product – more than most stores will offer. I just refresh every 10-15 minutes and keep my hopes up!

        This. I'm not gonna lose sleep over it if I miss it. Kroger says it will be loaded between 12-6pm and it's still 12-6pm. Not sure why people are getting mad. It's a coupon not your life savings.

I don't think the intent was for people to waste their day for 1 free item. it's only 1000/day and I'm sure they were thinking people could try for it if they logged on. It's a random time between 12 – 6…seems self explainitory. So much for Kroger trying to do something fun and nice.

      I, for one, am not complaining that they are generous enough to give away free merchandise. I AM being realistic and communicating that to others who may be interested…I sat on Kroger's websiste refreshing it every 5 minutes (at a minimum)for over 4 hours…and I still missed it. I don't feel it is 'negativity' or that I am being un grateful to share that with others who may be spread thin and pressed for time like I am. Good luck to all who do choose to keep participating!         Well I had to sine out from 4p-5p due to same storm and almost sent an email telling everybody I knew it would open up then and to be sure and watch. It kept telling me to log in, which I already was, but even when I clicked to “sign-in” it would take me right back to the same page saying that I needed to log in.       I agree that people should not complain, since Kroger is being generous and offering something for free. Quit complaining. You're acting like they OWED you something, and they wasted your time. No, if free coffee creamer is going to take up your day, you need to get a life. I logged on at work, refreshed every half hour or so, and was able to get it. If I didn't, oh well. If I don't get any more, oh well.

      Coffeemate is usually on sale and with coupons it's under $1 for the small bottles, and that's cheap. You save a TON of money with couponing, so be thankful.

      Got my free coffee creamer, plus used a kroger mailer coupon for .75 off. So Kroger paid me to take their coffeemate for free. :)

      If you have a paper coupon for one of these free items, you can use it along with the free e-coupon and get overage.

      Stop hating on Kroger, this is a great deal, and if you're lucky to get the coupon, great. If not, life goes on.

        That is not an error message. It is telling you that the item hasn't posted yet today. It will post at any time Kroger chooses between 12 noon and 6 pm (EST). It didn't post til 5:30 pm yesterday. And I wasn't aware of it the first day but think it did at noon that day.

      WOW! I kept refreshing until the pasta showed up. Then I clicked to add it to my card and it just froze. I was freaking out because I couldn't get it to do anything.       This is not accurate, as I logged on within 2 minutes prior to the time and continued to check. The item for the day was not even showing on my screen. Then at two minutes after the time, it was showing gone and the limit had been reached for the day. I do not believe this is accurate.

        It must have been gone in seconds. I was continually refreshing and it wasn't there at 2:59pm. I did see it, but it would never load to my card. It's very nice of Kroger to have this promotion, but it's really no fun.

        All week I've been going to it the same way I do all my digital coupons from Kroger…and it hasn't worked. But, today I discovered that you should (and you may already know this) click on the link above that says “'Daily Deal' ecoupon” in blue. Then keep clicking refresh button about 2 min. before the time until it shows up, then hit the button as fast as possible! Oh and none of the others coupons were on there, just the daily deal. Hope this helps, it helped me!

        No, it's separate from those. Follow the link above and it will take you right to it. You may want to log in early and just keep it minimized until time. If you just keep refreshing the link it will pop up. It's right below the red writing that tells you what time it's going to be posted.

      3:00 I checked the box and clicked load to card, but it kept telling me “select a coupon to load”. I tried 10 times unchecking & rechecking it each time and still got the same message every time.

      During some of the past Kroger games where you could win a limit of 2 prizes I noticed if I won a 2nd without having picked up the 1st prize yet it would never let me load the 2nd to my card. I did get the coffemate Mon, and haven't picked it up yet, so I wonder if it's the same way, that I can't get another prize until I go collect the coffemate. I'd much rather have had the Charmin.

        If you check the page it will tell you the time for the day. So far today it still says 3:00…Im not counting on it. I will be checking again in a few hours to see if it has changed. I was one of the lucky 1,000 yesterday and both of my friends that tried it were winners too!

      STOP COMPLAINING. It's a FREE item, they don't HAVE to give these away. It's not their fault you can't read, or assumed it would be 4pm each day. They are obviously changing it each day so all the hounds don't snatch it up. Maybe by changing the times, it gives others a chance.

      If you're lucky and get it, be thankful. If not, you save so much money by couponing anyway, you can get Charmin for $2, coffeemate is usually free or cheap, GG Valley Fresh Steamers are usually under 50 cents after coupons.

        Not that I've seen. They had real issues with the site on Monday and several people called customer service. Just prior to them getting it posted somebody was told by customer it was a Nestle product but that was as specific as it got. Otherwise, I've not seen anything posted about what the product will be that day, it's just a gamble.

      I talked to the people who run the DOD section of the website. On my computer, it appears that I am logged in on every page except the DOD page. They THINK I am still logged in and that when the deal shows up I will see it and be able to load it. They, of course, are not certain. They have asked me to e-mail them and let them know what happens. I know this doesn't help anyone, but don't bother calling Kroger…they sent me to another number, and that is who said the above. I guess we'll just wait and see.

      I logged in earlier than 3:00 to be ready. It still tells me that I need to log in. After the item, it says “Log in to Add this to Your Card.” i click on that and it brings me the same screen……frustrating. If they aren't going to work, they shouldn't get everyone excited about it…

      Has anyone had trouble redeeming their free items? I got Pillsbury ready to bake chocolate chip cookies yesterday because that's what I won with the Daytona 500 game. An ecoupon came off for Pillsbury roll cookie dough for $.75 but the free ecoupon didn't come off. The cashier talked to the manager who said they couldn't do anything about it since it was an ecoupon. I called customer service when I got home and talked to a WONDERFUL woman named Linda. She credited my account $3 (!) since that didn't work and send a note over to the ecoupon people to see if they could figure why ecoupons were coming off for things I didn't buy and the right ones weren't coming off. It happened last week when I bought Totino's pizzas and a pizza roll coupon came off. She also credited my account $2 because a few weeks ago they refused to double my $.50 coupon for Colgate since it was only $.98. I tried explaining that it would automatically adjust down and only give me $.48 but they did it manually so it wouldn't double. I ended getting a better deal by calling customer service than I would have if I'd returned the toothpaste and demanded my coupons back. Moral of the story: call customer service because they are happy to help!

      Can somebody that won the free Charmin tell me the details of that item? I was out of town baby-sitting that day and got the free item but really wasn't paying attention to the size b/c I was so excited. I made a pre-planned stop at Kroger on my way home to pick up Charmin (among other things) intending to use the $3 e-coupon + $1 P & G paper coupon on the 12 double roll pack. The register ended up using my freebie instead. Glad it's gonna be on sale next week so I can still use the $3 + $1 again. Just wanted to make sure that was right. Thanks

      I logged in before the deal came up. Today around 11:55 (yesterday I couldn't log in beforehand) . I refreshed the page at the time and when it pops up I click box and hit load to card. It has seemed like I didn't get the item a couple of times but it ends up being on my card. I have a standard computer and comcast for internet and I have been able to get 5 of the 6 I have attempted to get. yesterday took the longest of any day. Yesterday I actually got it using safari on my phone. I am truly grateful and thankfull for these extra blessings from the Lord .

      I went to Kroger today to redeem the Totinos coupon and it didn't come off. Neither did another one of my e-coupons I loaded from the Kroger site. My cellfire ones worked fine though. I had to go to customer service and they gave me a gift card in the amount of the coupons. Anyone else have trouble with Kroger e-coupons not coming off?

I had to go to customer service and they said if it happens again that I have to call Kroger and have them load it onto my card correctly… Im thinking totinos pizza rolls aren't worth the call … they are .30 right now and an hour on the phone with kroger is too much hassle for .30… Although- I did get 30 double rolls of toilet paper for free because the charmin coupon didn't work…

      I just got back Kroger and used my free Charmin TP coupon. The coupon says 24 ct OR LARGER, so I got the 30 double roll count that's priced @ 18.99. My ecoupon came off for 18.99 no problem! So, if you got the charmin coupon, get the big package! I haven't tried any of my other one yet.

      I went yesterday and got my Charmin 30 Roll, very nice (Thanks Jenny! :)
      Then I also bought the Tide that was on sale b/c I had an eCoupon for like 35 or 60 cents off. It took the tide off at $5.99 as well as the 30 Roll Charmin. So I got both for free. I spent before coupons $96 and paid $36 after coupons.

        Don't get me wrong.. I'm grateful for the coupons… and this is soooo NOT against Jenny … it is purely a vent about the promo not getting their bugs worked out before launching.

      I logged in 11:50 then hit reload the page at 12, it said check back later. Hit reload, it said check back later. Hit reload, it said check back later. Hit reload, it said Pampers limit reached…but I did get the ice cream. Those pampers must've been gone in 20 seconds!

      The past 3 days in a row I checked boxed the item and hit add to card…all 3 days I got 'internal error' after a long wait. But only one of the items ever showed up on my card.

        Congrats on the Pampers and ice cream! Lot's of people mentioned earlier today about having problems with ecoupons not coming off at check out and lots mentioned they had no problems. Apparently there's no rhyme or reason to this.

        The Buitoni that was not on sale as a part of the cartbuster program did not come off (agnolatti). Next trip, the cartbuster on sale Buitoni did come off (whole wheat ravioli). However, this assumed “requirement” to get the free product seems not to hold true to the Charmin – people are getting the $18.99 60 roll pack for free even though this is not part of the cart buster sale.

      Yes. I had that problem, I just realized when I got home that they didn't take the ice cream off even though it's in my digital coupon list. The diapers also didn't come off, but they manually overrode that….so I get home and log on to my account, and it still shows I have a free ice cream and diapers!!

        The honest thing would be to delete the diaper ecoupon since you have technically already used it. For all that Kroger does for us, we shouldn't take advantage of them and steal. You're an adult though so I am sure you know better. Congrats on getting the free items though!

          You can't delete them. There is no option to do that as they are special promotion items.

          They won't mess with the e-coupons at my store, so obviously the manager at her store is aware of the potential for double-dipping. Kroger managers are pretty smart overall.

      I just went to Kroger to grab a few items and tried to redeem my free Private Selection ice cream, and it didn't come off. I felt kind of bad asking them to void it because the bagger had to run it back to the freezer section, but I'm used to paying around 2.50 for ice cream when it's on sale, so didn't want to spend 4 dollars on it. The cashier said that when she hit the button to get my total, the machine got really slow as if it was trying to load an ecoupon, but then it didn't. She was very nice but said that if I bought it, the only thing I could do was call 1-800-krogers. All 3 of my local Kroger locations will not redeem or override or give any kind of assistance at the store when there are problems with ecoupons, which is very unfortunate. They need to come up with a way to handle ecoupons in the store. Well, I will try again in a few days.

        Same thing happened to me. However, I was able to use my Charmin freebie. I didn't notice the ice cream until I got home. However, it was on sale at my Kroger so I only paid 2.50 for it. I will try again in a few days. Give it time to load.

        My Charmin and veggie steamers came off, but ice cream, sierrra mist and Buitoni pasta didn't. (Yeah, it's been a good run for me) I ended up holding up the line for like 20 minutes because my cashier and customer service seemed like they had never even heard of the daily deal promotion. Customer service kept saying “free?”. She called someone else and finally got the ok. I tried twice to get them to let me pay and then customer service reimburse me, but she didn't want to do that. SOOOOO embarrassing on a busy Sunday afternoon. I'm really grateful for the free stuff, but I'm amazed at how many ways Kroger seems to have missed the details in running this thing. DOn't get wrong…I'm not hating on Kroger, just surprised!

          On the last give away they had, I went into Kroger to get that one item. When it rang up for free, she cashier had to call the entire store up there it seemed like. I kept trying to tell her it was with that Daytona thing online and she didn't know what I was talking about. I was a little embarrassed. The cashier made me feel like I was stealing it or something. Finally, the manager came over and explained to her. Seems like they would let employees know of promotions before they start.

        I had the same thing happen to me so I called 1-888-553-3003 (the Kroger E-coupon help line). The customer service agent was very helpful and credited my Kroger card with $5 (the ice cream was $4.99) that will come off my next order. The customer service agent was WAY more helpful than my local Kroger Manager. She could see the coupon on my account but was unwilling to give me a refund. She told me I would have to call the 800 number. Good luck!

      I have a question. If you have ecoupons come off and then you cancel the transaction for whatever reason before paying will they still be on your card or is it too late? I went to redeem my free Charmin and I forgot and grabbed the 12 roll pack when I was originally going to try to get the 30 roll pack and when I realized at the Uscan, I asked the guy if I cancelled the transcation would my ecoupons still be there. He said he couldn't be sure, so I was afraid to take the chance because I had lots of other ecoupons that had come off. I didn't want to lose them all plus my free charmin.

I actually went to another store 30 minutes away and used them immediately. Hope you save the TP for the 30 roll! It worked on mine and took off $18.99!! :-)

            Kroger may have had a couple glitches, but as a previous poster said, it's 1000 prizes spread across all the states where Kroger has shoppers. Although I am in one of the southern states, they are clustered up north as well and those areas are more populous. In addition, not all internet connections are created equal. In order to get this prize, you have to send information across the Internet, using the resources that you have paid for in your home as a starting point. And all internet connections are NOT created equally.

            Further, it's up to Kroger to decide if they want to limit the amount of prizes one person can receive.

        I didn't get the Tide (I was cooking and cleaning), the creamer (that was the day they strung us out all day and posted it at 5:30 and I wasn't going to waste my time since I get free/cheap creamer all the time), steam fresh (didn't even try-they are really cheap), and Pepsi (as I remember some kind of glitch was happening that day-wouldn't let anyone sign in).

        It seems several people have stated on this post that they are having a hard time getting the ice cream coupon to work. I'm thinking it is some kind of glitch in Kroger's system.

        It's not too bad if your store will give you credit or override the system, but many, like me, have store customer service who just say “sorry, nothing we can do, just call 1-800-krogers”

        It helped that I printed off a quick snipet of my e coupon showing that I had it. They took it off at customer service with no problem. Bonus it is still showing up on my card as a valid coupon!

      I just got back from Kroger and Wow! You guys should have seen the look on the cashier's face when I told him the 30 pack of toilet paper and 12 giant pack of Bounty paper towels were supposed to be free. I saved $37.98 just from those two items! Yay!!! The Buitoni pasta didn't work, but I just told him I didn't want it. I'll figure that out later.         You click on the link above, log in and then refresh every so often. Then at 3pm (or whatever time they designate) you refresh until you see a new box below the banner, right beneath “view more coupons”. Then once you see that box, click on the check and then click load to card. The key is you need to already be logged in at the appointed time or you'll never get anything.

      I think I experienced today what everyone else has been talking about. I refreshed at 3 pm, it took one minute to start loading the page, then a full 2 minutes to show me the coupon. Then the load to card link was dead. Frustrating, but at least I only missed fruit snacks. Thanks CIA for letting us know. I was less frustrated during those 3 minutes thinking I wasn't missing much. I've gotten some great stuff in previous days, so no complaints!

        Same here only it was gone by the time it showed me the coupon. You might have still gotten it because there were several times I clicked load to card and nothing happened, but I ended up getting the item. I'd wait about 30 min and check your card.

      Got the fruit snacks!! Yay!! Miseed all but 3 of these as I was having sign in issues. I would get kicked out after hitting “load coupon to card”…..somehow figured it out, I've gotten the last three days…..Yay!

      Now, I hope I don't have any issues redeeming…seems like a lot of people are having issues.

      OK, I normally don't get frustrated with things like this, but it's ridiculous. The Daily Deal has been gone every day when I sign in. Not everyone can sit by the computer, waiting. So annoying.

        Since they've been announcing what time the deal is there is not as much sitting around waiting as there was the first couple of days where there was a 6 hour time window. It is more the luck of the draw once that exact time hits. I notice your screen name says you home school. Can you take a 10 minute break to be online from 2:50-3:00 and refresh the page right at 3:00 to give it a shot? Maybe it is your internet connection. It seems like some people are having a problem if their internet is not the best quality. I'm sorry you are so frustrated, but I don't think it has anything to do with sitting around “waiting” since the time is announced each day.

        Do you have any friends or family members who can access the computer at that time for you if you are too busy? I've recruited my mom to do the ones that happen while I'm at work. Her job includes being at the computer all day so it is easy for her. It's exciting to come home and see if she scored some free stuff for me! :-)

          So, I tried the stalking the site thing today, starting at 2:45. Refreshed the page at 2:58, then at 2:59. At 2:59, it took 2 minutes for the site to come back up. Finally was able to view the page at 3:01. All the coupons were gone. I have high speed internet. Still frustrated. Thanks for the suggestion, though. :-)

      Got SOOOOOO frustrated today I called and complained. I couldn't understand why Kroger wasn't prepared. A nice lady called me back and said that she completely understands the frustrations. She said on a normal day that 250k people visit the website, but that in the 30 min before and after 3:00 over a million people had visited. She said IT was working on it, of course, and that they we going to run a “special” promotion on FB next week to give everyone something!

        Seriously, you complained? What makes you think Kroger wasn't prepared? They are only giving up to 1,000 things a day and you didn't get one. You didn't get to the website at the right time. Get over it. Think of it like the lottery or a raffle. Not everyone wins. Kroger can't give away free toilet paper to everyone.

        I suppose if Kroger gets enough complaints the “opportunity” to win free stuff won't happen again. I've never seen such generous prizes given to people from a grocery store. Thank you, Kroger!!!!

        I checked the coupon then hit load to card. It sat showing the hourglass like 30 seconds then said “cannot connect to the website”. I clicked reload the page and it said the limit was reached. I knew it would be after a 30 second delay! No big deal.

          I have to say I have won almost everyday too and a friend of mine has not had any issues either. You have to refresh almost constantly about 5 minutes till and it will pop up. I promise! I think they are probably giving away more than 1000. You HAVE to be on the page with the RED writing that states the time it's going to be posted. Just keep refreshing that page and it will pop up. :-)

        Maybe your checking during the wrong time zone. It is posted 3 pm eastern time. Im central time so I log in around 1:45 and refresh at 2:00 and Im usually able to get the coupon.

      A word of advice. I went to Kroger yesterday to get the only free product I have been able to get – the Private Selection ice cream. I did not get the eCoupon for it and when I went to customer service, the rep didn't know anything about the Deal of the Day promotion. A supervisor was slightly confused as well and didn't want to do anything about it. I finally figured out that the ice cream comes in both 33 and 48 ounce sizes and I had bought the 33 ounce. Had to return it since I wasn't about to pay $3.99 for it and then get the right ice cream.

      My coupons are not coming off of my total at kroger. Customer service has never heard of deal of the day so they don't want to help. I called Kroger and after spending 30 minutes on the phone with them they decided they can't help me either since I put the items back and don't have a receipt for them. I have to go spend $ on paper towels, ice cream, soda, charmin toilet paper, pantene shampoo and pizza rolls before they can help me….and they don't actually give the money back. They load it onto my card… To me that isn't helpful since I do most of my shopping elsewhere. Maybe I should change my name to Thanks FOR NOTHING Kroger!

            I let them scan the items and then i give my card and I watch for them to come off then. And yes I have been able to get my items. The only one that didn't come off for me was Buitoni and I called and they put the credit on my card. But, I didn't realize it didn't come off or I would of put it back.

        I redeemed the bounty, charmin, ice cream, totinos, coffee mate, and bag of veg. but the Sierra mist did not come off with 2 separate visits. If you checked the coupons and saw them listed on your active coupons I would give it a try again. I personally always checkout at the self checkout and I always scan my card before I get started. I don't think that makes a difference. The stores computer system may have been down when you went. I am sorry for your troubles personally this has truly blessed me and my family .Thanks Kroger.

              I redeemed my toilet paper and paper towels on a separate order today because I was buying the $5.99 cartbuster deals, too and didn't want them to be used as the “free” items. It rang up $18.99 times 2 and then took off each one and didn't charge me tax, either. The only $0.00 receipt I have ever had! I always have to pay tax even if I have coupons for everything.

My ice cream did not come off and I printed the list item and took it to CS and they gave me my money back. I know it is frustrating.

        Are you scanning your actual plus card or loading in a phone number? The reason I ask is that last week I was buying an item already on my card before the giveaway and the item didn't come off. So I called that e-coupon number and for some reason, the plus card number on my receipt for that transaction was not my number. I figured out I must have loaded in my phone number incorrectly and it ended up being somebody's number that had a plus card so the computer didn't kick it out. Just a thought there.
