It’s week #2 on the Kraft/Nabisco deal.  This week we are down some coupons that expired last week, but there are still good savings.  There are new “other deals” below the Mega Event deals.

Just got back from walking my Kroger.  Found more General Mills cereals that are on sale!  There are numerous types that are .27 cents or cheaper this week!!!  Also grab Lysol Cleaners this week at 50% off!  I love finding more deals it makes my weekly walk feel worthwhile.

Our kroger butcher in Spring Hill said that the 73% hamburger meat is going on sale at middle TN kroger’s Wed-Sat only for 99 cents a pound.

    • Ann

I could not find the free milk wyb oreos tearpad at my Kroger last week. Has anyone had luck in finding it?

      • Amy

I found them in my Publix yesterday on an Oreo display at the end of an aisle!

    • Christie

the BOOST Kid Essentials is most definitely NOT included in the advertised sale in Atlanta. ;(

    • Wow, thanks Jackie. I will definitely be on the look-out for 99 cent GB!

    • Karen

I am new to this website and had a question about the $20 nabisco rebate deal. Is this the $5 off for every 10 items you buy special?

      • Amy

It is a $20 rebate offered in the Save $55 booklet from Nabisco. July through December 2009 is one $20 rebate .. Jan – Jun 2010 is another $20 rebate. The forms are included in the booklet.

    • Crystal

As of today the Kroger in Canton GA is no longer taking competitor couons… :(

    • Thank you so much for this! Much Appreciated!

    • Alisha

I bought 4 of the bigger Juicy Juice 8 pack juice boxes today and got a $1 off your next shopping order catalina. This was in Metro Atlanta.

    • Lori

Everyone in Nashville area don’t forget Triple Coupons up to $.99 at Kroger til Tuesday! :-)

    • gloria

    • kristen

The Boost Kid Essentials is included in the sale at my store (in Columbia, SC), BUT the price is 11.89 per 6 pack (before the .50 discount). So if you use the B1G1 and the -$5 Q the total for 2 packs comes out to be $5.89 plus tax.

I only had the B1G1 and the $2 Q but I got them anyway because 8.49 for two is still a pretty great price and my son loves them (plus it’s flu season we can use all the immunity boosts we can get!)

    • I’m going back for the Purina ONE for the furballs! And maybe a few other things… Although I just did the insert matchup for Knoxville’s paper and we got the shaft on coupons compared to the preview! >:-(

    • Michelle

Does Kroger take competitor’s Qs? I have a Q from one of the Publix booklets that says manufacturer Q, but it also says Publix on it, and I wanted to use this for the cat food that’s on sale.

    • Adam

The Lunchable fun packs (including the water) in my Kroger were $3.49 and not included in the mega event. Will the printable work on the regular lunchables?

Also has anyone seen Wheat Thin Flatbreads or Ritz Snackables in their Krogers? Couldn’t find them in Thompsons Station at the Kroger Marketplace.

    • Tara

Can anyone tell me how the Nabisco deal works? I just signed up for the rebate and coupon book online. Do I just need to save my receipt? And exactly how many Nabisco products do I have to buy to get the rebate? Thank you!

    • MelRae

To Michelle: If your Kroger is close to a Publix, then they will likely take Publix Qs (the Belle Meade Kroger does). If it is a Manu Q, then they should take it regardless.

To Gloria: If your question is about CVS, then I recommend posting your question in the most recent post about CVS (look under “recent posts”).

    • Jill

Do you have to save the UPCs for the Nabisco rebate?

    • Sarah

Adam- My kroger has the flatbreads right next to all the other wheat thin products. I get tired of looking for things pretty quickly and find an employee. They have always been really great about pointing me in the right direction.

    • Tracy

Which Kroger’s in the Nashville area are doing the triple coupons to match Harris Teeter? Please give a list…Thanks so much!

    • how does the $20 rebate work for nabisco? Are you getting the rebate at the register to send off?

    • Monique

I am wondering about the tearpads too. Are they only in some Krogers?

    • In Richmond, VA the Michelina frozen meals are on sale this week for only .49 cents, plus there’s a coupon on Michelina’s website for $1 off 5 meals, making them .29 cents each! Just thought I’d let anyone else in Richmond know! For the coupon go to: http://www.michelinas.com

    • Adam #14, The Lunchables coupon should work so long as the main brand, size and such are the same. I got a bunch of Cheezits during the last Mega Sale using a coupon that specified it was for the “Whole Grain” variety, which my Kroger did not even carry at the time. But it worked with no problem on all the other regular varieties. Just put it in your pile, buy one as a test, and if they refuse, don’t argue. Either eat the $1 or tell them you don’t want to buy it (but have a spare participating item if you do that).

My Kroger had the Flatbread crackers but they were not part of the deal this past week. They also STILL don’t have the Ritz Crackerfuls; I’ve been trying to use that freebie coupon for a while!

    • Phillis

Tracey#19 I know for sure the Kroger on Edmondson Pike and Franklin road are Tripling. Went there yesterday and really did well.

You must buy 10 participating Nabisco cookies and crackers, and any 5 participating Kraft Beverage products ( Capri Sun and Kool Aid Jammers)and any 5 participating Easy Mac Single cups. You then send your Original, store identified cash register receipt or receipts dated between 7/1/09 and 12/31/09 with date(s) and price(s) of all 20 items circled. The full list of participating products is at http://www.kraftbacktoschool.com , hope this helps.

    • amy s.

The Krogers in Bellevue (Tennessee) are tripling too.

    • LC

Belle Meade Kroger is triplin’ too!!

    • Jayna

My question is similar to Adam’s. Last week I had a ton of lunchables coupons, but I couldn’t find any that were on sale for $1.99 let alone that had water with them. Will the lunchables coupons work for lunchables that DON’T have water with them…or is that fraud to use them that way? I’m not sure my Kroger even carries those!

And I couldn’t find the flatbread Wheat Thins either.

      • dina

I used the lunchables on just the regular ones (not with the water) and mine were free at Marsh as they were 5 for 5..

    • Anna

I cannot find the Oscer Mayer meat franks printable, what zip code did you all use?

    • Debbie

Thanks Amanda from a fellow Richmonder!!!

    • Anna

I signed up for the Nabisco rebate but I am not sure about the “rules” do you have to buy ALL the the products in ONE grocery trip or can I send in multiple receipts?

      • Amy

Looking at the language .. should be able to submit several receipts with the products circled and dates between 7/31/09-12/31/09

    • June

Chef Michael’s 24 oz bag for $3.99 and is part of the B10G$5 off instantly. Also saw a sign buy $25 in Purina products get a $3 cat OYNO.The breakdown is like this if you have 10 coupons.
      10 X $3.99 = $39.90.
      Less 10 $3 q’s -30.00 (hurry coupon expires 9/21)
      Less $5 instant – 5.00
      get $3 cat OYNO – 3.00
So you pay $1.90 + tax for (10) 24 oz bags.
Target has these bags for $4.24 this week and they have a $1.50 Q to match up with $3 mfg would be a MM, however, 2 stores around us were totally out. Kroger is the next best thing for us.

    • Brenda

At my local Kroger store yesterday there was a tearpad with $1.00 off any two multi packs of can or bottle purchases of Coca Cola. They expire 9/30/2009.

    • Tara

Bless you Cindi #25!! Thank you so much, you answered my question perfectly!!

    • Amanda

I still can’t get the boost 5 off q to work on any of my computers..any ideas..says it’s been printed but never printed it

      • Jasmine

I was able to go to the Boost website and register. I got two!

    • joy

There are also $5 wyb 2 Boost coupons inside some of the Boost packages. If your Kroger isn’t participating in the Boost deal, try Target. Regular price there is 7.99 I believe.

    • Angela

There were $0.55 Nestle cookie dough coupons in a coupons dispenser near the cookies at our Kroger in Cincinnati.

    • Ali

I’m new on this but this specials are the same as the week of 09/13-09/19. Is this correct?

    • I found the Nabisco/milk tearpad (buy two Nabisco cookies and get 1/2 gal milk free) at my Publix store a couple weeks ago . . . I have not seen them at Kroger.

    • Courtney
    • BROOK

can you use 1 manufacturer coupon for every product you buy? say i want to buy 2 boxes of wheat thins. i have the $1 off 1 box coupon. can i print 2 coupons and get $1 off both boxes?

    • Angela

Went to Kroger yesterday and was a little dissappointed in the prices. I guess the prices that you are listing are prices even after the $5 off purchase special. I was very confused on that part. I thought the prices you have listed on each item was the prices I was gonna pay without coupons.

    • JessC

I spent 22 cents for a box of Honey-Nut Cheerios and won $5 on the cash code on the box! That’s a DEAL!

    • Cindi

Tara #34, You are totally welcome! I love it when I can help, cause I am constantly having to ask questions and get help from fellow couponers!

Amanda #35, The $5 Boost Q has reached its print limit…for everyone.

Brook #41, YES, you can definitely use one mfg. coupon per product!

Jenny, thank you so much for taking that weekly walk! You found so many more great deals for us! I cannot wait to hit Kroger all prepared with my q’s!

    • Erin B

The fruity, frosted, etc. cheerios e-coupon is on Shortcuts, not Cellfire. Also, there was a .55 multigrain cheerios e-q on shortcuts that expires 9/26.

RE: nabisco rebate – you have to buy all the products in one trip at one store. i filled mine out and did not see any request for upcs, just your receipt with the participating products circled.

    • Erin B

also, there are some cellfire qs for some of the granola bars.

    • Cassie

      What a great list. Thanks!

    • Elisha

The chex bars are not on sale at my kroger in KY

    • Kathryn

Does anyone know if the Nolensville Road Kroger is tripling? If they’re not, or if noone knows, I’ll just head to Edmondson Pike.

    • Brandy

Katrhyn, the Kroger stores that normally compete with HT are:
      Belle Meade (West End)
      Nippers Corners

    • Amy

Please if someone can answer my question, If you have a coupon for .50/2 can you use 2 coupons for those two items? Since it is 2 items? Please someone respond.

      • if you want to use 2 coupons that are $.50/2, then you need 4 items. it like $.50 per 2 items. hth

    • Elisha

The starkist tuna packs are on sale 10/10 at my kroger anyone know the zip for the redplum Q?

      • Kerry

77070 should work for the tuna coupons.

      • Cindi

Well, my zip code shows it… 24153.

      • kelli

I’m so far behind this week… I haven’t been shopping at all and the sales end tomorrow!!! ahhhhhh!!!! what’s the starkist coupon? I can’t find it.

    • Kelli

We were at our Kroger tonight and they had: Seventh Generation diapers in the “reduced for quick sale cart” at half off, organic chips for 1.19, Kroger chips for .99, and gluten Free Oats for half off, as wel.

    • Beverly Bullard

Is anyone else having trouble with the Nestle Drumstick Sundae Cones $2.49 ea link? I tried to use it and it said I had already printed the limit? I haven’t even printed it yet? Thanks

      • MaryKay

I thought I had lost my memory. Mine said the same thing and I did not remember printing them.

      • Jasmine

I just went to the nestle drumstick site and was able to print two!

    • How can i get info on exactly what products are included in the $20 Nabisco rebate? i need to know which products and whether i need all the upc codes. The link above takes you to the nabisco website to order the booklet, but it will be a few weeks before i receive it.

      • Shannon

I have kind of the same concern. I am willing to do the Nabisco deal as Jenny has the example but how do i get my rebate? The website was not helpful to me. Any guidance would be appreciated.

    • Brook

Is Kroger the only store that accets e-coupons?

Also, how does U-Promise Work? Which stores can you use those e-coupons at? I have Kroger registered on my U-promise account, but can you register other cards like from CVS or Ingles? Does Publix have their own U-Promise card? And when you load coupons, does it load to every card or do you have to specify? This is confusing!! HELP!!

      • Julie

I think Kroger is the only e-coupon store, but not totally sure.

I have several stores on my Upromise account. The site has listed which ones participate. Publix has a green card, it looks simular to the Kroger card in size and shape. You do not have to sign up for it.It is only for upromise coupons. I found mine on the sale flyer carosel when you walk in the door. If not there I am sure customer service could tell you where they are.

    • Andrea

I haven’t seen Nature Valley Nut Clusters listed on any sales list yet, but Kroger has them for $2.50. If you still have your $1.60 IP from a few days ago and if you have your Celfire $1 off Q on your shopping card, it is a .10 moneymaker.

Also, I was just at the Kroger at TocoHill in Atlanta and they had a huge bin full of clearance sunscreens. I didn’t need any, but they had some great prices if you are looking for some.

    • Tabitha

Went to Kroger today and got $215 worth for $99!! Thanks so much for all you do!

      • Elisha

I had a week like that too last week for the first time . It’s awesome isn’t it!

    • Debbie

can you still use expired coupons???

      • Elisha

I don’t think they will let you use them.

        • Carrie

I asked a manager about using expired coupons and he said they will not get reimbursed, even though the computer will accept them sometimes.

          • Holly

My kroger has let me use expired coupons when they are out of something I am trying to buy and the coupons expire before they get it in. Like when I have 10 coupons for the same thing and they keep selling out. But, I asked the manager before they expired and he signed them and told me I could use them (as long as it was within a reasonable amount of time.)

    • Ann

Does anyone know??? Can you use both an ecoupon and a coupon cut out of the paper on one item at Krogers? I know Publix will take both on one item but I don’t know about Krogers and I’m tired of finding things out when I check out. Thanks for all you do each week! It’s an amazing amount of work!!

      • Ann

Never mind, I just answered my own question. My Krogers now said No, you can’t use both an ecoupon and one from the paper on the same item :(

        • Kimberly

My Kroger has let me use both multiple times. As long as they scan your Kroger card first, it will take the ecoupon off when the item is scanned. Then, I give them the paper coupon at the end. Since the ecoupon scans earlier, they probably don’t even realize that it is happening…

        • kelli

both Kroger stores in my town let me use both an ecoupon and a paper coupon

    • anyone out there that doesn’t use bounty towels and will be having coupons this weekend, and wants to trade for something else , let me know…

      • Kim

I haven’t received the beechnut baby food coupons you were going to trade me for my bounty coupons; have you mailed them yet? k.kimbrell@yahoo.com

        • Yes I mailed Tuesday, sorry it took long. but don’t worry they don’t expire until December. Also, there was no stamp included.

          • Kim

Thanks! got them today. Thanks for the extras too!

    • Dee

Hi – I just wanted say that I LOVE the printable shopping list and your blog! Thanks

    • I got my hands on 5 more of the $3 off Purina ONE coupons this week; I normally never do that but you can not say no to almost 20 lbs of cat food for $8.94 when you have 3 furballs!

Btw, what happened to the comment numbers? Those were so helpful in responding to people and following questions/answers within the list.

      • Jenna

Julie–You don’t need comment numbers now b/c you can reply directly to someone’s question like I’m doing right now and the reply nests under the original question. Look at some of the comments above.

    • to jennifer, i mailed your baby coupons a while back and they came back since I had put in some other extra ones that I thought you could use, so anyway they came back for extra postage, but went out Tuesday (again)… sorry for delay. but they don’t expire anytime soon. So you will be ok, i also included some for the sally nail polish sale at walgreens, if you buy 3 you will pay about a 1.15 and will get a sally coupon for $5 so you actually make sally money…

    • Heidi

The OM Lunchables that are on sale are not the same as the ones on the Q. Q says it is for the lunchables with water…the store has the juice pouch lunchables on sale. Am I missing something???

      • Holly

Apparently the coupon with water will work on the lunchables that are on sale. Of course, it’s up to you whether you want to actually try to use it that way.

    • Sue

Does anyone know how much the Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked bacon is?

    • Sue

And,does the Hot Pocket sale include the breakfast ones? There’s a good coupon for those in RP 9/27.

      • kelli

yes, the sale did include the breakfast hot pockets but I believe that it was over at midnight.

    • Kat

I just went couponing for the first time. I was so disappointed. Kroger will no longer take printable coupons, because some guy tried to scam them. They said he admitted to making copies (he took about 50 to the store.) Now everyone else has to suffer. I had to return so much stuff. Has anyone else had this problem?

    • kelli

I know that these sales are already over and probably no one will even read this but I’m so excited about the deal I found today. I went shopping last minute… I’ve been so busy that I hadn’t had a chance to make it over to Kroger this week. I went in with a list of 16 things I was going to buy (6 pouches of tuna, 3 hot pockets, 1 bag of chocolate chips and 6 boxes of bagel-fuls) I’d totally forgotten about the Lysol deals, even though I was planning on getting some cheap stuff. So, I walked into my Kroger without my Lysol coupons, I don’t carry all of my coupons around, even tough sometimes I wish I did…. and I found 2 packs of Lysol wipes for #3.19, they were value packs that were buy one, get one free. I was so excited. Even without my $1 off coupon, they were still a great deal!

I ended up going back again (VERY last minute) and picking up a few more cleaning items – 3 more single packs of wipes, 3 toilet cleaners, 3 kitchen cleaners, and 1 all purpose cleaner.

All total on the 2 trips I spent $23.76 and saved $67.79 (74%). So, not too bad! :)

      • kelli

I just realized that technically I saved another $12.78 because I got the 2 value packs of Lysol wipes (even though I know that $6.39 is pretty highly priced for these). :) so really I saved $80.57 or 77%, a little bit better. I’m just trying to make myself feel a little bit better about spending $25 in Kroger this week.

    • Wendy

I am new at this so I’m still trying to figure it all out. I noticed that Jenny updated Kroger last Sunday but hasn’t updated for this Sunday. Does anyone know when she updates Kroger normally?

      • Jenny

I try to get it up by 7-8 or Sunday night. We are busy all day with Church so it makes this list tricky!!
