Since the Curly's Pulled Pork is BOGO, would a BOGO coupon make it free?

      • Since B1G1 items at Kroger just ring up half price, I'm pretty sure if you use a B1G1 coupon in addition to the B1G1 sale, the coupon will just take off the sale price… which is half the regular price. That would mean you'd be getting two items for the price of half of one. Make sense?

        • ant0288

its a your mileage will vary deal… some cashier take off the full price of the item, some take off the sale price of the item…

          • Alexis

I did a couple of B1G1 coupon deals last week and both times it took off the regular price as opposed to the sale price. Great deal. The items were just regular sale, not Kroger B1G1, so I don't know for sure if this is how it would work with a B1G1 sale and a B1G1 coupon.

            • ant0288

try to keep going to that cashier… i did tried to use the same b1g1 coupon in two different transactions at kroger, and the 1st cashier took off the full price which made the sale a lot better than i thought it would be, but the second cashier took off just the sale price… so it matters a lot which cashier you use

            • Kim

I was just there and tried to use the B1G1 coupons on the Curly. They rang up half off, so I couldn't use them. that sucks!

            • Joanna

How much were they at your Kroger? I'm still curious if it is worth my trip and my dollar. :)

            • Lucy

I always go to the same cashier at my Krogers. I went to a different one a few weeks ago and she pulled things out of the bag to see if I purchased enough for the coupons I had (which I did). By going to the same cashier and building a relationship with her, if a coupon doesnt ring thru she asks if I bought it or how many I bought. I tell her and she overrides the coupon for it to go thru. I am not trying to cheat Krogers, but I want my coupons for what I bought. So if you shop at the same store and find a cashier you like be sure you go on the days they are working and go thru their line. Makes life much easier for me.

      • Jennifer

When items at my Kroger are B1G1 they ring up 1/2 price. So if you were to use the B1G1 coupon you would pay 1/2 price for one and get the other one free. Paying 1/2 for 1 but getting 2 is still a pretty good deal… That is like 75% off! HTH!

      • noahcat

Thanks for reminding me about those curly's BOGO Qs I found them thursday at Publix in a blinkie. Wasn't sure if I would even use them.

    • Heather

Does anyone know what zip code will bring up the Kashi granola bars?

      • Kim

I would also like to know this!!!!

    • Moorebuilder

How do you get the kroger home mailer?

      • Patty

I went to the Customer Service desk at my Kroger and the lady gave me a home mailier card to fill out, but no luck. I read in a previous posting someone called the number on the back of their Kroger card and receive it immediately in the mail. I think I am going to do that so you might want to try that.

    • Jennifer

    • angelador

i'm new to all this! help! what do you mean with the $3 off instant savings for Huggies diapers? is this another coupon to use at the same time or what?

      • Katie

My understanding is that as long as you use your Kroger card and purchase at least $15 dollars worth of Huggies products, the computer will automatically take $3 off your purchase. You do not need another coupon. You will just need your two $3 off coupons. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I am going out today to get the deal so will let you know if I was wrong!

        • smilie saver

I just came back from Kroger’s and did the coupons for $2 off of 64ct. huggies wipes when you buy two which I had two of those and then I had a $3 off huggies diapers. All items total to 16.95 which is over the 15.00 dollars worth sale to get additional $3 off. This means I got 4 huggie wipes 64ct and 1 pack of huggie diapers. Not so- I just saw they did not take off the $3 extra. I asked customer service why I did’nt get the additional savings- she said it’s because the items were less after the coupons. Which means they will give you the $3 off as long as the total is 15.oo after coupons.
I did get a manager and he said the same and I told him I thought you had to have the total before coupons. He was polite and gave me the 3.00 any ways.

Can some one help me with this I am grateful he did this for me but I don’t want to do anything that is against their policy. I did see this example on the website yesterday how to purchase these items and now I don’t see it to double check my understanding.

          • ET

I did it today with the wipes deal that Jenny posted and the $3 came off of my total.

      • I just did it! The $3 comes off your order at the end, when the cashier totals it up. It was the last item on my receipt before the paper coupons. I did get the deal twice, just had to split up my transactions. Ended up with 3 packs of Pull-Ups, 3 boxes of wipes, and one flushable wipes way below normal prices. Maybe $20 for all?

    • Damia

-$2 off Surf Laundry Detergent RP 5/12 is this suppose to be 5/16?

      • kelli

yes, the surf coupon is in todays rp not last weeks. I don't think that there was an rp last week.

    • FYI the pepsi redbox deal is only Pepsi and Mountain Dew and flavors. Doesn't apply to all Pepsi products (which are on sale).

      • jarrodbryson

I got 2 Pepsi Max Lime, 2 Pepsi Max, 1 Dew, and 1 Rootbeer and I got no print outs. I asked the Cashier, who asked the Manager, whom all gather round to look at me like I'd grown horns.

So mixing and matching those combo's seem to = no Codes.

    • Tiffany

I signed up for an account on Kroger's website and added some ecoupons to my card. It says it takes up to an hour for the coupons to be loaded but when I went to the store about 2 hours later, the coupons didn't come off my total. I ended up having the cashier take those items off. Has anyone else had this problem? No one at Kroger was able to help me and the ecoupon customer service is closed. I very rarely shop at my Kroger because the service is SO bad, but it would be worth it this time if the darn coupons would work!

      • Jessica

        two possible problems:
        1) The ecoupons often do not come off until your order is “totalled”, so you don't know until the end if they work.
        2) occasionly my card has scanned wrong (or maybe a different card was scanned) so my order was associated with a different account that didn't have the coupons loaded.
        3) Also, I think when you first sign up for the ecoupons you might have to wait longer (maybe 12 or 24 hours?).

        • Tiffany

Thank you Jessica. The coupon did not come off after the cashier told me what my total was. I went to the self checkout afterwards to make sure the correct card scanned but after I hit “pay now” it still didn't come off. I think it could be the 3rd option but the website didn't mention that it would be more of a delay. I will try again in a couple days but I have a feeling that what I want will be sold out by then! Olay facial cleansers are half off, plus a $2 ecoupon plus a $2 mfr coupon equals free face wash plus overage!

    • ladyholiday

I think there is an Kroger ecoupon for the Green Giant boxed veggies too. .50 on two. If you use both the ecoupon and the paper its only 1.14 for 3 boxes, I think. My math can be iffy.

      • Anne

How do you keep track of the ecoupons?

    • richard

Do you have to specificly ask for under .50 coupons to be doubled, because when I checked out last week they did not double my low value coupons at kroger.

      Just wondering. thanks!

      • runnerchick

The computer should automatically double the coupon. On the receipt is should shoe the amount of the coupon and then the bonus or double amount. It must be a manufacturer coupon. I don't think they double their store coupons.

      • Alexis

No, it should happen automatically. On the lower part of your receipt you should see the manufacturer's coupon (say, MC $0.30) and then the line right below it should be a store coupon (in this case SC $0.30 for double or SC $0.60 if your Kroger triples). At least, that is how my Kroger works. Some coupons don't double/triple, but I don't know how you know which ones those are. I have some that specifically say DO NOT DOUBLE OR TRIPLE, yet they do…

      • Jen

Some stores don't double coupons at all. I know the stores in Nebraska don't… you may need to ask next time. Also, make sure you scan your card.

      • triciaj

Also, make sure you give them your kroger card first. Otherwise it will not double them. I learned this when I sent my husband went shopping for me. He gave them the coupons and then at the end entered our phone number because he doesn't have a card on his key ring. I went to customer service and asked about it and they told me always scan your card/enter your number first and then they gave me change for the coupons that should have been doubled. So take your receipt and go ask. Either you'll find out for sure if your store does not double or you could get some money back.

    • Shannon

Coupon for Luigi's Italian Ice this week for $.50 off. The sale price is $2.99, take off $1.00 for the doubled coupon and you get a great treat for $1.99! This sure beats the regular price of almost $4

    • AprilM

I used to get the booklets of coupons in the mail from Kroger. I haven't received any in quite some time but I still see people with them in the store. What happened?

      • yolanda

Same thing happened to me I called the number on my kroger card and recieved one the next week and they have been coming again since then.

    • Curvychic

Just did a SUPER Huggies wipes deal at my Kroger in Richmond Hill, GA. Wipes were $1.99. I used my $.50 coupon which doubled to $1 off. I bought 16 boxes (in two transactions) for under $10!!! Here's the math:
      $1.99 each w/ 16 boxes at $31.84
16 coupons for $.50 off 1 which doubled for $16.00 off!
      Total was $15.84 before $3 off $15 (2 deals means $6 off!)
So grand total was $9.84 before tax! Can't beat that for 16 boxes of Huggies wipes! :)

      • saveinla

I tried to do the deal with 8 tubs and the 3$ off did not come off. I was in a hurry since I had a sick child at home and did not check. Do you think they will give me the 3$ off if I go back tomorrow?
They scrutinised my IP color coupons for 5 minutes and did not say a word to me. The cashier went to 2 different managers to check. Doesn't look too good for me. Thanks

        • Curvychic

It couldn't hurt to try! I would just go to customer service with your receipt and explain that you didn't get the $3 off for Huggies products when you buy $15. I know at my Kroger, the $3 came off automatically at the end, so you may want to make sure your Kroger is participating (assuming you shop somewhere other than the Richmond Hill Kroger).

    • pdseidel

I just went to a local Kroger, and they are now not taking internet coupons. Is anyone else having these problems?

      • Valerie

Would not surprise me… as of this week my Krogers is no longer taking Publix coupons… I guess they would rather loose more money on top of not taking the publix q's…

        • Lucy

I always go to the same cashier at my Krogers. I went to a different one a few weeks ago and she pulled things out of the bag to see if I purchased enough for the coupons I had (which I did). I was told that my Kroger is no longer taking internet coupons that say an item is free. I haven't had any problems with other internet coupons though.

my kroger they only let me use 2 internet coupon!!!(TOTAL)DURHAM NC

      • Jennifer

I was told 2 internet coupons per manufacturer (like P&G) for instance. It's a pain.

    • Kristine

my kroger in middle TN doesn't have the B1G1 on Curly's BBQ :(…and I even ordered more Q's for the sale. Too bad for me…maybe Publix will come through.

      • misty

my publix has the coupon right now in the blinkies. I haven't been to Kroger yet, don't know about whether they have the sale or not.

      • ET

Our Publix in metro ATL has the Curly's on sale 2/$7.00 so $3.50 each and with the B1G1 coupon they were $1.75 each.

    • EricsMom_07

El Paso seasoning packets (taco, burrito, etc flavors) have a Catalina deal….buy 3 and get $1 catalina. At my Kroger, the burrito flavor was on closeout for $0.65. Bought 3 for $1.95 and received the $1 catalina…made the 3 packets $0.32 each.

    • Our ad in Richmond, VA doesn't always match up completely with yours, but there are some good deals. Tomatoes are only .99 cents/lb and Fresh Selections salad only $1, but Curly's BBQ tubs aren't B1G1F here, they're $4.99 each (you could still use the B1G1F coupon though), just wanted to point out a few differences.

    • teachingthem

FYI on the Tropicana… I bought 2 Pure Premium last night. In addition to my coupon & the sale price, the receipt also showed $1.25 taken off as “e-coupon”. I don't remember loading this, but it came off. Maybe an unadvertised promo for buying 2?

    • Kari

New to this so bare with me…If an item is B1G1 and I have two $1 off coupons can I use both coupons (one for each item) even though one is technically “free”. Does this make sense? Not sure how to word it. Since B1G1 is technically just half off at my store I wondered if this would work.

      • HappyMamaX2

I do this as Publix and it works for me since both items just ring up for half the price.

        • misti

you should still be able to use both – walgreens and cvs are true bogo stores and they allow you to use two coupons on bogo items… but I have heard that in Florida publix you cant use two

      Did I do this wrong??

I went to Kroger (4753 Atlanta Hwy Loganville, GA 30052) last night and here is what I tried to do….

I had (2) Qpons “Buy 1 Old Spice Body Wash Get 1 FREE”
      …so I had total 4 body washes

I also had (1) Qpon “Buy any 2 Old Spice Body Wash Get Body Spray FREE”
      …so I had 1 OS Body Sprays

I had (1) Qpons “-$1.00 off any 2 Old Spice Body Wash”

So here is the way I saw it…

Qpon #1- 1 Body Wash (+ 1 FREE Body Wash)
Qpon #2- 1 Body Wash (+ 1 FREE Body Wash)
      Purchased 2 Body Washes
Qpon #3- 1 Free Body Spray wyb 2 Body Washes
Qpon #4- -$1.00 off wyb 2 Body Washes

Well the lady told me that I could not do this, she said in order to do this I would have had to have 8 Body Washes (2 for each coupon)! WHAT?? I have never heard that! Did I do something wrong? Is she right? Please help me! This has been bothering me ALL NIGHT!!!

      • HappyMamaX2

this is my Kroger too! too funny anyways,I think what you did sounds right but I'm not a coupon expertI You did purchase two body washes which entitles you to the free spray, you should be able to use the 1.00 off q since you are purchasing the body wash's and you should get two free with those other coupons. Its not like you were using a coupon for the body wash that you were getting free! I hope Jenny sees this and can help you! but I'd go back up there and try again, I really would.

      • HappyMamaX2

This is my Kroger! Too funny…anyways
this sounds like you did the right thing to me! I dont think that lady was correct in telling you you had to purchase 8 body washes, I would go back up there and try again I really would.
Maybe Jenny will see this and respond, b/c I'm no expert but I think you are right.

      • Jbush27

I do things like that all the time. You should have been able to do the deal.

      • jhoran

You did'nt do anything wrong. In fact the only thing I could see is that you could have used another 1.00 off wyb 2 body washes on the bogo or if you had the 4.00 off 2 q. The woman did'nt know what she was talking about!

      • Cathy

The cashier was almost right. You should have had 9 products. You cannot use two coupons on one product. The products you bought to get free ones are already covered by a coupon. Therefore, you would need two more body washes for Qpon #4 making a total of 9 products. I have been a cashier for over 20 years and have been dealing with coupons and their fine print for that long. Some places don't follow the technicalities and some do. So the cashier was right even if the policy is not particularly customer friendly.

    • meredith79

hello! on most of the boxes of lunchables i purchased last night, there was a blue “use it now” coupon for $1 off 2…since they're on sale right now for 98 cents each, i got them for 49 cents each with the coupon!…and some free with the $1 off coupon that was in the paper a few weeks ago!….great for snacks and lunches!

    • Heather

During my trip today, I found Seventh Generation Dish Liquid (Lemongrass&Clementine Zest) in the Mgr Special box for $1.99. Happen to have a coupon with me (4/11 RP) for $1. Paid $0.99. They also had the disinfecting wipes but I didn't check the price. I also found Silk Pure Almond milk for $2.99. Had my $1.25 coupon for that (4/11 SS). Paid $1.74.

    • Bob

50 cent Coupon for Green Giant Frozen vegetables from Kroger week 4/25 – 5/1 is still active.

    • Struck

Does anyone know if the $3 Huggies printable is good on Pull-Ups too? It isn't mentioned on the coupon but I thought I read on a blog or somewhere that they bought Pull-Ups using those coupons.

      • Juliana

I was hoping you had gotten an answer because I am heading there tomorrow and was wanting to know the same thing. I too thought I had seen somewhere that people had gotten pull-ups with the Huggies coupons. Maybe someone will see this tonight.

        • sherry

I have used the $3 huggies diaper coupon on pullups but I used it on the like 40 ct pull ups… I would ask the manager that is what I did and they said yes.

      • misti

I am pretty sure that it won't work – because it says Huggies Diapers…if it said Huggies product then you could use it because Pull-Ups are Huggies brand…but ymmv just ask at the customer service desk :)

    • lindsey

not very related, but not sure where to post.. I got a Pampers G2G point code cat, so watch out for those! I have probably overlooked them before because they just look like advertisements.,

    • lindafacebook

Has anyone been able to find the Hormel Marinated Pork Roasts Garlic or Roast Flavor 1.5 lbs B1G1? My Kroger doesn't seem to carry them

      • 2cutekidsmom

My Kroger normally has them, but they are out right now. I have noticed that when an item is on sale and there is a good coupon, they only put out a few items and don't restock. These are normally $3.99 at my store, but for this ad they have marked them up to $5.99, so it is not a lot different than regular price…

      • Rachel

I got two today! :) They are small packages. Great price with coupon, only $2, hard to find pork 1.33/lb. freeze well too!

    • lindsey

When I was organizing my coupons I found one for 75 cents on one warm delights or warm delights minis.. both of these are on sale at my Kroger in the 10 for $10 bins. That makes them only 25 cents each!

      • crystal

and if you put the coupon on your kroger card for .50 cent off it'd be a money maker?

    • ashley

your kroger ad says its for 5/16-5/22 but my new kroger ad doesnt come out until tommorrow, are these the same ads?

      • Generally you will find most of the deals the same but you are in a different region for Kroger so your meat and produce deals will be a little different. Usually what I post starting on Sunday will start for you on Wednesday though.

    • Rachel

Moms Best Cereals are $1.25 after 75c internet coupon (type moms best into search engine on moneysavingmom blog to find it)

I was surprised the 50c coupon from the Kroger mailer for Fresh Selection Salad doubled. Normally store coupons do not double. Got a nice bag of salad for 69c!

the Green Giant ecoupon for 50c/2 boxes came off for the first transaction but not for the second. I think this might be because she rang my Kroger card after the items had scanned, not sure.

The 3 Musketeers fun size 8 pks are 50c after doubled 25c coupon from the newspaper

McCormick Grill Mates seasoning (packets not bottles) are still $1, free after newspaper coupon

Kens dressing 8oz are still $1 (50c after $1/2 coupon from newspaper)

    • mbajam

whole foods has a coupon for Annie's dressing as well

    • Laura B

My Kroger in Va has scrubbing bubbles products on sale. The power sprayer was $6.02, use the $5 coupon from 4/11 SS, and it will also print out a $3 Catalina, so a $2 moneymaker!

      • Julie

Thanks! I did this today and bought three. I also got three refills which gave me a $1 Catalina. Now I just need a Mega Sale next week. :)

      • Jen

    • Laura B

Also, has anyone bought the Nestle Life water and gotten a Catalina?

    • ellcryss

How do you get the Kroger home mailers?

      • Cindy

go to kroger.com and register your shoppers card

    • ToddDu

Wanchai Ferry dinner kits are on sale for $2.99 (normally $4.79). I can't find any coupon, for non frozen meal, but Shortcuts and Kroger have $1 off dinner kit coupon, I am going to do in two transactions to try to make sure each coupon comes off.

    • suzs327

I ran across a great deal at our Kroger. The lunchables were on sale for $.98 which included the sub sandwiches without water. Normally priced at $2.50. Then on each box were coupons for $1 off 2. Bringing the price down to $.48 each from $2.50. I am in TN.

      • julie

        No coupons in Maryville, TN

    • happymama22

I went to Kroger today in Loganville GA and they said they do not take black and white printed coupons anymore. I explained they were just printed on a computer that does not have color. She said it did not matter and I even showed all the coupons were not the same but it did not help. I don't know what to do that is my main savings from printed coupons and worry now things are really changing and there is nothing we can do about it.

      • Page

I would definitely try again or at another Kroger in town, unless it was a manager that told you that. I had a cashier at Kroger tell me once they didn't take internet printable coupons, but I have been back several times since (to that Kroger and others in my town) and they have taken them every time. Maybe it was just that cashier who was misinformed.

      • ttrenta

I also shop at the Kroger in Loganville (both at Rosebud and the one at 81) and I just called both and verified that the only printed coupons they will not accept any longer are for free products or if the coupon is for more than is reasonable (like 5.00 off of a product that would only sell for 2.00 maximum). They did say if there are issues when shopping to call a manager to the register and that it would be cleared up.

      • misti

I agree with the other commentors here-just politely but FIRMLY request a manager…remember the cashier is usually just misinformed and/or fearful for their job so reassure them you aren't being ugly but that you want to verify that this change isn't a misunderstanding…

      • Faye

The Kroger in Cartersville, Ga has stopped taking IP coupons for b1g1 free items. I tried to use one on Pedigree canned dog food yesterday and the cashier called the manager over to explain to me they have changed their policy. Apparently the word had just come down from headquarters.

The manager said they are losing money “hand over fist” with people using copied or fradulent coupons. They said they have no way to check if the coupon is legitimate or not. It doesn't make sense to me. I've sent an email to corporate and am waiting on their response.

Regardless, I drove 1/10 of a mile up the road to Publix and they took my coupon gladly and thanked me for my business :)

    • ADJ

Hi, I'm new to shopping at Kroger, can someone tell me what the Super8 Sale is? Do you have to buy 8 of that product to get the sale price? For instance, the lunchables I think are listed in the Super 8 sale in the flyer. Thanks!

      • Perhaps this is too late now, but is the super8 sale the 88-cent sale? If so, you don't have to buy 8 products – each product will ring up as 88-cents :-)

    • whitney

I have a quick question. Can you stack a Kroger coupon that prints out of the catalina machine with a mfn. coupon even though the Kroger one says MFN at the top? For example…the other day I got a $2 off catalina for Tums and I have a $2 off mfn. coupon for Tums in my organizer. Can I stack those and get $4 off? I'm thinking “no” but just curious:)

      • dianecatherine

No, I don't think so. The catalina is a Manufacturer coupon so you can only use one of them.

        • whitney

          thanks…that's what i figured:)

    • Hope

Does anyone know when Lysol products should be at their lowest at Kroger? I am in west virginia and I'm hoping my Q's don't expire before that time . Thanks

    • Jess

Does anyone know if Kroger will give a raincheck for the Huggies deal? I went last night and my Kroger was completely out of the boxed wipes and the size diaper that I needed. And they had just gotten their truck the day before!

    • ritareese

      Found a Bertolli’s coupons for $2/2

    • ritareese
    • julie

Kroger is having another four day sale. I got a kroger bag of Frozen chicken Breast for $3.50. They are on sale for $4.99 and I got a 1.50 coupon in my home mailer…

    • Joel

The cashier at my local Kroger (Dallas, TX) told me that they were not going to be accepting computer-printed coupons any more (he went ahead and let me use the ones I had for today's order). Anyone else come across this recently? Is there a company coupon policy or are they undefined and just left up to the individual stores?

      • Joel

One more thing – it's a little bit confusing especially since one can print coupons from kroger.com. I didn't ask to speak with the manager since he went ahead and let me use them.

        • ADJ

I was a little worried after reading lots of posts like that, but when I went to Kroger last night there was no comment made on all of my printed coupons. It doesn't make any sense that they wouldn't accept them, otherwise why would you be able to print them in the first place!

    • whitney

I found a really good deal tonight:) Kroger had the Olay Regenerist cleanser for B1G1. I thought the sign said $9.99 but mine rang up to be like $6.50. Today I found a $2 off coupon for Olay cleanser on Kroger.com and then I had the $5 off coupon from the P&G booklet. Anyways…I wound up getting (2) EXPENSIVE cleansers for FREE plus a little overage. Check it out. I hope it works that well for you:)

    • Ashley

There is a $1.00 off of 1 coupon on Hormels website for the Hormel Marinated Pork Roasts. You have to register but it let me print 2

    • Kat

If you could not do the Scrubbing Bubbles deal at WAGS like me (ours didn't carry the brush, but did have the gel cleaner) try you local Kroger. I was reaching for a bottle of All detergent when a coupon caught my eye. I turned around and saw a big green ad hanging on the shelf with $1 SB toilet cleaning gel coupon. They were on sale for 2.81. The brushes were on sale for 4.89. The cashier in-training called the lead cashier over to ask if the B1G1 coupon could be used with the $1. The lead said yes it was fine. Both coupons went thru without a problem. So for 1.81 I got the toilet cleaning gel and the 3-in-1 brush. (or is it 2-in-1?)

    • grace

Target matches competiors prices so it may be a better deal to get organics there. Then you can get the giftcard.

    • sharon

I saw earlier in the week from the coupon thing next to the register that if u bought so many weight watcher smart ones you get a coupon for your next store purchase… does anyone know how much for 10. I bought 20 today and didn't realize until i got home that i didn't get the coupons. when i called up kroger they didn't know how much either. and of course they gave my coupons to someone else. please help

      • amussue

does anyone know if huggies overnites are part of the deal?
