Hey what’s the deal with the Bringing Hope To The Table site? Every time I’ve gone to it in the last couple weeks, it’s just a blank page! And I noticed that there aren’t any e-coups listed any more on the grocery deals…

    • I guess all Hope is lost… JK, but at the beginning of the site, I loaded the coupons and they never worked from my Kroger card the first two weeks (and I didn’t have shortcuts or cellfire coupons loaded for those items) so I just quit looking at the site altogether.

    • Alysia

Can I do more than one set of the mega deals on one transaction for multiple $5 off?

    • Teresa

Shortcuts e-q for Chex Mix didn’t work but the Pullups one did. Weird.

    • Honey

I have had alot of trouble with shortcuts! And when I let them know, I had a bit of trouble getting a reasponse from customer service, too. And I loaded Hope coupons, but noticed they never came off either.

    • sheri

Has anyone had any luck using Cellfire coupons in the Raleigh, NC area? Everytime I go to load those coupons it tells me that this deal is not available. ??? Not sure what’s wrong.

    • My Table of Hope ecoupons worked just fine. My Shortcuts have worked all but one time and customer service never did respond to my emails. I appreciate Southernsavers for all the coupon matchups.

    • Trice

Hi all, is the Keebler cookies still apart of this mega sale? I couldn’t find it in the paper and the Softsoap is no longer $1 in my Atlanta sales ad.

    • SavingFrenzy

I noticed the softsoap is listed as $1.50 in the Atlanta Ad as well, and they are not advertising that it is part of the mega sale either. I am wondering the same thing as Trice.

    • Alysia

for e-coupons that didn’t work, don’t bother with store customer service. contact the shortcuts/cellfire/upromise website help/cust serv. They’ve credited my Kroger card with the amount of the coupons that didn’t work and the amount automatically came off my bill he next time I used my card.

    • Kelly

As far as shortcuts coupons not coming off, I regularly buy PullUps at Kroger and have a pullups e-coupon loaded each time and it will NEVER come off. I have to contact customer service every.single.time and in the past they will just credit that $2.00 back to my card. Well, this past time, they wouldn’t credit the whole amount because they said I had reached my limit of disputed coupons! The only coupon I ever have to dispute is that one. I emailed back and told them that the coupon not redeeming properly was not my problem…it was theirs. And I haven’t heard back from them! Makes me very angry because I had to go through that process every time. I’m getting about fed up with them.

    • Ericah

Yes you can buy as many of the participating items as you wish. I shopped on Friday, bought 30 items, and $15 was taken off of my bill. VERY COOL! After plus card & coupon savings I ended up saving $80!!!

I am addicted to this website & telling everyone I know about it. Thank you!!

    • Teresa

Is there a limit on transactions for the $5/10 items promo? I have a list of 50 items I want to purchase. Will they take $25 off in one transaction?

    • trice, i went to kroger in riverdale, and the softsoap were $1 after the deal, the ad has them listed as $3/2 surprisingly the softsoap elements were $1.09, $.59 with the 10 item deal. Also there is a

$.55 off tostito chips wyb tostito dip 6/28 insert

also crest(not part of deal) is on sale for $1…in the
      pg 7/5 insert there is a $.75/1
and in pg 6/7 there is a $.50/1 making it free.

and the oral b toothbrushes are $1, making them FREE, not part of the deal either, but free is free

    • Sorry for multiple post but i am excited by all these freebies at kroger. Cellfire has Betty Crocker brownie coupons and pgesavers has crest coupons. I went to kroger tonight using my gift card for the deals this week. I have come across mor deals, so I may go back tonight and use the remaining balance.

Hope everyone else is have a great couponing week as well

    • Leah

The $5 promo works for every 10 participating items. I have made multiple trips, each with 50 of the items as received $25.00 off the total receipt.
I couldn’t use the cellfire BC Brownie coupon because the supreme’s are not on sale at my Kroger. ENJOY!!!!!

    • Jenna

Check your Kroger store. My ad states that they will honor the $5 special 3x in one trip. Also my Kroger does triple on coupons up to 35 cents & double on 36 to 50 cents. (dallas, tx.)

    • Samantha

I don’t have a cell phone. Does this mean Cellfire is not an option for me?

    • Jen

I also couldn’t get the shortcuts pull-ups coupon to come off and they will not credit me with it either. In the past it worked fine, but now I have been having a lot of trouble with the shortcuts coupons.

    • AngthecouponNERD

Samantha – You can use your home phone number for Cellfire. The txt msgs are not the biggest part of the deal – getting the coups on your Kroger card and getting them to work at the register is the bigger issue. :)
That said, mine work for me most of the time.
I’ve done the 10 item deal twice now, last time got 20 items and $10 off. I don’t think there is a limit.
      Pretty cool!

    • Andrea

The cashier at my Kroger in Richmond, VA only allowed 30 of the special sale items for a grand total of $15 off the grocery order. I didn’t know this until I asked if I had to buy in multiples of 10, then she printed out a tally, I had to count up and remove items. Kinda hectic at the check out.

She didn’t double my $0.40 off SoftSoap IP. Dunno why. Did it say “Do Not Double”?? I can’t remember, but you might check yours. I actually had my first Cellfire coupon come off for the BC Brownie Mix. Also, I thought my e-coupon for Huggies was $1.50, but only $1 showed on the receipt. Better than nothing, I guess, which is what’s happened in the past with these e-coupons. I’m loading the e-coupons but not placing any stock in them at this point.

All totalled though I only spent $37 for the subtotal of $93 after scanning my Kroger card and paper coupons. Cool deal. Hubs was thrilled.

Thanks for the ad/matchups. This site is great.

    • Jenn

Anyone know how long the AMP gift card deal goes?

My stores don’t seem to stock this item well – wondering if getting rainchecks for $1 drinks would be a good idea…

    • Phillis

Wow! I just did the Amp deal and got my gift card…..
Thanks again Jenny for all you do!

    • Trice

      The Leonards,
Thanks for your help, I am looking forward to a great week!

    • Stacie

Does Kroger limit the number of coupons? I’ve never been a big Kroger fan, but after all of the great deals that everyone else is getting, I’m thinking of starting! My step-mom uses Kroger and often gets well over $100 worth of stuff for $50 or less! I remember one time she got $150 worth of stuff for $43!! WOW!! I’ve just always felt like Kroger is more expensive than anywhere else, maybe not after the double coupons and ecoupons! Are there any tricks that anyone can let me in on before I start with Kroger experimenting? I might not be able to start until next week, so does next week look OK or not? Also, the cellfire coupons and such are automatically taken off with the Kroger card, right? Or do I have to advise them that I’m using them?

Thanks for all that you do!

    • Debbie

I find Kroger to be very “inexpensive” :). You can use as many as you like on any item, which is another reason to love this store. If you load the E-coupons (cellfire, etc.) to your Kroger card, they are supposed to come off automatically at checkout but watch your receipt. This week would be the week to start, I cannot get over the deals here and have been doing this about 4 months now.
Kroger doubles all my Q’s even when they say do not double. They also do up to 4 (or 5) can’t remember IP Q’s per order (I had a cashier actually pull out the paperwork and look it up for me!).And, yes the Huggies should have been $1.50.

    • Trice

Jenny, Thanks so much I just got back from Kroger and am excited to say I just got $102.54 in groceries and only paid $41.24

    • Becky H

My Kroger ( Independence Sq. Franklin) had 5-packs of Kraft Mac &Cheese for 2.79. On the package was a peelie for a free Capri Sun 10-pack, and it printed a Kraft catalina of 1.50 off next purchase. Not Bad!

    • Min

There is a CVS coupons for 50 cents of vitamin water. It is from the CVS magaazine. It is a manufacturer’s coupon. I am wondering if it is okay to use it at Kroger?

    • chopsmom

I don’t think that Krogers limits the number of coupons you can use, since I used 41 in my last purchase. My Krogers also doubles all my coupons, even when they say “don’t double” and they accept an unlimited number of ip coupons. Krogers is one of the few stores that I have NEVER had a coupon problem with.

    • Thanks the Leonards for the Free Crest tip I got 8 tubes today, they had 2 varieties on sale for 1.00 each.

I also got 8 free Rolaids, 2 free Temptations for Cats, 8 lbs of chicken for 4 bucks (using the Tyson fresh meat coupon and the .99 chicken meat, the coupon beeped so it was forced for some reason, even though I got 1.5 lb packages).

By the way the Kool Aids are on sale 5 for 1.00 buy 10 and use the buy 10 Koolaid and get 2.00 off sugar coupon 06/21 SS to get sugar for less than a buck.

This was my first time at Kroger in a while, I just find them to be unfriendly to coupons for the most part (not that a couple of Publix cashiers aren’t coupon unfriendly too). Firstly their system can’t adjust down a coupon, so most of the time they just refuse the sale instead of forcing the coupon (even if its only a penny!) and secondly I have trouble using coupons on Kroger Markdown Clearance items. Also they don’t accept competitor coupons, even if they are manufacturer coupons… Truly Its just too much trouble, that’s why I spend more at Aldi’s lately and Publix.. Publix will give you the item for free or overage, and they put most coupons through and on clearance stuff, I got Cascadian Organic Bars for 1.00 each yesterday …

So I would of gotten free Speedstick (.88) but Kroger wouldn’t adjust 1.00 coupon down (Publix tearpad). :(

    • sarah

Hey fellow coupon queens: try this one out this week. Search for “Fuel for School” rebate from Kellogg’s. Buy the required 10 items on one shopping trip and get back $10 and other prizes. But, if you combine it with the buy 10, get $5 off above, you can have 10 boxes of cereal, bars, or crackers for free and make $$. Example: Kellogg’s cereals – use the $1Q and the B10/G$5, cereal is .50 each. Buy Nutrigrain bars and use the $1/2 and bars are .99 each. Rinse and repeat for total of $3 on cereal and $4 on cereal bars. (Cost of item reflects B10G$5) Send off your rebate request and make $3. $10 rebate minus the $7 spent on 10 breakfast items. If you do not have enough Kellogg’s Q’s, use the $.50/3 and you will still come out ahead

    • sarah

Love this sight! Has become a regular part of my day! :) I spent $51 yesterday and saved $112. Did 5 deals of $5/off 10. Only bought 5-6 other things including pork. Basically I got 55 things for less than a dollar each!

Just staring using cellfire/shortcuts coupons. 2 worked for me yesterday. Question….they are bascially the same coupons on both websites. If you load both which one will it choose. Could I buy 2 of the products if I have one loaded from each website? Or are they same thing????

Thanks for all the hard work! You have saved me a ton of $$$$!

Just read your e coupon blog. Answered my question! Sorry for not looking.

Just wanted to let your know that in Fayetteville, Ga at one of the Krogers (Haven’t been to any others to know if all of them have the same price) the Pur water pitchers are on sale for 14.99 and if you use a e-coupon from P&G for $5.00 off plus the paper coupon for $7.50 off it will cost you 2.50 plus tax. I know that is a great deal for a water pitcher. Hopefully it is on sale at all Krogers.

Can you mix and match these deals? For example, can I get 25 VitaminWaters and 5 boxes of Cheez-its and get $15 off? Thank you!

      • Jenny

You can mix and match the deals. Get 1 of 10 different things if you like!

The Kroger in Dallas, GA has a pretty good deal going on the Chiquita Pineapple singles. The pineapple ones have a peel off coupon for Buy one get one free. While I was there the other night, Kroger accepted the internet coupon for free Chiquita singles AND the peel off coupon for buy one, get one free, resulting in two free singles. I am not sure whether they wee supposed to do that, but it was nice of them to.

Checked the manager’s special shelf, bought two cans of Dole pineapple juice for 18 cents. On sale for 1.09, used a 50cent coupon, Kroger doubled it. AWESOME!!!

I’ve seen one post, but am I right in assuming the Fuel for School offer is good to use at Kroger? I’ve seen it listed in Publix, but Kroger seems to have the deal on Kellogg’s/Keebler. Am I missing something?

      • Jenny

You are right Mandy, it is good for any store.

    • Lucy

The kleenex deal is a little sweeter you get 1 dollar off for every 4 boxes you buy the coupon prints at checkout

    • michelle

I’m new to this, but are the shortcuts coupons the same as printed coupons or cut coupons? If you use one of these, can you use another at the same time?

Where did you get a paper coupon for $7.50 off?

    • Thanks Angela!!! I got my pitcher for $3.54 with tax. Samantha the Q is in the 6/28 RP insert for $7.50 off

Hey Jenny, are the coupons that print out with receipts at Kroger, that say both Manufacturer Coupon and Redeemable at Kroger, considered store coupons, and I can STACK them>? not sure. thanks

      • Jenny

They are actually manufacturer coupons normally so you can’t stack them. Look at the bar code and if starts with a 5 or 9 it is a manufacturer coupon.

    • Kristen

Just FYI…my Kroger takes multiple coupons for one item. Example: I had a coupon for .50/3 boxes of Kleenex. I bought three boxes and used three coupons. She doubled the coupons and took all three. I got 3 boxes of Kleenex for $1.49 total.

Doesn’t hurt to try at the register.

Went to the Kroger on St Andrews Rd and the manager that was there at the time would not let me use my $3.50 coupon for Purina Dog food. I have put a call in to the over-all store manager and hope to get some resoultion. I have had trouble with this Kroger before honoring coupons.
